Smart Card #:[protected] Hi, This is regarding a service request #[protected] that I had initiated on 14-07-15. I was telephoned by your representative and told that service box was not available and that I would be let known of the status when it was available. I was then called 2 days later to say that the service box was still not available. Since I was not able to view the channels for 2 days, I took the route of getting it fixed locally. Hence, requested to cancel the service request. Throughout the whole procedures above, I was never informed that you have a policy of deducting service charge for a service that never took place. It is not a customer's fault that you do not have proper means to solve technical faults. I received a message saying that Rs. 175 has been deducted from my account. Now Reliance is responding to my queries as if they were ready to fix the problem and that I did not give them enough time for resolution of the complaint. Please be informed that your only policy is making a food of customers like me and finding means to put the blame on the customer for all faults. Even if I had given you 1 full month, you would have kept on escalating the date further. Therefore, I request all the customers of Big TV to be beware of these fraudulent people.

    Hi, Please be informed that my setup box is having some issue. I recharged 1000 rupees and requested for replacement on 07/07/2015 but it's been almost 10 days no one has visited yet however TAT is 48 hours. I made call 3 to 4 times to customer care but they always said we are escalating your request but there is no result. Request you to please do the needful so that i can get my setup box replaced in next 48 hours otherwise i want my money back. Smart card NO :[protected] Thanks,

      Hi, Reliance Digital TV Smart Card Number is[protected], i have register my complaint on 7th July 2015, their executive confirmed that the Technical person will call in 48 Hrs, but still we didn't received any call from Reliance side, In this competition world they can't able solve the customer issue after 8 days from the date of complaint received means they does not care about customer, i am planing to bring this to CONSUMER COURT. since i am paying for their service but i didn't get the service for 8 days. also i am planing to change all my family connection of 7 Nos to some other service providers Better reliance should change this kind of BAD POOR SERVICE otherwise all the reliance customers will leave from reliance network, also i will not refer anybody this network too.

        My ac no Reliance BIG TV[protected] is not working since last one month properly .i have made complaints so many times but no body is resolving properly. last 15 days i called again and again to call center they make new complaint every day and give new complaint no after that complaint resolving message received at my registered no without attending complaint.even they deduct payment three to four time from my account but still problem remain same. i wish to change another brand who take care about customer complaint.

          Relianc Big Tv A/c No.[protected] is not working from 12/7/2015 the customer care no [protected] is not reachable it was contracted on 12/7/2015 what the customer care executive did not entertained the complaint. The system is asking for first time installation, signal quality is good error 2 is displayed asking for contract customer care.               Complaint.no:[protected] Done a yearly package after three days no.video when I called.to.the customer care I had the worst experience with reliance customer executives they never solve the issue and when.I tried called again.the just used to make.us on.hold and hangup and one of the executive said will be ready in 5 minutes and it never happened .when. ever used to.select the language and make a call the person who attend the call will.never speak.the selected langauge please never use this reliance digital its a money loss and dont be get cheated

                My Smart Card number is [protected], Firs of all Custmer care operator are cheap, they dont know how to talk, I raised a complaint 4 days ago and they said technician will come. But no body showed up !!! really frustrated with service. My complaint number is[protected]. Buy Tata Sky Instead of that !! Hope Anil will sell this company soon !!

                  Hi, My smart card number is[protected] and I had registered a complaint on 5th July 2015 that I need to re-locate my disc. The complaint number is[protected]. The engineer visited my place on 6th July 2015 and said the the disc has rusted and needs to be replaced. I accepted that and he said that he will bring the disc and the wire tomorrow by 1-2 pm. After that I have been continuously contact bigtv customer case but they are saying that the engineer will be sent soon. Everyday I hear the same answer from them but no one is visiting my place. My balance of bigtv is also getting deducted even when I am not using it. Please forward it to the concern team and get a resolution. Thanks

                    Dear Sir, I currently using a sim card of Reliance. It is under Reliance Bihar Circle. From last 2 months my balance is reducing on almost daily basis with uneven amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account. Sometimes reliance has charged Rs 3/- sometimes Rs 5/-. Today at 11.40 am I have received a sms from reliance and in this sms is showing that reliance has charged Rs 5/- from my main balance. I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time I got a voice saying that “ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY” they are not responding. It’s really ridicules. This is for your kind information and necessary action. Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. In past also the same thing happened to me by reliance mobile. If this type of thing is happen in near future then I will go to higher authority. My Mobile Number: [protected]

                      I have an HDR of reliance big tv ( con no.[protected]. The HD service is not working since long, the recorder is not working either but no complaints for that. The problem is, it doesn't work in monsoon and now this is ultimate. For 15 days there is no rain in Mumbai but the set top box is not working and we are living without watching tv. On 3/7/2015 i lodged a complaint to the cus care cell of reliance with complaint no.[protected] and they assured me to solve the problem within 24 hrs. but since then their 24 hrs. have not ended. Every day i call to their cus care cell and every time they assure to solve the problem in 24 hrs. I have never experienced such type of third class service provider as if they either have a deaf ear or don't have enough technicians. This is my genuine suggestion to all that never opt for reliance big tv connection ever.

                        My card no. is[protected]. On 7th July 2015 at around 9 pm, channel list got refreshed after starting the TV. After half hour I shut down the TV and switched on at 10.30. Since then the set top box is continuously restarting i.e. it gets restarted before display of any picture. I registered a complaint with the call centre for the same immediately. Today a technician came and after inspection, he stated that the STB needs to be changed whivh will cost Rs.500/-. I want to ask the Reliance Digital TV, if you guys make any updates which are not compatible with current STBs, why the customer should bear charges for replacement of STB? The same question I asked to Customer Care Executive, she was not ready to listen to my problem until I asked her to listen to the problem first. Instead of checking of any problems at their end she claimed that she has already checked everything (within a second?) and there is no problem at all at their end! This is ridiculous! Is this what the call customer service at Reliance?

Later that, I didn't receive any call and till date, my PROBLEM REMAINS UNSOLVED. Also, my Complaint was closed without confirmation from my side. Is this customer service?

                          As per the technician that we called after the digital boc of reliance had issues over and over again giving errors[protected] etc we managed to get hold of a technician after calling repeatedly for days to the reliance customer service which is most of the busy or dont response. I spoke to the customer service person and addressed my problem and asked him to book a complaint and give me the docket number to which he behaved rudely and told that the system was down and could not register the complaint please try again later and hung up the phone. Again after several tries i managed to talk to the representative and he agreed upon sending a technician who took his own sweet time to come and rectify. He says the box needs to be replaced to a new one and would cost 500rs/- . I agreed upon and got it replaced. The company calls me up over and over again to remind me that i have due of 500rs to be paid. When they want the money to be paid by the customer they keep calling but never attend to a customers problem. After managed to make the payment of 500 + 120(the channel pack) i managed to watch the television for two days before the box stopped functioning again. The same old procedure : 1. Keep calling them 2. Wait for them to repsond and if they do yell at them and ask them to fix it. 3. Hear their abuses and manage to get hold of a technician who says will be here in sometime. 4 wait and wait for days before he comes and checks. I am fed up of this service and tired of complaining over and over again. Its a waste of time and money. I request you to kindly help me solve this issue and get this customer service help customers better. Thank you.

                            Hi, Company : Reliance Product : Big TV (Digitall TV Smart Card :[protected] Registered Mobile No. :[protected] Mobile No for Communication :[protected] With regard to above mentioned Smart card number, we are facing issue since 20th Jun 2015. We are unable to view channel because of some error. Have already filed a complaint to customer care on 22nd Jun 2015 but the same was closed without any resolution and a charge of Rs.425 was deducted. Have again called Customer care & reopened the complaint on 30th Jun 2015. Still now the problem has not been resolved and account been suspended. They have charged Rs.425 without any resolution and also we are unable to view the channel from 20th Jun 2015. Have been calling the customer care from past 20 days but they just diverting / disconnecting the call without providing proper result. Regards, Arihant

                              Hi, Pls check my previous complaints and take necessary action immediately. Worst behavior and response faced till date after being a valued customer for the last 6 year. Customer #:[protected] Name: Ulaganath 1. I have not watched a day of TV after recharging my account with Rs 600 and relocating to new address(charged 350 rs) because the antenna installation at my new address is not correct and TV channels are not coming. Signal reception was only 70 dB, but in my previous locations it was more than 90 dB. Technician neglected my information and installed and went off without checking channels. 2. The antenna needs to be reinstalled at different place on the same home as a tree is covering the antenna view which i told technician, but he ignored and installed antenna below tree after relocation. 3. I was charged Rs 250 for some item replacement in antenna, without changing that and without my knowledge even though it was working perfectly fine. Presently all the items in the antenna are old and perfectly working. Nothing is replaced there. Even after repeated complaints, no solution is provided. Pls take this in high priority and do the below. 1. Refund my amount of 250 (charged for some item on antenna) and amount charged for plan without properly installing the antenna. (Rs 600 minus 350 for antenna installation = Rs 250 (positive amount should be in my account)) 2. Activate the suspended account so TV channels can be checked after proper reinstallation of antenna. 3. Reinstall the antenna properly without charge as soon as possible Pls take urgent action on this, else i will have to completely move away from this connection after being customer for 6 years with monthly usage for around 300-350 rs. Also now planning to for HD box if everything is resolved quickly and asap. Regards, Ajay

                                I want to relocate my big tv dish from kerala to mumbai. My id is[protected]. My new address in mumbai is : c - 9 / 301, pawanhans juhu housing complex, relief road, daulath nagar, santacruz west, mumbai - 400054. After many requests to your toll free no. The problem could not be solved for the last two weeks. My address at mumbai could not be updated in your system. I have also registered my new mobile no. With you and it is [protected]. My alternate mobile no. Is [protected] and resi. No. At mumbai[protected]. Most of the time i receive incomplete information from call centre which ultimately waste a lot of time. Kindly send a technician at the earliest for reinstallation of dish at my building else i may force to migrate to other dth providers. In case you are helpless kindly stop cutting from my account balance as i am not using this dth since 15 th of june and refund the balance money to me.

                                  I have been a subscriber of reliance big tv since more than 5 years. For the past 2 years or so I have been having multiple connections (2). Few months ago I enquired about HD set top box as I purchased an HD tv. It wasn't available, so I took another service provider's HD connection and put in a request to stop one of my connections[protected], whilst wanting to continue the other connection[protected]. I'm very disappointed to report that despite requesting thrice for the same to customer care executives on the toll free number, I am still being charged for 2 connections continuously;we fulfilled the condition of doing a 4 or 6 month recharge then again calling up customer care to put up request of closure of one account. This has happened twice now. Still both my accounts have been kept active. As it is, it is tremendously painful to call and get through to your customer care executives, not to mention the unnecessary protocol of not simply deactivating one connection as requested, but to be forced to first recharge with a certain amount (4 or 6 months) and then calling up again to pit up request of deactivation again. Its really harassing and painful to the customer, along with immensely time wasting exercise.Why cant you simply close one connection if customer is requesting, and allow the other one to continue as desired ? This time again, my previous recharge has got exhausted by unnecessarily keeping both my connections active despite having requested for closure of one connection and calling up again to ask customer care to stop one connection. And now we are being asked to provide request / reference number of previous request as if being asked to prove that we even made such a request earlier ! Seriously, who is going to remember that reference number ?? Tired of all this, and wasting and time and money, I have decided now not to recharge any of my accounts further. I shall switch to some other service provider instead of wasting my efforts with Relaince digital's incompetent customer care services.

                                    I have 2 DTH connections from reliance big. I have been facing several issues from day one i bought this DTH. I am willing to really though this on the trace, take picture and send it to reliance management but i am not a fat money guy so waiting for my house to shift. 1. In last 5 months i would have rechared for almost 5000 with basic HD channels + regional channel. I changed my plan in between becoz the charges were high; unfortunity i didnt realize that reliance was charging me in both the plan for the same channel i got to know when i spoke with their customer care How can the company charge double amount for the same channel making two different package active. 2. I have 2 DTH, that too becoz of sales guys wrong promised i have been dumped with 2 DTH charging double money - my mistake. Now even if i dont want to recharge the second DTH my money is getting charged for the unused DTH also. Upon asking customer care they say they cant help it.. horrible. 3. Customer care guys dont understand english. with the broken english that they speak they never able to solve problem in fact they create more problem. 4. In the reliance big tv account login there is no clarity on how my money is getting deducted. what packages i have, i dont have any choice to change packages but just to nake payment. 5. In the website they publish with so many channels, HD channels and offers but in reality everytime they say that has been changed and now they dont have those channels and offers not valid. 6. Even after recharging almost 5000 for a 6 months pack every month i get message to pay Rs. 425 otherwise my HD and regional channel suspended. I dont understand how can a big company like this have such unprofessional way of doing business and looting public money. 7. Reliance charges anyhow higher money than any other DTH service provider. so at least we should expect better service which is impossible with this kind of professionalism. I have already given complaint several time but no body responding to it. I also gave online complaint in another consumer forum, i got reply that my mobile is not reachable. But infact my mobile is on 24/7 without my mobile my office work cant be done. Please take a look at my account detail from the beginning and give me a call. You will know how the company has looted money from me. This is for sure that when i shift my house i will dump both these DTH take picture of it and publish in social media.. i am really frustrated with reliance DTH and paying money like anything. My subscription number is[protected], i have another card ending with 1213. Please take immediate action and let the company not eat money from others too like this. Also please make correction in my account and refund for the damage caused to me.

                                      All the other leading d2h brands are providing ubiquitous number of channels but reliance has such limited options. its been almost a year since i wrote for the same reason. Specially popular channels like ROMEDY NOW and food food. If nothing else at least get this one started. all the dish companies have it. there many such examples like b4u, mtvindies, zkhana khazaana, lack of new offers and the guide just displays next days list and not for the whole week like it should. I really an requesting you to at least start romedy now.

                                      I beg to differ but no one from reliance cares to even reply. The channels mentioned above are still not a part of reliance even after sharing the feedback so many times. Such a disappointment!! I am waiting for the last time and then will get reliance deactivated.

                                        My reliance smart card no[protected], have placed a complaint on 25th June 15 for signal completely lost and unable to view any channel. I was assured the same will be serviced by 48 hrs, but till writing this mail no one had visited or the issue is rectified. I have spoken to various persons on this complaint to your customer care, but unfortunately no good response. I have been a customer to you for past 7 years. Earlier last month for installation at my new place in Mumbai it took 15 days for the service engineer to come. And for this problem which is well within the warranty period how long will you take.                                         till now no calls have been received on my complaint. The commitment mail from reliance that they have forwarded is an eye wash, nothing happens, please first resolve the complaint it is already 8 days.
