Hi my dth setup box was not working from past 10 days and I complained about this to customer care and they have deducted Rs. 225 from my account towards technician charges and they assured me to send the technician with in 48 hours and they never bothered to send the technician...and i followed up the matter every day with the customer care and the answer from them is will send the technician as soon as possible and we don't have the stock...

Sir my set top box[protected] is ddead from 28 july 15. I make many calls to customer care, but no action.
From last week my daughter and son is upset for tv.
I am in trouble because i have a one year subscription (last 28 june 15 recharged ).If i have one or two month pack, i go with different service provider.

Reliance is the government service in private sector.

Really bad service and response

I have no connection on my reliance dish TV. I registered a complaint with customer care. They give a bad service and finally gave contact no of reliance dish tv office located nearby.
They also give bad response that they every day says they will send the technician on same days. But they dont send anyone to us. Today when i called, i told that i will file a case in consumer. They replied rudely that to go ahead.

Issue with yearly subscription

Person said that i should call at the recharging time for 12 months subscription. This information was not mention over the company site, I had just checked the amount and paid online for 12 months subscription...

Not functioning of my reliance tv connection

RESPECTED AUTHORIZED PERSON my reliance tv connection is showing ERROR 200 and i have no clue for the same. actually 1 week ago my reliance set up box encountered a problem so i contacted customer care and got it replaced, also Rs 500 was debited from my account . BUT MY TV connection was not starting so i again registered a complaint against it and got it replaced again, but now again i received a message saying to recharge Rs 500 again...
