This is to inform that i brought a pair of Reebk sun glasses (Reebok Aviator Sunglasses Black I18520 ) from a shop. The price on the box of the product was quoted as 2999/-. the Shopkeeper has sold me the same at Rs. 1700/- stating that there is a 10% discount.

On the website the price of the same sunglasses is showing up as Rs. 500/-. My question to the Company is if it is for Rs. 500/- than why the price on the box was printed as Rs.2999/- because of which the shopkeeper has happily fooled me and i could not question because the price was printed on the box. I dont know that how many people are being fooled by this shopkeeper. Want the Company to please check about this.

Aviator look sun glasses — product yet to receive

Sir(s)/Ma'm,
I had done online shopping of Aviator look sun glasses Model No. 329226 almost 10days before. After my purchase, i was contacted by the customer care on my cell phone. He/She assured me that the product will be delivered to me just in seven days. Till date i haven't received it yet. May you please communicate about its delay.

    I had received free gift vouchers of Reebok from MIT College of Management (Moradabad).

    But when I went to the Reebok store the shopkeeper denied accepting the vouchers by saying that vouchers are not valid.the voucher numbers are 1326400,1326401, 1326402, 1326403,1326404,1326405,1326406,1326407, 13264010,13264011.

      Dear Sir,
      a) Myself Rakesh Lakhani from Mohali Punjab has purchased Reebok shoes
      from M/s Goshies Apparels Pvt Ltd,SCF 7, Phase XI, Sector 65, Mohali
      dated 7th May 2012.
      b) I have spent Rs 1799 for the shoes.
      c) On 1st June 2012 , I have seen that soul of my shoes has gone
      totally flat, so i visited the shop accordingly & discussed the same
      with the Shop Keeper.
      d) On 7th June 2012 , I have handed over the pair of shoes to the shop keeper.
      e) I was told by the shop keeper that, it will take max 15 days to
      resolve the problem.
      f) Then i visited the shop on 17th June 2012 again to know the status,
      I was told that he has spoken to the respective person in Reebok , so
      he got my claim form filled & was confirmed that i can take another
      shoe by paying the difference. Also, i was told that as soon as the
      company will receive the courier , he will get back to me
      g) I have been regularly visiting the shop daily, No reply has been
      given by the shop keeper. He is waiting for the mail from reebok
      company regarding the issue.
      h) I tried to contact Mr Sushil Kora from Reebok India who is looking
      after Punjab Area, But neither he is picking the phone neither he is
      replying to my Sms sent to him. This type of behavior by a senior
      person shows the responsibility of a senior person appointed by a
      reputed company,
      i) Its almost more than 18 days, my problem has not been resolved by
      your company, due to which i am unable to go for walk also.
      j) Please look into this complaint & solve it at the earliest.

          Hi sir i have bought a shoe from nearest factory outlet of Reebok and was given a replacement warranty of 3 months, which i have requested them to exchange the shoe, the store manager accepted my grievance and took my shoe for an exchange, i got a customer claim form from the concerned with the following details as furnished.

          Customer name: N Sumanta actual name (N Sumanth reddy)

          claim form no: 4812

          Pgsc: J89487

          MRP: N/A

          Returned on store: 5/4/2012

          Date of received: 12/4/2012

          Status: Out of warranty

          4 days later i got a call saying that the shoe was not falling in warranty and the shoe would be returned, but this has still not happened neither i got the old shoe nor my request is accepted i am giving the details of the Reebok outlet .

          life — No replacement

          i have purchased sunglasses of "LIFE" from SHOPPERS STOP LTD.10/3,ELGIN ROAD,KOLKATA-20 ON 16/04/11. after using it for 1 month there was a problem in glasses and i had given them for repair, after more than 30 days i got it back. and after using it for 30 days it got damaged again. they have repaired it in such a way that it got tampered.

              This is complaint related to invoice number 547 invoice date : 30 May 2012 item code I13908 purchase location SCO 38 Pocket no 1 mani majara chd purchase amount Rs. 3299.00
              Issue: Purchase has been done on 30 May ans on 31 may it has been reported to the shop that the shoes are damaged as the sole is releasing.
              As discused with officer (harish and satish)at the showroom they have requested me to submit the shoe for further investigation and a challan has been shared with me (challan nunber: 20824 dated 01 june 2012) and they have request for minimum 6 days to come to closure comment.

              My complaint list is as follows:
              1. If the product found guilty then why the cash back is not alowed
              2. For 6 days my shoes is with reebok and the amount has alreay been paid that. What about a consumer why he has been deprived from his right.
              3. If i have decided to purchase any product from reebok it doesnt mean that you can give cheep product to consumer. If the showroom guys can see that yes the fault is there in the product from reebok....

                Dear Customer care @ Reebok,

                This is to bring into your notice that I bought a shoe in the month of October 2011 and would have wore it hardly 20 times and it has teared. Let me specify that it tear has not been due to any friction caused intentionally or any other means , but due to low quality material , most likely.

                The tear is in the front part of the shoe where there is a cloth type material provided easy for passage of air.

                You are requested to kindly let us know what should be done in such cases where the consumer spends arounf 5-6 K for the brand and qulaity, and inturn receives a product of low quality which doesnt last even a years time.

                    the upper and the sole of the shoe has got separated with in a short span of 4 months . these shoes i have purchased in delhi but unfortunately did not keep the cash memo.                     purchased in the showroom was poor quality and used shoes . The socks on the first wash as directed on the tag were all in rashes and threads came out.. And the shoes were of dirty. heels is almost fading. Such
                    quality was not expected from such a famous branch in madurai in TAMIL NADU . AND THE SALE EXECUTIVE IN THE SHOW ROOM WAS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY TO THE CUSTOMER. Talking very rudely to the customer . so i m complaining here.

                    This is in regards to the sub standard inferior quality of Reebok shoe that I purchased from an exclusive Reebok shop at Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi. I purchased Reebok shoe at “Eliza Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.” on 3rd March 2012. I wore the shoe only one occasion at 5 March and the sole of pairs come out. Please see the attached image. I lost the bill which was in the paper bag provided by the shop (the bag tore too when I was returning home after purchase). I contacted the outlet and they told me that since I have lost my original bill they will not replace the shoes and they were not even issuing me a duplicate bill. Now I have the duplicate bill and I have also the tags of my shoes I request you to do the needful and I hope Reebok will not let its loyal customer down and will replace the shoe.

                    Dear Sir,


                    I am a regular customer of Reebok Brand since my adolescence i. e. for the last 8-9 years. I had been purchasing Reebok shoes from Pune where I studied. This time I searched a good pair of shoes of Reebok on net and searched for its showrooms at Amritsar where I am residing. I came to Alpha One Mall but could not find Reebok showroom here on 02.10.2013. I visited Reliance Footprint and got the same shoes I searched on net for Rs. 6599/-. But I was shocked when I found my shoes torn after just ten days. I went to the Reliance Footprint store and complained the same to the manager on 18.10.2013. I pleaded for the exchange of my shoes but the manager showed his inability. He kept my shoes for 13 days and returned with patches on my shoes on 31.10.2013. I wore those shoes with a heavy heart and to my surprise; the shoes were torn at the same site the next day. I again visited Reliance Footprint and the manager there demanded an NOC that after repair of my shoes from outside it may loose its original look. Again he was not ready to exchange my shoes nor is he ready to refund my hard earned money.


                    Sir, what I suspect is that either Reliance Footprint is selling duplicate shoes in the name of Reebok or Reebok has gone so down with its quality. I raised the question to the customer care at Alpha One who helped me to reach you. Now I want either same new shoes or my money refunded.


                    Please find attached herewith Purchase Bill & Images of the defective shoe for your kind perusal.


                    Hope you will go through this matter seriously and will give my money its full value.

                        To CEO of Reebok India,
                        This is to inform you that I have bought a Reebok bat of Rs5499(Bill number-7809) from the shop namely Eliza Enterprises Pvt. Ltd D-34, Central Market, Lajpat nagar-2, New Delhi-24 on 15/1/12 but within 2 days the bat got full of cracks and I handed over the fully cracked bat to them and they agreed & accepted that the bat will be exchanged after company's inspection, but after a week when I personally went to the shop they said that your bat can't be replaced. After repeatedly saying that I need a replaced bat they refused. Now, I hereby request you to kindly take speedy action to refund the complete amount paid for the bat I bought from them.

                          Dear Reebok Team,

                          I am a old customer and fan of Reebos products, but my recent buy has given me a very unexpected poor performance.

                          It is very painful to draw your attention on the poor quality of the shoes purchased by me on12th April 2012 by your factory showroom located at Andheri (E). For more details please refer the attached scan copy of invoice.

                          On the 1st of the May the black colored layer at the bottom of the shoe got removed from the shoes and and also the upper portion of the shoe also torn up. This happened even less than one month. Also, I would like to tell you that being a well educated guy, I have not used shoes in any abnormal conditions.

                          I am quite hopful that Reebok, a company which is know for its quality, will take the concern seriously to maintain the high level of the confidence of the customer. Please let me know the Reebok's policy on the poor quality shoes.

                          Reebok Shoes — torn shoe

                          i bought a reebok shoe (easytone) from an authorised outlet in faridabad sector 16 last year it's original price is 5800 but i got some discount on that due to some discount scheme going on , i could not wear it for full 1 year , and it had some hard portion coming out near back ( heel side ) of the shoe) as soon as i saw this i complained to the shop, but they just refused to do anything, it is really very shocking that such a big comapny is behaving like this and harrassing the customers we spend 3000 ~ 4000 on a shoe and not even able to wear it for 1 yr. you are kindly requested to look into the matter and respond imm.

                            I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.2,599.00, from Authorized Reebok Outlet in Indranagar Bangalore, but within 2 months the sole of the shoes started to peel off.
                            They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no, saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within the week , but now, after 2 months ,they are saying that the company rejected the complaint as the defect will not come under their warranty.if sole of a shoes is not there in their warranty what else they have.

                            I don’t know what to do with the shoes now. I lost my money??

                              My mother had bought a shoe from Reliance mart faridabad. To our surprise after wearing it for 2 days she realised that her feet has started cutting badly because of shoe, this happened in August 2011. She went back and got that pair exchanged with a shoe which has a net kind of formation in the front in December 2011. Now after using it for 3 months the shoes cloth from inside has come out and you can actually see a hole in it and also the net in front has started to torn. She spent Rs 5000 and she has only used it for walking. Reebok says as it is more than 3 months old they can not do anything I think Reebok's quality has decreased over a period of time and they are maiking shoes which remain alright for 3 months.

                                  I have purchased on Reebok Shoes Code No. – R152619 dated on 3rd Dec-2011 from one of your exclusive retail store M/s Saket (Shop No. 17, Nursery Circle, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur-302021, Ph[protected] Tin No. [protected].
                                  But I am really shocked to see that just after one week soul of shoes is come out from various places. I reported the same to store and he said that there is some pasting issues in the shoes and assure me to get it mended properly. It took almost 20 days to get my shoes back after mending.
                                  But the quality of mending/pasting is not good but your store manager assured me that everything is fine and now onwards no problem shall occurred. But again just after one month o[censored]sing the shoes pasting is come out again, I thought it is only at one place but when I checked it properly, it is coming out from various places and not comfortable to use. when I again spoke to store manager he said that pls again visit the store and I shall get it mended again.
                                  I don’t understand what nonsense is going on , I feeling like cheated and think that defective shoes is given to me despite of giving full value fo Rs. 3,299/-.
                                  Pls provide me solution what to do..........................

                                    I bought a pair of Reebok zignano of rs.4999.00 from RELLIANCE FOOTPRINT, wave mall, Lucknow.
                                    I wore that shoes for 3 months then the net of shoes were cut. Earlier i went to them with the shoes to get it repaired or replaced but they are refusing and telling that they give only 3 months warranty.
                                    Now, i am helpless so please give me solution of it soon.

                                      For your information I have been cheated in Your reebok store
                                      Chandigarh which is located in Sector 17. I came to know that I have
                                      been cheated when I was travelling from Delhi to DOHA on International
                                      Airport delhi. The Guys over there they told me the price of My shoe
                                      is 1000 lesser in anywhere in India.

                                      Then they checked the model number also which was tempered. So I
                                      don't want to buy anything from Reebok in future. How come you guys
                                      can cheat someone.

                                      Moreover I have no idea to check model number and bill receipt though
                                      I will take care in future. But this not fare at all.

                                      Reebok is a big cheater. I don't mind I lost 1000 Rs but its a
                                      matter of trust. Delete my email from your system and don't send any
                                      messages in future.

                                        I purchased a T-Shirt from your Reebok Store (R N Sports, Shop No: 10/38, NH-8, Rajiv Colony, Gurgaon) on Date 5th April Bill No: 41, TIN No: [protected].

                                        I wear it only for 24 Hours and I show the fabric defects in it. I attached snap shots of Bill and defected product with this mail. I contact to your Store (R N Sports) but they denied to replace it and ask me to call your customer care service where I tried lot off but no body responding calls.




                                        I request you to replace the defected product ASAP.
