We have raised a complaint on 5th june'17 for a new setup box, till date nobody has visited nor called.
We have been calling daily to customer care, non of your representative has an idea when they will get the setup box. They are simply saying setup box not in stock and we will resolve the issue in 2 days, and this word repeatedly saying from day one.
At least your representative has an idea when they will get a stock and has to confirm proper way to customer for the convince.
As on date, 21days has passed away, still nobody responding.
Your service is very bad
Will you resolve the issue or not.
If not, please refund our money, we will change connection.
