Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the shoe which I purchased 6 months back from your outlet
I purchased this shoe under the influence of good experience I had after purchasing my last 3 Reebok shoes. Product quality was so good that I never realized the need of seeking warranty or repair
This time either I made a wrong choice of shoe or the product quality has itself gone down.This is in spite of the fact that I wore it very less.

Its been hardly six months that the net from inside have got torned off.

My past good experience with Reebok Shoes even never prompted me to keep the shoe invoice so unfortunately I am not having the invoice

I would urge you to please replace the show under warranty

I purchased a reebok Sports Schools shoes for my son in November 2011 from Reebok Junior, Korum Mall, Thane West Maharshtra. Within a few weeks the shoe soles came off. On visiting the store we realised that lots of parents of Smt.Sulocnana devi Singhania school who had purcahsed the shoes from the same store had complaints.
The store refused to entertain the complaints and kept saying they did not have stock of the shoes for replacement. We finally bought a Bata shoe at 25% the cost of Reebok for our son and it has lasted until April now. Reebok Junior still does not have stock of the shoe for the last 5 months.

Here is a multinational company who sells substandard products in India. Plus their aftersales service is pathetic. better buy from Indian companies. A known devil is still better than a unknown angel ( And Reebok is no angel believe me.)

Hey Reebok guys,


Won't your company provide guarantee & warranty for sale products(40% off) . I brought shoes in your damn [censored]G company , 2 months back

with price nearly Rs 4000/- now shoes side edges got damaged. Don't to you know replacing that & give a new product to customer. The guys at

the stores saying that no guarantee or replacement for your shoes, is it so . Then what is the difference between footpath shoes and your company

one. Not much difference i think. Meant for quality products having 900 stores for what ? [censored]g customer ? 4000 is it meant to a joke you stupids.

I had taken a sandal from k r puram Reebok factory outlet. That I met with an accident and my previous sandals were torn so on the way home I bought sandals from Reebok my leg size is 11 so I took any sandal of my size.
When I returned home I didn’t use the Reebok sandals ,a month ago I started using the Reebok sandals and within days it started loosing colour and some days back the sandals rubber part tore . so I mailed the Reebok customer care they were giving lame replys like
“Dear Customer
We have forward your information to the Concerned Department.
Assuring you our best services at all times . . . “
I have looked on the site “http://corporate.Reebok.com/en/about_Reebok/faq_section/general_questions/def...⇄ say that the sandal and shoes of Reebok hav warranty of 9-12 months or 300 to 500 miles
So I need ur help to get exchanged sandals and mainly not let them drag thing and give lame replys I HAVE ATTACHED A PIC OF THE BILL OF THE SANDAL TO GO THROUGH THE INFORMATION
So please do the needful and I would be grateful to u i[censored] look into this matter seriously

And im very sorry to say that Reebok makes such low quality sandals
If you really feel concerned about this mail I atleast expect a reply

I bought my reebok bag which was gifted to me n costed Rs 2500,there was no wanranty or gaurantee card given.As it was a gift i have not the bill .The zipper of the bag tore within 10 months of the purchase.The quality of zipper used was not good for such an expensive bag!

I have purchased Reebok shoes from "SAGAR CHOPAL" located at Gawali Palasia, Mhow, Indore (MP) in the month of Mar 2012. The date of Pre Packed is printed on packet of shoes is October,2011. I found crack in bottom of shoe with in a month inspite of I have used these shoes in officially duty purpose only. Kindly renewal my shoes forthwith.

Myself and one of my friend bought shoes from authorised reebok outlet in metro,Bangalore on 02 Apr 11 The sole of the shoes gave way and get torn. Due to such inferior shoes we suffered not only financial loss but humilation als0, we approached the store but they refused to replace the shoes. It is utter violation of cunsumer rights and laid down laws.

This is with respect to complaint dated 18th March 2012, Form no. 49456 on defective shoes sold to me at Reebok Franchise Showroom, Borivali(West). Shoe price is Rs. 3500/-
I am out of station form next week onwards and need to carry these shoes with me.
Instead of waiting for exchanged shoes from Company to deliver, I should get replacement at Showroom itself. But no such provision available.

I am co-ordinating with Mr. Saransh for this and He said "As per Exchange policy of company it takes 21 working days for company to deliver it to customer".

This is ridiculous!

I had purchased a reebok shoe from Moti Nagar Shoe Store , 4-DLF, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area , Nazafgarh Road , Moti Nagar , NEW DELHI -110015 on 14.01.2012 with cash memo no.1607 and article code is J18400 US/10 for Rs.2800/- for my son who is a tennis player with three months warranty.But within 15 days the sole started opening.I contacted shoe store then said they will repaire it and after a week they returned after repair but again after 10-15 days it started tearing and then I shown the shoe to shoe store and handed over them on 23.02.2012, they said it is a manufacturing defect and they will replace it after taking up the issue with company and it will take minimum 15 days.After contacting several times ,on 19.03.2012 one Mr.Jitender , Area Sales Manager called me and said that this shoe can not be replaced because the condition is very bad.
In this context just I want to say that I am also a Quality Assurance officer and working in the Min. of Commerce , Govt. of India, how can any company like reebok deny , if the shoe is well within the warranty period.
My humble request is that you please depute your quality manager to look into the matter becasue it may be a concern o[censored]se of poor quality rawmaterial or poorworkmanship.

We bought shoes from Lakshmi Marketing,70,Najafgarh Road, New Delhi on 20/02/2012.The shoes were worth Rs1799/-but those shoes did not even last for 17 days.They are getting torn and tattered from backside.
When we went to the outlet on 04/03/2012 to complain about it the staff said they cannot help us.Can you please tell what should we do?

I have ordered a reebok lite runner shoe vide item code No. R1351 vide order No. 502984 dated[protected], on that my membership was registered vide Membership no BIT[protected], with shiping ID no1300880, and booking ID [protected], to the address given above, but on[protected] i received a parcel through EPP BNPL-607/07/MEHRAULI(B.O.) whith a direction to collect cash Rs. 1098 on delivery, after giving the money i.e, Rs. 1153/- ( Rupees Eleven Hundred and Fifty Three only) I opened the parcel, after that I was surprised that there is nothing except irrelevant waste papers and nothing more. i mmediately i made a phone call to the call centre at[protected] and i was assured that i will be getting a complimentary package with free of cost. till now i have not got any such poackage. therefore return my money or send another package (WITH ORDERED SHOES IN IT) otherwise i will be constrained to file a civil/consumer court having such jurisdiction

I had purchased a pair of shoes for my son on 5/10/11 from REEBOK Junior store at ROURKELA (Odisha). Within two months thin skin started coming out from backside. I could not come here to Rourkela for the complaint due to other urgencies. I stay in Angul (Odisha) about 250 km from ROURKELA, and I am a regular customer of REEBOK.

Today it was shocking for me when i went to the store in ROURKELA where they didnt acknowledge my complaint and it was realy shameful that they don't know customer service number. Yes, I admit that I have lost the bill but I have my bank statement copy to support evidence of my transaction.

Kindly look into my complaint and consider my case since your esteemed company has a great brand name. My son at an age of 9yrs is your customer.
