REBOCK SHOE — NON RECEIPT OF PRODUCT

I HAVE PALCED ORDER THROUGH ONLINE AND PAYMENT MADE THROUGH CREDIT CARD FOR REBOCK SHOES ( 2 PAIRS). MY ITBC NO. 09901761 AND MY ORDER NO. OGA[protected]. THE ORDER WAS PLACED IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY-2009. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND REQUESTED FOR REFUND. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

    When I bought Reebok apparel worth approx. Rs 4, 000 from their store at Oberoi Mall, Mumbai, India, I was given a scratch card and told it would give me assured free gifts. I had to enter details from the scratch card on a website called click2redeem.com (no www). After giving all my personal details, I was told to call the number ([protected]) of Countrywide Holidays to redeem my gift. They then asked me to send them Rs 100 to redeem my 'free gift'.

    I hung up at that point as I am not parting with money to redeem a so-called free gift.

    I think it is a SCAM to get personal information for a database.

    I think you are Mr. Sumanto, is an illiterate person. When you enter the Scratch Card No., it shows two gifts won by you; it does not ask to call at helpline nos. to know the gifts. I think helpline nos. are given in case you face any problem and Reebok is charging Rs.100/- towards handling & courier charges. I don’t mind to pay Rs.100/- towards I have won Reebok Travel Bag and Timex Wrist Watch.
    Now a days, if somebody does not know how to use internet is really is an illiterate.
    How Sumanto can be illiterate person, he is using the internet and writing the comments about the reputed company and in case, he is found wrong will be in trouble because of cyber crime.
    I came from USA after spending three years there. I was working with a retail outlet and we have done several schemes there. In US, all the schemes are codes based, customer scratch the card and submit his code on the website and gift displayed him and he gets the gift at his place. I think this system is made because retailers otherwise never give gifts to the customer and scratch most of the cards themselves.

    Dear Samit, In India, people are not that educated that they understand the codes to cross check on the net. Big Bazaar also done the similar promotion that you shop for rs.2500/- and pay rs.100/- to get the wrist watch free but that wrist watch was local brand.

    I've been a loyal customer to Reebok and I was satisfied with the Reebok products. Last week I bought a pair of shoes worth Rs 3000 from Planet sports, Focus mall, Calicut. I was told that as a promotional offer I can buy any Reebok apparel worth Rs 1000 free. After having a close look at the Reebok appareals in the shop I observed -
    1. All the apparels were highly overpriced. (I've been buying Reebok since like my childhood)
    2. There were absolutely no choice.

    This frustrated me so bad that I didn't want to exercise the offer, but my friend picked up some T-shirt priced at Rs 899, for which I'd not have paid more than Rs 300 otherwise.
    Off course as a consumer I feel betrayed and want to rethink about my loyalty towards the brand. But moreover, being a management student with interest in marketing, I fail to understand what kind of strategy this is. The promotional offer is definitely getting it's share from sales and promotion allocations but it is doing the exact opposite thing, decreasing customer loyalty.
    I am happy with the shoes but not at all with promotional offer.

    Is it really a scam? I have updated the personal details on the website and got to know about the assured gifts. They are travel bag and a holiday voucher. I think till this point everything works. In case somebody has not received the code (i.e. password), the person should recheck the mobile number/email id that he has provided.
    However, I am also not happy about the lengthy process and payment of Rs. 100 towards courier charges. But I guess the right products have been delivered to the customers who have claimed it.
    I have won Travel Bag and Holiday voucher. I have received also, travel bag looks Rs.500/- worth and holiday package destinations are huge list which can be availed before sep'09

    I was searching google for a bag and suddenly saw this blog. I think people are just spoiling the reputation of good companies by mentioning here and they must be vela kind of people.
    I think Neetu, you are right coz people those do not hv time hardly send the forms for redemption but i'm happy coz atleast now a days; there r something in scratch cards rather than empty one. i m a student and hv enough time to write here and send the form for redemption. ok. yeh google bhi mast hai hum find kuch karte hai dhikhata kuch hai.

    I have got the scratch from rebook after purchasing the apparel worth more than 2500 and i have sent the scratch card, invoice and the a copy of application form which they have asked to download. I have sent it one month back.
    I have enter details on the website called click2redeem.com too.
    I got a message to my mobile from Country wide stating that Some documents are missing. When I called and ask them they told that i have failed to send the Scratch card. But i am sure that i have sent that Original scratch card allong with other documents.
    One sad thing is the customer care people are not responding properly i have to make many calls and after a long attempt only they are picking the phone .
    What should i do.To whome i have to carry on this request to esculate this.

    I endorse your view. I also received an SMS yesterday from countryside despite sending Rs 100 that my claim cannot be processed due to incomplete doucs. I have sent the claim form, photocopy of bill and even the Rs 100 they unfairly demanded and still they are shying away from their responsibility..

    I think there is no use to write at here; company has given an email id of the ceo of countrywide in the scratch card. I wrote to them yesterday and i got 5 calls from the senior executives in the company in just 3 hours and got a solution today.

    Reebok apparel — free gift website does not activate

    the site which has been assigned for dispersing the free gifts does not respond, there are 3 steps and the activation does not proceed beyond the step 1.
    Mujhe lagta hai ki neelam kapur ki complaint geniune nahi hai, kyon ki main form courier karne se pahle confirm karna chahta tha ki usko gift mila ke nahi par mere emails ka koi jawab nahi aaya. Main inke office personally gaya aur mujhe on the spot dono gift mil gaye.
    I made purchase on 30th November, 2008 and till date after over 2 months nothing is received. And I lost 100Rs. extra.

    They were to send me travel bag and Timex watch.

    Countrywide is cheater...infact all holidays companies are cheater. Everybody know that. Yet I paid 100 as gambling and as in gambling lost.

    This is not something expected from Reebok. If they are appointing somebody, Its their responsibility to make sure to send. But they are no different than Unitech DLF or Satyam

    I brought a mobile blackberry phone from The Mobile Store at Ansal Plaza on February 20, 2009. I got a copy of the gift voucher with two assured gifts (a) Reebok Travel Bag and (b) 3 days / 2 nights holiday.
    On getting into website Click2Redeem.com/TMS and after giving my email address and mobile numbers it asks for a email and mobile activation codes. I think this is a fraud and I am going to complain to consumer forum. The intention is to get your email id - and there is no GIFT.

    I have purchased a nokia 7210 Supernova mobile handset from Patparganj, delhi .And registered some info on site as stated with an address http://click2redeem.com/TMS .i also called up there n they told me the processing time will take 45 days but its around 2months and still i have not recieved my gift (Reebok travel bag) even no updation i got from there..It is very unpleasant situation for Customers.

    I had bought a reebok shoe in the month of nov, 09 from your East End, Bangalore Out let.
    Within 2 months the condition of the shoe is not wearable.
    Though it is a offer price shoe, nobody could expect such type of bad quality from reebok, the street side shops are at least giving a warranty of 3 months.

    I lost the bill somewhere and could not able to find it.

    Felling very regret to say that now reebok is selling products with its brand name not with its quality.

    I have bought a reebok Rockfort Sandal product code:K54905 in your showroom R.R.Associates, Nungambakkam, chennai on 11/12/2010.I found a defect on both sandals and took it to the retailer on 20/02/2011 i dint get feedback till 26/02/2011 then they said that they will paste and give. How can it be accepted. I am using only in weekends only 2 months completed now itself there is
    defect. While buying they said within 3 months its replacement but now they are not ready to replace.
    Pls take a necessary action to replace the sandal. Till now i dint get the pair. I dint took the old back from the retailer. I am not getting a proper response from the retailer. I am fed up with your service.

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      I have bought Reebok shoe worth of Rs.4999 from Bangalore (Marathahalli Reebok Retail show room) six months back. I am not using this shoe for rough use like for walking and jacking/Running, I use this use only for casual purpose that too occasionally. But I understood from the show room that this shoe specifically made for Running so I thougt I will get good life for this shoe when I bought the time. This is the first time I am buying Reebok shoe that too based on my friends suggestion. I think for me Reebok first impression itself became the bad impression.
      I have not satifisfied with this shoe, why because the shoe got damaged in the front portion. The small finger of the my leg is coming out from the net covered in the front portion. Unfortuantelly I have lost my shoe bill so the Marathahalli show room Manager is not ready to take it for either replacement or just atleast to repair the shoe.
      I would request you to take consideration for this mail and take action on this. I belive, As I mentioned about the impression on Reebok, the Reebok company will not make me to feel bad.

        I Bought Reebok floaters today 1/11/2008 at Reebok on Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai. The MRP Price on the floaters was Rs.1290. but the shop incharge is insisting that the Price Rs 1599. i have been billed the same and paid that amount. his explanation is the company gives them a separate price list. based on that only they are billing. this is ridiculous. how can a company like Reebok have one price on the product & bill a higher rate than that?

        Reebok — Floaters smell badly after use for about 30 minutes

        I bought a floater from your outlet at Kanpur. The product code is R890198. It is a red floater bought on 28/05/2008. When it is used for about 30-40 minutes, they start stinking very badly.
        Iwould like to get my floaters replaced.

          I bought 2 pair of reebok shoes 1 white and 1 black and they both have the rubber sole coming off of them. If I would of known this is how your shoes were made I would have bought different ones. I have bought reebok in the past and never had a problem with them. I am very unstasified with your product. I will not buy shoes from you again. I dont feel that it is proper to buy a product and have them defective. Not just one pair but both of them. I would appreciate you resolving this matter.             Dear Reader,

            There is a defect in the my reebok shoe which I brought from hgretail, an authorised retailer in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore. ( TIN : [protected]), about six days back, during a discount sale (40% off). The details of the model are given below:

            Model number : 1-183530
            Model Name : Running Stride LP / White
            Price after discount : Rs.1494/- (40% discount on original price of Rs. 2324)

            The sole of the shoe is made up of a combination of rubber and front part of sole came out. Kindly advice how do i go about finding a solution to this problem. The dealer says that I have to take it up with the company itself and he would not be in any position to help out as it was brought in a discount sale.

            Dear Customer Care Officer

            I bring to your notice the sequence of events which are self explanatory in eroding the confidence of a customer in reputed brand like Reebok:

            I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand shoes including accessories for last few years with a confidence that it is the best availble brand in India. On the same pretext I purchased a shoe around one month back from one of your franchisee outlet in Noida.On using the shoe for the last few days one day I found that both the shoe have opened up from the pasting side.On visiting your franchisee in Noida(U.P.) and pointing out the defect I was bluntly told by your franchisee.

            After going through this very unfortunate sequence of events I have now decided not to use Reebok Brand in any form nor would I recommend this Brand to others.I would also suggest you to appoint your franchisee outlets after due diligence in order to protect your brand name and your reputation. Rigidity and Rude Behaviour of your franchisee outlet employees would only tarnish Brand Image and Reputation of your Company.


            If you really feel concerned about this mail I atleast expect a reply.

            I have bought a reebok shoes from Cannaught place in Delhi on 03 jul 09 with the believe that the product will last properly. After one week of jogging i could see the front portion of the shoe sole is coming out due to bad pasting of sole. I have its bill with me . .since i am posted in Jammu and Kashmir i would not be able to go to that dealer now . . .i try to contact on them through phone but not getting and its an authorised dealer of reebok.You are requested to advice me what should i do in this case . .as soon as possible...

              I had bought the Reebok Men pair of shoes on 12 Aug 2008 at price of 2990.00 INR from Authorized Reebok Outlet in Pune Central, but within less 2 months
              shoes is loosing its sole.

              Shoes details are as follows:

              Rate : 2990.00 (Discount -30% i.e. 897.00)
              Shop Address : Pune Central, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra

              Yesterday, 7 Oct 2008, I have reported the problem at above mentioned Reebok retail outlet @ Pune Central and handed over the pair of shoe to them.
              They agreed & accepted the shoes and given me the acknowledgment slip with saying that, the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within maximum of 7 days. I waiting for their response now.

              I request the company to please look into this and replace the shoes or refund my money back at the earliest.

                I bought a reebok bag(Morris sport kit) for Rs.1199 and it has started tearing from many places..I have hardly used it for a month..This was not expected from brands like Reebok..it is pathetic..
                I bought a reebok pair of shoes-court queen for Rs.1299.00 and reebok bag-creto waterproof messenger for TRs.1999.00 on 20.11.08 . The colour of the bag lining isunning and and it has become unusable.Moreover my frre gift has not yet come inspite of making the payment

                Sir,
                I have purchase Reebok shoes Stock No[protected] Active Sport LP White for RS. 1990/-as a fresh piece (Not form Sale or any Discount offer) on 14.06.2008 vide bill No S7/7097 from Reebok Showroom, Shreem Shalini Mall, R.C.Dutt Road, Vadodara (India)along with Shocks & Rbk Cap.
                Within the month I found that the pasting from the sole of my shoes was out in the month of July itself. I immediately contacted your Showroom, they have advice me that they will repair it instead of replacement, & accordingly he repaired & delivered after 45 days i.e. in Sept. 08.
                Now again the condition of my shoes become worsen from the same place, and we reapproach your showroom for replacement, since the defect was same on 10.02.2009 vide customer calim form no 9312. When I inquire I came to know that company has rejected my claim on the ground that “OUT OF WARRANTY” on 18.02.2009 by Mr. Amit Claim officer at the Company Centre.
                I am unable to understand that the defect in my shoe was notice just after one month from the date of purchase, & accordingly I have done what I am supposed to do, But at this point of time such defect in my shoe is not expected from Global company like REEBOK, which is manufacturing the Quality product world wide. My request to you that I want replacement of shoes, as it is not matching the international quality in manufacturing. Hope you will do me fafour.

                I just received oiffer with sodexo for free gift of Reebok bag with handelling charges 495/- before placing an order i have gone thruogh various comments by many people which is really disgusting, so i have decided not to go any free gift provided, which is very much pooooor quality.
                I have puchase a reebok bak (P.Code I10734) from Reebok Match Point, rajpur Road Dehradun vide bill no. 6320 dtd. 02.02.10 of Rs. 699.00. (In Discount Offer).
                Within the 2 Months it has started tearing, I immediately contacted your Showroom, but they refuse to register the complaint.
                I didn't expected this from Reebok brand. Please take the necessary action.

                  A week back got a mailer promising a reebok bag Code : 867 Worth Rs.1990/- a handling charge was supposed to Rs. 490/- payable by us. Agreed, orderered, and today i received the bag in good condition.
                  BUT ITS MRP IS Rs. 1199/--? Surprised because it was supposed to be of Rs. 1990/-.
                  Is`nt it amounts to cheating and providing product which is not worth and easily available in the market for the money charged by the way of handling charges.

                    This is really a very bad experience with the worls reputed company "Reebok". I got a pair of floaters from a shop named "FUSION THE SHOE PARK"

                    I am facing a very similar problem with the same model of shoe. It seems Reebok is facing a quality crisis. 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I bought in the "40% off-flat" sale have almost given away. I had to give the floaters for pasting a second time today and I am sure the next time they "repair " the floaters they will be in the same condition. I am thoroughly disgusted.

                      Charging fee for repair of shoes in warranty period

                      Hello,
                      I purchased Reebok shoes considering that they are the best sports shoe brand in India. The shoe cost me 4990 bucks. I was given a one year warranty. When you purchase branded items then it is for sure that you want service wherever the brand showroom exists. I had purchased shoes in Chandigarh and currently I am working in Bangalore, so when there was a pasting problem in the shole, I went to Forum Mall's Reebok store....

                      I purchased reebok shoes no r-138415 vide inovice no-3770 dated 30.4.08 of Rs. 2690 from Reebok at E-2/236, opp pillar no-171, Shastri nagar, Delhi-52
                      but after one and half month use the colour of one shoe has got very very lighter than the other one. both shoes are looking different colour shoes. i went to the showroom and complaint about it. they asked to leave the shoes to them for one week, they will rectify the complaint but after one week when i went there they said sorry your complaint cann't be ractified, u go to Woodland showroom and buy the polish and polish the shoes myself to rectify the complaint.
                      sorry to say is this the way of entertaining a complaint in reebok. i anyhow arranged money to buy such expensive shoes but i am very disappointed with the brand of reebok. i came back from there and don't know what to do now.

                        My son in law Mr. Naresh Malik had purchased the above mentioned sandals from Shirdi near Nasik on 6th July, 2008 & had gifted them to me. Unfortunately he did not check the sandals at the time of purchase & also the bill for the same is not traceable. I would like to point out that the pairs are of odd size. I therefore request for a replacement of the same. INR 1, 814.00 . This pair of shoes has been used by me for maximum 60 – 70 days from the date of purchase but I am really sorry to say that the quality had been so bad that its sole tore in that short use only. I am enclosing a photograph of torn sole / shoes for your reference.
                          When we purchase shoes from a reputed concern like yours we expect perfect quality product where shoes do not wear out so soon. My work does not involve a lot of travelling and I have to throw the shoes although in good condition even after using them for two to three years usually.

                          (2) That it is pertinent to mention here that in the first week of february 2011 within One months of purchase a measure defect came in the shoe immediately my client went to showroom and made a complaint before the manager of the showroom about the same

                          (3) That my client Was asking for the Replacment but the manager in the showroom said that sir it will only can be Replaired Pasting will be done from our Delhi Factory i was surprised that Reebok has a factory here in india too any ways after words manager said if teh same problem will occered it will be replaced but again after three month Pasting will be out from teh Said Shoe My Client visitited the showroom and ask for the replacment but my clint was asked which manager said that it will be replaced he left the job and it can be only repaired but sorry to say that the manager of the said showroom did not agree even they were not ready to entertain my client and they refused my client aggressively and said that defect of Soule does not cover under warranty Under Discounted Product but my Client is not Purchased a Secounds Product Nor Repaired Product its Mean the Product it self has a Manufaturing Defect nor informed during the time of purchase.

                          (4) That the manager of the above said showroom is informed on through the legal notice dtd. 30/06/11 to take necessary action in this matter within two weeks from the date of receiving of this legal notice

                          I had purchased a pair of shoes from shop No 1, city square mall, Raja garden, New Delhi through bill B7-13806 dated 19/10/2007 amount Rs. INR 1, 500.00 . This pair of shoes has been used by me for three days from the date of purchase but I am really sorry to say that the quality had been so bad that its sole tore in that short use only. I am enclosing a photograph of torn sole / shoes for your reference.
                          When we purchase shoes from a reputed concern like yours we expect perfect quality product where shoes do not wear out so soon.Our hard earned money getting drained away in such way is demoralising.I do not request you to replace it or refund but please ensure that shopkeeper at least know how to behave with the customers.

Now when I checked them in January they had scratches on them and the color was also removed from some sides.But now I wore them regularly.I just want to know why this happened to my shoes.My whole family is using Reebok from many years.But they don't had problem like this .                             Hi,

                            I got a pair Reebok shoes for 2290/- from Big Bazaar in Pune. Within 4 months of the purchase the black sub sole of the right shoe has already come off. I tried pasting is back, but it did not work. And the people at Big Bazaar do not offer any after sales service. I just want to say. Reebok has some of the worst quality of shoes. It would have been better had I got some local brand shoes which would have cost much less and lasted more.

                            i totaly agree with the bad quality of Reebok Shoes. I bought a DMX Max shoes for Rs.5, 340 on Aug 28, 2007 from Authourized Reebok Showroom, Trivandrum, Kerala and i wore it hardly a few times and had to go to the US for 6 months but there the sub soul came off from both the shoes and the inner cushion started coming out like white powder. I came back last week and mentioned this to the dealer but they said the company denied to take this as it's already 1 year since the purchase and they showed helplessness.

                            i strongly recommend not to buy Reebok Shoes anymore. It would have been better if i bought a shoes for Rs.500 :(

                                I purchased Reebok shoes from Reebok Factory Outlet - Hotel Highway King 186 MILE STONE JAIPUR DELHI HIGHWAY on 22/11/2007.The sole of the shoe has come out. For warranty service I went to the nearest showroom but to my dissapointment the warranty service was dishonoured.

                                Since I am a student I cannot go the Factory Outlet - Hotel Highway King .

                                You are requested to let me know how can i get my shoes repaired on the nearest point from ROHINI SEC - 9.

                                I purchased a sandal of REEBOK on 22/12/07 from PRAYAGA ENTERPRISE KOCHI, Kerala for Rs 1090/-.the authorised Showroom of REEBOK.The sole of the sandal has come out and approched the showroom and they relectant either to repair or replaced the sandal.

                                Sir,
                                First and foremost I would like to bring to your notice that much before your retail out-let was established at udaipur, the undersigned and my entire family are your permanent patrons and would make our purchase of your brand of shoes from Ahmedabad, exclusively. After your retailout-let at udaipur M/s. Chetak Sports, 17, Nyay Pati, Near Court Circle was opened we have regularly been purchasing our footweat for the entire family from them. This can be well verified from M/s. Chetak Sports, Udaipur.

                                It is regretted that on[protected] I purchased a walking shoes vide M/s. Chetak Sports VAT Invoice NO. B7-3012 for Rs. 1990/- on the very next day it was observed that the rod fitted in the pair of shoes at the ankle was defective and was hurting the ankle. Immediately I went to the Retailers, who on examining the shoes agreed to replace the pair . but on wearing the other paid again the same defect was observed, hence I left my brand new pair with the Retailer, who assured me that it would be sent to the company and proper replacement would be made.

                                It is very surprising that inspite of the fact my complaint has been recorded as complaint no 324 dt.[protected] on the customer claim form, by your dealer, my claim has been rejected vide claim / service report receipt no. 324 dt[protected], which is totally unjustified, and preposterous in my opinion.

                                I would once again like to bring to your kind notice that we have ever been your most regular customer and we belong to a very reputed business family o[censored]daipur. This fact can also be verified from your dealer and all and sudry of the city.

                                Your attitude of rejecting the claim is highly objectionable and has set us thinking as to what action we ought to initiate against your company for your uncouth behaviour. As a matter of fact the money paid for the purchase is not the critarian, but your high-handed attitude has forced me to write this strongly worded letter.

                                I now lastely request you to please look into the matter, and ensure that in case this is a manufacturing defect ( as admitted by your local dealer ), I am prepared to purchase another pair by paying the difference in cost. In case you do not do the needful fortwith, I shall be constrained to take the matter through my legal counsel, but your most un-businesslike attitude is just not tolerable and I am prepared to bear the costs of legal action for proper redressal, which plwase note.

                                I await immediate response, before I seek legal redressal.

                                i purchased pair of reebok shoes from reebok outlet on 20/11/09 from banglore marthali outlet in less than 2 months the sole of shoes is coming out which is very much unexpected from such a big brand like reebok. i have purchased branded product in Rs2500/- keeping in mind that it will last longer than local product but now i dont know what to do should i keep on mailing for after sales service or i go to court for legal action.

                                It was as long ago as on 14/6/2011 that I have sent by courier the pair of Reebok shoes both meant for the right leg and requested you to send a right pair and filed an online complaint on 21/6/11. To that complaint you have replied me on 28/6/11. On telephone contact with your operative and in your reply to me, I was told that the right pair of shoe would be sent within 1-2 weeks that is by the 7th of July. Today it is 22nd of July and still you have not sent the right pair.
                                It appears that there is cheating involved through false advertisements and more false promises. Please do not drive me to make a police complaint about your fraudulent operations. Please reply and comply without any further delay.

                                  I purchased REEBOK SET FOR A SERIOUS CRICKET CODE - 929.

                                  Before Placing Order I confirm on your helpline number [protected] /89 that this product is for adult or kids they told me that it's for adult. After that I place the order

                                  My order form No.[protected].

                                  But I got the stuff that is not for a adult person. I called on they helpline number so many times now first they say it's the standard size and.

                                  On 16 June 2008 talk with your customer care executive Reenu and she told me that this stuff is for kids not for adult.

                                  She advice me to mail the problem on this mail id [protected]@avamerchandising.co.in. I mail them but didn't get any response till now.

                                  I went their office (Plot no.62, Sec-18, Gurgaon -122001) to change the product but they refuse to change it. They even not allowed me to enter in their office.

                                  I think this is a fraud company. Please give me some advice what I do now at [protected].

                                    I had purchased the Reebok shoe for Rs 2000 (under 40% discount). But say after 20 usage it has torn away like cheap street shop shoes.
                                    Now I have realised the problem that it was China make. My earlier Reebok shoe lasted for more than 2 years and still going strong. The serial number of my shoe is RB 706 MCP[protected].
                                    I hope Reebok will replace this shoe at the earliest and stop selling China Shoes in INDIA.

                                    Hi I am Sumeet Gupta from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. I bought a Reebok Shoe pair from Hooda Enterprises Sector 17, HUDA Jagadhri vide bill number 6388, dated 31/10/08 for Rs 1999/- Within 15 days o[censored]se the pasting of sole from front and and right side of shoe has started ripping off. I insist to change the shoe but when i showed the shoe to the showroom people they said that i should get the shoe repaired on the first chance but i said i want to get it replaced. Such a big international company should comply with quality and should give the customer satisfaction priority.
                                    I think it was the way you used the shoe if would have used properly it would have lasted long.My last shoe lasted for 10 years.
                                    Company should replace the shoes if consumer denies repair and Kaustubh u shud send ur shoes for guinness book of world records. This shoe of yours shud also be gifted to museum. One question:- when u go outside do u wear shoes on ur feet or keep thm on ur head so u can use thm longer and then boast about it on ur posts? Please make sure u make a blog for ur shoe and also place some pics o[censored]r shoe as well...take care o[censored]rself and ur shoe(ofcourse).

                                      I purchased a pair of shoes from Cheenai Reebok store in January 2008, within say a month the pasting started to come out & the few small cuts were visible on the upper side of the shoes.

                                      I am really shocked a company having such a good reputation, how can they cheat their consumers like this. I really dont understand why we pay such a big hard earned money on pair of shoes.

                                      I had bought Reebok shoes from Great India Place at Noida and just after 5-6 months of casual use, the inners started wearing off. when I took the shoes to the store, I was told that the company does not place warranty on the inners. this was hillarious and astonishing.
                                      After hanging me in limbo for full 20 days, the store manager told me to take back the shoes. I feel cheated that after charging such a big amount, A company like Reebok sells shoes with inferior quality and delivers rubbish material in our country. Had it been US or Europe the shoes would have been replaced, No questions asked, But I beleive Reebok considers Indian customers taken for granted. There is no customer addressal system and the quality of the shoes is pathetic. Rest assured, I would not buy from Reebok in this life time.
                                      Instead of signing and paying Bipasha Basu etc. Make the right shoes first.

                                      I am not sure if i should be giving you the same respect which is so devoid with your Factory Outlets people. I purchased my shoes on 24th April & on the 8th day my shoes' pasting had come out. I went to the Factory Outlet (Sports n Fashion, at "Opp. Monginis Cakes, Hari Niwas Circle, Thane (W), Maharshtra) complaining about the same. I was BLUNTLY told by the staff that since i had purchased the shoes in a sale so i was not eligible for refund/ replacement. I told them that the company reputation was at stake. He refused to address my complaint & told me to complain to whoever I wanted.He even told me that they did NOT have any contact numbers of customer care or address / details about the company offices. Now its been 45 days & am forced to use these sub standard quality shoes. This has changed my opinion about your company & i shall advise all my freinds oto boycott your products. I had been an ardent fan of Reebok but now my view has changed. Hope you look into this matter & do the needful asap.

                                      I bought a Reebok shoe before five months in Chennai from Porur Reebok Outlet shop, The bottom grip & sole got separated from the upper part of the shoe, this is totally disappointing, Reebok being such a reputed brand is manufacturing such substandard shoes, Its absolute low quality portrayed by Reebok, I am sure they will not repair or replace my shoes. I spent around 2000/rs to purchase this shoe and its no way worth it.

                                      Consumer Alert: I will strongly say please don't buy Reebok shoes and waste your hard earned money. this is not my first experience with Reebok, this is my Second shoe from Reebok and it did have the same problem like my first Reebok shoe.

                                      Reebok/ Shoes — Tear of Shoes

                                      I purchased Reebok shoes from the reebok store in Haridwar around 4-5 months before. Just after 1 month, the stitching at side of the shoes started coming out. The same when I carried to the dealer & told him to exchange it with new ones because its clearly mentioned on the invoice that the goods sold can be exchnaged within 3 months from the date of purchase.

                                      The dealer refused to exchange the same & told that he will send the shoes to the company and get them stitched properly. The same problem appeared after 3 months & now he has the reason to say that the time for exchange period is over.

                                      So, this is to bring to your kind attention that when the goods can be exchanged within that period then why the dealer refused. I request you to pls get them exchanged as I have purchased them for 3599/- INR.
