Dear Reebok Customer Care

I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand shoes including accessories for last few years with a confidence that it is the best availble brand in India. I happen to recently purchase a shoe worth 4000/- from the showroom listed below
Reebok Store
Reebok Store, Jacob Dd Mall, Shenoys Junction,
M.G Road, Ernakulam,
Cochin, Kerala.

Thereafter i used the shoe for 2 days and the color and the material seems to be eroding.I approached the above showoom with the bill and shoes but the customer care around would not respond adequately. You should kindly take into notice that these ill incidents affects the customer loyality as wel as your reputation.

Kindly take my request into consideration and mke sure an action is being taken.

    today on 10th of february i CHOOSED A T- shirt for my wife tat Anand Trading Company C-13/68, sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi-110085.I gave him rs.500 .after than I said to the shopkeeper that actuallyi was looking for a different T-shirt .Than my wife tried the second T-shirt .but it was of larger size and so we asked for a smaller size which was not available at shop . Than i asked the shopkeeper that we are not going to buy any of the T-shirts . I asked the shopkeeper to give my money back, but he refused .he said that he already made the bill .i said that we did not asked him to do so as we havent got the desired product . But he did not cooperated with me and heavy heartidly i kept the first T-shirt . His behaviour was also poor .I request the Consumer Forum for proper action against the shopkeeper .

      i have to lodge a compliant about your retailers in nagpur (sadar) residency road
      they had given us bad quality shoes in which defect occur in 1days and they not giving any feed back on my complaint.

      please help us about solving this matter and retun my money back.
      I have also faced the same issue. The sole staretd coming out in just two days. I got it replaced once and to my surprise the sole of this replaced show also started coming out again in just two days. I wonder if this is the quality given by Reebok?? I also could not find any customer care contact on the website. Is there anything we can do against them?

      I have also the same complaint.These companies sale their rotten and outdated products in India.
      I had purchased shoes on 19/02/2012 vide Invoice no. 3239 of Rs. 2999/-. I used these shoes about 10 or 12 time for half an hour for a morning walk. A hole was appeared on one shoe and the other shoe condition is also very bad. This is due to poor quality of cloth used inside the shoe. I am surprised to see the same on such a reputed brand of shoe. However, my husband is using reebok shoes from last three years almost daily and quality was so good.

      Kindly do the needful to replace my shoes at the earliest.

        Myself is Darshan makwana, residing at Surat visited your shop on Sunday 8th February for purchasing shoes at Parlepoint area, my bill no is 4030. I let you inform you that after purchasing my shoes the person named (Naresh Goyal Arora-Owner of the shop) had behaved very rude for the changes of one rupee coin.He doesnt have any manners to attend the customer in such a way.I hanIdled him very calmly but he argues with me very harshly. So its not good for the company's prestige. This is not the way to attend the customer in this manner. Its not an issue for one rupee coin but the behaviour of the person is not talrated.In this competititive arena this facilities to the customer is not acceptable at all.

        So, Kindly take the necessary steps for the said matter otherwise I will go to the consumer court for the defence, and be prepare for the legal consiquencies in near future.

          I have brouht a pair of shoes swift LP model from the rajouri gdn showroom agaisnt the Mail Today subsciption but after a week time the sole of the shoes got depasted from the upper portion, I have brought the notice to the showroom but got disappointed that this type of shoes will not be replaced and lodge ur complaint in the consumer care, which I have lodged31.01.09 till todate no reply has been received

            I bought a track suit of Rs. 1799 MRP on 10% discount from company's retail show room on 25/12/08. It shrinked a lot and chain also got twisted in one hand wash.

            On complaint with Show Room 3f's Mega Mart Shop no 4, Chinky plaza, opp Plaza Solitaire hotel Gurgaon. The showroom owner has kept the track suit and informed me to visit after 10 days.

            On visiting after 10 days, The shop owner informed me that you can choose any other track suit as replacement.

            After my selection, He forced me to pay additional amount for the new one as adjustment of price of defective track suit made on 40% discount as currently, there is a sale season and discount is 40%.

            He is adjusting Rs. 1079 against my paid amount of Rs. 1619 for defective one against purchase of new track suit or informed me to come after season sales closed.

            This is not a general business practive, it is totally an unfair practice. I request you to look into the matter urgently.

            reebok/T-shirt — Denial of exchange of item

            This is in regard to the purchase done on 13th january 2009 from your outlet at marthahalli on invoice no: I/m2/24060 .

            I bought a reebok T-shirt and since the store was going to be closed they made me to select the item quickly without having a trial done. After reaching home when i tried the t-shirt it was very tight for me. So i went back the next day with the item to get exchanged . But they informed me that no exchange is possible and showed me a small display on their billing desk stating these.But i informed them that on the invoice the same thing is not stated and also nowhere else in the whole store. Also i had been rushed through the purchase so i could not notice the same.

            So i asked them what i have to do register a complaint. They told me that to contact through the e-mail id given in the invoice. But when i tried to register complaint through the e-mail id given, [protected]@[protected]@gmail.com, it turned to be fake one.
            So I would like to know what can be done in this matter.

            I BROUGHT A REEBOK SWEATER ON 5TH OCTOBER 2008 AND AFTER ONE WASH THE SWEATER GOT SHRINK. I TOOK ALL PRECAUTIONS WHILE WASHING.             I have bought a Tracksuit from Saini Store of Reebok located in Sector-17, Chandigarh. The Item was found defected and I have filled an form for Exchange on 26.Dec.2011 (Copy number 14377, PGSC number: X70307, Customer name: Roshan Lal). Now the mentioned store is closed.
            I got a call from the Saini Store of Reebok, that the exchange now will be done at Reebok, SCO-20 sector-17, Chandigarh. I have gone there after receiving there call but not enough stock was available. I have made an another visit there on 30.June.2012, the manager of the Store directly denied for the exchange and haven’t provide any Assistance or Solution and even the way of talking was also rude.

            I have dropped a mail on "customer.[protected]@reebok.com" regarding this matter. But no reply has come till date. I have called several time on Reebok Head office Phone number[protected], But every time I got reply, The Madam is in the meeting. I was trying the number from 2 days (02/July/2012-03/July/2012). But Still, haven't received any assistance.

              The shoes got badly cracked .

              The price was rs 3290/ and I purchased it on discount on 1650/-.



              within 1 months the BACK CLOTH portion of the shoes developed cracks. As i purchased the shoes on my visit to Bangalore, I could not contact the shop I purchased from. Also I could not find the bill also. Now the shoe got badly cracked and not in a condition that one can wear.

              I reported the problem to Reebok outlet, in Hyderabad but nobody listened. I could not find a place to resister my complain. I contacted The reebok outlets for getting a costumer care no but it seems they do not care about the customers once the sales transaction is over.

              One never expects a low quality product from a reputed brand like Reebok.
              And there should be a link to register customers feedback in their website.

              I hereby request the company to at least give a satisfactory answer to my inconvenience and replace the shoes or refund my money.
              I am surely going to raise a campaign against REEBOK to satisfy agony atleast.

              Reebok Shoes — Poor Quality Golf shoes which did not last 2 steps

              I was gifted a pair of Reebok golf shoes purchased at Dubai duty free shop.The Number 14-9105.The poor quality was reflected in the durability,as the shoes sole cracked after the first two steps and poved and embarassment on the golf course.

              Reebok — shoe quality not at all satisfying

              I have Reebok shoes whose pasting has come out and the sole has also tore, this is only two years back i have bought the shoes and instead o[censored]sing much this is the condition

              Reebok Shoe — Payment done - Material not yet received

              I had booked a Reebok shoe and trouser kit through internet, made the payment thru credit card. Every time i call them they say that the database is not updated, Material is not there, they ask for POD. Presently they are not answering my calls. I am fed up with their advertisisng SMS recived everyday. Will I get the money or Material god knows but I will get my health into trouble.

              Reebok — quality of the shoes

              I purchased a pair of shoes of reebok from it's outlet 11months ago (dated 14-7-09). After some of manufacturers fault( This condition is agreed by factory outlet salesman), I gave it back to outlet for repair purpose or replacement purpose.
              But they did not give me any service or any satisfactory answer. Because of this reason I had to rush to the showroom many times but still they did not respond me properly.

                I advise everyone in Trivandrum not to purchase from RBK showroom near PMG... I went there yesterday to buy floaters and i didn't see the professionalism of RBK...you can see the glue on its sole... they seemed to be factory outlet items... So better don't go for REEBOK!!! I went for a local brand... felt that is worth than paying 1000+ bucks for the factory outlet stuff, low quality stu[censored] People are not just looking for REEBOK brand... but the QUALITY!!! if you lack quality... the brand name RBK will wash off for sure!!! SO BEWARE RBK!! anyways am gonna tell this to my friends, never to purchase from Trivandrum RBK shop!!!

                From this forum i can perceive that its not just Trivandrum. Navi Mumbai, Indonesia... and many more face the same issue!

                YES. I completely agree with you, REEBOK shoes do NOT have the QUALITY that we expect from it after paying so much. I would rather RECOMMEND NIKE and ADIDAS.
                i am from Delhi and am a Adidas fan and have a basket ball shoes a trekking shoes and recently came to trivandrum and went to RBK show room and the shoes i saw didn't match the quality to the one i had seen in the delhi show room of RBK. I am really disappointed to say that going to RBK in PMG is just waste of time and i[censored] decide to buy from there it waste of money as well

                    A few months back, I had bought a pair of Reebok shoes from one of your show rooms in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. In a matter of just a few months, the shoes are almost in tatters; the sole of the shoe has almost separated. Being a Reebok loyalist, I thought bringing this to your notice was highly prudent on my part.

                    To be honest, I am disgusted to see the pathetic state of quality of products of a company as renowned as Reebok.

                      i use to buy a reebok shoes from big bazzar at the 44% discount.the real price of the model (active runner)is 3499rs at big bazzar placed in ludhiana. but i found the same model price 2600rs at reebok showroom placed in khanna(punjab).so i want to verify this big price difernce. plz help me about this.

                        I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.1800.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in GANPATI ENTERPRISES, CITY CENTER LOBBY, CIRCULAR ROAD, DHANBAD, JHAKHAND having TIN NO . [protected] but within 2 months the shoes developed crack and one get torn. I handed over the cracked shoes to them . They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection, but they repaired the same shoe and give it to me. After repeteadely saying that i need a replaced one instead of this they refused to replace it and said if this will happen next time they will replace it . After two months again same problem occured and when i wnet there and asked for replaced one they refused and told they can only repaire it . The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting.

                        For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

                        I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                        Reebok India — Complaint about shoes and reebok store

                        Hi,
                        Two weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes from Reebok Showroom, Marathalli, Bangalore. After buying I saw that one of the show was to dirty in comparision to the other. All the whittish part has taken yellow colour and it was too dirty in comparision with the other. So I went to the showroom again to get it changed then they said that we wont change it today come on some other day. I went to their shop for the third time and at that time they said we dont have this pair in stocks, so I asked them to get a fresh piece from somewhere and I also told them that I can wait for a week or so. They said it can't be done and you have to take this pair only. Helpless, so I took the same pair and asked them to change the laces and clean the shoe if they can. They just change the lace and gave it to me.
                        Now when I went to other shops in Bangalore, I saw the same model with my size only. So the statement of the Reebok Store Manager that "We sont have it in stock and cant get it ofr you from somewhere also." was wrong.
                        The shoes was of Rs.5999 and after 40% discount it came to me for Rs.3600 approx. 3600 is not a small amount which I can allow to go in vain. The shoes are really looking very awkward after wearing. I have heard that Marathalli Showroom is a company showroom and not a retail showroom. So I am asking you: Is this the service Reebok is providing to its customers? The company showroom can't even get a new pair. I hope that company always gives these showrooms an extra pair for display, as it is very natural that a shoe being displayed for a month or 2 will become dirty.
                        Can anyone over here help for getting my shoes changed or get my money back?

                        i am not able to register online for the redemption of holiday voucher. tom is the last day. pl suggest

                        I bring to your notice the sequence of events which are self explanatory in eroding the confidence of a customer in reputed brand like Reebok:

                        I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand shoes including accessories for last few years with a confidence that it is the best availble brand in India. On the same pretext I purchased a shoe around one year back from one of your franchisee outlet in Lashkar, Gwalior (M.P.)on 9th of feb 2008. On using the shoe for the last four months one day I found that both the shoe have opened up from the pasting side.On visiting your franchisee in Gwalior and pointing out the defect I was bluntly told by your franchisee outlet that nothing could be done on sale items. I was bluntly told that the warrannty of sale item was already expired then only the company put these item in sale. but this thing they have not mentioned at the time of purchase. if this is the condition then you have to mentioned clearly this in your advertisement.

                        If this is this the situation I will not use Reebok Brand in any form nor would I recommend this Brand to others. If you really feel concerned about this mail I atleast expect a reply.

                        Reebok - On The Clock 11 — Defective Shoes

                        Reebok Shoes From Gift360 — Dely in delivery and false assurance

                        On 11th October, 2008, I've purchased a pair of Rebook Shoes Through Gift 360 (http://gift360.in/) using tele-booking facilities. But, to my surprise, I'm yet to receive my coupons/shoes from them. One month is already over and still they have not sent the products.

                        To my surprise, whenever I call them, they reply "we will send your coupons by this week end.. and they have been telling this for the last 3 weeks". I've spoken to Santosh and several other customer care officer there. They give false assurance, the stipulated time of 14 days delivery is not at all respected from their side.

                        1. They should be penalised for the delay and their false assurance.
                        2. They should pay back the entire amount which we have spent over phone and through other means with interest.
                        3. They should send the product at the earliest.

                        4. ICICI Bank also should be made a party in it (even though ICICI bank denied in the advertisement), or else ICICI bank should not advertise their products.

                        Pullover From Reebok — DEFECTIVE THE WOOL STARTED COMING OUT WITHOUT WASHING

                        I purchased a pullover from Reebok India in its company show room at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi. On the first day that it was worn the woolen fibres from the pullover started coming out. I had paid Rs. 1700.00 for the pullover and now the shop keeper does not want to refund the money . Reebok garments are really of a very poor quality. We need to take them to the consumer forum for deliberately supplying defective and useless clothing and cheating the customer.

                        I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.2079, Group No. - RI05869, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in Shiv Shankar Plaza, Sector-6, Airoli, Navi Mumbai having VAT TIN NO . [protected] on 23/11/2008 but after 1.5 months when i washed my shoes with normal soap water then there was some black spot at the front side of the shoes ( having the identical spot on both the shoes) and at the side of the shoes there were some light brown spots. I had shown this problem to the shop keeper and accepted that its a defect and i handed over the shoes to him . I asked to give the complaint no then he said we dont give any complain no. and said that we will send the shoes to the company and will inform you within a week. I went to the shop after a week and asked for my shoes then he replied that he will have to send it to the Delhi office and they will give the decision and it will take another 15 days. But i found that he was not very serious about this matter and i am sure that he had not taken any action yet. Still for the repo of the company ( Reebok), i will keep patience and will wait for 15 days.

                        I would expect that the matter will be resolve as soon as possible and i will get the replaced shoes.

                        Because for a reputed brand like Reebok, the customer satisfaction and their trust are main concern.

                        I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .

                        I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes ( RI05842-US-11) for Rs.2, 599.00, from MODERN APPARELS Authorised Reebok Outlet in MG Road, Pune, on 31.08.2008, but within 3 months the sole of the left shoe got cracked.

                        I reported the problem to Reebok, MODERN APPARELS, Outlet in MG Road, Pune, in the first week of Jan 2009. That time the sales person with name Nazim (or Nizam) told me that now the sale is going on so we can not replace your shoes now, please come once the sale is over i will replace your shoes or you can choose any shoes of the same price. I went to the same person on 11th Feb 2009, he told me that they will repair it and can not replace it or they will send my cracked shoes to the reebok company and it will take 25 working days. If i wanted to use the shoes with stiches then why i would have spent 2, 599 RS. ?

                        When i asked sales person to give me all this in written then he refused to do that and his behavior was very rude. Then i went to the manager of the showroom Mr. Anil Sharma, but he was not interested in my compalint. At the time of purchasing shoes i had been told that if anything happens in 6 months from purchase date we will replace the shoes as we are offering 6 months warrenty.

                        But now it seems that the sales person and manager of the showroom is no way care about customer once the sales is happened. When i told him that i will complain about all this to reebok, he told me do whatever you want. Is this a way to behave with customer ? What about the words given to me while purchasing. The attitude of the staff towards the problems is pathetic.

                        For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of service is not acceptable .

                        I hereby request the company to look into the matter and replace the shoes or refund my money .

                        It is to intimate you that I have worn the shoes only for two days and thereafter I have cleaned the shoes with a damp cloth and kept under the ceiling fan for drying up. Three to four hours later I have found that the rubberised layer/material pasted at the bottom of the sole has been detached automatically at least 50% in one shoe and a bit of gap has been opened in the other one too. Since the shoe is under the warrnty period therefore I need assistance from your side in order to get the shoes either completely repaired by dismantling the whole rubberised layer located at the bottom of the sole of both the shoes and if it is not possible then kindly provide me authoristion to get a credit note bearing the same amount of purchase ie. Rs. 2094.00 (Rupees Two thousand ninety four only)by the nearest dealer to me probably available in Vadodara City of Gujarat, since I have now shifted in this city few days back. As a result it will be a great inconvenience to me to send the defective shoes in Mumbai at the above mentioned dealers address.

                        In addition to above facts I want to inform you that I have visited in various outlets of Reebok available in Vadodara City of Gujarat but every one denied to accept my defective shoes for further management quoting that some of them are only Franchisees of Reebok goods and few of them are Factory Outlets of Reebok shoes and their associated products and therefore these showrooms do not have any right to accept the goods of Reebok which has not been sold from their outlets.

                        I purchased the rebook shoes in Jan 2009 end in discount offer worth Rs.2900 after discount from oulet after one month inner form and clothes got start tearing off and hole was formed in cloth in shoe when i went to outlet of rebbok they say its not defect it happens generally and shoes cannot be replaced as it was bought in discount offer now they are harrassing me and refusing to change the shoe after spending almost Rs.2900 its totally wastage of money.

Today on 31st May I spoke to Mr Farid again he said that it will another 15 days to be delivered then I said I will be out of station and I cannot accept this excuse and I want my money to be refunded. I spoke to his senior Azeem Khan who is totally arrogant and not even customer friendly he has point blankly refused that the neither money will not be refunded immediately nor product will be delivered, I then banged the telephone.

                        Would request you to get the money back with interest for not delivering the product within the agreed time or please help me to get my money back and such of kind of India Today Book Club who can cheat the customers should be banned operating from such business. If I am not going to get any justice
                        from you then I will file a case in the Consumer Court.

                        This is regarding the worst Reebok Outlet I've visited. I bought a black running shoe from Prayaga Enterprises, Reebok Exclusive Showroom, MG Road, Trivandrum for Rs.2999 at 7PM. By 8 PM I noticed the insole was coming off. Since the shop was closed I visited the showroom today. They did not have stock of the model to replace. They do not have stock of shoes with a similar price. They refuse to replace it with another model costing merely Rs.200 less. Even when I said I would take it and they need not return the balance money, I was confronted over the phone by an abusive "Manager", who is willing to replace only with a more expensive model, the next price range starting at R.3999, a whopping Rs.1000 more than what I bought the original shoe for! On checking online for a complaint cell or a call centre, surprise surprise, a world class company like Reebok India does not have either!!!

                        BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY REEBOK OR ADIDAS SHOES, ESPECIALLY THE CHINESE MADE MODELS WHICH THEY SELL IN INDIA. STICK TO NIKE.

                        Reebok Tshirt — HORRIBLE SALESMAN

                        I brought a T shirt from the authorized Reebok dealer & specified while buying it that i should be able to exchange it if its not the right size for my brother.Later on when I went to the Reebok showroom the manager agreed to exchange it.But to my surprise after half a hour a CHEAP salesman comes to us & tells us that "we cannot give you so much time".I am shocked & i tell him that you aren't doing me a favor . Again to my surprise that ARROGANT, CHEAP salesman tells me that he's doing me a favor. I am baffled and i call for the manager. then this CHEAP salesman tells me that"I am the manager". I then ask the rest of the salesmen is he true. They are reluctant to reply but then he screams at them in hindi & says "bol na". And these salesmen forcefully answer in the affirmative. Then after a while the true manager approaches us & says he's really sorry for what happened. And he has the cheek to tell me that the showroom is knows for its service. And after all this has happened the same CHEAP so called "manager" still does not have the decency to say sorry on the other hand the is still starring at us. Horrible experience, please take appropriate action against this salesman.

                        Dear Customer Care Manager
                        I bought this basketball shoe in Dec 08 from your reebok store located at mohan industrial area, mathura road, delhi.
                        I am an occasional baskeball player and play on sundays only, though i have represented India at various levels.

                        The shoe develped craks on the upper, which I got stiched assuming that i might have struck something sharp, however, now ahain there is another crack on the right shoe. On this weekedn i saw similar cark on the left shoe. I guess the material used is of infrior quality and needs to be looked into carefully.

                        I also would like you to replace the shoe as the sole is in perfect condition.

                        Being a sportsman I do not appreciate a playing shoe to give way within no time.

                        I bought a Reebok shoe on 25.10.2008 for Rs 2160 From Reebok show room Saligramam, Chennai. The shoe had a manufacturing defect of indentation in the sole. I ignored it and later when i washed the Shoe. The color came out and the white shoe became bluish black. I took the shoe to the show room. The show room manager refused to accept any complaints and treated me with indifference. I do not know where to complain as the company’s website points only to US Grievances cell.                         reebok summer kit — incomplete delivery

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had placed an order for a Reebok Summer Kit for Rs 2499/- with Rs 399/- for processing/ handling charges on 19 Aug 09 vide order no [protected] on India Today Shop.
                        While placing the order I had specifically requested for a sipper (and not a cap) as I was paying by credit card and the same was assured to me.
                        I have recd the package on 28 Aug 09. But to my horror I find that the Sipper is not enclosed and not only that, the Reebok Sunglasses are also not in the package. The sunglasses are the most expensive item in the offer, and the same have not been found enclosed.
                        All afternoon and evening I have been trying to contact their 'Customer care' no[protected], which I'm sure is a misnomer because not once was I able to get through to speak to anyone, inspite of listening to a ticker tape telling me my call was important to them!!! In resignation I turned to the ordering no on which I had placed my order only to be told to contact customer care, which in anycase was not responding. I requested the lady at the other end to lodge a complaint that customer care was not responding.

                        I ordered for Reebok summer kit in July 3,2009. and preffered to pay through credit card.After some days, I enquired about the status of my order then I was told that your order is under process.                         I had ordered for a rebok shoes on 29/04/09 order valued INR 1598/- for which order number provided was INTERNET/0GA[protected]. After receiving the shoes found that the shoes are dective and and made the complaint for the same the customer care team asked me to send back the pack which was sent to them, a new pair of shoes were sent to me which were again found to be defective gain i made the complaint and they asked me resend the packet to them on sending them the packet through courier the indiatoday people refused to take back the packet, when the same was intimated to me by courier company i called upthe customer care they asked me to send it to the corporate office of indiatoday book club gist f the conversation- As been asked to resend the shoes it was couriered through pafex courier pod no:[protected], with invoice copy and complaint letter. Today i came to know from the courier company that the your people have refused to take the packet stating they will open the box then only they will accept or reject. I called up your given number- [protected] on which Mr. lalit asked me to send the courier to a different address stating that my issue would be resolved there.                         When i started to esclate the issue then on 30 th august they asked me to send the scan image of the card statement so that they can refund my money.                         I recieved the packet on 20th and found that a new pair defectective shoes were sent to me for which i sent them scan images of the shoes, in reply of the same indiatoday book club team told me that they do not find any defect in the same. I again sent them clear images of the defected shoes.
                        For which they do not acknowledge their fault and now again reverted asking me sent back the packet so that my money can be refunded.
                        Now after almost 6 months of time and sending the shoes twice back to the indiatoday bookclub team again i am got a damaged product which even fail to acknowledge that they have sent me faulty product which clearly shows their best of services.

                        I had bought two pair of sports shoes for my kids, from Sec 17-E company outlet, in 25% cash back offer in July. Shoeroom employee, a girl, noted down my name and residence address and told that cheque for cash back will come directly at our address (HN 3583, Sector 35-D,Chandigarh) through courier. After a no; of reminders on phone, I visited the showroom and was told that that without bill they will not do anything. I agree that I should have preserved the bill but such a big company when launching schemes, how it be so callous in maintaing records and just not willing to check the records.

                        Reebok India — Reebok double your money offer

                        We had purchased goods worth Rs. 15K during Sept'09 under the double your money offer but the local dealer in Mumbai (Borivali WEST) did not inform the procedure for redemption of the coupons. In the meantime when we tried to redeem the coupon the same was not accepted since there was no redemption code and then v were informed that the last date to get the redemption code was 15.12.2009, which fact was never been informed hence it appears that it was only a marketing gimmick of the company to take the customer for a ride and as per our sources majority of the customers till date are not aware of the procedure for redemption since the local dealer/franchisee is not aware of the same.

                        It clearly indicates that the companys intention was to liquidate the old sub-standard stocks to the customers at the same time increase their sales during the receission period since their material was not being able to be sold and due to which the customers have been fooled and are facing the problems. In such a scenario as such the company wld be the looser since the customers would not have confidence in the company nor in its products, which would help the other competitors to gain and increase their sales.

                        Hence as such REEBOK wld not achieve its sales they wld rather loose more than what they have achieved at the time of the scheme. The company shld extend its date for the vouchers not redeemed till date.

                          I had purchased a reebok bag in July' 2008 from Darya Ganj Reebok Outlet of New Delhi, India and i am using the same only from December onwards, but few days back, its stitches got open and have created a big whole in the main pocket. I complained the vendor for the same, he said leave the bag, we'll send it to the factory and get it repaired within a week's time. Today when i went to collect the bag, the vendor returned the same as it is saying that it is not possible to cure the defect.

                          Now you are requested to kindly take suitable action against the company and get my bag either replaced or rectify the defect therein.

                          I have got Sodexo gift pass, After acratching i got reebok bag but when i was registering it on the site am not able to register,

                          I purchased indiatoday summer kit vide order no.-0GA[protected] order date.30.07.2009 vide invoice no.-0RA[protected] dated 31.07.2009 for the invoice amount-Rs.-2898.00. To my surprise when I oppened the kit there was no reebok bag as promissed in the inv. letter. Hence please do send the reebok bag in favour of me at the earliest.

                            Reebok Shoes — Poor Quality Products, Poor Service

                            I bought a pair of reebok shoes (around Rs 5000) some around 1 month back from Reebok Showroom in Leela Palace (Bangalore). In this small time only these shoes strated tearing off. The front corners of both the shoes are teared off. I went back to the shop with this complaint but that shop manager responded after 1 day that nothing can be done. The company people have refused to give relacement or do any repair.
                            This is very disgusting, even if i have bought of a shoe pair of some local brand, i would have got in just around Rs 500 to 1000 and that also would have worked for more than a year. Reebok company representatives should look in such matters and should respond positively to such cases.
                            Now i have got a very bad image of Reebok company. Till now i was a good suporter of this company, but now onwards I will never
                            buy any product of this brand. and will also make aware about the reality to other people.
                            In bahadurgarh i bought shoes before few days but they were unfit so i want then change but in that showroom the owner rejected to change.
                            I had a soul problem in the reebok model vector molten fire shoes - black which were purchased from a authorisez showroom and after 13 months we do not have it's purchase invoice.

                            On 28/01/09 We had talked to your franchisee M/s, Reebok Shoppe and as he agreed to change the soul we had given the above shoes to him and also purchased more as a valued customer vide bill No R5398/520 worth Rs, 5759/- Till date after follow-up's there is no reply/response. I look forward to now handover this matter to you urgently or take a police action against the co and the retailer.

                              I have ordered a pair of Reebok shoes 2 month back but I have not received my order yet. I had dropped so many mails to the customer executive but it seems that they just dont care as the money has been credited to their account.

                                I had booked for gift voucher for purchase of Reebok Shoes costing Rs.1300/- under EMI scheme and paid sum of Rs.1400/- throgugth my ICICI Bank Credit Card.
                                1) I am yet to receive the gift voucher,
                                2) ICICI Bank has already billed me for Rs.1400/- in the current month and not offered me any EMI scheme for which I have paid extra amount. Now, It is understood that EMI scheme is avaliable only for transaction more than Rs.2000/-. Further, ICICI Bank amount has remitted amount of Rs.1400/- to your company.

                                  My Name is Shabin. I am from Chennai. 20 days back (Dec 08th) I bought a Reebok shoes from the Reebok showroom here in Chennai costing Rs 5000. After few days I see the upper portion of shoe is getting detached. I have showed it to the showroom and asked for replacement. At the time of purchase the manager of the showroom assured me that any defect to the shoes can be replaced from the showroom itself.

                                  But now he is telling that the shoes cannot be replaced, and only can be serviced in their service center itself. Is it the right way to behave to a customer..?? We are buying Branded things from the reputed companies like Reebok only because of the quality we are expecting. If it is getting damaged within 20 days means it is of very poor quality.

                                  If anybody can reply me, what should be done to get my shoes replaced would be great. Anyways I have decided if no other way I will go to the consumer court.

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that i had to experience a very poor customer service from your reebok outlet located at MG Road, Ernakulam, Cochin.I am a loyal customer of your's and the recent purchase of mine was a sports shoe. But within a day's use its color started eroding. I brought this to the notice of the respective store manager but in vain.

                                  Reebok — Regarding bad customer service

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought a pair of shoes from Reebok Outlet on Residency road, Bangalore. This showroom is being handled by some Retail Incorporate.

                                  I did the transaction through my debit card of Indian Bank, Bangalore on 12th July 2009. I was told by the staff before the purchase that the pair is on 50% discount and is of Rs. 1500. But while getting billed Rs. 1800 was deducted. I straight away asked the person on the counter to cancel the order. He did the same and gave me a sale & a void transaction slip.

                                  After a few days I checked up in my account that the money has not been credited back. I called up the people of this Reebok showroom to find out why it didnt happen. They asked me to visit the outlet to get the problem solved. When I reached the outlet they told me that since its a debit card so it will take 15 days for the money to refund. I was not able too understand that why didnt he tell me all this on phone itself. He also told me that next time if I will come he will provide me with the statement of transactions to show to the bank.

                                  After 20 days I again checked my account and the money had not been credited. I again visited the store and asked these people for the statement. Instead of saying sorry for not having the statment even after a week they told me that if I had the transaction slip i should have shown that to the bank. To add to it the staff told me that it is very basic thing to know all this. I was not able to understand whether I am standing in a branded Reebok showroom or some roadside shoe shop.

                                  I just expected these people to help me out in how to get my money back and instead of helping me they were giving me lectures on basic things. I have always heard of Reebok as a big brand. I just hope they make there people learn how to behave and treat their customer. It is a shame for such a big brand that such things happen at their stores. I hope Reebok authorities will take care in giving franchisee to anybody from now on.

                                  I had purchased a pair of shoes and I had been given a copy of coupons which they promised to redeem from time to time.

                                  In January I went to redeem it and I was told that this is a sale period hence it cannot be redeemed. I have requested them so many times. I have visited SCO 20, Sector 17 showroom so many times. At last, I told them I will have to go to consumer court then they redeem the same immediately. But they harrassed me a lot.

                                  Now again I went to redeem the same they said there is a sale and it cannot be redeemed. I told them you have redeemed the same in January. He said I do not know about than but I cannot redeem it presently at any cost. How funny his reply was? However it is clearly written on the vouchers that these would be redeemed on the MRP and nowhere it is mentioned that it will not be redeemed during the sale period. How rude it was if you cannot redeem the coupon then why you issue the same. I have wasted my petrol, energy and get frustrated because of these coupons.

                                  I requested Mr Sanjay, Incharge, Sector 17, Chandigarh again and again to redeem the same he said I cannot redeem the same. I said then why you give this at the time of puchasing a pair of shoes. He said rudly he will not accept these and you do whatever you like. Now I would have no choice except to approach the consumer court.

                                  The customer service at Reebok is horrible. First when you call, if you can find a number good luck, they put you on hold. Then when and if they answer the phone in 10 min, you are transferred to another department and put on hold again. Will not answer email and just forget about snail mail. I have never had such horrific customer service from one company in all the years I have been on the internet. Thanks for listening.

                                  Reebok — bad customer service

                                  Today I visited a Reebok outlet at Begumpet Hyderabad. I have been visiting the store about a couple of times a year. Today I wasted one hour at the store and there was no one helping me neither the stuff was put up properly to indicate the discounts on the particular products. I picked a few tracks from the 50% off rack and was desperately trying to find some help but they all seemed to be in their own bliss. After an hour of my search and conclusions I had to go down to the manager to check if I was sure about the prices of the products and to my dismay they all were only 30% off. I felt really bad that after all my hardwork it was all futile waste of time. I am sorry to say but the store is pathetic and so are the people working there. Right from the doorman to the manager. The security man did not bother to ask who had blocked my car from reversing and he made me waste another 15 min trying to find who parked the car behind. This was one really bad experience and I am pretty positive I am not going to that store again. It does not make a large difference to you but I had to let you know about your customer service.                                       I bought some Reebok articles from 'Adis, SCO 35, Sector 11, Panchkula' on 25.11.2007, one of these articles was Pullover (Article Code MSS7318 005) worth Rs.1699/-. This pullover found to be defective since its neck was not properly woven due to which woolen threads started to disentangle when it was worn on the first instance. I reported the matter to Adis on the next day which took the pullover back with an assurance of replacement of the same article. I made several visits but at last was told that the same article was not available and asked to take some other article. No other pullover at the store was found to be attractive enough to me and I requested the store owner to refund the money which he flatly refused to. I also approached the distributor of Reebok having its office at Chandigarh but to no use. Having no alternative I asked him to give me a credit note so that another pullover may be taken when fresh stock arrives. The owner gave a credit note and told that new stock would reach shortly and I can get my choice article. I made daily visits to the store but no fresh stock of pullover arrived. Since the winters were running out, having no option I took a pullover (Article Number MSS7314 021) against that credit note.

                                      My worries did not end here. This pullover also found to be defective and its threads torn unevenly due to which the pullover became unusable after a few uses.

                                      It is relevant to submit that the pullover has been worn only a few times which can also be gathered from the fact that it was taken on 18.12.2007, when the winter was almost ending, and now the winter has just started. Further, a branded pullover is supposed to be of good quality and supposed to remain usable for long but that did not happen here.

                                      I have tried to locate the complaint mechanism of Rebook India on its website but could not found the same.

                                      I hereby request the Reebok India to replace my pullover with a new pullover having Article no. MSS7318 005 or refund my money.
