    Hi, this is a dissatisfied customer of the Reliance Digital TV, smart card no.[protected]. Upon discontinuing services of the same, they collected the dish and receiver from my residence and stated that a cheque would arrive at your residence as a part of reimbursement. Almost 6 months have passed, this is my sincere request to stop harassing the customer and please repay us back whatever the amount is.

      Dear All, My Reliance digital smart card no is[protected] registered in the name of Arvind Kumar), i have registered a complaint on 25.04.2015 with above mentioned service request no or complaint no#[protected] and i was told by your executive the service engineer will visit me within 48hrs, i want to understand do they take one week to visit? till now your service engineer didn't bothered to call me ...is this kind of service you provide to your customer? Above all i have called so many times to your call centre people stating that my problem is not resolved and nobody is calling me to visit and the kind of response i am getting is pathetic.Each time some other person will answer the call i have to explain the entire story and in return i will get a very simple solution" our executive will visit you asap", when this asap will be ended, do your executive take one week to visit and nobody bothered to call. From last one week i have not even switched on my TV will you people will refund the money, whenever the amount is due instantly you send the msg to pay the amount but when there is a complaint raised nobody bothered to resolve. I have raised the complaint don't you have TAT to resolve it. Last month in the month of march i have changed the SET UP box also paying 500rs, it just one month i am not getting any channels. Two days for the same issue i have not even gone to office thinking your executive will visit ...who will bear my loss? The service which i am getting is pathetic and the kind of response from your call center people is even more pathetic. Last day i have spoken to your supervisor Mr J SUNIL KUMAR( Emp code : 670008), i have told him the total problem even informed him no executive called me or visited me to resolve the issue, he also replied stating executive will call you ASAP but entire day went off but nobody bothered to call me. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS THE TAT AND HOW LONG WILL YOUR EXECUTIVE WILL TAKE TO VISIT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. DO THIS TAKE ONE WEEK AND DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW WITH YOUR CALL CENTRE PEOPLE OR THEY WILL CALL ME AND CONFIRM THE STATUS. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SOLVE MY ISSUE KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER DISTRIBUTOR IN THE MARKET WHO GIVE MUCH MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN YOU. ATLAST I ONLY UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU DONT CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS . ATLEAST EPECTING A FAST REPLY.

      Dear All,

      Please contact me to the registered mobile number with reliance big tv i.e [protected]. Till now your customer care service didn't bothered to call me and update me. Even yesterday i have called your customer care people and i got the same reply please wait our service engineer will visit you ASAP but till now nobody called me.

      Who is going to bear the loss and very poor service to customer. There is no customer delight and more over you people charge 200 for complaint lodged.

      I need a immediate resolution to the problem or refund the amount paid to you people.

          Consumer number:[protected]. Complaint lodged for no services. They have registered and without the technician attending to the job they have deducted Rs175/- towards technician charges. Lodged compliant 3 times but they closed the complaints without any verification. They did not even share the contact number of the technician. CHEATING IS THE WAY OF LIFE AT RELAINCE. WORST WORST CHEATERS IN INDIA THAT IS RELAINCE. Never opt for Reliance dish TV. They are biggest cheater and looting Indian public.

But still today I have not received any message from yours about my service connection. So, Please you do my service as early as possible.               My smart card id is[protected] and complaint registration number is[protected], I had complaint on April 24th regarding the error 400 following which Im not able to view channels other than Asianet and Surya. As per the complaint the technician should come within 48 Hrs, then 27th I get a message from 59111 that Rs 175/- is deducted from my account. And finally after repetitive complaint technician come and tells that I need to pay additional Rs 350/- for relocation (not that I have changed location). When I asked the customer care personnel that I have made a top up of Rs 400 for this month will that be restored as I'm not able to view nothing as of now, they replied I would have to make another RECHARGE to continue service next month, so my total cost goes upto 400 + 350 + 175 now. So here I stand having paid Rs 175 for TECHNICIAN and Rs 400/- monthly RECHARGE and still i dont get view anything on Television, where does the customer satisfaction lies in here, we are paying a amount which is going in vain, I would definitely love to disconnect this connection at the earliest. What is the point of giving Rs 175/ if nothing is resolved.There is no value of money, added with additional charges, the customer service is poor and personal keep transferring the calls and after keeping us on hold for 15 mins and then disconnecting the call. The technician who come for the service are rude to talk; do train your so called ''customer care employees". Following all this array of problems I am totally dissatisfied with the service and will end this connection. I feel cheated by Reliance Big TV ; my money is wasted such unreliable service providers and there is none who is answerable not even there executive's who shamelessly disconnect customer calls, having said I am no more interested in continuing with Reliance I would prefer TATA SKY as they provide service free of cost for technician visit the least. It is a INEFFICIENT system!!

              The issue has got worse there is deduction of Rs 175/- for 3 times so far from my account, I had made recharge of Rs 400 on 23rd April, today again im getting message that I would have to make a minimum payment of Rs 375 to continue service. From last one week im not able to view any TV!!! Either you resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the debited amount else DISCONNECT this connection altogether. There is no sense of responsibility among your executives, inspite of paying proper monthly rental for channels, we are not able to view anything. Big TV is providing worse service when compared to Local cable fellows, atleast they answerable to their fault, but here not a single person is reliable. Trace back all my calls and check why the deduction is made when none of your so called technicians are visiting us for services. Just a call from your end is not solving the issue it is more than a WEEK now!!

                my subcription no[protected], the antenna head is out of order the reliance comp says not to pay the technician any amount, but the technician says to pay money or else he will not service. we asked him to replace and claim the money from company. he had fixed the part and when we refused to pay he took away the part.when we complained to the company they say to contact the same technician and request him to do it. my complaint no is[protected] dated 24.04.2015.this complaint is still not resolved and the relianace company has no time bound, they are very rude to customers.they do not educate the technicians correctly the rules and these technicians take the coustomers for ride. they collect the money from customer and the company also charges the customer for replacing the part as the technician informs them so they collect the money from both of them.

Just now I have spoken with floor supervisor of customer care to know about status, still they are telling same story as will take complaint to fix the issue fast and I asked for supervisor number and name, who has been assigned for the issue, they said don't know. I asked to transfer the call to manager and they said manager is not available in office and asked manager name they said don't know.This is first time i'm seeing an employee don't his Manager name and put mute to my call almost for an hour and they cut my call. This is the service which you proved to your customer, I have never seen such type of service in my life time. Till how long I need to wait to fix the issue. Recently I have recharged for yearly pack and 500 rs for services. If you guys unable to provide proper service please return my amount 500+ yearly pack I should I want to pay without getting any proper service are response from customer care and service provider. you guys really want to fix the issue? Please tell me to be frankly weather give service or not? do you feel is this same for your service? do you think us to as mad? or something? do you have really sense or not on this?                       Writing to you in regards to the balance deduction- this was the seventh time my account was debited for incorrect balance deduction and each time i had to call the customer care and get the refund back. This is totally mismanagement and you can't get away saying sorry or i apologise for the inconvenience. Do you do the same thing with all customers or this is reliance policy to deduct the amounts and let customers call and ask for a refund. If they don't the money is ours. I have keeping a track of the request no's in this year 2015- Last year too was the same problem. 1.[protected]/4/15 2.[protected]/4/15 3.[protected]/4/15 4.[protected]/3/15 5.[protected]/1/15 I need an answer from the senior mgmt ASAP. Do you have control policy around this so that people are not charged unnecessarily. Even the last request that i raised for[protected] reliance sent me an sms saying that your request for refund has been processed, thank you for being with reliance. and no refund balance was credited back and when i called in the morning they say it was all correctly charged and its not a incorrect deduction. I don't trust you, this is why i have given the request no's for you to understand how unethical your damn company is and i have checked my logs and i saw that out of 30mins i have been provided under 799 plan i just used 25 mins that day still i was left with 5 more mins and no balance should have been deducted. You called yourself RELIANCE COMMUNICATION- you have a crap communication system. Please adhere the request and process the refund ASAP.

                        Not sure what kind of customer service you guys are doing without even listening to customers problems.

                          My smart card no. is[protected] and complaint no. is[protected]. Not able to view any channels through big tv for the past 2 weeks. Customer care called and complaint given but still there is no response and action taken. This is absolutely unacceptable and I have paid 1 year subscription starting Aug 2014. The same issue happened last year during Feb-Apr and again its happening this year. Something seriously wrong with BIG TV which needs to be fixed or they need to return the money to all the customer and opt out of this business!!!

                          With reference to the above complaint and no action taken till date, I have written to mail to your customer care at [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com dated May 1. Please check the below copy of the mail and do respond at the earliest.

                          My smart card No. is[protected] and my complaint No. is[protected]. It's been more than 3 weeks and even now we have not been able to view any channels whatsoever through BIG TV. Your customer care was intimated and a complaint filed, but still there is no response or any action taken from your side. This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable and remember, I have paid one-year subscription starting August 2014. The same issue happened last year during Feb-Apr, and it is happening again this year.

                          Now, with this being the case, I am not interested in continuing with your services any more, and I would like to request you to terminate my connection and return my money back for the remaining three months.                             To Whom So Ever It may concern, I regret to inform you that your customer care helpline i have got worst experience, you are on q for hours together to speak to your executive and at the end the call gets disconnected. Since 10th April am trying to reach you people to place a location transfer request and unfortunately i could not get any support either from your agents who sell your products nor form your customer support.                               Sir, My Smart Card no. is[protected]. I am a customer of reliance bigtv for last 5years. For the last 2months i am facing a lot of problems. My tv was showing a problem of error 400 for ahich i called up in helpline no:[protected] for which they told me that engineer will visit & Rs 175/- will be deducted from my account. I was agree with that. Engineer came & done the job. Engineer who came to rectify the work he was from Airtel. However, he has done the job. Post 1 month again the same problem arise engineer came. While checking he found that engineer who came before has done something wrong as a result existing set top box got damaged & i have to pruchase a new one also new connector/lmb has been replaced. For which i have to pay Rs 725/- & i have paid that. Also they have charged Rs 175 for engineer visit. To activate my account also i have recharged silver sports pack for 1year which validity is 24th March 2016. After that again the same problem arise. Engineer came & rectified the work. Now once again they have charged Rs 175/- for the visit.All total Rs 350/- has been charged for the engineer visit for the same problem happening again & again. Now they have confirmed that it has been wrongly deducted for which refundable will be done. Now its been 3 days it has not yet refunded & my account is showing negartive balance. I am not been able to watch the tv for the last 3 days. Please look into it.

                                I bought a Reliance Big TV connection number[protected] in 2011 to avoid low picture quality connection of local cable operator. I was tension free all these days. But suddenly the set top box was not turning on. I registered a complaint on 10 April and the executive promised to solve the issue in 48 hours, I requested him to get it done faster and he said he would try. And now 9 days completed, 8 calls made to executives who made 8 escalations and 2 priority escalations from the Team lead still the problem has not been looked upon yet. Suddenly i remember the ad that was running in the local channels by the local cable operators that said that digital connections would be unreliable and their service unanswerable. That time i believed in "RELIANCE", today here i am cheated and fooled by the Reliance Digital TV. Had i had a local connection i could have drove down to the office, picked up the technician and flown him to solve the problem rather than listening to stupid IVRS, speaking to people who are experts in fooling and waiting desperately for a messiah like technician. Its the product that takes the business to the top and its the service that keeps the business on top.

                                      I've complained to customer care regarding not able to view channels and without proper enquiry or assistance, the customer care person who answered me channelled a technical fault with my setup box and attached a complaint to technician. The technician who was assigned to me has called and instructed to re-insert smart card and switch on the power once again, on doing so it started to work again. For which I was charged with Rs.175. I've complained with the customer care thrice about the charge, that its mere suggestion that the customer care should be giving rather than technical assistance and it should not be charged with. I wanted to speak to supervisor of the customer care for which I was told that they were on lunch! Lunch at 11AM?! I took patience and called again the very next day, at 2:30PM guessing that it could be definitely post lunch.But it was Lunch time then! I was frustrated and asked the customer care caller to hold my line untill a supervisor answers me, but in vain, my call got disconnected without any intimation. I've re-called and asked to get connected to supervisor and I got connected to in 3 min this time. Where was the lunch time then? I took all this effort to speak to supervisor to complain about my unreasonable charge and I got only one answer that it was correctly charged as the technician solved my problem through phone. The supervisor acknowledged that it is the suggestion that his customer care executive would be giving and no need of technician. So I asked to lodge an official complaint against the customer care executive who answered my call in the first place and refund me my money because its not my mistake, he bluntly said there is no such mechanism. And while I was speaking to him he arrogantly cut the call saying that I was "passing my time". I complain about customer care executives and refund my amount and take action against their personnel- who answered my call (with which all this started), N.Sai and K.Mounica, who has not transfered my call for their supervisor and Supervisor S.Venkatesh who arrogantly cut my call without any respect for their customer.                                         The channels are not coming for the past 10 days and the screen shows that weather is inappropriate but the weather is perfectly fine. Also, the reliance customer care employees are so badly trained that either they do not pick up the phone call or they simply tell to call after sometime.Are we so free to call these people again after waiting for so much ? This is nuisance.A complete inefficient and poor process. Customers are so much tired of this company that I reckon that it will be on the low line soon if the employees would not be well trained soon. I will take this complaint further if proper action is not taken soon .This big TV connection sucks. Reliance smart cars no.[protected] And yes please do train your so called ''customer care employees"
