I have purchased 3-pairs of Reebok shoes on 22-Feb-2009 bill amounting to Rs 12795 orignal value and after discount it was Rs 7677.00 Ref: VAT/CST/TIN NO [protected] BILL NO 9444 from Reebok Distributor Vijosh Distributors Pvt Ltd -U-48 Inorbit malls, Link Road, Malad(W) Mumbai-400064.telNo[protected]...I spoke to Mr Sameer on phone and raise my concern and they told they will get back but no response ...I am very dissapointed by their service and want a new pair replacement as this is only 1-month old and such bad experience.I also want the compensation of Rs 2.0 lacs as due to loose stiching it has affected me in walk and i have back pain due to it. i have to run from post topillar of Reebok without any support.
Such Top Brand and Such Expensive shoes ...Very Bad Experience from REEBOK.
Awaiting positive response from consumer department.

To whomever it may be concern .Sir i bought new rebook canvas a month ago, after varying just thrice or fout times the shoe started to loss its pasting from the top part as well as bottom part, and the shoe started lookin ugly and icannot wear it any more, i have visited all nearest reebok outlets they r not ready to listen about, I am a reebok shoe fan and prefer reebok shoes from last five years after this incident i am loosing hope on the company shoe, the tin no. as specified in bill is given as: [protected] and the billing date is 2979.the shoe price was Rs.1614 after discount.my contact no. is [protected].I am tired of visiting reebok showroom and finally decided to post a complain.If this carries on your company will be in a danger to lose qa recent customer..
kindly look into the matter, for this deed of the company i shall ever praise the company, dont let the company own in this way.

    I, Rijul Aggarwal S/O Shri K.B. Aggarwal resident of G-10, Vikas Puri, Apposite Petrol Pum, New Delhi-18, booked an order on dated 06.02.2009 with M/s. India Today Book Club for a Rebook Kit amounting to Rs.2999/-. The full and final payment in advance to the tune of Rs.3199/- (Rs. 2999/- for Rebook Kit and plus Rs. 200/- for delivery charges) was made through ICICI Credit Card on the day of booking the order i.e. on dated 06.02.2009. At that time the firm issued me an order refernce No. ITBC 09881581 and assured me that the consignment will be sent at my residence within 15 days positively. After waiting a long I contacted on telephone no. 40502424 and they told me that the consignment would be delivered shortly. On dated 28th March, 2009 I again contacted with the firm on telephone and it was gathered that the consignment no. [protected] has been since been delivered to me at my residence address through M/s. Blue Dart Courier Service on 25th March, 2009 but the same has not been delivered to me till todate. On dated 28th March 2009, i had lodged a complaint to Mr. Amit Kumar of M/s. India Today Book Club vide complaint no. 41114 and he assured me that the consignment will be again delivered at my address i.e. G-10, Vikas Puri, Apposite Petrol Pump, New Delhi-18 within 8-10 days positively.
    After a week’s time I again contacted on 6th April, 2009 and at that time Mr. Khan, Sr. Executive of M/s. India Today Book Club explain that your case has been finalized to dispatch the same and would be delivered within a week’s time positively. After a week on 13th April, 2009, I again contacted Mr. Khan and he informed me that new consignment can only be sent as one consignment has already delivered at your address i.e. G-10, Vikas Puri, Meera Enclave whereas my address is G-10, Vikas Puri, apposite Petrol Pump, New Delhi-18 only.
    Now from the very beginning I am under depression due to non receipt of my consignment i.e. Rebook Kit from the end of Feb., 2009. Therefore, it is humbly requested that M/s. India Today Book Club may delivery the desired kit of Rebook on my address i.e. G-10, Vikas Puri, Apposite Petrol Pump, New Delhi-18 immediatly.
    I loosed my so much of time in loacting the valuable kit but unfortuntly no body has heared so far, therefore i again submit my humble request to kindly get deliver the booked item for which i had already paid the requisite amount, failing which i will be compelled to knock the door of the consumer redressal forum.

    Reebok Kit — non delivery of booked consignment

    i booked my reebock kit worth Rs. 3199/- and made payment through Credit card on 04.10.2009. My booking ID [protected].till date i have not received the above mentioned consignement. you are requested to deliver the consinement latest by 01.11.2009, otherwise i will be compled to meet you on consumer court

      My Order is: MITBC-WEB[protected].
      I have already made a credit card payment for an amount of Rs 3198.0 as on 11th Jan'09.Then I wrote a mail and called the customer care about that, I haven't received my order.

      On 30-03-09 new order no. is given to me - 0GA[protected], but till date I have not received my order. Whenever I call helpline no., simple answer is given "order is fully / successfully processed and will receive the same in 1 week"

      This has been going for last three months. The customer service reps are not even transferring the call to senior personnel reason given all are busy. Today 12 -04-09, and I haven't received as yet.

      Even I have already sent to Mr. Nitin Swaney but didn't receive any revert.

      ITBC is cheating innocent buyers.Govt must ban this company.

      pls find the chain mail which i have pasted below my followed up with ITBC.




      Pls find the trailed mail, this is how indiatodaybookclub harreshing the customer.your services are really very pathetic.sorry to say your company must not be in sevice industry.

      As discussed with mr. md vaseem(customer care executive of bookclub), pls cancell my order and return my money back within 3 days along with accrued interest.there woudn't be any next mail in this regard.

        Dear Sir / Madam

        I paid Rs. 3199 to get a Reebok Offer of R0741 REEBOK WAALLET+KEY CHAIN, R0743 REEBOK BAG & REEBOK TOWEL, R0735 REEBOK SHOES NO. 8 SWIFT LP & R0747 REEBOK MEDIUM SIZE TRACK SUIT in the last week of January 09. However, the order has not been delivered as yet. I have been talking to the persons on[protected] and they have been assuring me of delivery in 7 days and I am fed up with the same reply by the persons attending the phone. When I again talk to them after a gap of 7 days, someone else picks up and he/she repeats the same dialogue of delivery in 7 days. If this is the attitude of Book Club, its really sad. Can someone tell me about the exact position in this regard. My Order no. is 0GA[protected] and ITBC Membership No. is ITBC09846350.

        I was also applied the reebok offer published in February 2010 in Andhra Pradesh. The Ad was published in SAA.KSHI Daily. Myself I attracted to the offer i.e. one pair of Reebok Shoe, Reebok Travel Bag, 2 Nos. of Reebok Towels and One Watch for absolutely at Rs.2999. After confirmation, I received one call from Call Centre that whether I agree or Not? I asked one more time that any Hidden Charges? The answered No. But they said that Rs.300 only charged for Shipping of Parcel to my door step. Again I agreed. But on 24th of March, the Post Man demanded amount to Rs.2999 + Rs.300 and Rs.165 for VPP

        I fed up totally for these. For what reason I have to Pay Rs.300 The call centre staff told over phone that No VPP charges only Shipping of consignment to your door step we charges Rs.300. But now the post man said the receiver should have to pay the VPP Charges.

        Is this not a crime or deceiving public. since, the same articles in the outlets we can brought just for Rs.3000 only

          I have received the eight CDs ordered by mr vide ordere no.0GA[protected] dated 16 Mar 2009.The enclosure with the invoice asks for logon to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm for claiming free gifts.This site does not open when attempt was made to open it.It says site is not available.How to claim free gifts in such circumstances.I

          I ordered stylish ADIDAS GYM n SLING BAG for Rs 369 on 27th May but havenot received the delivery yet..It's so sad on IIndia Today's commitment part

But the same has not been received.             i have purchased a shoe from bhubaneswar style shoes but the shoes sole turned out plz help me out on [protected]

            Reebok — poor quality of pasting in shoe sole

            Hi,
            I had bought a pair of shoes from Reebok outlet in Pantaloons on 11th August 2008. At the point of purchase I had enquired for the quality of the product which was rest assured to me that if any defects or damage were reported within 6 months of purchase or usage of 1800 Kilometers would be mended officially.
            I had some genuine reasons to revisit the showroom for some quality defects with 4 months of purchase. The usage was also well within the required parameters since I wear the shoes thrice a week (on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday to tutions) and I commute by Autorickshaw (so the question of wear & tear of the same is very remote in such limited usage).
            The defect that I encountered was that the side area of my shoes got eroded and also the portion of rubber material that was attached to the shoes bottom sole was detached and eroded. The executive at the Pantaloon showroom was completely satisfied and convinced with the dissatisfaction and asked me to submit the shoes which would be sent to Factory for repairing.But as I am an undergraduate and my exams were near so I couldn't afford to give the shoe right then so they promised me that when I'll be back in January they will repair it.I trusted the gentleman since he is associated with a Company that has built customer trust and goodwill across the globe for last couple of decades.
            On 12th January 2009 when revisited the showroom there was another executive for the other one was on leave and he said me that as the shoes were bought in off season sale so, that could be exchanged only during next offseason. Hence I had to come back and wait until next offseason.
            But when I went on 16th February 2009 they turned me down giving me vage reasons.They said offseason products do not guarantee quality but it was neither mentioned anywhere on product nor did they say me at the time of purchase.

            Now, considering the entire story that I have narrated and could be confirmed at your end, is it something that I should be responsible. I had played my role well within the warranty period and due to some lack of service from your end is making me pay the price for a genuine purchase from your store. I am sincerely dissatisfied and humiliated. May be that I would indeed end my customer relationship with Reebok and never visit any of the store to buy any merchandise but along with this I would also try convey to people about the inside story and the hidden fact behind every such purchases.

            Please do not treat any of my statements as a threat made to the company but a genuine inconvenience / dissatisfaction and my regrets towards the Company.

            Request you to place yourself in my shoes, treat me as a genuine customer making a genuine purchase without understanding that I would have to face so much of mental trauma and try resolve the issue at least communicating me back about the further course of action from your end and the further course of action that I may need to take from my end.

            I hope to hear from u soon.
            I had purchased 2 pairs Reebok shoes from Big Bazaar, Kandivali-E(Mumbai). Unfortunately I had not stored the bills for attaching the same.
            This is my 6th pair of Reebok shoes that I own. With great displeasure, I would like to inform you that the one pair of shoes soles has started coming off while my use is only for an hour for morning walks. It is not even 5 months that I have bought the same.
            Since I am an ardent fan of Reebok, I do not expect such quality from such a well known brand, especially when I have purchased at such an expensive price. They are worth Rs.4300/- and I am shocked to see their condition.
            I would appreciate if you would look into the matter at the earliest and suggest further steps.

            I had sent a complaint even before but there was no reply. I hope you respond to the current complaint. Otherwise I Would be forced to complain about it to the consumer forum.

              I received mail from India Today Book Club offering Reebok trackit. I started making the payment online on January 31, 2009. My bank confirmed the payment, in the mean time I got message from India Today Book Club site that due to some reason the transaction could not be completed.

              Next day I got call from India Today Book Shop stating that since your payment could not be processed would you like to make the payment now. After I said yes, and the payment was promptly done. I got the statement from my Bank also.

              After that I got SMS saying that your order is processed and the Blue Dart consignment no was given as 0GA[protected]. After waiting for few days I casullay checked the Blue Dart online delivery tracking system and I was shocked to see that the material was received by sme other addressee in Delhi even though my name is also appearing as addrssee with correct address..I am staying in a complex where 24 hours security check is available. I my house was never locked so that the delivery can go back and Blue Dart are very authentic courier I understand, even if you are not at home they will leave a note. Then I do not understand how the delivery went back. I have taken printout of the Blue Dart tracking system page.

              After enquiring on their toll free no. I was told that we shall send the delivery to you again and you will receive the same within 8 to 10 days.

              After repeteadly telephoning I got message that you payment is not received so if you want the product kindly make the payment.

              I do not understand what this all about. Whether it is real India Today Book Club or some fake site or someone from their office is acting smart. But the bad name goes to India Today Book Club.

              I am waiting for my delivery.

              Reebok — Gift not receoved

              i purchased Reebok clothing from CP, New Delhi and received a gift voucher which i processed online and was confirmed.
              i sent the documents and online slip as per the directions received on 04 dec 08 via India Post.
              the receipt of the same was confirmed to me thru a message on my cellphone.
              msg_922972 is the message no. from 3?5>4697975.
              however, i have not received the gifts till date and no communication has been made to me regarding the same.

              India Today Book Club — non delivery of my order in spite of my payment

              I had ordered sur saaz aur taal 16 cd pack on 11.01.09. the payment was done thru my credit card.
              After few days when i contacted the customer care i was told that i have been billed Zodiac sign cd pack. I told to change it but since it was was despatched to me i was suggested from book today to return back the same. After few days i was sent my correct order of Sur saaz aur taal, but to my surprise i was asked by post office people to pay a sum of rs.2624 against the parcel.
              i had 2 ordered of Rs999/- of 20 CDs, beneton sun glasses, air return tickets etc. after a week i got a parcel containing a packet of 20CDs only .I contected customer care, i was asking them about my beneton sun glasses .she replied me that i hv to pay more Rs 500/- for sun glasses.why these charges r not informed me at the time of booking my order. i was asking about ur hidden charges at the time of placing my order but she said no we dont have hidden charges.i want to have my complete pkt including sun glasses, air ticket&holiday packge cards.

              i buyed one track suit of Reebok company from Lajpat Nagar Reebok compnay. i asked for XL size track suit and i also tried the same in the shop.but the track suit that was packed to me was of XXL size that is of no use to me.The size mentioned in the Bill is also of XL which i asked.Now the shop owner is not replacing the track suit. Also the lower and upper track suit are of different size.
              kindly help me in replacing the track suit which costs 1800/-

                I had purchased Reebok shoes Rs 2838 on 26.12.08 vide bill 2100 and TIN [protected] and given a coupon 55182 and scratch card RQYBC4818294 which announced I had won reebok travel bag and Countrywide holiday voucher. When I was asked to send Rd 100 to countrywide I felt some foul play but anyhow sent it. Yesterday I received an SMS number 930521 from countrywide that due to incomplete docs my claim can't be processed.
                Now one thing is clear:
                1. In every scratch Countrywide gift voucher always comes.
                2. Countrywide scheme is a huge scam, as my enquiries have confirmed that hardly 2% winners avail of the holiday scheme.
                3. Why is reebok asking its customers to send rs 100 to countrywide.
                4. when Reebok bill copy and claim with Rs 100 is send, how this third party objects and what right has it been provided by Reebok under which tripartite agreement.

                Already on 8 January, 2009 I have sought the following information under Right to Information Act provided under Constitution of India.



                Under the Right to Information Act have again sought information from REEBOK and COUNTRYWIDE :
                1. How many flight vouchers to Reebok customers are given by Countrywide?
                2. How many people actually avail of the holiday gift voucher scheme under Reebok scratch voucher option?
                3. How is it that Holiday voucher invariably comes as one of the prizes?
                4. How is it that Reebok has made this tripartite arrangement of sending the money to Countrywide to get the gifts?
                5. How much money has Countrywide got through Rs 100 each coupon so far?
                6. How much actual expenses on occupancy of its holiday homes by Reebok scratch vouchers have been incurred by Countrywide?
                7. If flight vouchers are given why are these given for single person only when holiday scheme is for couple and family?
                8. Despite what is stated in Reebok scratch card, how many have got two prizes without holiday gift voucher of Countrywide?

                I agree with Mr tribhuvan Mendiratta and his complaint that REEBOK is playing games not only in case of this scratch card scheme but in league with India Today Book Club it is selling goods of 9000 in 3000 as if either its market is gone or the goods are sub sub sub standard. There is something fishy in all the free gifts of shoes with purchase of just 500 etc. India Today and Reebok and many other groups are certainly in league. Government must institute inquiry into logistics of this matter.
                I think, it is lack of knowledge of above people. RTI Act does not apply to corporate, it is made only for government and public sectors.

                    we purchased shoes from your rbk store situated in rave moti kanpur, pno.[protected].last year during sale by paying for Rs.2994.00.after using for 3 months its colour started fading away. Red n black colour started going off the white area of the shoes after washing.shoes article no is r345822
                    when we went to the store keeper there to take care ov the shoes n fix it up, he directly said no first then later after some pressure kept them with him, and finally returned back and said he cannot do anything about it as the company is not resposible for the colour fading.we have not taken back the shoes with us n kept the customer reciept no 877 dated 1.2.09. issued ny mr rajesh.

                      I ordered for purchase of one pair of Reebok Shoes plus Beneton Wrist Watch for a total amount of Rs.1699.00 (1399+300 delivery charges) as per scheme published in Times of India dated 15.02.2009. The order has also been confirmed through SMS from TA-Book Club and LM-BookClub.

                      As per confirmation, I was to receive the said order within 10-15 days. I am sorry to say till date I am not receipt of my order nor I am in a position to purchase these items from the open market.

                      I trust this dilemma will not continue for long.

                              I had placed and order for Adidas shoes (Plus free fitness kit) on 29.01.2009 and my booking order is [protected]. When I placed the order on phone on the 29th I was informed that I would receive the parcel within 21 days. After completion of 21 days I called up customer care regarding the non receipt of parcel on 18.02.2009 and was informed that the order was under process and would receive the parcel in 4/5 days. Then again I called up on the 23rd of Feb as I still had not received the parcel and this time I was informed that it there was a technical problem and there was a delay in dispatch of the parcel and they even gave me a way bill number for Blue Dart courier. I called up Blue Dart courier to find out the status of the consignment I was informed by them that such a number has not been generated by them. I again called up customer care on 2nd March to register a complain and to cancel the order. There was no way I could complain as the operator would not put me through to their supervisors because all the them were busy and not available at the moment. Regarding the cancellation, I could not do it over the phone but have to send a mail. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHEN I CAN PLACE A ORDER ON PHONE WHY I CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER ON THE PHONE. After a lot of argument I was told that it would take another 10/12 days for the parcel to be delivered. I don’t know why the operators cannot contact the concerned department and tell them to dispatch it on a priority basis as the time for delivery was overdue.
                              In the past I have placed orders on E-Bay and other lesser known on line shopping and have always received the parcel in time and I good condition. I placed the order with India Today as it is a reputed organisation and trusted the name. I think this will be the 1st and last time I will be placing and order with India Today. If it was only my case I would have thought it is one of those cases when there is a genuine problem, but I regret to inform you that a friend of mine is also in the same situation.
                              It would be highly appreciated that at least here my case will be looked into and not be ignored. Please let me know if this will be treated as a cancelation order or is there another procedure.
                              I am very disappointed.
                              INDIA TODAY IS TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE!!!

                                    I ve been a loyal and regular customer of reebok since years. This is the first
                                    time i ve been dissatisfied with ur products. I had purchased a pair of socks on
                                    DATE 2-2-2009 from authorized reebok showroom. The products were
                                    purchased on sale of 40% in the showroom but the poor quality was not
                                    expected by reebok. The socks on the first wash as directed on the tag were all
                                    in rashes and threads came out.. And the shoes were of red and black color..
                                    The red color from the heels is almost fading.. within 2 weeks of purchase. Such
                                    quality was not expected from such a famous branch and that to within such a
                                    short time. I hereby attach a photograph of the bill and the products. I went to the shop regarding same complaints thrice, but they did not support me and talked to me very rudely. so i m complaining here.
