My big tv account no.[protected] am also having problem for last 5 days am not getting any sun network channels. I tried so many times to reach customer care but i couldnt. This is very worst behaviour from reliance big tv. Organisation like reliance group should come to people/customers and say whats happening with sun network. It is very shame to reliance group that they are feared to face their own valuable customers. Am sure because of this reliance group will loose lot of dth customers.

    My reliance big tv dth smart card no[protected]
    I have recharged last month sept 20th for "silver package" with two tamil channels package by paying rs 3600/= (Annual)
    Last 15 dys sun net work channels not airing in the tv totally disconnected. Only blank dark screen displays. Sun tv net work are sun tv sun music ktv sun news etc. All disconnected.
    Customer care tollfree no not working.. No executive available to receive
    My complaint. Very very poor service.
    If they are unable to replay to me or not able to re telecast the sun tv channels kindly refund my recharge amt rs 3600 to me and disconnct the dth connection immediately. C. Sugumar

      Dear sir, i am not using my reliance digital tv since last 3 months. I would like to activate the connection now. My smart card no. Is[protected]. I tried to call customer care several times but i am not able to connect. The line is getting disconnected as soon as i enter my smart card no. But till now no one has responded. Please let me know how to reactivate my smart card.

      From last 4 days we are unable to see Suntv, Ktv, Sunnews, Aditya TV, Sunmusic, and Chutti TV By Reliance big TV. There customer care phone is a waste one.They are avoiding to answer customers calls.what can we do for this problem.We need a good resolution for this.please take necessary action.

        Here in hyderabad many times dialed tollfree number [protected] to register complaint but they are not responding, customer care people what they are doing, not resceiving complaint and not responding to it. This is bad on your part. Since 10 days we are facing these and nobody rectifying it. Our smart card number[protected] and immediately solve the problem.
        Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        The SUN Network channels are not getting telecasted for more than 1 week.
        The service will resume shortly message is appearing in all the channels.
        The complaint number is not accepting any calls to register a complaint.
        Let us know if there is plan to fix this.

          Reliance bigtv — sun network channels not working
          Hi, my name subramani karumban..... From 3 oct this occurred
          My reliance digital tv smart card number is[protected]. From last week sun network channels (Sun tv, ktv, adithya, sun music) arent coming. I couldnt contact the customer care representatives. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest, because those are the channels which i view most. Also please refund the amount for as many days the channels didn't come.

          Same problem still persists!! Couldn't even connect to customer care
          Better u change to other DTH. this is a stupid company with stupid customer care! i had a problem with my set top box and no help from customer care. i had written to higher authorities but no reply. heights of stupidity! i had already charged for one year and losing money.

            Hi Team,

            Since 5th October 2017, we are not able to view sun network channels.

            We have a yearly subscription in reliance Big DTH and we have subscribe for Tamil regional channels which includes Sun network channels in the South package. During the last 10 days this Sun network channels like Sun TV Sun News are blank and we are not able to view these channels. To lodge a complaint we tried calling the customer care at [protected] but we just get a automatic reply stating that we are unable to connect you. Please help us in resolving this issue as we aren't able to even complaint about this issue to the customer support team.

            Not only the Sun Network but the ETV network along with CNBC channels are also not coming. We have paid the amount for the whole year, but now we are having this type of problems. Let the Reliance People return the amount we have paid as advance, at least we will change our Service Provider.

            It is a really shame on to Reliance Big TV

              Discontinued since 3 oct 2017.

              I have subscribed for silver sports plus pack for 1year in june 2017. From the last 7 days we have observed that we are unable to view ten3 and sony mix channel. We are not sure why suddenly our subscribed channel has been discontinued without any intimation. We tried contacting customer support via call and mail but unable anyone from last 7 days and no response to mails as well. We are expecting the discontinued channels to resume as soon as possible as we have already subscribed for the same.

                Sun network channels are not available for past few days and you cannot reach customer support. After going through ivr they disconnects the call. This is not the way to treat your customers who has been with you inspite of disconnecting so many channels in the past few years. I'm a long time customer. This has to be rectified or i will switch to some better provider.

                  The signal quality is very bad and due to this i am not able to view any channels neither configure.
                  I tried calling the customer care but it says the operator is not available after asking all the options. The service is very bad and pathetic. I am not finding any other number except [protected] to contact the customer care or the concerned technical team. But i receive calls from reliance ppl asking to recharge from local number in bangalore, think these are contract ppl.

                      i am facing the same issue with my set up box, my account number is[protected]. i am unable to watch all sun network related channels for the last one week.i am using sun indian pack and 1/4th of the channels are ftrom sun network, which is not working now. i am unable to contact customer care as well. please assist and take porper action on this.
                      I am also facing same problem my smart card no. Is[protected] even unable to contact customer care .resolve the issue as soon as possible onelse i wil file a complaint in consumer court.

                          Sun networks channels are not coming for the past 1 week.

                          Please fix this asap.

                          Unable to contact customer care also.

                          This is really bad.

                          I am able to see a lot of complaints regarding the same issue.

                          But no actions are taken immediately.

                          Bad experience in using this service.

                          Fix this problem immediate. Do not delay and make customers to come up again with complaints.

                            I doubt why they are running customer care service. If they cannot respond to calls better to shut down the service. Coming to point the sun group network channels are not available for about a week. They should refund the amount as we primarily recharged for watching those channels.

                            If they cannot solve the problem discontinue the channels and refund my money. I can move to some better dth service. Dont think people are stupid and you are smart. If all people switched to other dth your dth market will vanish.

Last 5 days sun group channels sun, ktv, aditya, chutti all sun channels stopped. I couldn't get your customers care no due to your poor service. Big tv office is not in kangayam. I had to go tirupur 50 km's far away from my town. My age is 60. I am not getting proper response from your big tv office - tiruppur. Please take immediate action to display sun group. It's regret.                                 Worst Customer care i have ever seen. No response. I raised service request. That guy is telling he is ready to install sun direct and confirming that here after big tv will not provide any sun channels. i refused him. so without responding he simply disconnected since i refused sun direct connection. Atleast Reliance should intimate customer when we will get sun channels. if not we will switch over. No meaning in waiting unnecessary. I am not able to raise another service request because existing request not closed. none of the customers knows what to do. if this continues, customer have no other options other than switching to different network.

When contacted, guy told that we will not get Sun TV group for Big TV customers. He has agreed to give connection for 3 months if we pay Rs. 1000. Having paid annual subscription, it is unfair to stop the transmission abruptly.

Please attend and rectify this problem. Note for the last one week the problem is exist. As checked with neighbors there is no issue on the sun network.                                     I am taranath, sun network / udaya channel not coming from last 6 days, related to this i tried to contact customer care, but it is not connecting, calls will get disconnect automatically.
                                    I am using reliance big tv from last 9 years with the subscriber number [protected]. Connecting cc is the hectic task. I never seen this kind of worst service from any service provider.
                                    I hope you will understand the pain of the customer and take the necessary action immediately.

                                      I had opted for bbc channel and paid for it. But with out my consent you stopped telecasting that channel and started wion channel in lieu, which i dont prefer. Recently for the past 01 week even the telecast of gemini and itsnet work channels are stopped citing technical problems. Above all your customer care tel no. Is also not working. I request you to restore all those channels.

                                        My name is anantha prasad... Sun network channels are not working... From 3rd october morning itself till date... Even the customer service is not working... Only the computer voice is coming they are connecting it to the service person... Customers services is also not working from 3rd october till now... If this problem continues i will surely discontinue the service...

                                        I am a Customer of reliance big tv dth. I am facing difficulty in watching sun tv network as technical problem message appears for the past one week. The toll free no of reliance big tv dth is worst. They do not pick up phone. When we try again they cut phone by saying you have exceeded no of attempts to talk to our customer care.

                                        My reliance Set-top box is not working from last week tried to call customer care but everytime get a reply due to emergency conditions can't connect
                                        Now I don't know what to do either sort out my problem or refund my security money so that I can shift to other service provider

                                        My reliance big tv set up is not catching remote signal... and now the card is recharged with 2400 annual pack ... plz give us a solution

                                        They r providing worst service these days.. No sun channels, no colors channel.. That too in this deepavali week... Guys this horrible... Iam soon gonna discontinue this connection
                                        I am also having the same problem. The customer service department is not connecting on their toll free number. Is there any other way to connect with them?
