I have purchased a Reebok Home Use Gym Ball from an authorised dealer ie REEBOK,Big Joss,107/B1 , E-Town Shopping Centre, East Fort Junction, Thrissur, Kerala ( Tin No.[protected]C) on11.01.09.(Bill No.193). The Product code is ARTICLE#RE[protected] , Size-75 cm.
I have used the ball only once. After that when I used it I found the valve is defective and could not use it further. I approched the dealer for replacement or repair and they asked me to wait for their managers consent. This was continued many times but they didnot take any favourable action.
In this circumstances I request you to take a favourable action to replace the product. I believe that a well established company like yours will definitely have some arrangement to replace defective products.

Reebok Kit — Money withdrawn 2 times
i booked reebok kit of rs 2999/- when 1st time offered. i paid the respective amt rs 3199/- through my friends credit card. i received the kit. few days after another similar kit came to my door through courier. actually i booked only one. so i sent the the second kit back to u, means i did not took that kit. but from my friends credit card ur company had withdraw the amt (rs 3199/-) twice. so pl. send the amt of rs 3199/- back to me. my postal address is as below.S.A.PATIL,
