After tv signal problem, i daily contact to costumer care continuely for 8 days but they didnt reply satisfactory, after waiting 8 days i registered my complain, my complain no is[protected], they assure me aur engineer wil reslove ur problem, but till 48 hrs go back, no any reply from there, worst service from reliance big tv, till waiting for resolving tv signal problem

    Hi, My smart card no is[protected], I registered a complaint on 13th September 2015 and the complaint number is[protected] registered by an executive (Kavya) of Reliance Big TV customer care who doesn’t know how to speak with customer, she was literally yelling over the phone and the Team Leaders / supervisors are very smart enough in making commitments but there is no action and intimation to the customer. Again we need to call them up and they have a very standard verbiage “APOLOGIES” and “within 48Hrs your problem will get resolve”. This is ridiculous [protected] this is the bloody stupid technician number who doesn’t even visit to my place and said it is the setup box problem and unless or until customer care people give setup box, he cannot visit my home as Reliance Big TV doesn’t pays him for visiting and inspecting the problems, however I’ve paid INR 175rs in my smart card for service. Informed the same to the customer care people and the supervisors but no use, as they simply said there is no connection between them. Now what the HELL is should do here. I use to call them on a daily basis and repeat my problem. They again come back with the same verbiage “APOLOGIES” and “within 48Hrs your problem will get resolve”. Later spoke to the floor supervisors Pravin / Naresh and again reiterated my problem. Pravin gave a strong commitment that my problem will get resolve before Friday EOD which is on 25th September again I became fool trusting them and the beauty is they doesn’t even bother to call and inform. Now Naresh has given the commitment that my problem will get resolve before Saturday EOD 26th September but there is no response yet. SUCH A PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM RELIANCE BIG TV.

      Ours is a few years old Reliance Big TV dish, after that some of the new channels have come to India like Comedy Central, Colors Infinity, etc. we dont get to watch them as the Big TV has not registered or bought the subscription for these networks for us. Then we are stuck to the age old channels and are not able to watch new TV networks even if we wish to. Also the subscription rates are higher than the other TV networks like Tata Sky. They have wider channel network and add on packs are very customer friendly and cheaper. They also have cheaper plans where as Big TV doest have such cheaper plans. Their plans are just more money swindling packs. Customer care is irresponsive as well as irresponsible. You just spend your whole life trying to reach them that shows how much complaints they get in a min. We can neither keep nor sell this set-top box we have got paying RS 3000 etc. Beware of fraud! Reliance digital TV is a fraud TV network. Once we buy the Reliance dish they dont add new TV networks which are available in India. Once we pay for the recharge they don't respond on the customer care to discuss the channel we want to request to add on our TV. 1. Certain popular channels are not available in Reliance Big TV menu at all: like Comedy Central, Colors infinity etc 2. half then channels they provide on packs are kind of Tele brand networks. 3. Every plan you need to take via Customer Care and they dont respond to your call immediately. You need days / weeks to reach them once you do that you are not provided proper services and also they drop your calls purposely. 4. Once you take the yearly plan for example bronze plan which says they provide one regional plan for free but they dont. after one yr you realize your money is deducted from your yearly balance. Thus your yearly plan is not for a year it lasts for 6-8 months only. You pay for one yr and you are forced to recharge after 6-8 months so thus they loot ur money. when asked they reply is u watched other regional channels. 5. Finally, most of the channels you get in these basic packs are useless, which you dont watch which is air's only Telebrand kind of shows. So you get Reliance Big TV you are in a mess.

      I have subscribed for freedom pack of 2499 in mid Feb and since then I dint get any channels.
      How do you expect customers to wait for months for your technical issues.
      There's no proper response from the support team. They cut your call purposely.

      I have booked RBIGTV single connection on 01 Mar 2018 by paying Rs 499. On 09 Mar 2018, I have received sms stating that BOOKING ID is 17501022 and installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Again I have received same sms on 10 Apr 2018 and the contents was same. But still no connection was provided and tried to contact call centre but not getting any response from them. Send two emails to customer care no response. Really pathetic condition and seems to be another big scam.

      I am Arsh Singh from Hyderabad! I have booked my New conmection on March 1st 2018(booking id[protected]. Today is the 22nd of june 2018, still no one has called yet.

      Everytime I call customer care they never give a accurate answer. They always ask me to wait for another 2 weeks and once two weeka gets over they ask me to wait more. Moreover, their customer care number also does not work at times, it says please the the number.

      I think its a SCAM!

      I have booked 4 connections of reliance big TV because of the name of 'Reliance', though I was little nervous because this company is owed by Anil Ambani and I don't find him trust worthy like his brother Mukesh, but thinking in the positive way that may be Anil was also trying to bring some revolution in DTH like his brother had done by Jio.
      But Anil had played a big game. Anil has transferred this company to some another company who has booked DTH connection on the name of realiance so that Anil Ambani couldn't be reacued for this fraud. I don't know what the sharing is behind this loot. But now I am quite sure that THIS WAS A BIG FRAUD.

        Error in TV screen: ERROR 400 This my 1st complaint ID:[protected]/09/2015 7:00 PM No one came and check that issue but they closed that complaint, after I called customer care and said reopen that complaint but they didn’t do any thing for reopen request. After few day again check that complaint ID someone say that it’s closed and they charged RS:175 in my account for clear that issue but it’s not. I want refund amount still I didn’t received any refund in my account. This my 2nd complaint ID:[protected]/09/2015 6:00 PM I said reopen but they won’t do that so create a new complaint ID. Still 22/09/2015 I didn’t get any solution for this error. I am called more than 10 times and there is no response from your side.

          Hi, I recharged my Big TV account[protected] on Sep. 01, 2015 for 240 Rs. but from last 2 days service is unavailable and it shows account is suspender. I choose 240 rs monthly plan and also not activated any additional service. So why account is suspended. Kindly activate my account and disable all the additional services if applied as I never activated any. Also for this problem I called customer care number but on the first time the person is very lack of knowledge and when I asked to share the call with superior then he told me to hold the call but after 1 minute he cut my call. After this when I again call to customer care then customer care executive refuse to solve my problem and when I told him that I will complaint then he tried to threat me that his father is working in Hariyana Police. This type of misbehavior is not tolerating. I want to fill the complaint against him. Kindly take an action else I will go to consumer court to take the legal action. Call details when I called is mentioned below: First call: approx 7:20 PM dated[protected]. Second call: approx 7:25 PM dated[protected].               I have had a No Signal message on the screen for the last few days. I called Reliance on [protected], and was told that it is not a problem from their end. We were watching the programme and the screen went blank and we got an error message- Error 400- Signal Lost. Now Reliance has booked a technician and are charging me for this. Please let me know what my rights are as I have not done anything to the cables or the card. I have not even touched it and the lady from Reliance is blaming me for the problem.Hope to hear from you soon. My account # is[protected].

                I am recharge big TV (A/c ID:[protected] Freecharge transaction on 16/9/15. Cash 220 has debited from my Bank account. Your receipt no seal. But it couldn't recharge properly. I tried to contact big TV customer service. But they replied that there is no further communication form the bank. Details are attached. Please consider my request.

I am calling customer care from past 4 or 5 days and every time i am saying them about this problem and every time they assured me the same that they will send technical person to my home but till now nobody came.I have also recharged of Rs- 300 on 14-sept-15 but then also channels are not coming. Is this kind of service you provide to your customer? I'm totally not satisfied or disagreed by your service. Customer care representative said again they will send technician by today. Please sort out this issue today itself because of this really we are getting problem. Else, sorry to say that i'll permanently disconnect the connection with reliance big TV. BY ANY CONDITION I WANT THIS PROBLEM TO SORT OUT.

                      I have called to customer service for the re-installation of the big TV, they replied just do the recharge of Rs. 220 it will get re-installed. but nothing will happened again call to that people than they replied network issue, so i told him to send some one for rectify the same. than they are telling for address updation charge Rs.350/- paid the amount. than again telling for recharge of Rs. 240, done with that, than after they replied need to do the recharge of 180 again i have done the same . but again BIG tv is not working yet. now those people are telling to the payment of Rs.400/- i don't know for what but they told than only that BIG TV will work. so what kind facility they are providing, , even initially i told him how much the total amount i have to pay to Restart the BIG tv. they simply told only do the recharge of Rs. 220 it will get restart. now again and again they told to do they payments, what is this, making fool to people even not providing the complete info to the people. so what kind of support they are proving to us.

                        My TV receiver was dismantled upon my request, on 28 August 2015 (SR No.[protected] Subsequently, I have made a request for installation with address change on 1 September 2015 (SR No.[protected]. The SR was closed on 4th Sep without any service. The sad part is Rs.175 was deducted from my balance. Again I made a complaint on 5 Sep 2015 (SR No.[protected] The SR was closed on 9th Sep without any service. The sad part is another Rs.175 was deducted from my balance. Again I have made a complaint on 09 Sep (SR No.[protected] and the installation is yet to be completed. As a customer I am completely dissatisfied with the service offered and I am wondering why money is being deducted without any service? Meanwhile money is deducted further for usage (obviously we have not viewed channels because of non installation) and now the service is disconnected. I have also made a complaint to Nodal Officer on 11 September 2015 and I am yet to receive any reply Please resolve

                            I am having reliance big tv connection no.[protected] in the name B.Umaarani.I registered a complaint on 1.9.2015, my service request no is[protected]. They told to change the set up box on their visit. But before changing the complaint was closed and charged 175. Again on 3.9.2015 I registered the complaint service request no.[protected]. On 4.9.2915 message came it is suspended and asked to pay 338. Some one called to pay 500 for set up box, then only they will come to change. I paid rs.838 on 5.9/2015. But till now nobody came to change the set up box. They are telling that no stock of set up box. Already eight days over after registering the complaint and I have no connection from 28.8.2015. I am very much disappointed of your service. So kindly look into the matter and take immediate action.

                              I am a costumer of reliance big tv since 2008 . From starting i have activated bronze pack ...without any intruption but before 2 or 3 months you service is worst. Your employes are had changed my bronze pack that was 8 rupees per day packand after that you have starting 10 rupess per day but i have came accros to this information when you have started 12 rupees per day pack on this issue i have called you toll free no.[protected] and gain information then they told me that your pack has been changed into gold pack without my call and any order. Than i call your coustumer center on 19.8.2015 and tell my probleam to your representative mr. xyz then he told me first recharge your account with 240 .then we will change your pack into bronze again.after i had done my rechare of 240 i call again and talk to your representative mr. sudesh. He assured me that i had change your gold pack into bronze pack but again my money gone deducted within 15 days than i call again to your coustomer center and talk to mr. pramod but he had not given me the satisfied answer and again and agin said to me that you have to recharge your account again we cant do anything. In case of my own probleam i have to do recharge again of 240. than i call your one more representative mr. sudesh on his assurence i rechage my account . He assured me that i had change your gold pack into bronze but i have no belive on on your service. Thatswhy, you have to give me the information of my pack change to my registerd mobile no. and refurnd my deducted money as soon as possible within 7 days. Otherwise i will fire a complain against your worst service and froud in consumer court.my consumer no. is[protected]

                                On 12th Aug 2015 I complained to big tv customer care because I was not able to watch channel So they suggest me to call engineer so I requested to company for an engineer that charged me 175 Rs. which deducted on same time and customer care told me that I have 2 months warranty for it. after my complained two days later engineer didn't come at my home so I called again to customer care they said me that they noted complain but again they charged me 175 rs. so I again called customer care and told my problem that I have 2 months warranty then they said "Sorry sir We will resolve your issue" and noted my money refund request and gave my 175 rs back . After 18th aug engineer came to my house and solve my problem but on the same day they again chargerd 175 rs then again I called them they again noted a complain and started my service again next day again I saw message on tv screen that I had charged 175 rs then I again called them again they start my service next day again my service got suspended again I called. Sorry Dear Reliance company I have no time to call you again and again. I tried my best to corporate with you but you have crossed your limit. Today I called again and you customer care told me that you have complained many time for refund so no money will be refunded. They closed my complain but why? Almost everyday They irritated me to suspend my service. I have tired to tell my problem again and again. Every time I tell my problem from starting.                                   Requested to visit no response till date. If you cannot dot it please take your set box back. As it is your property. Don't want to have it with me.

                                  Request you to do the below mentioned checks to resolve the Set Top Box issue:

                                  We request you to check if the Audio Video cables are properly connected to the Television and the Set Top Box. Check if the Audio Video cable (red, yellow, white) is physically damaged or not.
                                  Check power adaptor is properly connected to the Set Top Box and is switched ON from the main switch. Try connecting the Power adaptor to a different electrical socket and check.
                                  Check if the Pins of the Power adaptor is broken.
                                  Perform "Power Cycle" (Switch off the Set Top Box from the main power supply and Switch it on).
                                  We request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to reset your Set Top Box.
                                  We request you to press the Red button on Reliance Digital TV Remote for 30 seconds. Once the screen goes blank leave the Red button.
                                  It will ask you preferred language which you have to choose as per your convenience. It will show you the signal quality. If Good, press OK. Please wait till the channel list gets refreshed.

                                  If the problem still persists, kindly write to us for technician visit.

                                  After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.

                                        Smart card number[protected] Consumer name Nikhil Santhakumar Reliance digital services ... Big TV is the worst kind of service i have ever used. The customer care team sucks and the service provided is pathetic. My issues started with shifting the set top box to a new one. Charges incurred is Rs 750. However the set top box has been replaced 5 times within the warranty period of 90 days and now it is still not working from over two weeks . These ppl have the audacity of denying the customer the statement of debits and credits from their accounts too. It's only on their verbal communication do the customer comes to know abt any reversal to their account. I have almost made over 15 calls and spend hours trying to get the issue once and for all. I have finally written to the consumer court so that I can get the reversal of my 750 rs and move to a better service provider . Regards Nayantara [protected] [protected]
