I ordered my shoes
through m.shop4reebok.com on 16/01/2022 and my order number is[protected] and at the time of ordering it was committed the delivery with in 7 days. I ordered a pair of shoes from shop4reebok.com on 31st Dec 2021 and received the product on 3rd Jan 2022. The product I received was of small size and not of very good quality. My order no is[protected].
I've sent 10 emails to the customer care of shop4reebok but didn't get any update till now. The customer care number they provided is invalid so email is the only way to get in touch with them but they don't reply to any of the emails....

I have made 20+ calls to their customer care (more than 30 mins per call), 10+ emails, twitter, consumer forums but could not make shop4reebok to pickup the products which I placed a return request. Every time their useless customer representative apologises for delay and assure that the pickup will be done in 48 hours but nothing happens....

I have returned a track pant purchased online on 12 th dec 2021 in mint condition
I recieved a email saying that Reebok has received the product back but no refund given and no communication on the same despite o[censored]nlimited calls and several emails sent.

My order number is[protected] and i ordered this on 17th of november, i received a different product and now reebok is not arranging pickup. Not replying to emails also

    I bought a pair of the rebook sports shoes on december 17. when i buy this shoes at that time i told and asked about the fitment and comfortness of the shoes. at that time the seller said in coming 2/3 weeks to shoe will take the size of your foot and it gonna be comfotable and automatically fit it according to your foot. i again request to him to recheck but he refused me and said that you will be not worry about the shoes, we are here and later everything gonna be fine. but still today i'm getting trouble to wear my shoes it always hurt and also it takes too much time to wear. so my request is to change this shoes or either return the money.

      I have bought Reebok running Flex-O-Astro shoes from online Reebok website. Both the pairs of shoes started tearing after six months of no regular use. I have contacted the customer care many times by email and phone. I never got reply of my email. On phone I was told by customer care representative that these shoes have only three months warranty which seems no true based on warranty information on Reebok.com.br...

      I received a show on 2nd dec 2021 which i ordered from shop4reebok.com. i returned that product same day as there was a size issue. The product was collected on 3 rd dec 2021. I received the confirmation email in 7th dec stating that after quality check i will be updated and my refund will be initiated.Since then i have not received any update and i have sent sevetal emails to them. Even my refund is not initiated. I am wondering now if it is an original Reebok website.

        Ordered a shoe from their online store. Had to return due to a size issue. After they picked up my order, I sent them a mail for my new bank account details for the refund amount because the source of my payment account was closed. They picked up my shoe on the 9th of December and on the same day I did provide them with my concern and bank details. Reebok still initiated the refund on my payment source account...

        Dear Team,

        Today is the 16th day since the order was placed, yet I have not received the parcel. Thrice I have received OTP from ECom Express but they have not delivered the product.
        Kindly look into the matter urgently and arrange the delivery ASAP, else I have to escalate to Consumer Forum Cell.

        I ordered for track pants with Shop4reebok vide my Order Id[protected] on 10 Dec 2021. The order was for Men's Reebok Training Elements WOVEN Pants. However, I received Synthetic Pants which is, certainly NOT WOVEN. As per Wikipedia "Woven fabric is any textile formed by weaving. Woven fabrics are often created on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft."

        I contacted customer care many times regarding cancellation of my order No[protected]. The said order has not been cancelled till date and refund was not processed. Reebok customer care has taken my cancellation request on 01 Dec 2021 and is telling refund will be processed once the item received back to warehouse and courier company is saying your item is still at delivery centre and will not be sent back to warehouse until reebok give cancellation...

        Today is the 11th day since the order was placed, yet I have not received the parcel. As mentioned in my previous email, twice the delivery man came and could not deliver it due to their server problems as they couldn't generate OTP. Yesterday was again the second time I received OTP from ECom Express (the first OTP was received on 11th Dec) but they didn't deliver the product. They called me yesterday afternoon...

        I have not received the consignment yet, and its been more than a week now. Twice the delivery man came and due to some technical issues on their server the product was not delivered as they couldn't raise OTP. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

          I have bought a pair of shoes from flipkart delivered on 5/11/21 after 20 days o[censored]se the cushion and net around the ankle start to tear. I have complaint to flipkart but the complaint regarding refund aur replace was not resolved then I made complaint to reebok india telephonically and by mail also got responce regarding to send pics of shoe invoice and sticker of shoe.
