Regarding Reimbursement on discontinuing the services

Hi, this is a dissatisfied customer of the Reliance Digital TV, smart card no.[protected]. Upon discontinuing services of the same, they collected the dish and receiver from my residence and stated that a cheque would arrive at your residence as a part of reimbursement. Almost 6 months have passed, this is my sincere request to stop harassing the customer and please repay us back whatever the amount is....

Disgusting experiance with Reliance Big TV DTH

Set top box is not working - unable to view any channels
