They received this order that I return on 24/09/2022.

Inspite of repeated emails to their customer care id providing account details for the refund, not only have they not refunded the Rs. 8, 999/- that the order was worth, they have not even responded to my emails!

Although initially they responded on their customer care number[protected] with false information on the refund, now they have stop responding altogether.

      I ordered a run dry tshirt from Reebok online India. I didn't get the colour it showed on the picture and i am unhappy with the product. I want to return it and get a refund. But the Reebok online site has stopped working and i am unable to return the product.

        I have returned this pair of shoe to reebok but due to some exchange of two products it got changed and it's quality check got failed but it's been 3 months now reebok team is not giving me my qc fail product back i am very angry with their process this is an very big company and they are doing these things with their customers.
        When i have contacted with the team they suggest me to self ship the correct article i have done this and got the refund but that article which got failed in the quality check that i have not recieved till now, and when i m trying to contact with the team they continously telling lies to me...this is really not acceptable it's been 3 months now i want my product back.

          I spent 9000rs. On your 1 reebok shoes. But In two months the shoe's sholle started to remove. So, it's not look good, when I wear. So, I don't wear that shoes. But I want to compensate for spending huge money but didn't satisfy with your product. Give me compensate, otherwise I sue on your company by living in Canada. In Canada, police helps every citizen so be careful.

              Last year I purchased reebok shoes within 3 month sole is remove from shoes even I used 4-5 times.unable to find any solution because I don’t have bill.I tried to repair from cobbler but not resolved.

              Please do something helpful for me either replace or repair properly.

                  To whom it may concern,

                  I have been mentally harassed by reebok customer support service.
                  I have been constantly in touch with their support team regarding my order id[protected]. Initially there was a size issue with my items, so i wanted a bigger size, but replacement was not an option there so i placed the fresh order and raised a return request.
                  I have to rach out to so many times in order to return the product, then finally 1 item was picked up.
                  But for the other item its still not picked up . I have already call 15-20 times to your customer support but still, i recieve the same information that it would be picked up in 2 days .
                  It’s already more than a month since I placed order. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. I want my money back as well as the compensation for the mental torture that you guys have done. Otherwise I’ll have to bring the social media storm for you guyss.

                    I had purchased 2 item from store after thay got billed after that a store man came and said that i have tried one more tshirt and said that i have to bill for that because it had got lipstick mark on tshirt i said thats not mine he said that uh have tried it its yours i said no prove me thay didint proved me and they didnt gave me tshirt for which i have billed thay gave me a tshirt where thay were claming that it has lipstick. This is completely unethical and rude i want my refund back or else i m going to take this to court and file the case against this

                      Had purchased a reebok sport shoe from authorised showroom in vivana mall, thane in month of December 2021, it’s been hardly 6/7 months with weekly once wear, the shoe has got torn from left side - the cloth / net material has got torn.

                        I ordered a reebok stride walker shoes online from shop4reebok.com website which is official website for reebok in india. Instead of delivering pair of shoe they sent only one shoe (right leg shoe). I have initiated a return request but they are not picking it up and they have refused to do anything as they said that they delivered complete order. They are neither sending left leg shoe neither refunding the money.

                          I purchased the following product from the shop4reebok website on 13th August:
                          WOMEN'S REEBOK CLASSIC LEATHER
                          LEGACY AZ SHOES

                          I paid an amount of Rs.3779 via debit card and the money was transacted. The page showed that the order was successful but no email was sent with a confirmation.
                          So I logged in once again from my account [protected]@nid.edu to check the orders in my account and it shows that no purchase had been made.
                          Please look into the matter and respond with a confirmation mail and tracking details. Or give me a refund at the earliest before I initiate legal action.

                              I bought Reebok shoes from their website shop4reebok.com on 7/8 and was delivered on 7/12, due to poor quality of the products, i have been trying to return them without any success. I have called more than 10 time and they are still not able to pick up my return product. I have sent numerous emails and also wrote to them in Twitter but they simply would not respond to me. The email is an automated response where they apologies and says it will be looked into. In Twitter, they won't even acknowledge my complaint. The representatives i spoke to keeps repeating that they have expedited my complaint and it will be done in next day or two. Extremely disappointed with the company, they are not taking responsibility of their poor products when the customer wants to return them. My only option now is to keep filing complaints in hopes that my issue will be resolved eventually. Please TAKE BACK YOUR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!

                                Hello Reebok India,

                                This post is to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with my refund request. Here are the details -

                                I placed an order for 2 items (WOR PP Tight & WOR PP Capri) on 01st Jan 2022 and paid for the delivery in cash. After receiving the delivery, I realized that I did not like the fit and quality of the products and wanted to return and receive a full refund.

                                I raised my request for the same on 10th Jan 2022. The items were picked up and I received an email acknowledgment on 19th Jan 2022. The email said that I will receive my refund via cheque/net banking. I have emailed, called and sent my bank details for this refund several times over the last 6 months however, I still have not received the refund. And on 29th June 2022 I received an email stating that the case is successfully closed. I am still waiting on that refund though, so how have you closed the case successfully?

                                I am writing to you today to ask if you plan on resolving this issue at all. Because if you are not, I will have to take the matter further to consumer court and social media and make a stink about it. So please respond asap and let me know the next steps to resolve this matter. Order details are as below-

                                  I placed an order for two items worth almost
                                  Rs.2000 on 1 Jan 2022 and paid for the
                                  delivery in cash after receiving the delivery I
                                  decided that i wasn't satisfied with the products
                                  and returned them. according to the terms and
                                  conditions I was to receive a full refund within a
                                  month I have been emailing and calling
                                  constantly just for my request to get ignored.
                                  Their customer support team has been telling
                                  me that my issue will be resolved but it has
                                  been 7 months and nothing has been done.

                                    I bought Reebok shoes from their website shop4reebok.com on 7/8 and was delivered on 7/12. However the quality was not like how its shown in the picture. I have been trying to return them ever since and I am not able to return the shoes & slide. Their customer care team is also not responding. I have raised complaint (rbk2103920) numerous times and they keep telling me that it will be picked up in few days and its now been 15 days since then. Extremely disappointed by the service provided by Reebok. They blatantly ignored all my emails and complaints.

                                        Have purchased shoes worth INR3000 approx of your brand and kept in my shoe rack for 6-7 months, after that one day i opened the box and wore first time, the glue of the sole is totally dry and sole came out for both shoes.

                                        Both shoe is in brand new condition .
