My smart card no is[protected]. On 3rd November 2014, I called customer care and asked about long term plans, the executive told me about a plan of 6 months + (2 months for free) ( total 8 months) for a recharge of Rs 1622/. I called 2-3 times to confirm the plan and also asked to cancel my old plan. The executive was a lady and she confirmed the plan and told me to had the set top box open to get the plan activated. So I made a payment of Rs 1622/ but my plan was not get activated and I never came to know about it till April 4th 2015, when I received a message to recharge my TV. After reading the message I got shocked as I made payment for 8 months but it was get expired only in 5 months. Also in February the UTV movies channel was closed suddenly without any information or message, so I called the cc executive and told him the problem and asked to unblock the channel. The executive opened up the channel but he did not give any information that the subscription of the channel again would charge extra cost, neither it was told me earlier when I asked and got confirmed the plan. On April 5th I called cc executive and registered my complained to senior executive who told me that my problem would be get resolved within 24 hours and I would get a total of 8 months subscription for which I made payment. But my plan was not get extended so I called the cc executive on 7th April again and the executive started blaming me that my plan was not get activated as I did not request for it after making the payment, also extra cost was charged for UTV movies and sports channel and I would get a refund of Rs 304 only. As I told earlier I requested the executive to cancel my old plan and also made payment after confirming the new plan but the executive never told me to call back after making payment she just told me to had my set top box open that I had. After making payment I was sure that my plan had been get activated but it was never. If cc executive would have given me correct and complete information I would have called again after making payment also if I was informed about the extra charges for UTV movies when I requested to open it, I would not get it activated again but the executive even did not bother to inform me as there was a lot of money in my account to deduct and I thought it was included in my plan. It is really disapponting and I made a request to close my account and discontinue the service as I feel being cheated. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.
