Dear sir,
I received Reebok Track Suit, Bag, Towel, Sunglasses and Shoes through Courier But Track suit and Shoes size not matching with my order. I am ordered Track Suit Xtra Large Size and Shoes size 07. When I opened Courier box and checked items found Medium size Track Suit and 11 no size shoes. Even on Invoice cum delivery note Track Suit size mentioned Xtra Large but inside found Medium size.

Reebok Shoes — Size Not as per order

Dear Sir,

I ordered for Reebok Shoes and Beneton Wrist Watch (UCB) on 22.02.09 vide order No.0GA[protected] and received the same on 26.03.2009 vide Invoice No.ORA[protected].

On opening the box I found the shoes of the size No.8 instead of No.9.

What is the possible held your goodself can provide to save me from this monetary loss?

    Hi

    I had a very bad exp. with the Reebook product, send mail to customer care but not yet answered. Please take of the below query. Waiting for the positive response from the Consumer complaint team. Please suggest what to do now?



    Mail send to Reebok on 17 Nov 09 but not answered by customer care:


    It is complaint regarding the Reebok shoe that I had purchase dated on 18th July 2009 from Kothrud outlet(Modern Apparels), Pune, India.
    Bill details are as follows.

    Shoe sole rubber got damaged and also the stitches are getting open from the side of the shoe that is purchased on date 18th July 09.
    I have gone to Kothrud outlet and show the shoe to the outlet owner. He directly says me that he is unable to replace it as it is accidental shoe. He told me that while kicking the bike the damaged had takes place so he unable to replace it.

    I have suggest him to send for testing then finally he agreed and taken the shoe dated on 27/10/2009 and tell me that he will send it to Delhi for testing. I have call him after one week asking the status for the shoe, he told me that he send to Delhi for testing as I had suggested and given information that it takes around 20-25 days to takes the process to completed.
    I again visited the Reebok outlet Kothrud, Pune dated on 14/11/2009 that time the outlet owner tell me that shoe cannot be replaceable i have ask the reason he again say it is accidental. I had asked the report from the Reebok then he told me that he had not send my shoe to Delhi for testing purpose, only the representative from Reebok inspect it and representative told that it cannot be replaceable or repairable. As they had wasted my 15 days in doing all this and finally return my shoe with the same condition.

    From above scene it is clear that the Reebok outlet owner from Kothrud, Pune fooling the customers and misguiding them because of these we feel that Reebok is not taken care of any customer queries regarding the shoes.

    I am bring this notice to Reebok that customer queries are not been answered properly by outlet owner and customers are fooled by them.

    Every customer are expecting the good quality of shoes from the Reebok as we are paying for the quality product. If Reebok shoes are getting damaged in 3 months what quality product Reebok is providing to customers?
    And again the complaints are not being answered by the Reebok where it customer satisfaction?

    If thing will continue in same way then slowly slowly customer would be diverted to some other product.

    Please take care about my query and expecting this time my query will be definitely answered by Reebok.

      Dear Sir,
      I resigned from my job as Asst manager Admin (facility management) from Reebok India Company on 9th Oct 2009 after completing 12 month and 19 days of service.
      My immediate boss Ms Reeta Bhattacharya accepted the resignation and i did my all exit formalities and got NOC from Finance department, Admin Manger , Asst manger HR and Executive director HR and Admin Ms Reeta bhattacharya before leaving the organization, Today almost after 2 month they have not given me my last one and half month salary that is of sept and 19 days of remaining salary.(The salary Cycle in reebok is 20-20 of month.
      Besides my several calls and personal meeting with Hr director, they are not giving any proper response, besides that my Super annuation amount which is held with Kotak mahindra bank and LIC is still pending as the Employerhas not settled my account with them.
      My PF amount of almost 1 year is also still pending.
      I request kindly guide me to get my amount at the earliest .
      Is there any chance i can put a case against the employer for harrasing me.
      My family condition on financial front is detering and we are facing a lots of problem.
      Beasides that The reebok India company has not given me my experience certificate and relieving letter, hence i am not able to apply for new job.
      Kindly Help.

        I had bought a pair of Reebok Sports Shoes from the India Today promotional sales and the same got damaged within 8 months o[censored]sage. If you look at the shoes the sole is totally intact and in very good condition but the part of the sole where thumbs get located got holes in the shoes. I have earlier used your product but this is quite amazing if you look at the pair of my shoes you will find them to be brand new but the sole got damaged within no time, making the shoes unusable. Kindly help me out in the subject and oblige.

        Reebok — damaged

        i bought shoes from well named company reebok. It got broken in two months. I want action to be taken against the shop

        Reebok Sports Shoes — No replacement

        i bought reebok shoes from reebok store wotrh rs. 2799.
        within a week of purchase, the sole of the shoe got cracked which was under 6 months warranty.
        when i went to reebok store for complaint, they kept the defective piece with them and said they will replace it soon. But it has been more than 10 days now, they are giving no waay and provoding me no information about it.

          dear sir
          i am Avtar and in jan2009 i sold the shoes of reebok company from reebok shoe shop moga.the worth of the shoes was about RS 2800.but in the shoes were broken in first tow months.then gave the shoes to the shopkeeper for repairing.but when i went back for taking my shoes i was wonder the shop was closed.it is remain closed till today.i have also write letter to the reebok's main center located in Gurgaon,Delhi.
          please give me any suggastion

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased 2 coat & 1 trouser for my kids on 06th Dec 2009 (Sunday), after purchasing when I asked for bill, they said you will have to pay extra payment for vat bill but when I told total cost of purchase also comes under the vat only, even after long conversation they said we can give you temporary bill today or you can comedown any other day for the same. When I ask why don't you give me today itself they said we don't know how to make the bill said by the shop keeper there full details is as follows:-

            Dear Sir,
            I purchase one reebok kit from hs 18,having a sunglss,a pair of shoe and a wrist watch amounting Rs. 2999/- payment made in cash to delivery man. when I open the kit I was soqued to see that wrist watch belt was broken during wearing the watch and watch is stop on particular time. I give sms to hs 18 many time and the tell me always your complain has been forward to reebok co. steel I am waiting for proper response from hs 18. My last complain no. is 2400560 and reminder call by me to hs 18 on 1st and 2nd December 2009.
            Another wonder is there when i give sms to hs 18 from my mobile no [protected] no response ginven by them. When I sms from my another no they give me call back and telling me for ordering some thing. I request the vewiver of hs 18 to aware of such type of cheating .

            dear sir, my order no was 686782 and i ordered sun glasses, shoes, T-shirt and amount was 2398/- and there was no T-shirt in that kit. so make sure that T-shirt should be delivered within few days as i paid full amount. it was opened infront of courier and when i asked to him he told it was not his responsible. then i called to his office they are not responding. even they are not giving their head office contact numbers. my mobile no is [protected] and u can contact for any information.

              I had ordered for the 1. Reebok Track Suit- Medium Size
              2. Reebok Bag

              But I hasn't received the Reebok Tracksuit with my other 4 things which are listed above.

                I have purchse the REEBOK WRIST WATCH from the HS 18 & after few days I find that my watch is not working......... I complain many times for this problem but I didn't get any type of response from the company.I hope that you take strict actttion against this after reading this mail.........

                Home Shop 18 — Ignoring my complaint...no resolution..

                IN AUGUST 2009 I BOUGHT AN OLYMPUS CAMERA FROM HOME SHOP 18..AFTER 15 DAYS I GOT 2 KNOW ABOUT SOME TECHNICAL FAULT IN THE PRODUCT.VERY SOON I CONTACTED HS-18 AND I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE CENTER IN INDORE.BUT THERE WAS NO SREVICE CENTER.IN THIS CONDITION I WAS ASKED BY HS-18 TO SEND BACK THE PRODUCT TO THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT 15 DAYS BACK..THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY REFUSES FOR ANY REPLACEMENT COZ OF NO INTIMATION PROVIDE BY D HS-18 TO THE DISTRIBUTOR.TODAY ON 26 OCTOBER MY CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO A SENIOR NAMED Mr. VIVEK...HE COMMITED ME TO CALL BACK IN THE EVENING...NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME YET.

                  This is A.S.Bhagyashree from Bangalore Karnataka, on 17th november 2009 i have ordered for the above said products and i have paid the amount through my credit card of citi bank for Rs.5,794/- yesterday i received the call from your side and she said that i have ordered for reebok track suit and she asked for the size but sorrry i have not ordered for any track suit but i have ordered for Reebok fashon gear in which pair of Reebok sunglasses and Reebok mens watch worth about 1,390/- and united colors of Benetton ladies clutch purse and watch in which a latest black patent leather and 1 ucb ladies watch worth about1494/- and delivery charges for both rs.300 total 5794/- and i have received the message from the citi bank for having used my credit card for Rs.5794/- and when i have ordered they have not given any order number. help me out in this regard.

                    i purchased a shoes pair from rebook shop on jalna road, aurangabad,431001, maharashtra, india on 9th nov 09 costing rs 5000 bill no 1530. After using for 8 days left foot started paining. orthopedician had to be consulted, x ray was done. i had to purchase a new pair from that shop.the size was given larger by two. again i had to pay rs 5000 for a second pair in a month.it was mistake of salesman to give a smaller size. replacement has to be by company.

                      I have purchased a Reebok Home Use Gym Ball from an authorised dealer ie REEBOK,Big Joss,107/B1 , E-Town Shopping Centre, East Fort Junction, Thrissur, Kerala ( Tin No.[protected]C) on11.01.09.(Bill No.193). The Product code is ARTICLE#RE[protected] , Size-75 cm.
                      I have used the ball only once. After that when I used it I found the valve is defective and could not use it further. I approched the dealer for replacement or repair and they asked me to wait for their managers consent. This was continued many times but they didnot take any favourable action.
                      In this circumstances I request you to take a favourable action to replace the product. I believe that a well established company like yours will definitely have some arrangement to replace defective products.

                            Reebok Shoes/ Watch combo 1699 — Not received my order

                            Dear Sir,
                            Everyday I am being offered some or the other premium brands at fabulos discounts. I was decalred winer and offered a Reebok Shoes/ Watch combo for Rs.1399 plus Rs.300 handling charges which I agreed more than a month ago. I was given a confirmation on 19 March 2009 that my order has been processed and I can Pay on Delivery My ordeer no. was confirmed as OGA09005844.
                            I am yet to receive the same.
                            I cannot understand the reason for delay. Pl. note that in event I do not receive the parcel by 10.4.2009 please treat my order as canceled and i9n future also refrain from sending me such much acclaimed fabulous discount offers. Kishore Kumar Pande

                              Within 4 months o[censored]se, I too find that the rubberised material pasted at the bottom of the sole has been detached at least 40 % in one shoe.I have deposited the defective shoes with M/S Sai Comforts ,Gangadhar Meher Marg,Patia Bhubaneswar Orissa 751024 from whom I purchased it.

                              They have told me that they would talk to the Reebok Customer Care Executive and would do the needful .They hope that they may be able to paste it again but may not replace it.

                              I hope the Customer Care Executive of Reebok India will take note of this complaints and arrange to replace the pair thr Sai Comforts under intimation to me.

                              I bought one pair Sandal in nungambakkam reebokstore is located in uttapar gandhi salai.The store name R R ASSOCIATION.I bought and within fourmonth tendays the sandal soul was broken and the side of the sandal was pasteout.I am ur regular customer when i was purchased that sandal i had purchased mobile smooth fit trainer shoe cost is Rs6999 and that sandal cost is Rs3599.There is use to buy this much cost of sandal.so please kindly replace me that sandal.plese do need needful.                                 Ref:-- Order #OGA[protected] dt. 25.05.09. Membership # ITBC08786785

                                On the basis of a sms from itbc I placed an order for three Reebok Socks MRP597 ( discount 58.%)

                                In response itbc supplied socks of MRP Rs. 297 (discount 20%) vide their invoice # ORA[protected]

                                dt.25.05.09. On my pointing out the matter to itbc on 01.06.09 they asked me to returned the

                                socks for replacing those with the ordered quality socks. I returned the socks and followed the

                                matter with them constantly. Every time they assured me about the supply, but to my dismay

                                they supplied the same socks again on 04.10.09. I took up the matter with them for the

                                redressal, and followed the matter , but now they are not responding.

                                I therefore request your goodself to intervene in matter and advise them to do the needful.

                                  i purchased a RBK lower on dated 09/10/09 bill no.- 2870 ,of Rs 1299 from RBK MATCH PIONT, 48 chakrata road, dehradun(u.k). next day i noticed that the lenght and size of lower is not same and when i measured the lenght and width of the lower there was a difference of 2 inches in both sides. One half of the lower was of 40 inches of lenght and the other was of 42. When i went to the shop next day on dated 10/10/09 they told me that after 15 to 20 days there district examiner will come and will check whether it can be changed or not ,they said it is the procedure of the company even in the case of manufaturing defects. Now i want to know that if a person is buying a branded stuff with blind faith , is that fair that a customer has to suffer due to there manufacturing mistakes and how can a product of such a big company comes to the market with such big defect with two legs of one lower with different sizes and the company is not ready to admit there fault and the showroom executive started telling me the companies rules and said that if i want easier solution they will alter this lower or i have to wait for next 15 to 20 days for there executives visit for the varification of the defect and the customer has to suffer due to there mistakes.

                                    I am a regular user of Reebok for the last many years. It is for the first time that I have faced problems with the shoe net .

                                    The net of the shoe was broken from one side with in 2-3 months of my use . I have spoken to many dealers but they say they cannot do any thing in this regard.

                                    Request you to kindly help me with atleast the repair.
                                    Dear Sir,

                                    After 8 to 10 days of reparing the shooes, the strip is again chip out. I am fade-up with this problem.Plese solve my shooes problem in one attempt. I have no time to visit your show-room time ans again.

                                      Recently I purchase a Reebok ladies foot ware from JAS APPARELS & FOOTWEARS PVT LTD, LINK ROAD MADHUPATNA, PH[protected],[protected] , Bill No -3134 dated on 19th sep 2009 (return bill no.) WITHIN 25days with 5-7 time uses of the footwear which cost me Rs.996 (with 40% sale discount) damaged in such way that no one can even think of repairing it again to re use it. So I approach the shop for the exchange of the footwear and they were kind enough to exchange it with the new foot wear of 2006 packed/manufactured with the confidence that this will last for 12 months at least. With no hopes I was forced to take that pare of shoos which get packed in 2006. But unfortunately after use of again 3time my 2nd pare shoe’s strap, sole comes out of gum which again no one can use it.
                                      As I didn’t find any grievance / we care in the reebok site I submitted it in this site .
                                      Is Reebok sale with 40% is for sale of footwear beyond expiry date?
                                      Kindly suggest me what should I do ??

                                        I bought a pair of shoes from Legend soprts Bandra,Mumbai.
                                        The brand was Reebok.
                                        I paid the amount of 2600 for the same.
                                        He doing the payment,he didnt offer me the bill.
                                        The only proof i have is the debit card receit.
                                        on the very next day i wear the in jym.But i was shocked to see that the shoes was teared from the front.
                                        Then i enquired about the shoes from the Reebok india exclusive showrrom.
                                        They told me that the shoes were not branded and they were duplicate.
                                        Please help me out of this.
