Dear Sir,
I had bought a reebok shoe at the authorized outlet in kochin kerela last year and being in the Navy, the shoe was used very sparingly as onboard we wear sandals or uniform shoes.This is readily obvious from the sole abrasion which is almost nil. Despite all this, the left shoe sole suddenly sepaqrated all along the inner side of the shoe one day.

I was appalled that a company like reebok could give such poor quality. If this be the case -probably because reebok makes their shoes in China, we might as well buy the hinese shoe at a tenth of the price. Maybe the Chinese are deliberately sabotaging the big brands to reduce their credibility and improve chinese sales.
Whatever, I expect reebok to replace the shoe pair and would appreciate the same without dragging the company to the consumer forum and negative publicity.

Reebok — poor quality of sole

i am a regular customer of reebok shoes and have faced with problem with the shoes for the past two times. one sole of one shoe came off and an year back i purchased another shoe and now its sole is having a hole in it. it is really sad that a reputed company like reebok has started producing such ppor quality of shoes.

Reebok Shoe — shoe quality

I had purchased shoe a few months ago. Since then it has been sqeaking. I thought it would stop but now it makes lot of noises by sqeak. I dont know what to do. In fact now I am unable to wear it as it makes unbearable noises for me as well for others as well.
I dont know what to do. I am told this is manuafacturirng defect.
Please help me.

    I want to know the price of R714398, Country runner model of reebok.
    if reebok is 'really' interested in attracting customers and having a promotion then why make it difficult for consumers to get the gift. To enjoy the gift at the lowest value the consumer has to incur close to 50% of the cost in terms of time, effort and money. it is not worth it. this is again a cheating game by seller of branded item in collusion with 'another' company. as it is Reebok shoes are much more expensive than they are outside India.

    Without an active consumer court how can one take these day time robbers and cheats to task.

    I had purchase Reebok shoes DT 09/07/2009 from RBK STORE Paloco Agencies, Atlantis Mall Civil Lines, Allahabad. At that time scams going on purchase shoes you are giving Reebok bag free. Shop keeper sad to me that time bag is not available and sad to me your bag is due and sad within 10 to 12 days I provide you. After 12 days I contacted shopkeeper two times he sad to me bag is not come from company. Please take up matter this thing harm your company image. And provide me my free Reebok bag as early as possible.

      i have also bought a rbk shoe from neelkanth traders, noida on 27 jan 2008. after 38 days it was found defective as the pasting of net of shoe becomes weak from inside. when i showed this problem to my nearer factory outlet of rbk( hooda enterprises) in yamunanagar(haryana), they said that it should be taken to that rbk showroom from where u have purchased that. its not easy for a customer to go again 180 kms to get replacement of shoe.

        We are using reebok trade mill since 9 month right now we have problem with trade mill . trade mill is running its maximum speed so that we can not adjust the speed accourding me. so that we have facing the problem.

        I have purchased a Reebok i- run treadmill (RE- 14302) from 'Ankush Commercial Private Limited, Reebok Areana Store, 2/8B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata- 700 020' on 24th July'2010. Serial No.of the machine is RE14302BL/1009/000382. The machine is out of order since 05th March'2011.         Sole is detaching from upper within 1.5 years

        I had purchased Reebok Shoes around 1.5 years back. Yesterday, I saw sole is detaching from upper. Upper is also tearing up. I usually buy advertised colors which are never on sale, and this was also advertised color.

          I have purchased a Reebok shoe from Reebok store(A.P.Retail), Mc Donalds Tower, G.S.Road, Bhangagarh, Guwahati, Assam on 05/02/2008.
          But my utter surprises, the pasting of the shoe was out within 2 days.So I contacted the concerned store on 09/02/2008.They note down the complain and assured me that my shoe will be replaced by 29/02/2008.
          After that I contacted the concerned store on 29/02/2008, then they simply told me that my shoe was sent to the Head Office and I will be able to get it within 2-3 days.
          Then on 06/03/2008, they told me over phone that I will be given the shoe on or before 13/03/2008.
          I contacted them once again on 13/03/2008, but they informed me that it will take another 2-3 days.
          Next on17/03/2008, I went to the store to enquire about the shoe, but this time also they simply refuse to give me the shoe, citing that there is no response from the Head Office.
          Now, I am surprised to see how Reebok claims that their customer services are good .OF COURSE THEY ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO CHEAT COMMON CUSTOMER.
          I am agree with the complain.

            Hi,

            This is Abhishek from Bangalore, India. I bought a pair of REEBOK basketball shoes from Bahrain and just on the second day I wore it, the sticthes have come out on the left side of the right shoe and is torn quite a bit. Now I cannot use it at all as the sponge cushioning will come out. I am very sad and upset as I had saved quite a bit to buy the shoes and they didn't last even 2 days.

            I tried registering the grievance on the Reebok website but couldn't locate any section for grievances and complaints. I don't even want a new pair of shoes or a refund, I just request REEBOK to at least repair the shoe and give it back. Please help me

            REEBOK Basketball Shoes — Top Portion Torn in 6 Days

            A pair of Baketball shoes were bought on 14/06/ 12 from the Reebok Store at NH 1 Outlet Stores, Kuldeep Nagar, Ambala Cantt. With in a week i.e. after about wearing for six times the top of shoes has given way without any rough use. The shoe code is RB 1002 XC/MOK J22789.

              Around 6 months before i brought a sandles for Rs 1299, but after 2 months sole of the sandles started coming out ,i got repaired with the retailer then it worked fine for around 2 months ,again same problrm persisted last month (january) i contacted the showroom for replacement but instead of that they again repaired it ,Now for the 3rd time in 6 months sole is sgain out .
              What to do?????????????

                i bought a pair of canvas shoes for 1490,,back in september..i found a manufacturing defet in them and went to my dealer..they said that the shoes will be replaced till 15th january 2008..but till now there is no replacement and they are saying that we are not getting the stock so we can not replace your shoes..now i want my money back or my canvas shoes and that too replaced..

                Reebok — replacing the shoe

                i purchesed the shoe of reebok. but within 3 monthes its stiching and sole is opened. when i go to the reebok shop for replacingthe piece. they tell me if i replace this one then

                i can get only the product of the cost after cutting the VAT from the cost of my old shoe.

                and i cannot get the discount on any product, which is given by the compony(40%).

                help me that is there any policy for that fom the compony

                I purchased a pair of shoes from your authorize dealer located at Reebok store (Indus Ventures) Sahu Building Hazaratganj branch Alambagh Lucknow, via receipt no.599 Rs.6, 000.00 dated.12/12/2009 (Model easy Tone )

                The sole is found defected and when contacted the dealer refused to change/ replace the product. The phone no. of the dealer of out of service.

                Kinldy look into the matter so that the commitment of Reebok for costumer satisfaction may prevail

                  I bought a pair of Reebok running shoes on 15/12/2007. Hardly after 4 or 5 days of regular use, there were major fractures within the outer sole of both the shoes. It is expected that the sole will be light and flexible for running but at the same time there would not be any material in it, so soft,that it will crumble/fall apart within 5 regular use. I think for design purpose the sole has been constructed with some soft materials which is unable to take pressure!It might be some design problem. I am requesting the company to look into the matter and see that I get a replacement. The details are given below:

                  I have been working in an esteemed Institution (High School with nearly 5000 students) in Kolkata where we refer our students to purchase their school shoes from specific outlets of Reebok (mainly Shakespeare Sarani & Sarat Bose Road. We have received complaints from parents that Size 1 is not available since last 3 months and the response/initiative of the customer service personnel is very dissatisfactory. Under such circumstances, the students face difficulties wearing torn and worn out shoes which also gives shoe bites since they are growing in size. Fervent request for availability of all sizes is highly appreciated alongwith a response to this concern from the Managing Directors and CEOs, since this is not only a shame for the Institution for referring to such valued companies for purchase of shoes but a loss for the company of nearly 5000 pairs of Reebok shoes.

                    Dear Customer Care Officer,
                    I am a regular customer of Reebok shoes for last 10 years. I purchased a pair of shoes (77119-Cl Tech. LP) around one year back from one of your franchisee outlet M/s GRIP SALES PVT. LTD. (C), 9,10,11&12/4, Atur Park, Sion Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai – 400 071. On using the shoes for less than 4 months, I found that the pasting of the sole has opened. I lodged a complaint at your franchisee outlet and I was offered to purchase a new pair against its replacement. The second pair of shoes (55717 – Versa Run LP; Bill No. 9699 dated[protected] also had a similar problem. Once again the complaint was accepted and I purchased another pair (155015 – Stride Runner; Bill No. 225 dated[protected] against its replacement. It is very sad to tell you that the third pair of shoes also had a similar problem. But this time I was not able to find the Bill and approached the shop without the Bill. But your franchisee outlet did not register the complaint and said that nothing could be done without a bill. Subsequently I was able to find out the Bill after thorough searching and I immediately rushed to the shop. But by the time I reached your shop the warranty period was over and it was bluntly told by your franchisee outlet that nothing could be done after the warranty period (i.e. 6 months) is over. After my request, at least the complaint was registered (Complaint Bill No. 3551 dated[protected]. Today (i.e. on 23.1.2008) when I complained the shop, I was told that they are not able to contact the company representative and and I was asked to contact only in the month of February.

                    I would like to convey following things through this letter.

                    1. What has happened to the quality and reputation of Reebok shoes? It has deteriorated to such an extent that 3 consecutive pair of shoes could not last even up to the warranty period.

                    2. It is a mental torture to purchase the shoes and keep the Bill in a safety vault or a locker as if it is gold or some highly valuable property.

                    3. If a customer is not able to locate the Bill for two months, does it mean that your responsibility is over?

                    4. Even after a period of one month your franchise could not contact the company representative in this age of advance information technolgy.

                    It may be painful to say that with this sort of experience it is very difficult to maintain further relationship with Reebok.

                    may be the quality is good but the way a user uses it is bad/rough.
                    there are rules and regulations which every one shd follow.
                    so kind of them that they atleast exchanged it for u 3 times.

                      i recently bought a shoe from the reebok outlet nearest to my house.
                      i bought the AVIATOR (sheer grey /baby blue).the price of this shoe have been printed as Rs 1090 on the shoe. and same feeded on his computer . but the shop representative claimed that " nowadays this shoe is coming with the name PROTON and the price has been raised to Rs 1490,hence i will charge you Rs 1490 instead of Rs 1090 ". my complaint is that when i am taking the old version of the product hence i should be charged for the old version only ,why for the new revised version.

                        Dear All,

                        I had purchased a pair of shoes Costing Rs 7000 at Rs 4200 in Sale dated 12.01.08 from Pune Rbk Store.
                        Within 15 days there were pasting issues. I gave the shoes for repasting...Still there are issues. I happen to speak to Mr Anand ASM Reebok Pune. He is very arrogant.

                        I just asked that my shoe to be exchanged as there are issues with the shoes within 15 days. He bluntly kept the phone.
                        I definately understand that shoes are bought in Sale. If the customers are given defected lot, that should be definately be mentioned in the ads. When buying shoes nobody said to me that there is no warranty nothing.

                        In this age where "Customer is the king", the kind of treatment being metted out to me i am very shocked. ... I have decided never to buy reebok merchandise.

                        I spent a whooping 4200. Its definately not less.

                        Kindly do the needful..

                          I strongly recommend that pls do not buy any type of clothing of Reebok.... i am one unfortunate consumer who did so,...i bought a t shirt from their outlet thinking it of a very good reputed btand but after the first wash it left colour and left stains of that colour on the other cloth which was soaked along with it. in short Rs 500 shirt spoiled my Rs 900 shirt....

                          More so when i went to the shop again with my complaint, the kind of reponse i got from the shopkeeper was pathetic..so pls be very careful before buying anything from reebok......

                          I have purchased Fresh New shoes of Reebok from exclusive show room of south Ext.part one new Delhi, found poor quality and manufacturing issue with shoes, it having bottom side defectiveness.
                          Believing on big brand of reebok stores i purchased shoes and used it for routine jogging, but to my surprise in no time of 6 months sole of shoe gave its way and added to a very poor and cheap look to such a big branded shoe company, and the damage is such which cant be even repaired by cobbler coz the part is so soft and spongy that it cant be stitched. certainly my investment for shoes of 4500/- has gon in vain and will take cognizance next time never to visit such fake stores for any accessorial shopping which have very short shelf life, hope this complain does'nt fall on deaf ears.

                            I bought a pair of rebok shoes from Nagpur City from MS Sahil Sports Enterprise,44 Poonam Chanmbers, Nagpur 13 vide Reciept No 18181 (date not mentioned) must be Nov-dec 06 and paid Rs 2555/- through Credit card. The model of the shoe is[protected]VS Pivot (MRP 2690). The shoes got snapped from the soul .The right side of the toe has got cut off from the soul within six months of purchase due to manufacturing defect.

                            I being a Central Govt Officer, was transferred and the reciept was mislaid. I sent back the shoes in Nov 07. The shopkeeper returned back the shoes afte two months saying he cannot help me.

                            Why should i not file a case in the consumer forum. All i want is replacement of the shoes to be ordered anywhere in RAIPUR (Chattisgarh) or Nagpur (maharashtra) within 15 days of filing this complaint. I am ready to sent the shoes for examination through courier at my cost.
                            In case the same model is not available, i am ready to pay for the difference of price for other suitable model.

                            Hi This is kartik i ahve purchased a shoe from reebok store i.e Reebok Classic somajiguda(hyderabad) before 6-8 months and now the shoe has been torn and when i went to the show room from where i purchased they told they will give service and i gave them my shoes for servicing they only got back to me after 15 days that also when i went to the show room 2-3 times.and then after servicing i just wore it for 3 days and again it got tore from the same place and when i asked them to replace they declined saying i dont have the bill.but if you purchase from a trusted company like reebok do u ever think that shoes will be defective and the store manager Aman was also not in helping nature.so hope for quick solution.i asked them you send to company and if they say this is not defective or they will not replace then i will accept it but they dint even try to solve it.

                            I had purchased reebok shoes last month only from Reebok Store, Mahipalpur, Delhi. I was told by salesman and the manager about the one year warranty for the shoes.

                            However, in one month only shoes got cracked and when i reached out to the store for the complaint. They behaved arrogantly and said there is no such warranty.

                            I bought shoes from your showroom at GAURAV TOWER in jaipur 2 month ago, I gave back the shoes since they were defective and the owner said the shoes will be replaced but it has been 2 month since then and he has not yet replaced the shoes, I also sent you a mail on customer.[protected]@reebok.com regarding the same but I didn't get any response, from your end, I told my problem to an executive his name Mr. Prakash his number is [protected] over their but he refused to help me and asked me to mark a mail to the customer care, then I found a number Mr. sanjay Dhyani ([protected]) he said he will check the shoes and resolve the case after holi, yesterday I called him he told that you have to come at MI road rebook showroom along with showroom executive, today I went to the showroom and he didn’t pay attention and his behavior was pathetic and rude, he behaved as if he owner the company and instead of solving my problem he misbehaved, while I felt as if I had done I a mistake by buying your product.


                            If now I don’t receive any solution from your end then I will finally have to approach consumer court and take legal action against your company.

But the joint between sole and upper part opened within the month of purchase.. the dealer repaired the same. But again in some areas the joints beaome lose and opening come out.                             I repeatedly asked the store people that is it of defects because u r giving disout. They assured that it is not defect but due to odd sizes discount is offered direct by company.

I refuted strongly then they accepted and assured that they will send them to their Gurgoan factory for check up and replacement. Now they are telling that their factory confirmed that there is no manufacturing defect.
                            It is absolutely ridiculous and naked cheating by the so called reputed and international brand like bloooooody REEBOK. I will never ever go for REEBOK again in future.
                            Can any one tell me how to take up this matter for compensation.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes from Satnaam trading company near Lilly resorts GT Road Jalandhar on 19/11/10 . There was a manufacturing defect in soul of the shoe (Ree-zig) .The shoe was given back at the the showroom for replacement on 12/1/11 with complaint number 135. We were assured that the shoe would be replaced within 20 days.

                              I reported the problem to Reebok , Sec 17 E, Chandigarh , and handed over the cracked shoes to them.
                              on 31.12.2007 , They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within the week , but till date no action has been taken , and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

                              For a reputed brand like Reebok , this sort of post sale service is not acceptable .

                              I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                              Hi,
                              Two weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes from Reebok Showroom, Marathalli, Bangalore. After buying I saw that one of the show was to dirty in comparision to the other. All the whittish part has taken yellow colour and it was too dirty in comparision with the other. So I went to the showroom again to get it changed then they said that we wont change it today come on some other day. I went to their shop for the third time and at that time they said we dont have this pair in stocks, so I asked them to get a fresh piece from somewhere and I also told them that I can wait for a week or so. They said it can't be done and you have to take this pair only. Helpless, so I took the same pair and asked them to change the laces and clean the shoe if they can. They just change the lace and gave it to me.
                              Now when I went to other shops in Bangalore, I saw the same model with my size only. So the statement of the Reebok Store Manager that "We sont have it in stock and cant get it ofr you from somewhere also." was wrong.
                              The shoes was of Rs.5999 and after 40% discount it came to me for Rs.3600 approx. 3600 is not a small amount which I can allow to go in vain. The shoes are really looking very awkward after wearing. I have heard that Marathalli Showroom is a company showroom and not a retail showroom. So I am asking you: Is this the service Reebok is providing to its customers? The company showroom can't even get a new pair. I hope that company always gives these showrooms an extra pair for display, as it is very natural that a shoe being displayed for a month or 2 will become dirty.
                              Can you now please suggest me a solution for this? I want to inform the customer care of Reebok and I want a new shoe also. The way these guys talked to me while changing was very rude. They are not listening to me and they are trying to justify their dirty shoes.

                              I reported the problem to Reebok, 65-C Rajpur Road Dehradun, but they refused to replace or even repair the same, saying that the flooters will not be replaced or repaired since they were offered on discount. I could not understand why they will not be replaced even at the time of purchasing no one has told us that in any diffect/problems the article will not be changed of replaced and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

                              IT IS A REMINDER TO EARLIER COMPLAINT.

                              I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand shoes including accessories for last few years with a confidence that it is the best available brand in India.

                              On the same pretext I purchased a shoe on 18-02-09 from M/S SHUBHANKAR APPARELS, D-6, 7, 8, 9 SURENDRA LADNMARK, HOSHANGABAD ROAD, BHOPAL.

                              I STARTED USING THE SHOES IN APRIL 09 THEN I STARTED FEELING HEEL COUNTER DEFECT ON BOTH THE PAIR, ALSO THE FRONT PASTING WAS NOT GOOD. I VISITED THE FRANCHISEE ON 21-05-09 THEY TAKEN MY COMPLAINT AND SENT THE SHOES TO REEBOK INDIA COMPANY, SIGNATURE TOWER-B, SOUTH CITY, GURGAON 122001.                               this is in regard to my extreme dissatisfaction with reebok service.
                              prior to this incident i was a regular customer of reebok and always appreciated the quality of reebok-products.
                              i bought reebok-shoes on 25/07/09(i would also like to mention that beaing a student right now i had been saving pocket money for this since six month). what happened next was that the shoes showed a sticking coming out, a pasting coming a out and a bending of sole in the right foot. as a result i returned it the showroom on 23/08/09 from where i purchased( C.P-F block). since then it has been hell for me. i have been fed up of making enquiry calls to the showroom. everytime i just get only one answer that "sir we have no status" in return to the word which was given to me that the service process would take just 15 days.

                              being fed up of this reply that the status is unknown i any how managed to get the number of product manager mr. amit ([protected]) and spoke to him. he was even reluctant to talk for a second. anyhow after my calling him for 3-4 time he told me that my shoe has been recieved by him on 23/09/09. That's exact 1 month after my submission.

                              as it has been more than a month now a the amount of stress it has caused me( in regards to the no. of times i have just tried to know when would i get my shoes and also in regards to the pain of going from friend to friend borrowing shoes).

                              i am extremely disappointed and trouble by this bad service and the only thing that i will except is a money back. kindly let me know if your company is willing to accept or not. in case it's not the case i am sorry to say that i will have to move to consumer court.

                              Reebok — WE DONT HAVE SIZE 6-TAKE 10 & FORGET

                              In August, Reebok India had a tie-up with India Today Fan Club and advertised for kits with 3-4 items for Rs.2999/- I had ordered one such kit for Rs.2999 and gave shoe size as 6. When I got the kit, to my shock it had shoe of size 10. On contacting them, they said that size 6 was out of stock hence they sent size 10 and on asking what will I do with such a big size, they advised me to courier it back to them and they will send size 6 and also they will reimburse me courier charges, which I complied. Till date I am chasing them to send me shoe of size 6 - they make you hold for 20-25 minutes and then coolly give some vague answer and go offline. They answer your e-mails with standard phase " I am really sorry for this, have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department and will get back to you shortly (how shortly only God knows) Since august and we are almost at end-November and their 'very shortly' has not shortened as yet. I have all their e-mails as proof and was just wondering whether 'REEBOK' would like to settle it amicably or would like to see their name in print media or consumer court.                               I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes ( purchase bill no is-13742 date-20/03/10. ) for Rs.3310, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in bbsr jas apparels & footwears pvt ltd 11,janpath,bapuji nagar bhubaneswar ,on 20.03.2010 , but within 3 days the upper leather portion of both the shoes got badly cracked .
                              I reported the problem to Reebok ,jas apparels & footwears pvt ltd 11,janpath,bapuji nagar bhubaneswar, and handed over the cracked shoes to them.
                              on 12.04.2010 , They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within the week , but till date no action has been taken , and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

                              For a reputed brand like Reebok , this sort of post sale service is not acceptable .

                              I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                              I had purchased a pair of shoes and I had been given a copy of coupons which they promised to redeem from time to time.

                              In January I went to redeem it and I was told that this is a sale period hence it cannot be redeemed. I have requested them so many times. I have visited SCO 20, Sector 17 showroom so many times. At last, I told them I will have to go to consumer court then they redeem the same immediately. But they harrassed me a lot.

                              Now again I went to redeem the same they said there is a sale and it cannot be redeemed. I told them you have redeemed the same in January. He said I do not know about than but I cannot redeem it presently at any cost. How funny his reply was? However it is clearly written on the vouchers that these would be redeemed on the MRP and nowhere it is mentioned that it will not be redeemed during the sale period. How rude it was if you cannot redeem the coupon then why you issue the same. I have wasted my petrol, energy and get frustrated because of these coupons.

                              I requested Mr Sanjay, Incharge, Sector 17, Chandigarh again and again to redeem the same he said I cannot redeem the same. I said then why you give this at the time of puchasing a pair of shoes. He said rudly he will not accept these and you do whatever you like. Now I would have no choice except to approach the consumer court.

                              I reported the problem to Reebok, 11JANPATH, BAPUJI NAGR, BHUBANESWAR, So I went to the showroom again to get it changed then they said that we wont change it today come on some other day. I went to their shop for the several time and at that time they said we dont have this pair in stocks they gave me particular date when i went on that same date they refused me.I could not understand why they will not be replaced even at the time of purchasing no one has told us that in any diffect/problems the article will not be changed of replaced and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

                              For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service is not acceptable .

                              I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                                i have purchased reebok shoes from the outlet worth rs. 4600/ and with in few days the soul of the shoes damaged but the outlet owner did not respond to the complaint and didin't even give the contact number of corporate office from where he got the lincence of frenchise.                                 Samardeep Singh, did u receive any response on this? Same has been my situation. I bought a 2 T-Shirts & 1 Jeans from Reebok showroom in Total (Madiwala- Bangalore) using my gift voucher. I did only 6 washes & the color of the T-shirts started fading.

                                I dont want to complaint on the quality of the product, but is there atleast a value for the money which we pay?

                                Also it is being noted that the gift vouchers provided is only valid in some showrooms where the quality of the product is very very poor & also very less variety. The reason behind this is to sale the defected products.

                                Valid Locations (Gift voucher) showroom in Bangalore : Brigade road, residency road, forum, Total- MAdiwala, RT nagar. I have tried all these showrooms, whatever i purchase from these showrooms, the quality is a big concern. Why cant you add one more location (Marathahalli as the valid location for the voucher) ? The reason is, Marathahalli has a good collection of products & if people start buying these products using coupons then how will those seconds (Defected) pieces go.

                                To All,

                                Its really good to stop buying these costly items (from Reebok, Nike, Adidas). Its just the brand name & has nothing special in it.

                                  I purchased Reebok Shoes from M/s. style Gangtok @Rs.2990/- which apparently was new range. One shoe got torn without any outside force and other piece was also getting off in same way.
                                  On my complaint the store took shoes from me and send it company details of form were PGSC No.1-154455 size 8 on 21/11/2007 and was told it will come back in weeks time,but after 11/2 one and half months i got same torn shoes returned with no explanation on customer claim form which apparently is to be comleted by product manager.

                                  I regret to say that being regular purchaser of your product such careless action was not expected on companies part. My shoes were not replaced but atleast i should have got proper explanation on that

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes costing Rs 6490 from the Reebok Shop in MGF Mall in Gurgaon on 27th October 07. Its PGSC Number is 1-53350. Within two weeks the outsole of the left shoe started coming off and the one on the right had become loose. I returned it to the shop via Customer Claim Form number 4495. I was returned the pair of shoes with only the left outsole pasted after a week. I was assured that in case the other sole came off the product would be replaced.
                                    Within a week the outsoles of both shoes started coming off and I returned the pair on 27th November 07 in a pathetic condition via Customer Claim form number 4498 and I was told the shoe would be sent to HO to get it fixed again. I called the shoe shop several times and also visited them but the shoe has not yet returned. Also there is no point in sticking it since as earlier another part of the outsole would come off. Its the 7th today and in spite of spending a huge amount of money I have no shoes. I had bought the pair out of necessity and I can't afford to spend more.
                                    I request you therefore to either provide me with a pair of good shoes of the same value or give me my money back, since I could buy 4 pairs of more sturdy shoes form the local market for the same amount.

                                    I have been using Reebok Sports shoes since 15-20 years. Just for your information my 2nd last pair was a Reebok Premier Road Plus[protected] and the last pair was a Reebok Premier Elite[protected]. I paid about Rs 5, 000/-for the last pair which is about a year old and have used only for walking for about 8 months and have never used them in the rain or on the beach nor have I ever washed them.
                                    THE COMPLAIN : The Sub Soles have opened up.
                                    MY QUESTION : How can this happen to Premium Reebok shoes in a span of less than one year? and that too used only for walking?
                                    Irequest you to kindly look into the matter to get my shoes fixed/replaced at the earliest.
                                    I have purchased my shoes from your Franchisee outlet in Panjim - Goa.

                                      I bring to your notice the sequence of events which are self explanatory in eroding the confidence of a customer in reputed brand like Reebok:

                                      I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand products that it is the best availble brand in India. On the same pretext I purchased a T shirt from the Reebok retail outlet at Pune Invoice no 843 on the 15.9.7, product MSL 6105A1100 verical strip T shirt.On using the same and after 2 wash the vertical strip faded and los its color. In the 2nd wash while washing the same with other clothes the T shirt got some stain marks.On visiting your franchisee in fatima nagar Pune on the 7.10.7 the person says we are a discount store hence no warranties are accepted from this store. When he came to know that he T shirt was not bought under discount & was billed on mrp, he pointed out the stains on the T shirt and gave me a customer claim form no 1492 dt 7.10.7

                                      Later after following up they tell me that the same is rejected coz of the stains on the T shirt. Nobody is ready to accept that the color has faded in just 15 odd days.

                                      After going through this very unfortunate sequence of events I have now decided that I will continue to use Reebok Brand as the brand is good, we all know it & will not deprive myself only coz of few foolish people at the franchisee . Rigidity and Rude Behaviour of your franchisee outlet employees would only tarnish Brand Image and Reputation of your Company.
