Smart card no:[protected], set up box is not working
When i switch on tv, loading in progress please wait message is coming and stuck there only...
I am staying in bangalore, kr puram - 36
How to resolve this?
Can you please replace my set up box or provide solution or give my existing balance back to my account so that we will switch to another provider.

Curretnly program channels are not coming due to set up box issue... I called many times to customer care of reliance digitial tv but no response and the call not even connecting to person to repond back.
I called local service provides, but no one is ready to help due to no contacts and no business and they are advicing to switch to different provider
Currently in my account money balance avaialble
Can you please refund it back or replace the new set up box with service. Hence i will continue to use the same connection
