Request you to do the below mentioned checks to resolve the Set Top Box issue:
We request you to check if the Audio Video cables are properly connected to the Television and the Set Top Box. Check if the Audio Video cable (red, yellow, white) is physically damaged or not.
Check power adaptor is properly connected to the Set Top Box and is switched ON from the main switch. Try connecting the Power adaptor to a different electrical socket and check.
Check if the Pins of the Power adaptor is broken.
Perform "Power Cycle" (Switch off the Set Top Box from the main power supply and Switch it on).
We request you to follow the below mentioned procedure to reset your Set Top Box.
We request you to press the Red button on Reliance Digital TV Remote for 30 seconds. Once the screen goes blank leave the Red button.
It will ask you preferred language which you have to choose as per your convenience. It will show you the signal quality. If Good, press OK. Please wait till the channel list gets refreshed.
If the problem still persists, kindly write to us for technician visit.
After warranty period, service charge of Rs.175/- is applicable on registration of the service request, which will be levied even if the issue is auto-resolved or does not require a technician visit for any reason. If any part/ equipment is replaced or repaired then applicable charges will be levied.
