My reliance big tv, comsumer no.[protected] is showing poor signal, and it is stuck on first installation. We have been facing this issue from past 2 days. I am tired of calling customer care, as the line is always busy. The same tone of ivr goes on repeating that all our executives are busy and the call gets disconnected automatically after 11 minutes.

    Hi,

    My complaint against reliance big tv. I have reliance big tv past 7-8 year's smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost on 14.07.2017 morning and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body robot picking the call & message me your weekly limit exceeds to call reliance big tv.

    Now what should i do???

    Please resolve the issue else i have to think about the change service provider... Like tatasky

      I have given a complain on 6th july 2017 - complain no.[protected].
      Calls to customer care helpline is picked after 30-40 mins of waiting, and everyday i am given false promises of the issue to be resolved in next 24 hours. And this repeating from past 2 weeks.
      It seems like no one at bigtv is bothered or interested in providing customer service.
      Hope to get a resolution here.

        Worst service ever.
        I called in on the 14th of july to complain that my setup box wasn't working. 2 days later, an executive came to my house and confirmed the same. He mentioned the setup box was out of stock. I called in to customer care and told them what he had said and the telecaller said she'd escalate the problem to the senior department and ill get a call from them. Today is the 6th day, and ive never got a call from any one till now. Ive called in everyday. I'm made to wait for a minimum of 13 mins and got my call transferred to the senior department and waited another 15 mins and hung up thereafter because no one was picking my call. Ive never experienced worst service than this. I've had problems with their service in the last 8-9 years that i've been with them but this is inexcusable. At the least, have the balls to reply to your customers, give them an honest answer and set things right.

            - my initial complaint was raised on july 3rd, 2017 regarding the issue with set top box.
            - there was a technician who was sent for fixing this on july 4th and he mentioned there is some issue with the usb cord connecting the set top box and my tv and have given a new cord and received the
            Charges for the same (Rs. 150/-).
            - as soon as he went on the same day the issue again cropped up and after couple of reminders to the same technician, the person came and said that there is a issue with the set top box and that needs to be changed and promised that on thursday (July 6th) he will be getting some set top box which he will fix.
            - on thursday (July 6th) evening we had to call once again the customer care and found out that we have to raise the call to fix this issue and after fighting with your tele-caller the person took the complaint as an escalation for fixing within 24 hours.
            - on friday (July 7th) once again had to call your tele-caller (Who is a different person this time) and once again had to explain the whole issue and she promised that within 24 hours she will fix the issue
            - on saturday (July 8th) getting more frustrated had called once again and with the comment stating that it will be fixed by monday and asked us to wait
            - today (July 11th) once again after calling after detailed discussion my call got disconnected and when trying back it says the call limit has exceeded for the week and i cannot call

            This is utter frustrating and clearly shows the deficiency in the service provided by reliance to its customer.

              I raised a ticket dated @02-JUl-2017 for network issue, after that i have follow up three times, but no response by team till now, every time CCE said, i have forwarded your request.

                Worst service my complain no is[protected] I complaint to customer care for setup box issue i called 5 to 10 times no one picking call and when they answer just says they we will sent engineer & sorry for inconvenient dont know why they are lie to customer and give commitment they sent engineer within 48 hrs. hell service

                  I had recorded complaint for Set up box complain and customer care told that executive will visit within 48hrs, but even after 72hrs passed, Executive have not visit even i had reminded on customer care call.

What's the use of recharging the dish?? Is this is the way. They r saying well will setup ur problem with in 24 hours. Now its 5 th day l?? really 24hrs.

                      To whom so ever it may concern,

                      My services are down since 3rd July 2017. I have been facing issues related to my set top box since April 2017, i have logged so many complaints during this period and i haven't got any permanent solution till date. Since April 2017 3 times My set top box has stopped working and it has to be changed. All the time i had raised the concerns over the quality of set top boxes provided.

                      I am very very frustrated with Reliance Big TV services. I dont know where to complaint and whom to complaint. As your call center no are just not working, they keep customers on hold for 40-50 mins and then eventually either call gets disconnected or customer disconnects it. Also when you email your concern you dont even get the acknowledgement.

                      I have been in recent times directly contacting Mr. Sandeep Nawar and since past 4 days also doing the same. My complaint always gets logged but i never receive a response for the same. Each time i have to call back to know the status. But this time i have been again told that there are no set top boxes available with the company and there is no time frame about when it will be available.

                      I am tired of hearing that there are no set top boxes available with the company right now. I have been listening this excuse since April. Is this the way such big company runs???

                      I want immediate resolution. Either start my servces by doing whatever yo want to do in next 48 hours or take all your crap instruments from my home and provide my refund for all the money i have paid for this.

                      My services are down since 3rd July. And it took Big TV 13 days to provide me another set top box to restore my services on 15 Jul 2017.

                      Again provided set top box is of very poor quality and it had already once stopped on same day and we have to restart it in order to make it work. I dont know how long it will last.

                      But for now revert the charges in to my big tv account for the period of 13 days when my services were down.

                      Hopefully this will be done ASAP.

                        Sir i loge a complaint regarding not showing channels on my tv since 21st june 2017 and lodge a complaint no.[protected] and again complaint no.[protected]dated 23/06/2017 but there is no response and action regarding my complaints. I think the company is a titally fraud and chor company and i never recommends to anybody to install the dth connection of reliance big tv. Ashok kumar smart card no.[protected]

                          We have raised a complaint on 5th june'17 for a new setup box, till date nobody has visited nor called.

                          We have been calling daily to customer care, non of your representative has an idea when they will get the setup box. They are simply saying setup box not in stock and we will resolve the issue in 2 days, and this word repeatedly saying from day one.

                          At least your representative has an idea when they will get a stock and has to confirm proper way to customer for the convince.

                          As on date, 21days has passed away, still nobody responding.
                          Your service is very bad

                          Will you resolve the issue or not.

                          If not, please refund our money, we will change connection.

                            My smart card no[protected].
                            I had registered 4 complaints at [protected] and[protected] since 2nd june after shifting to bangalore and recent complaint nos.[protected], and[protected] on 10th and 15th both the complaints regarding installation not took place after calling at their cc nos. After much of efforts and delay in reaching their cc executive, about 30 mins per effort.
                            2 of the complaints not even registered on 3rd and 8th june while i reported the previous sr not generated and every time they were caught lying they blamed on server issue that it could not update issue.
                            This is disgusting, even revert after making 5 complaints on their website care/complaint call from [protected] wasted time without resolving issue, they assured of making changes in address as updated 10 times at customer care and site but still last complaint got closed on 20th again???
                            I recharged my smart card no[protected] in may for 6 months pack and 1 month got wasted due to their irresponsible approach to install dish antena.
                            I am assuming they would wake up to the fact that their response to resolve long pending complaint would spoil company image and kill customers trust in reliance further..
                            Wake up guys???
                            Please resolve my issue and extend my 1 month pack due to your delays

                                The service of reliance digital tv at my location is disconnected from friday 09/06/2017 with error 400, though they provide a turn around time for restoring the service as 48 hours, no technician turned up till today 15/06/2017, even after the repeated follow ups with the customer care executives each day.
                                All the executives repeat the same story of forwarding the complaint to the so called "concerned department"but no result achieved from the procedure.
                                My complaint number registered on 9th june 2017 is[protected].

                                  I have compliant for setup box recently for few days before the working person has change the setup box now this setup box also not working again what is this? I have compliant again in your toll free number for setup box but there are not response ur sight its telling now this time is not available ur request and cut the call. Please i want immediately change the box. I[censored]r service is not take properly than i will change my setup box in other company.

                                    My reliance big tv services has been deactiavated as it it was not in use for longer. But i want to activate it now.                                       Hi,

                                      My name is zubda khan. I have reliance prepaid big tv dth connection from last 12 years.

                                      Smar card number:[protected]

                                      On may 2017 i got your executive call regarding ramadan golden pack offer. He said we will give you 1 year ramadan special subscription at inr 2160/-.

                                      After that next day on 25th may 2017 i have recharge the same ammount inr 2160.

                                      After 2 days i check my account and i observed that ramadan sepcial pack was not activated and then i have call the customer care there executive said that you have to recharge one more inr 50.

                                      Next day i have recharge inr 50 and then call back to customer care and reliance executive said that you have just inr 1000 balance. I am really shock that hearing this and still my ramdan golden pack is not activated and aslo in my account they have deduct inr 1160.

                                      I request you to please look an to this issue and solve my query asap.

                                      But still we did not got any call from your end. The deducted amount is also not credited in reliance big TV account. I dont wanted to credit my amount in my bank. Please add same with Reliance Big TV account.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have a set up box of reliance big t. V which was not displaying channel and showing error 400, i have complained about this on reliance big t. V customer care number, but they do nothing about this. This is happen till 30 days after that i call my private mechanic who solve the problem of set-up box. Now the balance in my set-up was deducted by reliance big t. V after that i haven't use it to watch channel. I ask them to return my money back but they are not returning it. My reliance big t. V smart card no. Is[protected].

                                        Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        Reliance big TV customer care response is to too worst and after typing all the numbers keep on waiting the call by saying our coustmer care represents are busy this too bad from this reliance
