          I used your website recharge it now last night to recharge my 3g data pack. at the end of the bank transaction it said that due to some error the recharge has failed. but after some time i received a message from my bank stating that rs.255 has been debited from my account for your online payment . I did not receive any message regarding my recharge of 3g data pack.

          the message came that it is the technical error.so either refund the amount of rs 105 for recharge it as soon as possible.

            I tried to recharge my mts number [protected] for rs 699 through rechargeitnow.com but i lost 699 from bank and rechargeitnow.com didnt provide order id and they are not refunding my money. I have with me bank proof of this transaction. Please make them refund the money. Payment was made on 04/11/2016 at 10.03 pm through hdfc bank net banking. I ruehave mailed the same complaint to rechargeitnow.com but they are ignoring my complaint and not giving any answer to my query.

                  I have recharged my Vodafone number [protected] from your site rechargeitnow.com on 10/10/2016. The payment of INR 50 deducted from my ICICI account but the recharge did not happen. I logged in as a guest to do the recharge. This is the first time I have faced such a problem. I used this website for the first time and I faced such a problem. Today its 11/10/2016. But still neither the refund nor the recharge happened. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                    I tried to recharge my MTS WiFi data card [protected] for Rs 551 on 1 October 2016 through net banking of ICICI.While paying money via ICICI net banking, soon it shows page error and hence recharge was unsuccessful.The recharge was not successful but the amount got deducted from my account.kindly repay the amount as soon as possible.

                      Hi, I got my phone recharged with vodafone 3G amounting Rs. 249 on 8th of May and even though they deducted the aforesaid amount, the recharge hasn't been successful. I was asked to wait for two days until they try and resolve this issue but I haven't been tried contacting in any way...It has already been four days and I'd much obliged if I could get a refund now.

                        Today i.E. On 4th may 2016, i was trying to do mobile recharge
                        (Amount rs. 50/-) for my number [protected] (Aircel) at 15:46:51 for the first time thru irecharge.

                        But rs. 50/- was deducted from my credit card but recharge was not done.

                        I received the message of deduction of rs. 50/- from my sbi debit card from the credit card's bank.

                        But i did not receive any message from idea about successful recharge of my mobile. Even when i checked recharge balance for my number it was not showing amount rs. 50 added to my balance.

                        Please either repay this amount back to me or do the successful recharge of the same amount as soon as possible.

                                    Hello, I tried to recharge a number using rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:44. Money was deducted and didn't get the recharge. I have raised a ticket about the same to the company's helpdesk and didn't get any sort of response. Unfortunately, today I again made 3 transactions and the status is saying successful but didn't get the recharge amount. And I tried to contact them on [protected] and there was no response. I don't know how can my money goes to Rechargeitnow account from our account instead of that money going to the bill payment. I did transaction on 7th Dec 15, but still I did not get any refund.
