Dear Concerned,

I have purchased shoes (Product Code : J18621, Size : 7.5) worth Rs. 6599/- . from Shri Gurdas Exclusive showroom on 28/4/2012.

The sole of the shoes wore off badly within 3 months & the same was given to the shop owner for replacement on 30/7/2012.

The decision for the shoes is replacement with purchase of any item of the same amount.

But the product required by me is the same which I purchased as I speciaaly purchased these shoes becoz of the flat foot problem i am suffering.

Kindly request you to arrange the same from me from whichever showroom applicable as it was a standard product of Reebok.

You must realize that you satisfy your customer by providing such exclusive products but the same is not being maintained.

Kindly focus on the same & help me out.

Reebok — Products not available

Hi,

I am from Hyderabad. I saw a black sleeveless Reebok sweator (with a thin blue border line) at Hyderbad Central. But unfortunately couldn't get the required size (Medium).
We went searching for this sweator and it's surprising that none of the Reebok Showrooms including the factory outlet has this kind of sweator. We have checked all the big showrooms in Secunderabad and Hyderabad and it's frustrating to find that you couldn't get a sweator in any of the authorized showrooms?

Reebok — SHOES NOT REPLACEMENT

DEAR SIR,
i purchased shoes from your company outlet which located at LAJPAT NAGAR in KANPUR,
dated on[protected] for rs - 1290.shopkeeper give me 3 months guarantee about sole & upper,
but after 2 months each upper had cracked without any accident & cut in same position.
i asked about this to sales incharge but he refused me and demand money to any claim.
i told him its about your company reputation but he was not ready to hear any thing.
i did not get any gift which was join with at that time.IF I DO NOT GET FAVOURABLE ANSWER,
IF I WILL TAKE HARD ACTION ABOUT OUTLET & COMPANY I AM SENDING MAIL TO USA HEADQUATER.

    I am to state that I have bought a Reebok Black Analog Watch on 10.08.2012 from Jabong.com.The product got delivered to my address on 13.08.2012. On 09.09.2012 while wearing the watch the glass on the Steel dial of the watch suddenly dropped on the floor and it’s inner surface cracked while the watch was on my wrist till then. On 13.09.2012 in the morning I went to the Reebok Showroom at Behala, D.H.Road, Kolkata. But I got a shocking experience over there. They defiantly refused me several times by saying that Reebok does not take any responsibility of any online shopping as these are, according to them, fake. But I tried to convince them legally by saying that the Reebok container is having a unique barcode & I also had the original Warranty card of Reebok in hand. But they went on misbehaving with me without paying any attention to my query. I requested them for the exact Reebok Authority with whom I can contact to resolve this issue. But they became more arrogant and suggested me to go to the Police Station. After all your people are not showing corporate & professional attitude to serve the customer properly & to shield the good-will of the Company as well.
    Now in the present circumstances I need you assistance urgently as the product is found dispute within 30 (thirty) days (13.08.2012 – 13.09.2012). As a customer I am requesting you to take some valid steps to resolve this issue as early as possible.
    Further I want know whether you really have any contract/contact/dealing with Jabong.com or not.
    Sir, I am waiting for your favor soon as it is the case of replacement of the product.
    Reebok does not pay any attention to my abovementioned mail,sent on 13.09.2012.Reebok shorooms in kolkata are rejecting the product to take it into their custody to resolve the issue.

      I bought a shoes from Reebok authorized franchise, Shivam sales, SCO no- 38, Pocket no-1, Manimajra Chandigarh on 25the August 2012 at 03:08pm. Bill no- 4436, Item name- 114025. Amount -> 4999/- after discount 1500/-

      Withein 20 days of thee use of shoes, thee red pieces in its sole started coming out and its for bothe thee pieces. We contacted thee shop on 16th Sept 2012 at 11:00am and theey refused to take any action and said theey cannot replace thee shoes are write any complaint. We live in Himachal pradesh and its very difficult to get thee theings sorted out. I theink theis goes to thee bad name of thee company Reebok, as we are your regular customers but we theink now we should stop using your products because of your theis service. Please take some action to get thee shoes replaced.

      If i don't find any action withe 5 working days will report thee case to Consumer Court and theen you can deal as you want.

        I am Prakash Singh leave in Indira Nagar Lucknow,I have bought a Reebok shoes which article no. is-J88943 on MRP of 2999 rson dated-20/05/2012 from CP-66 Sector-E Aliganj Lucknow.After three months the upper part of shoes has been broken.When i was contact to Aliganj showroom for upper damage claim then the Executive denie to giving claim and told me that we could not giving claim and do not do any thing ,you can go from here and they behave very rudely with me.and now they are saying that you have cross the claim period and i can not give any claim.
        I want to advise to pepole please dont purchase any shoes or footwear from Reebok becoj they are giving old dated stock and low catograry material,which is normaly comes in his shoes.
        I just want to say that to Customer care Mnager reebok-Please provide me claim on my shoes and say to your executives to behave in a mannered way.So Please solve my this problem as soon as possible.

            Tax invoice no 005896 dt 23/08/2012..totalling to Rs 1903/-
            visited KAMDHNU Departmental Stores again & complaint lodged...on 02 sep 2012.


            The Rebok shoe purchased, - sole peeling off ....within 3 days of purchase....
            Certainly a bad image to Reebok and Kamdhnu Deparmental Store.

            Request kind corrective action....replacement of the bad shoe...

                I had bought reebok gift vouchers worth Rs5000/- which was valid for 24th 2012. I was travelling as a result the vouchers got invalid. I have paid the money and want the vouchers to ger revalidated. This is done by all other brands and hence looking forward to a positive response from Reebok else I will henceforth not buy Reebok products at all.

                  I purchased Reebok Shoes worth Rs 7999/- from authorised Reebok Company Show Room at Law college square Amravati Road Nagpur last year. but within one year the souls of the shoe got split and the special cussioning pads dropped from it now it has become very painful to wear the shoes and i m also getting swelling on my ankles if i wear the shoes now. I wrote to the company and they asked me to go to the concerned shop and get replacement but the said shop manager is not complying with the instructions of MR TOMIWA who is looking after customer grievances at the Company. i informed the matter to Mr Tomiwa thru email but no reply.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I had bought a pair of Reebok brand sport shoes on 18 Aug 2012, from REEBOK SHOPEE, E-5/20, Bitten Market, Bhopal Pin Code 462016, worth Rs 4599.00 and after 30% discount on these, they cost me of Rs 3219.30 which I duly paid.

                      when I was looking for the shoes, the employee at the displaying wall of Reebok shoes asked me the size of the shoes which I get fit and I replied to him “SIZE -8” then he shown me the section having shoes of “only size -8” meanwhile when I point a shoe from nearby section then he informed me it will not be fit for you since its SIZE-9. So he started showing me pair of shoes of size -8, out of which I select a pair of shoes and made my mind to buy them. But when i tried them and I found them loose and I brought this fact to that employee and then he replied it was due to of your non wearing of socks and loosening of laces and I relied on his words. At that time, only two things were in my mind, firstly, he is showing me all the shoes of size-8 and secondly, the size lesser then-8 will not be fit for me in any case. So I order that pair of shoes. Then, the employee who was showing the shoes, direct the other employee to pack them and ask me to make payment at payment desk.

                      When we reached at the payment desk to make payment, the employee here took more than 10 minutes to give us bill so I asked him to be quick because we were getting late and he replied “he is facing technical difficulties and the machine is not reading your discount number. After some more time (approximately 5 more minutes) he finally gave us the bill and a bank slip to sign (since we made payment by card) so we just seen the deducted amount on a bank slip and signed it and left the place hurriedly.

                      Later, when I tried the shoes after wearing socks and properly tighten the laces at my place, I found them still loose and then I checked the size number of the shoes, which was written on the back of the tongue of the shoe and not anywhere else, and it came to my surprise that the size of the shoes is 10 and then I checked the bill that also confirms the size 10.

                      So, today I gave a call to the REEBOK SHOPEE, BHOPAL and had a talk with Mr. Praveen Deshmukh and told all the facts and made a humble request either give me the size 8 of the similar shoes or allowed me to buy any product in exchange of that cost or any other alternative, which you would like to suggest so that my money would not be get wasted. Then he asked me to call after half an hour. I did the same and this time he simply told me “NOTHING WE CAN DO”, “I AM SORRY NOTHING IS IN OUR HAND NOW” and I requested him again and again but it was of no use.

                      Finally I asked him to give me the no. or mail id of your higher authority or any person who can help me and he simply refused me to do so. Further I asked him to suggest any other alternative other then consumer forum then he suggested me the best and only option you have is consumer forum.
                      So his reply on the phone only left me with some questions.
                      1. Why Company representative find themselves lame when answering the customer?
                      2. Why a multinational Company which spends huge amount of money globally on advertisement gives franchise to those who can’t deal with the customer who points out the problems insensitively?
                      3. Why the customers spend so much money on the brands, when in return they get such type of inferior services and no useful goods?
                      4. Does the branded company value the money more or its reputation/ relationship with the customer?
                      5. Does the Reebok Company have the same policy towards its customers in Europe and America in similar circumstances?

                        Hi,

                        I have purchased some garments from the Reebok
                        outlet located in Gurgaon on 02/08/2012 . Invoice No is 1032. The
                        outlet address as per the bill is SARA SPORTS, Shop No-23 , JMD
                        Regent Arcade, MG Road Gurgaon, Haryana.The total billed amount is INR
                        1788.
                        My complaint is regarding one of the apparel (Article# K07470) that I
                        bought which had a tag of MRP 449 and was on 70% discount but at the
                        time of billing the MRP of the product was changed to 699 in the
                        system. Even the salesman didn't let me know about the discrepancy
                        which I found out after the final bill payment was done. Upon my
                        enquiry I was told that they cannot refund my money and I will be
                        charged at the new price. My question is
                        Why the MRP on the tag was different than the billing price and how
                        can it change suddenly at the time of billing?Most importantly , no
                        one is allowed to charge over and above the listed MRP. And even so,
                        facing this sort of an issue raises serious doubts on the credibility
                        of Reebok stores.

                        Please let me know if you need further details to investigate this
                        issue. If needed , I will be happy to send you the scanned copies of
                        the bill and the the MRP tag.

                        I have already written to Reebok customer care at the email ids [protected]@shop4reebok.com, customer.[protected]@reebok.com, [protected]@shop4reebok.com but to no avail as there hasnt been any response from them till date.

                          Respected Sir,

                          I Vikram Singh is writing this complaint regarding a defect in my Reebok watch.

                          I purchased this watch Model no. I19035 on 29/01/2012 from the Rayon Sports Reebok outlet in East Patel Nagar. This watch consists of both analog and digital types. I don't actually know somehow the digital part became blank. I took the watch to the store as it is still under warranty, they told me that they would replace this watch within 15 days. When I went after more than 15 days they told me that this watch cant be replaced or repaired. I am actually disappointed by this.                             In your reebok showroom chennai Some unknown staffs are stole money, dresses, and many items..... They did't put bill for that items....They easily take out many items outside.... And sale that dresses in half rate.... so, they have earn more money.....

                            So u plz be activate....and solve the problem.....i think this theft is done by 2 or 4 persons or team work.... they are ur staff's only...

                              I BOUGHT A SHOE FROM REEBOK STORE IN GORAKHPUR IN JABALPURON 5TH OF JUNE 2012 ON MRP OF RS 3999, PGSC NO- J04806,BILL-365 AND AFTER A MONTH ITS HILL SIDE CLOTH OPENED UP. THEY HAVE NOT YET FORWARDED THE COMPLAINT AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE AREA SALES MANAGER HE MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. KINDLY SUGGEST HOW TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AND GET THE SHOES REPLACED ASAP.

                                hi my self naveen from india , i have one complain about reebok shoe i purchase reebok shoes ,first time in my life but it is my life bed experience , after purchase within two days my shoe sole remove , then i get replacement after ten days but gain sole remove , i go for walk in morning , but when i come back to home i see that there is no sole at shoes , so please help out for this

                                      It is to inform you that i had bought a shoe (Model No. R167699) worth Rs 3999/- (IN SALE) from Raipur Road, Dehradun Reebok store named REEBOK FACTORY PRICE SHOP, MUNISH RETAIL, 25/33, Raipur Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Ph. No.[protected].Through bill No. 1439 dated 29 July 2012 . The shoe opening from the arches of the foot 'a smiler cut of about 2' on both the shoe. i went in showroom within 24 hrs of the purchase but, the retailer say that nothing can be done as it is not a manufacturing defect or not in a guaranteed position (IN SALE)?

                                      Don't you see that the shoes are totally worn out in just 24 Hrs from the date of purchase and they cost Rs. 3999/- (IN SALE)? Is this a less amount? Are REEBOK shoes expected to get worn out in only 24 Hrs?

                                      Please let me know when can I get the shoes replaced from the local showroom in Dehradun. Please do it ASAP.

                                        I purchased a shoes of Reebok brand cost 1500/- from GIP Noida sector-18. I got these shoes on 50% discount on that day. after 2 days of purchase shoes got torn shoal has come out . since there was a not return/refund seal on bill so when i contact to shop keeper he refuted to do any help.
                                        Know i want to know that can i not do any thing ? is it fare that a product of cost 1500/- got damaged in 2 days and i can't do any thing only due to it was on discount and a stamp on bill.
