Hello sir,
Reebok india is acting as a fraud company, my concern is that, i had ordered Mens Reebok WR ENH Tracksuit
Color : Black, Size :M, on[protected],
for which i made payment adn got confirmation mail from reebok india stating:-
order No: RBK[protected] placed on[protected]:39:30

Payment Method : PayTm Credit Card
Estimated Dispatch : [protected]
Estimated Delivery : [protected]
so as i was waiting for my product delivery i get a message from reebok india stating that my order was cancelled and refund of Rs. 1399 is initiated and i will get my refund in my credit card which was used for earlier payment. so iwent to website tp check for the reason of cancelation i got to know that there is nor reason stated and also a remark was showing that Amount 0 has been successfully credited to card.
This is disgusting first you cancel my order and then forfeit my whole amount?
This act is clearly violation of contract act 1872, according which product was shownn under website for purchase which i did buy and giving Rs 1399 as consideratiom for product, hence my part of promise was done in return reebok india accepted the promise hence contract was etablished between us. now by not delivering my product they breached the contract and therefore they are liable for penalty.
most important thing is that reebok india does not provide customer care call number on there site which is not expected from such renowned company. and also i had mailed reebok india on 12th jan 2023 in which mail stated that i will be contacted from reebok customer care in 48 hrs but was not contacted. Further photos are attached below stating product confirmation, cancelation and my mail to the reebok india.
so kindly help me in getting my money back.

first of all thank you for this website which allows us to notify wrong acts and make companies to accept there faults. so i got reply of my query within 60 min of filing complaint here which is impressive, as otherwise i was not heard for 48 hrs from there side.
i got my refund but what about i lost chance to buy the product later? its not out of stock and other similar products costs way high as i ordered in sale, i guess "it is what it is".
And now when i am trying to book new product from there site i am always getting payment failed which in turn looks like they have black listed me to not accept order from me.

    This email is in reference to a purchase made from the Reebok store at Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027. I purchased two shoes in fresh (without sale) worth ₹18, 000 in August this year. I bought new shoes for the purpose of travelling however within a month of wearing them one of the pair has torn. There are holes in material of each shoe of one of the pair I purchased, despite taking good care of them.

    I was really sad to experience such poor quality from Reebok. It is not the first time that I purchased shoes from reebok and I have always appreciated the quality reebok provides. It is sad to see how Reebok has degraded the quality of its products.

    I returned back to India this month and on taking the shoes to the store, I was told that these are out of warranty. It is very disappointing since no one expect a defect in a freshly purchased product within such a short period of time.

    I want to draw your attention to my complaint and request you to do the needful to compensate me for the same. I have attached the picture of the receipt and of the defected shoes, for your reference.

      The article (shorts) was purchased few months from Reebok Showroom Moti Nagar ( 70, Najafgarh Road, Opposite Police station Moti Nagar New Delhi-110015. After second wash the black colour of the article faded away.

          This complaint is regarding shoes I bought for my brother as a birthday gift on 10th Dec, 2022 from your store at DLF Mall of India, Sector-18, Noida, U.P.

          Shoe Name- Reebok 9 Club C Rev

          Colour- White and Blue

          Size-US-9

          The issue we are facing is that the size we got is smaller than the actual size of the feet. The size needed is US-10, but we got US-9. I was in a hurry as I had to reach somewhere very important that day, so I took the shoes as the Store guy who attended me at that time told me that US-9 is the perfect size which I need for my brother as his foot size is 9. So, US-9 would be the perfect fit for him. I came to his talks and brought the shoes. When my brother wore them, the size didn’t fit and he started having pain in his toes. I called the store and told them about our grievance, but they refused to change the shoes. When we asked them to take the shoes and refund our amount i.e., Rs. 7999/-, they refused to do the same too, which is very unprofessional on their part.

          I am writing this complaint to the reebok headquarters in order to seek redressal. I hope you will revert back with an amicable solution with regard to my grievance.

          I am annexing the pictures of the said shoes along with this e-mail.

          I just seek to get my amount refunded and return the disputed article. I hope to get the refund amount of Rs. 7999/- as early as possible.

          A birthday gift brought by a sister for her younger brother turned into a blunder. I hope you guys will help me in correcting this blunder and redress me ASAP.

            Hi,

            I purchased Reebok shoes on 28th June 2022 from Phonix Market City, Kurla Outlet but the invoice is still not provided till date.

            After 45 days only the pasting started removing, Immediately I informed the outlet and asked for the invoice copy for the warranty claim but I got an invoice on 17th Nov, 2022 on WhatsApp from Salesman - Mr. Nilesh Tamboli.

            Now, the outlet is saying that the warranty is only for 3 months but as I don't have the invoice copy and taking many follows for the same. How can I do the claim? What can i do now ?

            Outlet Manager - Mr. Paramjit Singh.
            We take the follow-up from him, he is a very rude & pathetic person. He doing only arguments nothing more. Don't have manners to handling the customer issues and don't have taking manners.

            I request Reebok Customer Relations & Product Quality Team please involve in the same issue Or else I know how to escalate this issue to Reebok India.

              I have returned Reebok Shoes order on 20th Nov 2022. The order has been picked up and it is 2nd December 2022 and I have still not received my refund.

              The order was returned because I had order UK5 size while delivered was UK 3 size. Hence, due to size issue I have returned the order.

              Now the website is saying status as QC failed. The shoes have not been even worn due to such small size delivered. Everything has been returned in original packaging and original delivered condition. Kindly issue with refund.

                I purchase reebok shoes from army canteen on27/09/22. Shoes got damage on 2nd day o[censored]se. On 07 oct i contacted to [protected]@westburykommerce.com mailed bill with damage shoes pic. They told me you are approved for exchange from near by reebok store i visited to store in model town jalandhar punjab to replace but they deny to do show.. I again mailed company about incident they told me to provide mail id of that store.. I visited to store they told company have our mail id they will info usss. But more then 2 month is over but my problem is not solve. Its company defect and they need to feel shame on themselve and solve query but they keep on coustumer to run from store to store... Plz do some need full.

                        Sir I bought shoes GX3015 on 28/06/2022. Recently I found a damage on the top side of left shoe at thumb location. The damage is considered to be due to thumb touching and causing wear of the fabric.Though I know that this has exceeded 3 months of guarantee period but the damage in 5 months is not expected.

                          The amount was debited to my card but the order registration was declined.


                          This amount is still not credited back till date

                          I would therefore request you to please look into this issue on priority and let me know your decision on any of following option
                          1- Please register order and dispatch shoes (UK size 9)
                          Or
                          2. Alternatively, please refund this amount so that I can reorder the shoes

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased a reebok shoe costing Rs. 7500/- from a mall in Gurgaon Haryana. I got a discount and i paid Rs. 3750/- for the same. On my asking, why the shoe is being sold at a discount, I was told that it is not a defective piece and company occasionally gives more discounts to clear its stocks.

                                I had ordered a Reebok Fast approach 2.0 Lace-Up Running Shoes on 6th July from Ajio. The shoe started tearing surprisingly from the upper end in 3 months and the inner foam is now clearly visible.
                                Initially it was just one side and then gradually within the next 1 month the other pair of the shoe is also torn.
                                These sides which are no way in contact with the floor or have any scope of wear and tear, have been torn. Can you explain why? I have mailed reebok 3 days ago, as well but haven't received any response from there end yet.
                                Since it is under warranty, I either need a replacement or need a full refund of the product; and let me tell you I am highly disappointed with such a reputed brand selling such a product that cannot even last 3 months.
                                I need quick action on this.

                                    मैंने 21 जनवरी साल 2022 को रायपुर के मैग्नेटो मॉल स्थित Reebok शोरूम से 8 हजार 9 सौ 99 रुपए कीमत का डायनामिक सीरीज का जूता खरीदा था। सेल्समैन ने विश्वास दिलाया था कि जूता बहुत अच्छी क्वालिटी का है, बहुत मजबूत है। मैंने सेल्समैन को यह भी बताया था कि मैं न्यूज रिपोर्टर हूँ मुझे घण्टो तक खड़ा रहना पड़ता है। इस पर सेल्समैन से बताया कि जूट बहुत ड्यूरेबल है। सेल्समैन की बात सुनकर मैं 9 हजार रुपए का जूता खरीदने को राजी हो गया पर कुछ दिनों में समझ आया कि जूता बहुत घटिया क्वालिटी का है।
                                    9 महीने में जूता अंदर से फटने लगा है। जब मैंने शो रूम में शिकायत की और जूता बदलने कहा तो उन्होंने की 3 माह की गारंटी है। जूते की ऊपरी सतह पर लकीर भी पड़ रही है, मैंने इसकी भी शिकायत की तो सेल्समैन नव।कह दिया कि यह कुछ दिनों में गायब हो जाएगी। अब जूते के फटने लगा है तो
                                    Reebok के कर्मचारी बात सुनने को तैयार नहीं थे। क्या इसका मतलब यह Reebok है कम्पनी सिर्फ ऐसे जूते बना रही है जिन्हें सिर्फ 90 दिन चलना होता है क्योंकि उसके बाद कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती। यह मेल मैंने जूते की घटिया क़्वालिटी की शिकायत करने और जूता रिप्लेस करने या रिफंड की डिमांड करते हुए प्रेषित किया है। मेरी शिकायत पर जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करें।

                                      I had purchased reebok shoes from New Tulsi Shoes, Ambernath-421501 on 27.05.2022. The product quality is very poor and shoes is in pathetic condition only after use of 2-3 months. I had approached store keeper for the same but he is giving vague answers and not helping exchange the product even if it is in warranty period. He had given some Email addresses with Reebok on which i have sent multiple Emails. Still there is no positive response even after follow up of more than 1 month.
