My reliance big tv, comsumer no.[protected] is showing poor signal, and it is stuck on first installation. We have been facing this issue from past 2 days. I am tired of calling customer care, as the line is always busy. The same tone of ivr goes on repeating that all our executives are busy and the call gets disconnected automatically after 11 minutes....

My complaint against reliance big tv. I have reliance big tv past 7-8 year's smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost on 14.07.2017 morning and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body robot picking the call & message me your weekly limit exceeds to call reliance big tv.

Now what should i do???

Please resolve the issue else i have to think...

I have given a complain on 6th july 2017 - complain no.[protected].
Calls to customer care helpline is picked after 30-40 mins of waiting, and everyday i am given false promises of the issue to be resolved in next 24 hours. And this repeating from past 2 weeks.
It seems like no one at bigtv is bothered or interested in providing customer service.
Hope to get a resolution here.

Worst service ever.
I called in on the 14th of july to complain that my setup box wasn't working. 2 days later, an executive came to my house and confirmed the same. He mentioned the setup box was out of stock. I called in to customer care and told them what he had said and the telecaller said she'd escalate the problem to the senior department and ill get a call from them. Today is the 6th day, and ive never got a call from any one...

Please disconnect my tv connection[protected] and remain single tv[protected] rectify our problem as soon as possible we are waiting my mobile no is [protected] and your. Toll free no is also being faulty nobody is available from your side please rectify our toll free no also. You have no any number so we have facing too much problem otherwise we are going to customer court...

- my initial complaint was raised on july 3rd, 2017 regarding the issue with set top box.
- there was a technician who was sent for fixing this on july 4th and he mentioned there is some issue with the usb cord connecting the set top box and my tv and have given a new cord and received the
Charges for the same (Rs. 150/-).
- as soon as he went on the same day the issue again cropped up and after couple of reminders...

Iam a customer of your company i have been loadged a complaint on my big tv no[protected] about one month yor mech visited and checked my set up box is required to be change but no action taken from your company to till date more over i have been loadged complaint several times also. I am a customer of your company i have been loadged a complaint on 16.06.20017 my big tv no[protected]. Yor mech visited and checked my set up box is required to be change but no action taken from your company to till date more over i have been loadged complaint three times also. Hence i once again request your company the complainted set bix may be changed immediately. Other wise i will compail to go legal proceeding. This for your infirmation...

I had complaind my setup not working their technician come and told set up box not working we have changed it but one month is complete setup box not changed, i had talk to customer care executive several times they given one answered after 24 hours solved your problem till date the compalined not solved. Please suggest.

Rabbani, my smart card number is[protected] I'm not getting my big TV connection from last four days and i have also consulted many o[censored]r customer services bt they r not responding at all. What's the use of recharging the dish?? Is this is the way. They r saying well will setup ur problem with in 24 hours. Now its 5 th day l?? really 24hrs....

I have been facing issues related to my set top box since April 2017, i have logged so many complaints during this period and i haven't got any permanent solution till date. Since April 2017 3 times My set top box has stopped working and it has to be changed. All the time i had raised the concerns...

Sir i loge a complaint regarding not showing channels on my tv since 21st june 2017 and lodge a complaint no.[protected] and again complaint no.[protected]dated 23/06/2017 but there is no response and action regarding my complaints. I had registered 4 complaints at [protected] and[protected] since 2nd june after shifting to bangalore and recent complaint nos.[protected], and[protected] on 10th and 15th both the complaints regarding installation not took place after calling at their cc nos. After much of efforts and delay in reaching their cc executive, about 30 mins per effort.
2 of the complaints not even registered on 3rd...

The service of reliance digital tv at my location is disconnected from friday 09/06/2017 with error 400, though they provide a turn around time for restoring the service as 48 hours, no technician turned up till today 15/06/2017, even after the repeated follow ups with the customer care executives each day.
All the executives repeat the same story of forwarding the complaint to the so called "concerned department"but no result achieved...

My reliance big tv services has been deactiavated as it it was not in use for longer. But i want to activate it now. I tried calling customer care but it is constantly getting diconnected.
