Recharged the smart card no.[protected] by rs.400/- on[protected] but no programe is seen as a message is displayed on the screen as the smart card is not inserted. I have several times tried to lodge the complaint on the company toll-free no.[protected] but could not do because every time a recorded message heard that i have exhausted my time to talk to their executive and complaint not lodged. Moreover, the amount is being deducted daily without providing any service. Simply this is cheating by the company. The company should immediately do the needful to resolve the problem.

    Request: try to your best as soon as possible. Servise completely closed.
    No phone accepted by consumer care centre.
    Message: no engineer visited till date but a message i have received that"your problem is dissolved".
    It's how possible without visit the consumer' the problem resolved.

      I have complaint about the poor signal quality on dated 24 july to cutomer care centre. I have recieved the service request no.[protected] by message. No service has provided me till date and time.
      I got message, "deer reliance digital tv customer your request no.[protected] is closed. You are charged rs.0.0. Trust the issue was resolve to your satisfaction. Thanks."
      Please do your best and send your engineer to improve the signal quality
      Then i complain on line. Next day company phone me andtake me in believe that after 24hour your problem will be solve. But nothing is done.

      My account no.[protected] is suspended from 5 day and I called the helpline no 5 time but no help is being given to me no connection to executive direct cancel of my call after 2 min of follow up. so kindly sort out and refund my money for the absentee days . Showing error 404 registered for the only but no sending of technician for resolution

      My big tv connection no. is[protected] which is not working from more than 15 day, And i am trying to call customer care no that day which is busy till now please tell who will listen to me, If you delay your recharge the connection is disconnected automatically on next day.But complaints are not listened by big tv.

        I am getting error 400, my complaint no. Is[protected]. Today is 3rd day and there is no progress in the matter. (I have recharge for 1 year)

        Most important thing is i am trying continuously to contact with customer care on toll free no. There is no response from them.

          My set up box is not sported to smart card, and no have taken picture on tv screen, when i remove tha smart card than showing smart card picture without write any error code or option,
          From before 5 days i try to contect your costumer care but those are not received my call.
          Before 3 month i also submit a complaints than a person came and change my set up box but those set up box was old. Some days do good work but now it is not supposed to smart card so please help me.

            I have raised a service issue on the hotline no of reliance big tv on 28 th july 2017 of their set up box containing error no :400 i. E., for the signal.
            They had told me that their technician will visit within 48 hrs. But still after a week also, no one has yet came., even after calling everyday at their call centre. Or any other solution.
            Plz help me to get refund fully even of subscription packages and even of the setup box.

                My name is rohit. Stb #[protected]. Complaint #[protected]. Raised on 8th july 2017.
                They said the stb is not in stock then. After 25 days, they are telling the same thing. From the past 25 days we are not able to even get it to work somehow. The tv is literally closed from the past 25 days.
                Their "so called" executives wouldn't even pick up my call for well over 2 hours (I have the call on wait timings also).
                Today when i tried calling, out of a miracle they picked. It got escalated to somebody called anju from senior team. She was least bothored about the fact that the issue has been running for 25 days. And when i asked her to discontinue my services, she said no deposit money will be refunded as i am shutting it down from my side. Then what should i do, wait for you guys if you say stb out of stock for 6 months or 1 year?
                This is seriously the most irresponsible behaviour i have seen with any of the service providers in any field for that matter.
                If anybody does read this portal, please take some serious action in this regard.

                  Emergency situation not to forward your call to customer care executive & disconnect phone, this was happen more than 20times in previous 4days & suddenly today, lady said your weekly
                  Calling limit crossed & stop, i also call on [protected] & [protected] but, same recording song replied.
                  So, please, take corrective action.

                    We have registered a complaint as error 400 has being displayed, complaint no[protected] was registered on[protected] and the customer care representative said that a technician will visit within 48 hours since 15 days. There was no technician visit even after repeated phone calls to customer care, which is a lengthy process of choosing different options which is lengthy procedure and waste of time. We are feeling bad for this type of service by reliance dth. Please guide us for further action to be taken and take action at your end.

                      Hello sir,
                      Please consider this as an escalation mail and please look into it at the earliest.
                      Our connection to reliance tv is not working since 8th jul. We had logged a complaint (Service service request no.[protected] and we were told that this will be resolved by a technician in 3 days. No technician has come and visited our place till now. When we tried to contact reliance customer care again and asked about the status of our complaint, the response was very rude by the customer support. He efused my request to talk to his super visor and manager saying they are not available and they will come at 5:00 pm and very rudely said that if technician din't come he will come in a week.

                      We are paying a huge amount for the yearly subscription of reliance tv and such a behavior from your customer support team is very bad and demotivating. A month of subscription has gone in vain, who will be accountable for the loss in our amount. I expect a little more responsible behavior from your end.

                      Kindly look into it and take an action on below items:
                      1. My previous complaint.
                      2. Rude response from support team upon asking about the status of complaint.
                      3. Even though we paid for a year, one month has gone us without having connection.

                          For the past 7 days, there is no channel telecasting. My card nymber is[protected]. I have already registered the complaint on 27th of July, 2017, your representative said someone from the company would visit in the next 48 hours but its been more than three days now and no one has visited. What is the reason behind this non responsive attitude? You people are not responding even to the call and ofcourse would not be refunding me back the daily charges i'm paying for the plan i'm using.                             My connection got disconnected last day. And i recharged for rs.450 immediately. But the connection is restored even after 24 hours. What valueless service reliance is having? Worst part is their customer care number. Last day i tried around 5-6 times and every time the call got disconnected before reaching the person. Today i tried around 10 times and they are not at all connecting to support person. Most of the times they say the number exceeded for today.
                            I believe the same is going to happen with geo also. Once rest of the providers are not there, they will do the same in geo also by not taking the call through help line. If you cannot help why there is a help line? I have recorded the voice details of all these 20 calls with reliance customer support. Going to post in facebook, twitter and social media. Also going to raise with the authorities of consumer court. Every time there is an issue in digital tv, i experience the worst kind of behavior like cutting call, no prompt service etc. May be you guys think this will work in india.

                              I have been complaining to reliance big tv customer care from the past 10 days regarding problem in my setup box (Complaint no. Given was[protected] dated 18th july, 2017). Even after repeated complaints, i am not able to call further since the customer care no. Says "i have exhausted the maximum no. Of tries for the week". I mailed to them but not a single call from them. Such bad service from reliance. Previously, in the month of may, 2017 my tv was dead for almost 12 days. I want to lodge a complaint in the national consumer forum. Please suggest how to proceed. I have already paid the subscription fees for the whole year and they are not reimbursing the same.

                                    Please don't buy reliance big entertainment setup box

                                    Currently face reliance third and poor class service.
                                    My name is ritesh mukund parab. My smart card no.[protected]. Last one month continuously called to reliance customer executive's but no revert back to me.
                                    Problem is last month my setup box is dead. Executive said within 24 hours solve your problem. Next week person was coming and said problem in your setup box. Alternate provided a setup box but is defective setup box installed that time my parents inform to technician set up box not detect my smartcard, so technician said not available other setup box in our service centre.

                                      Setup box me light green nahi hota, or last time error me softwear problom bataya tha. Ye mera problom 15 days se hai mene mimimum 50 times complain ke liye call kiya hai lekin waiting me chod diya jata hai ghanto. Nai kafi presan hoon big t. V.                                       I called customer care 3-4 times, then they told me to wait as their support team is busy on other call. but very i did not connect to them every time which is frustating for me.

                                      it's about 3 days that i am getting this error.

                                      i want them to check this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have been calling reliance big tv customer care number from 3 days but they said all technical advisors were busy and i have called all numbers in big tv customer service but they said i have called 2 times in a day and cut the call what the hell they should understand the problem so disappointed me i hope my issues will be sort out as soon as possible.. Until unless i will disconnect the connection big tv

                                        Hi,

                                        on 18th July my setup box stop responding and after that i have recharged 350 INR for 1 month subscription of Silver sports pack. but still my TV screen showing nothing. request you to look into the same ASAP.

                                        Kindly note:- powder and everything is working fine.
