Hi, why i am not able to reach customer support team to talk for queries.
Calls never connects plus today my getting no signal error. How to fix the issue.
Can u look into this matter qickly.

Being indian and india based company we have lots of faith on reliance and looking for indian products always for indian growth instead of foreign products. I hope i have convey my message to improve the customer service.

    I am getting 400 error for most of the channels in reliance big tv from past one month. Call the customer care it is next to impossible to talk to the customer care executive. Filed complaint via email. 2 times but no response forget about resolution they don't even bother to reply.

      Getting error 200 (unsubscribed channel) for all paid channels except from reliance home channel (this is coming properly) for my smart card no:[protected]
      Could you please help in getting my paid channels and even the amount is getting deducted without providing the channels being displayed.
      Its not the right approach and has to fixed immediatly and money should be deducted from the day service is provided (but not without the channel service).
      Hence no amount should be deducted for my package. big tv should deducted from the day you provide the subscription for my spaid channels, but not before that.

        I have transfered the amount of rs. 3600/- to reliance digital tv through net banking. Now i am trying to contact reliance big tv customer care from last 10 days however it is not connecting to customer care r and disconnecting in between and there is no response for my emails and complain in company website also is the company is closed down the toll free number is working but does connect to customer care guy.

        Worst Service not able to even call CustomerCare as there is a limit for a day, I suggests instead on quantity they try for quality. Very cheap
        My card no[protected] has suspended and tried to activate but call getting disconnected when I call customer care request you to please resolve

            Last month i subscribed for the two sports channel sonysix and sony espn with an extra charge of 40 rs. Now i want to unsubcribe those channels because i got a huge amount of bill to pay this month normally i used to pay 250 but due to those two channels i got a bill on minimum recharge of 400rs which is unfair that's why i want to unsubscribe those channels. Now i am asking that how to unsubscribe those two channels and get back to normal rates which iam paying per month

              I tryed many time to connect your call center department and helpdesk but they not answer my call and helpless to me
              I can not understand why reliance big tv doing like this furthesting job with me i am your oldest customer but this is happening many time still i never complent i am loosing patience now this is last chance, otherwise i switch to reliance big tv other networks my mobile number [protected]

                How to resolve this?

                Can you please replace my set up box or provide solution or give my existing balance back to my account so that we will switch to another provider.

                Curretnly program channels are not coming due to set up box issue... I called many times to customer care of reliance digitial tv but no response and the call not even connecting to person to repond back.

                I called local service provides, but no one is ready to help due to no contacts and no business and they are advicing to switch to different provider

                Currently in my account money balance avaialble

                Can you please refund it back or replace the new set up box with service. Hence i will continue to use the same connection

                  I have been trying to reach you for last 15 days and the message i get is "due to exigency the service is not available" and the second call i make, message is, "you have reached maximum attempt's for the day".
                  It was showing error 200 for all paid channels and now set top box is also not working. My smart card number is[protected].

                    Error 400 is shown from last 7 days. Trying to call on toll free number even after holding for 20 to 30 mins no one receives call . Please stop your pathetic toll free number for complaining.
                    I have reliance big tv no.[protected]. I have changed my house and requested installation at new house but no one from customer service had responded. Worst services provided by reliance. I want to change my DTH services at the earliest. Customer money is not of value for these companies.

                      We have tried to contact the customer service, but its not getting connected. We have bought a new hd tv last week, we have done the recharge of 150rs and 200rs as it was not working for the first recharge.

                      My reliance big TV is causing huge issue from the last 1 month. And when I try to get in touch with representative they either don't respond and if respond by mistake, then provide us with vague response
                      I am getting blank screen. Kindly help me resolve this issue by sending a service engineer. The toll free numbers of reliance are not helping me on this.

                        My smart card no is[protected] a few days back many of the channels are not coming on my dish I have also complained on toll free no but nothing has been done so far I have also recharged it for six month period
                        I am given the complete to customer care, dated1-9-2017, but has of now the problem not cleared. S.request no.[protected], lost 9 days i was suffering the problem

                          From two days dth is not working as usual. Constantly error 400 message is displayed and not able to connect to customer care executive as the voice message states "due to technical issue unable to connect to cc executive". And have registered complaint over the website and automatic complaint registration, however, there is no response or communication from customer care so far. I have tried all the preliminary procedures as advise on a different complaint but nothing helped.

                          Could you please do the needful at the earliest time.

                                I never had such a worst service from big tv. From last two months onwards i facing this problem. Due to this problem. My current balance deducting every day from my tv balance even there is no service from your end and i tried so many many times to ur customer care service it is kept me on hold minimum 20 minutes after waiting that much time there is no answer from ur agent it is happening from last one week onwards. So i need solution from your end with in, 24 hours

I am not getting signals in my TV and it's pathetic. I am highly disappointed by your services. Kindly help asap. Channels are still not coming properly. I don't understand what is the issue.                                     I have complained many times about my setup box that is not working good several times and the company person came after 5to6 days and changed my setup box. After a few days the same problem occurred and they came and similarly changed that and told me recharge for 3 months and i did that. 20 days after the recharge the same problem happened and this they are saying me to that we are changing another setup box and you have to recharge for more 3 months. Why should i pay more to the company.

                                      My reliance digital tv set top box stopped working on july 16, 2017 and i registered a complaint on the same day through their helpline. The executive said that a reliance representative would come and fix it in 48 hours. I applied for leave an stayed at home an nobody turned up. I called back and they said 2 days again and the same answer after 2 days. It has been 41 days now and there has not even been a single update from the big tv team.

                                      We followed up more than 10 times and everytime they said they would be sending a representative asap. And later i was told that the set top boxes are out of stock and they have no idea when it will be replaced. Every time i call, it is the same answer. 1 week or 2 weeks of delay in service is acceptable but 41 days?! It is sheer disregard for the customer and when you call the help line, you have no option to escalate or talk to a higher authority. The answers are all predefined. I have never seen such bad service ever!

                                      I sent out emails and nobody even cared to acknowledge them too. And nobody even has an idea if it will take 1 week or 1 month or 1 year to solve the issue.

                                        I recharged reliance big tv on 11th august but the channels are not coming and it's showing error 200 msg on some of the channels. My smart card number is[protected]. I recharged from paytm and the reference number is[protected].

                                        The tv stammers between and always have weak signal. the screen disappears and the audio comes in slow motion many times.
                                        I get recharge my account but chanals will not come in called customer care but no response
