hi my smart card number is[protected], after checking with your call centre and receiving the confirmation that connection can be transferred from Hyderabad to Bangalore, i have paid the amount for 1 yr and called up the call centre on 2nd June for un installing the dish and wiring in hyd at my address and i was told it would take 48hrs, and its been more than the given TAT but not even a single call has been received from any technician till date, when i call the customer care response was worse and i was told if you did not get any call its better that i get it uninstalled and carry it Bangalore. when your technicians cant come for un installing how can i trust that they would come and install the connection at my new address? i am really disappointed with the service being provided and i would request you to kindly cancel my connection and refund me back my money. am no more interested in being a part of Reliance any more. worse part is that a guy from your call centre says that i can buy a new set paying 1200 and they would install with the same old connection.

    I am a reliance big TV subscriber. Took connection on 17/10/2014, recharged Rs.1860/- for annual package. But every month 17th rs.35/- is getting deducted from my account .If there is no balance, service will be disconnected. When contacted customer care number, they couldn't give any satisfactory reply. Kindly look into the matter and refund the money deducted from account at the earliest.

      On 30th May I registered a request of relocation, request no[protected]. On 2nd June engineer from Big TV office came to my house but he went without resolving my complaint and also deducted Rs 350 from my account. On calling to customer care 3-4 times did'nt got proper response.

        Dear Sir My big tv Smart card no.[protected] I have raised a complaint on 25.5.2015 and was assured to be resolved in 48 hours but wasnt done. And with a help of some outside mechanic, i have fixed the problem on 30.5.2015, knowing that you guys (BIG TV people) would never mind resolving it. Then on 2.6.2015, i got a messgae that the ticket has been closed and Rs.175 has been deducted from my account, which is totally a kind of faurd, as no one from the big tv people visited us and nor they resolved the problem . Then why should i pay the money, rather your should pay me for the time i have wasted calling up your call center and the time while i was unable to see the tv (i.e. 25th may to 30th may) ​Look into the matter. *Looks like a big scam rather than big tv*

          Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number :[protected] Issue - no channels appearing. Amount paid for reliance recharge- Rs 5000 for one year for all channels, including HD. (Max plan for one year - Long term plan) Compliant Docket / reference number is[protected]th May 10 AM, promises to solve the issue in 48 hours. Called up after 2 days, same reponse, will resolve in 48 hours. Waited 48 hours, called up again, same response. Emailed to nodal officer, waited for 2 days based on same response in email. Field technician calls up, nothing happens after 2 days. Again replied to nodal officer, same response, field technician calls up, nothing happens after 2 days. Again replied to nodal officer, no response, field technician calls up, asks details. Silently closed the ticket saying number not reachable and deducts 175 from account. Called customer care more than 10 times yesterday, explaining that the ticket is closed wrongly. All of them wanted to connect me to the manager and puts me on hold, call gets disconnected after 2 or 3 minutes. Issue they tell me next time is network issue. (That is when i understand that a telecom company cant even maintain their internal telephone network too, couldn't stop laughing) Will Keep updated on what happens. Currently is feel is that i just paid to see the red screen on TV and to speak to customer care.

          Just an update on June 1 before lunch.

          A field support team / partner company of reliance called up and said that i have to pay another 200 rupees directly to the technician for the repair.
          We called up the customer service and confirmed that we don't need to pay again.
          Called up the partner company the same that if anything needs to be paid, that will only be through the reliance account.

          Will keep updating this as and when there is any update.

          Finally, one technician came and fixed in 5 minutes.

            please refer my smart card number[protected] . my setup box changed on 15.02.2015 and charges deducted from my account and it again it troubled on 03.05.2015 and changed on 04.05.2015 and again charges deducted and refunded. but same setup box again troubled on 25.05.2015 and changed but this time my account again debited for Rs.500.00 and no refunded. i asked your customer care about this problem that your setup box troubled on 15-20 days the customer care executive and their senior misbehaved with me and told that your have more knowledge than us. your amount can not refunded. please advice my that why i should not changed your producted and purchase other's DTH. thanking you s s rawat [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com

              Firstly I want to talk about arrogant customer care executive in reliance customer care.These people are not there to help you instead there job is to shout and make an argument with the customers. Then the main problems comes They will give you an offer of yearly package, NEVER EVER go for it.They consider year of 11 months only.They might be referring their own calendar designed by Reliance. If you contact them for them their executive will tell you that You have not informed us about ur recharge. These fool don't know we are opting Yearly package that means we need yearly service. Reliance big TV executive( Mr.Sunil Kumar) literally disconnected phone and shouted we are not bother about your money you can go for other DTH services or do whatever you can. These executive making fun of their customers.

                The Big TV connection was dismantled on 20th May 2015 from our flat in Bangalore to be reconnected at Mangalore. From 23rd I have been calling your Customer Service twice or thrice everyday. No body has yet called us for reconnecting the dish at Bondel, Mangalore where we have been transferred My request No is[protected] of 23 May 2015 The call center wait time is very long The personnel are helpless and have no answer to querries. Today at 3.10 pm I called. Talked to a lady and asked her to connect to the team leader as the problem was not resolved. I waited patiently for 15 to 20 minutes. No body responded. I just listened to the jingles and the feminine recorded voice with concern kept on assuring me that some body will respond... I gave up... Its too much I should not have taken Reliance TV

                  We have been facing issue with remote control of Reliance Big TV, We have filed multiple complaints through customer care call. Every time we'll receive a message that technician will come and help us, However no one came till now and no one is ready to help us due to the issue with local operators. We are residing at Kammasandra and there is some problem with local operators and corporate service providers.Why should customers suffer due to this.                   Hi,

                  Still my issue is not yet resolved. I am facing problem with my setup box. No one has turned up and gave a call. How should I get my setup box to work properly.
                  I have subscribed for one year. But we couldn't able to see or change channels through remote.
                  As far as I concerned your service is too bad with rest of the providers.

                    We have been using BIG TV since more than 5 yrs now. We have never faced this issue before in so many years. But this time its the worst experience. The signal shows 'Poor' since last week and since then we are trying to reach customer care, but all the calls in vain. The IVR always states that all the representatives are busy and our call will be addressed in "X" minutes. Going by their words we wait patiently and then we realize that there is no end to the so called "X" minutes. And this happened not once, but 3-4 times!!! Is the customer care so busy that the grieving customers are left unattended!!! After numerous tries finally when somebody picks our call, they keep us on hold (for more than 15 min) until we disconnect the call. It seems like they are waiting for us to disconnect the call! And this too has happened not once but twice. So this only shows that the customer care - does NOT CARE for customers any more. This act is very very disappointing.

                      Hi, I own Reliance Dish TV no[protected] since last 5 yrs. The dish antenna is installed on the terrace, however since the terrace is being roofed I have raised the request with Reliance costumer care around 7 days before to relocate the antenna where there is no satellite issues. Inspite of complaining the customer care there was no one to visit and have a look. Than I raised the reminder and finally we had someone visiting on Saturday. My concerns are: 1. 6 days delay in response time to take the problem 2. The so called engineer from reliance customer care visited the premises and finalised the location where to relocate the antenna so as there will be no satellite issues. However the engineer did not came with proper tools (drill machine) to relocate the dish. And therefore the problem was not resolved on Saturday. 3. On Sunday after repeated reminder, we got a person with tools to relocate to location which engineer suggested, however the person did not tried anything and said it is not possible for him to relocate. There are many dish from tata and dish tv placed on that location. However reliance service man did not gave any chance to fix the issues. The person was very rude and was a total failure to help me. Infact I was asked to switch to different service provider. 4. After this incidence I have called reliance customer care and talked to senior executive (Pooja) to escalate my concern and she said your problem will be resolved by today i.e. Sunday . and today is Tuesday and the problem is still not resolved. 5. My parents are at home and they are missing the TV since 8 days. 6. Last but not the least I have received the SMS from the reliance charging Rs.175 for no services rendered. There I am quire dissatisfied with the services and the quality of technical staff working with reliance. Even after escalating the concern the issues are still not resolved and I have been charged. Is there no one who can solve the issues. The services are pathetic and the quality of people hired by reliance are inefficient and unprofessional. I need to move this concern to consumer forum or consumer court for redersal of grievances and compensating me for the discomfort. Regards Deepak kabra [protected]

                        I recently moved to my new home in Bangalore and requested for re-installation of antenna at my location by calling customer care on May 16th, the customer care assured that request will be processed in 48 hours.In 2 days the technician came to my location and I showed him the location to install the antenna, suddenly he started telling that he doesn't have connectors, wires etc and told me that he will cancel the installation request and he will come on some other day. When I asked him how do you do the service without carrying connectors he was so arrogant that he told me to call and check with customer care and left my location.I called the customer care and informed about this incident, the customer care assured that they will take action against him and will send a new technician in next 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours and none of the technician turned up.Again I called the customer care, each time when I call the customer care the only thing I hear from them is "your complaint will be escalated and will send the technician as soon as possible" . I am fed of calling the customer care and listening the same thing from them and till today this issue has not been resolved.                         Today I received the message saying that your service request has been closed and you have been charger Rs 175.I am wondering how this is possible as none of your technician has turned up till today in spite of complaining several times and you dare to tell that your request has been solved and also charge for it. When I call the worst customer care they are telling me some random technician has visited your place and solved the issue, how come this is possible as I am waiting from a week and dint receive any call from any technician.
                        When I ask more details to customer care they tell that they will transfer call to higher authority and I literally waited for an hour and couldn't speak to any higher authority. This is the worst service experience for me and also the worst customer care who has no answers to our queries other that telling that your complaint has been escalated.
                        I don't know how did you close the service request and charge for it without solving the issue, please answer for this.

                          Dear Sir, I am too much disappointed that when I have recharged my reliance digital Tv in the month of March 2015 with the amounted 1600 for eight month time frame and your company representative calls me and committed that my reliance digital TV is converted to Silver Pack and that inculdes the Sport pack with that particular rate.But today i have recived a sms that my reliance pack is lack of money so recharge it soon. I didnt understand what is that going in your company.so Please resolve that particular issue.

                            I am having connection for last 2-3 years. the channels what they advertise on their site is not there is reality. In last few months I have recharged more than 5000 still today I got msg my account suspended. Upon calling call centre with much difficulty the executive could communicate to me that for movie channels I am charged in two different packages. How can reliance charge double amount through two different package for the same channel. Second I ve second card which I am not using even after multiple complaint they are still charging for the card which I don't use. Third there no clarity to the customer where and how the money is deducted. Reliance big TV account login doesn't give details on these things. Customer care executives can't understand or speak English properly. Overall horrible service and charges.. I want to through the DTH on the road but waiting for my house shift. Eating money like anything. DTH is convenient for customer based on the channel requests and choice of customer but I never see that and company like reliance misleading and misutilising the govt policies. My subscription card number is[protected]. I would be happy if someone can make this reliance right and help getting my account settle properly

                            No call, no action. This is what happens in reliance anyhow my money is already consumed in some or other way and i know nothing will be done from your end to refund or adjust the money.

                            God save consumers from you. I am just waiting for my house shift after that i will really through the DTH on the garbage and show you the picture.
                            How can this be resolved; I am getting message since last 3 days to pay Rs. 425 and my account is suspended. I am surprise how reliance big is handling the customers. Even after complaint no action. Nobody called me yet. Height of waste customer service. Shold i approach consumer court? is that the last way to teach you guys ?

                            Now leave about making correction to my issues; i need compensation for misuse of my account money and misleading me.

                              I moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore and requested for re-installation of the antenna by email on 21st APR 2015 (of course, before that I tried reaching them on given toll free number, waited for nearly 20 minutes on couple of occasions without success and decided to take the email route). The Service Request ID[protected] was created and an assurance given that the complain will be resolved within 48 hours, and I am still waiting. Whenever I remind them of pending complaint, always the assurance is 48 hours. Now I wonder, when actually the "48 hours" begins, may be some time in 2020? Finally, after multiple escalations, their technician called me on 7th MAY (17 days after the complaint was registered). As I was out of station, I told him to come on following Monday - 11th May and he guaranteed he will come (his contact: [protected]/[protected]). I felt happy and this lasted for a few hours until I got another shock. I got the SMS that the complaint is resolved and I am charged Rs. 175/-.!!! Can there be bigger cheaters than Reliance??? Nevertheless, I waited till Tuesday, raised the complaint again on Wednesday and I got a very polite response saying my complaint is registered with new SR No.[protected] assuring me of resolution within 48 hours and it is 96 hours now and am still waiting. How can we get justice from these Corporate Mafia? The very nice thing they do is not to give contact number of any official or email id, all that is available is a customer care email id which gives standard sugar-coated response and a toll free number which, if you are lucky, will be answered by a random person each time. In this era where our PM is promoting Make in India, I pray God save India! Note: You should be able to retrieve my contact number and smart card numbers through the SR numbers given above.

                              Thanks to cosumercomplaints.in, finally the technician showed up today - one Mr. Manoj - [protected]. He had earlier given commitments to come and fix it on Tuesday (12th May) by 11AM and there was no sign of him since then. When I asked him the same thing, he became arrogant and asked whether you want this to be fixed right now or not. When I showed him phone-call record that he spoke to me on Monday, he became more arrogant saying I have other work, I am on leave etc. I had to ask him to leave the house because of his arrogant nature and communication skills (take it or go attitude) - I need to be careful about whom I let inside my house and have to be cautious about security of the house.

                              What was ridiculous is that he said the first complaint was cancelled and asked me to go check with the company why it was cancelled. This is something puzzling me even now, how can the first SR be closed without the issue being resolved?

                              What is your answer for this?

                              Can you teach your technicians to be polite with customers?

                              Are they really Reliance Employees or outsourced/contracted people? I haven't seen this kind of behaviour when I moved first from BLR to HYD and recently got it un-installed at HYD.

                              Can we get this closed now?

                              On the positive side, one person from Reliance Social Media took it up on herself and coordinated with someone in Bangalore and assured that another person will come and fix it. As I was not available on Sunday and Monday, we fixed time for today - Wednesday - 20th May. Unfortunately, looks like this person met with a minor accident yesterday evening and was not able to meet commitment (this is acceptable if what he says is true).

                              However, the ball was passed back to the original arrogant person Mr. Manoj. He did call me - however the timing didnt work. He said he can come in 15 minutes (around 2PM).
                              I had taken the whole day off just for this purpose, however I had an important conference call between 2 to 3PM and requested this guy to come after 3PM. But, true to his own self, he declined and said someone else will come later!

                              I dont understand what kind of customer service you guys really talk about. This issue has been escalated - will you look at resolving it amicably, at the earliest or keep it prolonging?

                              Another interesting this is that, the person coordinating from Reliance BLR office says that they can come only after 11AM because the office opens at 10:30AM, then these technicians need to pick their tools and come etc. Just for one day can they not come earlier and close this issue?

                              I am not going to take another day off anymore unless Reliance is willing to pay my one day salary in lieu of my lost productivity at work.

                              Please share this quote of our father of the nation with Mr. Ambani - "We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.".

                              So far your actions and behaviour looks like you are doing me a favour for the mistake I have done - that is I paid you money!

                                I am a subscriber of Reliance Digital TV Acc[protected]. I have been really troubled by the service provider and seek your help. My Set top box has not been working for the last one month and I have been trying to get it fixed by raising complaints with the Customer care. Every time I call them they open a complaint and assure me action will be taken in 48 hours but over the last month nothing has happened. They keep on automatically closing the complaints saying it is serviced, whereas nobody ever comes to service me. I would have preferred to move to another service provider but I have a 6 month long package activated which I do not want to waste. I seek your immediate intervention in this regard.                                   My setup box is not working properly so i gavecomplaint to customer service on 4th, 8th & 12th may 2015. No body can give correct response, yesterday night (i.e 13/05/2015) around 11:30 PM 175 rs is debited in my account, but no one can came to my home and resolve the problem but amount is debited. Toady(i.e 14/05/2015) again i call to customer service they give the service person number, the number is +91-[protected], he said we cannot come to your home and do the service, if you want you will come vizag BigTv office and solve the problem(replace the New Setup box). The person(+91-[protected]) i don't know the name because he cannot tell his name response is not good. He said one more thing i.e if you want to give the complaint on me also but i am not do the service in your home. No body can give the proper response, but My amount is debited.                                   I hope you people are not correct to service the customers, so i said refund the amount and close the complaint.

                                  Two days back i have gone to vizag and met your technical person directly solve my problem, he charged normal price what you said but i lost my valuable time and 400 rs bus charges.

                                  I lost my energy last 1 month discuss about the issue, but problem is not solved, so i have gone to vizag re-solve my issue.

                                  I am the best person to solve the Setupbox issue.

                                  Send the rating below ONE(i.E -1 or -100), i will rate it as less as possible.

                                  Reliance BigTv is the worst service.

                                  Note: one of the best service is there in your company i.e complaint closing is very fast in your side with out solving the issue.

                                    Hi, I am not sure if you even bother to hire TLs for these Customer Care officers because they are NEVER there to take the calls during night hours. If you can't provide after hours support then don't atleast pretend that you do. I have spent 18 minutes on a call to try to reach to your officers today. Previously also every single attempt (in total 13) has failed during evening hours. I refuse to believe that your office is always bombarded with exponential volume of calls. This is mockery of customer service. You might as well name it customer torture or customer harrassment center. Rajni Soni

                                      My connection number #[protected], Getting Signal Lost error. Registered complain on April-14, 2015 - Ref#[protected]. But no response for more than 7 days though they say it will be resolved in 48 hours. No Tech dispatch done. I keep on calling customer care since then but no solution. Finally customer care said they are waiting for the set top box to be replaced without even visiting my house and without even checking my connection. I fed up completely and went to the local technician to check my set-top box. I found that the device is not fault at all. I am not sure what kind of process that follow and fed up with the customer care response. I started experiencing the same problem again and today the service is stopped completely. Registered complain #[protected] with customer care. The same story they are saying now that i need to wait for 48 hours. I don't understand why i need to for a weeks to fix this problem - when you are able to install a new connection in an hours the time of purchase why cant you do the same for the existing customer. Can you please sort it out quickly. Thanks for your help on this.
