Hi, this is a dissatisfied customer of the Reliance Digital TV, smart card no.[protected]. Upon discontinuing services of the same, they collected the dish and receiver from my residence and stated that a cheque would arrive at your residence as a part of reimbursement. Almost 6 months have passed, this is my sincere request to stop harassing the customer and please repay us back whatever the amount is....

I've complained to customer care regarding not able to view channels and without proper enquiry or assistance, the customer care person who answered me channelled a technical fault with my setup box and attached a complaint to technician.
