    My smart card number is[protected] My TV has been showing a 400 error from over a week now ! I have called the customer care at least 5/6 times. First a guy called Arvind Patel called after a day or two around 5pm and the line got disconnected. When I called him back in 15mins, he said he has gone home and will not come. Next day when I called him, he says he has not gone to office and wont come and doesn't know who can help ! I then called again. This time two to three guys came again in a day or two. Fiddled with the dish and got connection. They said it was some loose connection but were very vague about it. Same day evening the connection conked off again ! After that I when I called, one customer care guy said somebody will come in 48 hours. When I asked to speak to a senior, he disconnected the line ! After that I have been calling many times and no response ! Reliance is charging Rs.175/- as visit charges ! My DTH is still not working ! I am planning to buy another DTH like TATA SKY or VIDEOCON and throw this crap into the dustbin. I am also planning to file a consumer complaint asap. Anit Gopinath [protected]

      My big tv no is[protected].in name of jobin sebastian.I call customer care representative for not getting tc chanbels.he said that complaint resolve within 4 days&175rupees taken from our account.but no one come inmy house after 4days and got the msg your complaint is closed and hope good service will get.then i again call customer care and give msg nobody came in our house and problem was not solved.he said i reopen the complaint and noextra amount is taken from our account.but again 175 is taken aand so we are vwry disappinted and resist to recharge again.so one customer representative call on mobile and inform your acconunt will close.then i said the situation and he said the matter is true and we refund thw second amt within two days.refno given is[protected].but yesterday i check my balance is -104.please do the needful

          Subscriber No.[protected]. Paid Rs 885 thru netbanking on 23.6.15 for Bronze Pack - 4 months vide Receipt No. AMIP72537112. They suspended service on 25.6.15. On complain they resumed service after 21 hours. Again suspended today (28.6.15). They say no balance in my account even after giving receipt for Rs 885. It is clear they are intentionally harassing by stopping TV viewing. After first suspension I commented - your service is poor, if you refund my money i will quit Reliance TV.             My Smart card No[protected]. Got it installed four months back. Wanted to start using it showed recharge. Recharged with Rs.500.00. But it started showing error 108. Tried calling customer support went unto complaint division but was on waiting for more than 2 hours. Many attempts made. Once I got through the caller mentioned try after 15 minutes and then if problems prevails call back. Tried but could not get through. Can you send somebody and rectify the same.               Hi, My Reliance Smart Card No is #[protected] on 17th June 2015 i had put a complaint about not viewing channels like Sony connected all channels, Colors, Cartoon Network, Disney XD and Nick from 15th June 2015 evening, executive name Manish pick up the call after waiting of 15 mins on call center and taken complaint about this and gave us above mentioned complaint no #[protected] and ensure us that reliance technician will came within 48 hours of complain time and will check the antena is in its proper place and adjust the things. But till today i.e. 27th June 2015 (240 hours from the complaint date) no one has came to my place and check the antena nor my service is started smoothly. Today i have gave 2nd call to your customer care and asked about my status of complain but the lady who have picked up the call gave ridiculous answer like "our backend team is still working on it and arranging the technician" as i have told her to transfer this call to her senior she cut the line. So UNPROFESSIONALISM i have seen at Reliance Big TVs customer care. Now if really this site will help me to solve the problem Regards, Priya

                i m atul from ahmedabad .i used big tv last 6 years. before 2 days i complained about signal.a technician visit at home solve a problem change Adaptor .he tell u have to paid rs.300/- (175+125adaptor).but after & before complain in yr customer care yr exe.confirm that u didn;t pay visiting charge bcoz i launch complain 2 months ago .but problem solve automaticaly.then i inform to customer care plz dont send any. but already its charges debit at that time from my Ac.before 2 day ago same problem create .last talk yr senior executive he told that 300/- is Adaptor price.& tecnician said its 125/-of adaptor.who is right ???? i already paid 300/-for Adaptor.customer id[protected]. contact no-[protected]

                  Hi, I, Mitul Rambhia, am using Reliance Big TV connection since last 3 years (smart card number[protected]. I was facing problems with set top box and had requested for a new one on 17th June. I was told that it would be done in 48 hours. I called up customer service on 20th June and they told me that it would be done today. Till date i.e 24th June, I have not received any update on this. I am definitely not happy with the services and would not suggest Big TV to anyone in future. Can you please cancel my connection and refund the money that I have paid ? Also, can you please give me email id of some senior official in the organization to whom I can bring all these matters for attention ? Regards, Mitul [protected]

                    Service complaint no .[protected] My service connection was suspended due to non renewal. I returned from abroad and renewed the connection and audio voice was lacking, I made complaint and I was informed RS. 175 will be charged for visit to rectify and same was agreed by me. Immediately and automatically audio was rectified and my account was debited, Why should they charge when a person has not visited. I made complaint and promised to reply with in 72 hours and I was shocked to receive message, service request is closed My request is not replied?

                      Hi, My Card # is[protected] . The setup box is not functioning properly from past 4 days . I have raised a complaint with the customer care to which they responded that they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. It has been more than 3 days and there is no action taken. I have called the customer care more than 5 times but there is no proper action taken. This shows the careless attitude by the RELIANCE DTH services. For installation of a new box it just takes couple of hours but for services why is this delay and careless attitude? Kindly do the needful or else you will loose a genuine customer.                         This is Divesh from Ambala cantt Haryana My card no. is[protected] H. no. 76 Karan puri behind B.D flour mill pin 133001 is complaining about the poor services being provide by Reliance digital TV to its customer. & due to which i have already faced lot of harassment in the last one week. The problem started on 13th June 2015 when our area hit by dust storm & lightning due to which our STB develop some kind of snag. I reported the matter to CC Reliance on the same day & they assured me that our technician will visit your home within 48 hrs. in the mean time my Sunday has gone with out TV, on Monday on 15th June at around 4 pm techie has visited our home, at that time i was in my office. techie replaced our STB to another STB which he carried with him. after replacement he ask my Dad 500/- for STB which he replaced & 175/- for visiting charges. in total he charged 675 from us & gone. later i came back from my office & come to know that techie has charged my dad of 675/- next day in morning when i switch on my TV It shows my A/C has been debited with 675/- & A/C turned into negative. I again called to CC and they assured me that my will be credited with 675/- within 72 hours, now it already been 8th day & my A/C hasn't been credited nor techie has returned my money. And the biggest shock for me was when i checked the STB thoroughly i came to know that it was an old one having scratches on the front portion on it & from back side where all the pins were inserted, it seems all the rear side portion has stain marks on it. when i switch on my TV it also got some volume problem next day STB was creating even more problem when TV gets switch on, it shows card error no 105 or some time 103. i call to CC again & they troubleshoot my problem. next day it again showing card error no 103, so i called CC again & they troubleshoot my problem, but after switching off & on my TV, it again & again showing the same problem. in the mean time i called to CC several time & reported about faulty STB provide by techie but executive kept saying that it has 90 days guarantee. as per my knowledge, no 2nd hand items has guarantee or warranty on it, so how can Reliance give guarantee on an old or used item. from the day when STB was installed on my TV i fear about its credibility coz from very first day it was creating problem for us & my fear turn true within few days. from 19th June On wards my TV goes blank shows no sign of error no 103 or 105. now its screen turn fully black & despite using power button of remote the red light on STB remain red, show no sing of turning into green, even CC shows their helplessness again & again they kept saying is ur problem has been accelerated to concerned deptt. but still after 3 days no techie has visited my home. now i am fed up with the excuses of Reliance CC & now i have made up my mind of installing my old cable connection & will throw dis disgusting DISH of Reliance into the garbage. its been 9th consecutive day related with my STB & i am already been harassed. i pleaded a lot for the sake of my little child at home who is depriving of cartoon network for such a long period, but it seems all my request has gone into the deaf ears of RELIANCE customer care. now i urged Reliance, kindly dismantle ur dish from my roof top & throw into the face of bosses of Reliance. now me not gonna entertain any plea of Reliance. i already heard about the bad connectivity of Reliance mob. network, now i also got taste of Reliance dish TV. just throw my dish into the face of Anil & mukesh Ambani.

                          I am facibg problem to relocate my reliece digitalTV in new delhi. I have made three complains viz[protected] on 6/6/2015,[protected] on 12/6/2015 and[protected] on 18/6/2015 to relocate my relience dish TV. I have also e-mail to the customer care email id but nithing is going to be done positive. My card no is[protected] but reliance is not bothering to resolve the problem.

                            Sir, 1. Further to my complaint to your forum dated 14 Jun 15 2. I am BIG TV customer since last five years or so vide Chip ID[protected]. I have shifted from Adampur (Punjab) to Bangalore, Jalahalli West. 3 I called up Toll Free No. on 11 Jun 2015 for re-installation of my BIG TV connection. I was asked to recharge for Rs 350/- and call back then only can my connection can be reinstalled. After recharge on 12 Jun 2015 and called up Toll Free No. I was assured that my connection will be re-installed within 48 hours vide Request No.[protected]. 4. To my sorrow, when I called up Toll Free again on 14 Jun 2015, only to hear that my case has been forwarded to higher authorities. It may be noted that I am being charged around Rs 9/- per day without availing the services. Why? 5. On 15th Jun 2015 I called up again to know the status, I got the reply that it will be positively completed by 16th of Jun 2015, but in vain. On 16th Jun 2015 I called up again but the reply was the complaint has been forwarded to higher authorities and the behavior of the operator was absurd. 6. Starting from 11 Jun 15 till 17 Jun 15 a simple connection cannot be re-installed by the so called reputed company. Wah what a BIG Name? 7. Are the Big bosses sitting at top at Reliance Company are deaf and dumb. Do I need to say anything further for the services provided by your reputed company? 8. Sir, I request through your forum to either get my connection re-installed from the Reliance if not possible please get my full amount of connection i.e. Rs 1500/- for connection and 350/- recharge on 11 Jun 2015 back Thanks Yashpal (M) [protected]

                                My name is Chandrasekhar Naidu and I have been using the Reliance Big TV -Nr[protected] since 8 Years. By March 1st - 2015, I had the issue that my all Telugu Channels disconnected suddenly and started getting Tamil Channels. I had called to customer care and explained the issue. They said that they have started giving one more Pack freely from 1-May 2015 which is Tamil pack (for South Value Pack). I said fine, but why the Telugu Channels were disconnected. They said the Pack of Telugu Channel was active and they have taken Complaint and said that their Customer will Visit us and solve the issue. We had waited for some days, but the Customer was not visited us and the Ticket was closed by them charging 175 INR without solving the issue. I had called again the Customer care and asked them the explanation. They have raised one more complaint and said same that their Customer will visit Surely this time. Again Same thing repeated, no one has visited us and the Ticket was closed by charging again 175 INR. I have called them again and asked them that why the Tickets were getting closed without solving issue and getting charged 175 INR each time. They said, since 175 INR is charged at First Ticket, that will be valid for 60 days, hence they will refund the Money whatever they charged additionally which is 175 INR. I said fine and they raised one more complaint. Finally the Person has visited us and checked the connection. He said every thing is fine and set-of box is working fine. He was even not understanding why the Telugu channels were not coming. Then he left and they closed the Ticket and again they charged 175 INR, however the Problem was not resolved at all. They charged 3 times (175 + 175 + 175 = 525) and the Problem is not resolved. Finally we went to one Agent and fixed the Problem from our end. After solving the issue, I had called to Customer care more than 5 times and raised the complaint for refunding the Money of 350 (175 + 175), since this has been charged additionally/mistakenly. They said they will refund Money, for it 5 Complaints were raised, however the Money was not refunded. I wanted to use the Reliance Big TV, because I had activated one Year pack which is valid till 31-Dec-2015. That is the reason I struggled lot for resolving issue. My personal opinion is that the Reliance Big TV does not support the Customers well and bad Service. I suggest you to not to buy Reliance Digital TV. Even I will be buying TATA Sky once this one Year pack gets over.

                                  On 1st may 2015 we have made a complaint on non functioning of our remote control.On advise, we have remitted Rs.175 being cost for getting a new remote control.Till date we havent received the same.During this period we have made over twenty five reminders.kindly expedate the delivery.                                     Sir, 1. I am BIG TV customer since last five years or so vide Chip ID[protected]. I have shifted from Adampur (Punjab) to Bangalore, Jalahalli West. 2. I called up Toll Free No. on 11 Jun 2015 for re-installation of my BIG TV connection. I was asked to recharge for Rs 350/- and call back then only can my connection can be reinstalled. After recharge on 12 Jun 2015 and called up Toll Free No. I was assured that my connection will be re-installed within 48 hours vide Request No.[protected]. 3. To my sorrow, when I called up Toll Free again on 14 Jun 2015, only to hear that my case has been forwarded to higher authorities. It may be noted that I am being charged around Rs 9/- per day without availing the services. Why? 4. Do I need to say anything further for the services provided by your reputed company? Please let me know if you are not able to re-install, so that I can think of alternate options. Thanks Yashpal (M) [protected]

                                    Sir The issue stands resolved. My connection was re-installed on 19 Jun 15 after 09 days of my request. During this period I have to daily to customer care. They were not responding positively for my calls after 05 days of my registering of request, or they were not having any solution. It was your intervention . Thanks

                                      My set top box is unserviceable from 09/06/2015. I am using RELIANCE DIGITAL TV CARD NO.[protected]. I purchased reliance digital TV connection with accessories from DELHI. Now I m posted to AIR FORCE BIDAR, KARNATAKA. I went to repair center of RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, BIDAR with my set top box.They have refused to repair/replace the set top box by stating that this set top box is not belongs to Karnataka and we can not do anything.In case if I purchase new set top box of Rs 700/- along with new RELIANCE DIGITAL CARD, then my old RELIANCE DIGITAL CARD will not be valid which was recently recharged with Rs 2500/- in month of MAY15. Kindly confirm that my balance of old CARD can be transferred to new connection and the cost of the new set top box with connection or balance amount can be refunded. With Regards BALBIR SINGH Mb.                                         set top box is not working last 10 days. in this regard a complaen registered on your costomer care center on 04.06.2015, complaint nomber is[protected]. after various comunication of your costumer care for resolve our problms but to no effect, till today not desolve the set top box problms.
