I am using a reliance inedependent tv connection. After usage of 3 months only connection got some problem and since then i am complaint number of times but no action has been taken.

There customer cure number is also not toll free, wehn we call it always on holf for more 15 min and disconnect automatically. This happened many times.

Somehow i was able to log a complaint but has action has been taken since 3 months.

    I have apply 3 connections of your dish tv on 22.04.2018.. But all connections still awaited till date i. E. 25.04.2019 - one year later. The details of the connections is following.

    I have already many calls your customer care number & e-mails sent to your e-mail (Time to time) but my all complaints is still pending.

    Sir, this very serious issue and unhelpful attitude of your service centre employees and non cooperative nature of representatives from your end will cut down the marketing value of your brand.

    On the above mentioned problem, i request to kindly look into the matter seriously and take immediate action against the my complaint and help me to installed 3 connections / refund money i. E. Rs.1497/-.

      I booked two Reliance Big TV connection on 20/03/2018. My booking id is A12941874. My customer id is[protected] and
      My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. It was assured by you that the connection will be done between
      30 to 45 days. But till date i. e. After approx 18 months it has not been installed. I called several
      Times to customer care and every time they gave false assurance. It is not up to the mark of such a big network of reliance. I am sorry to say that now i am
      Feeling to be cheated. I can't wait further more. I would
      Like to cancel my registration. So please refund my booking amount of 998 Rs. to me on priority.

        Hi, I have booked a new connection by paying rs.500 to reliance big tv on official website with booking number 14511523 on march 7th, 2018 and got the message about INSTALLATION WITHIN 30 TO 45 DAYS that is max in month of april, 2018. Even after trying to call them after a long claimed days call was not connecting since months and when it got the executive was really unprofessional and said that it will be installed on 19th of June and that i will get a call from them on 18th june, 2018. But again false commitment made and no call or mail received and when i requested them that because they are late and I have moved to another location they said tell this when our technical guy calls. Which is again illogical. Around 19th june, 2018 I called again and they said again give us 5 more days and it will be done and guess what again FALSE COMMITMENT for third time and for change of address they said mail us. NO RESPONSES to even my multiple mails regarding installation or change of address and very very difficult to reach on phone as well. They are doing completely fraud and this been a long long delay and no option even to get refund and I had a blank tv with no connection since months.no entertainment? Highly frustrated and feeling really cheated from a third class brand. I dont know where my advance money has gone and should I get another connection of other company or wait and what about my lack of entertainment due to false commitments since more than year? Please help me fins a way. I Seek all the interest and cost cover for humiliations and false commitments they caused.

          It's been a 2 and half months nearly after i bought the big tv set up box but no channels are coming. I request you to resolve the issue. Big tv customer care also not attending the phone calls. For the first 15 days i am able to watch all the channels but later on all hd channels are disconnected and then after some days they changed my pack automatically to something new pack that suit according to my state. After 2 or 3 days no channels are coming and its now been 2 months i am not able to watch tv.

          I have applied for reliance dishtv by paying rs.499
          but till date i havenot received reliance dish
          so please refund my money advance paid rs.499

            I booked a rbtv connection on 26/03/2018. My booking id is 14536495. My customer id is [protected] and

            30 to 45 days. But till date i. E. After approx 09 months it has not been installed. I called several
            Times to rbtv customer care and everytime they gave false assurance to me that it will be done within
            A week. It is not up to the mark of such a big network of reliance. I am sorry to say that now i am

              I remember the day when I saw the full front page news of launch of BIGTV and prebooking cost was 499/- by looking at the features I immediately booked it through my number ([protected]) and the day was somewhere in March 2018 near to Holi. Now till date that is 15 Aug 2019 neither the connection nor the refund has been made. I contacted several times to customer care but they always told in next 02 week you will get the connection. I think anil ambani is the next vijay mallya surviving on the boots of his brother... Best of luck brother sorry looter...

                  I had booked reliance bigtv connection on 08/03/2018 and my booking no. Is 14512535 but till date no response received. They had promised to install the connection with 30-45 days but till date nothing is done. Customer care number is looking fake i had tried many times but not connected. So now i want to cancel this connection and refund of my booking amount. Kindly help for the refund amount of booking.

                    Dear sir, i through the advertisement of the reliance bigtv, selected one year service and paid them one year service charge in advance.in month of august 2018, reliance bigtv installed a dish tv in my house, via independent tv as their service provider.

                    Since in the contract it was mentioned that they will providing cable tv, with several hd channel. But never any hd channel was provided. After two months, many channels disappeared. Since december, 2018, only free to air channels were providing.

                    Pity thing, after several times calls they responded once and asked me to call lucknow office of independent tv. When i called lucknow office, they asked retune your setup box. I did that, since then no channels, tv gone blank.in spite of several call neither reliance bigtv responding nor independent tv.

                    I therefore through you, wants a strict actions against both of them to cheat the customer, not taking responsibility. They both should not be allowed to charge in advance any payment from the customer. Rather they should provide services first and after a month they should be paid by the consumer.

                    I also want to withdraw the connection from reliance bigtv, and request to return my all payment paid to them for one year contract.

                      Above are the details of my connection.. This message was received on 4th march 2018 but still there is no installation/update...

                      Their customer care numbers are also not working...

                      I am not intrested in any connection now.. I want refund of ₹499 which i had paid..

                        Sir, i have two connection of independent dth service. I paid 2750 for each of them. But in mid june 2019 the services are disconnected without prior information. From that month services are discontinued. All the summer holidays were spoiled by the independent dth with their poor services.. I contact them by email many times. But no response. I want to refund my full money. So please forward the same.

                          I am not getting tv connection since last month and my subscription is till 2020. It is shown that error 400 signal lost. No body from the local customer care is responding. They are asking to change the dish to some other company if not wait unitil it comes. I feel like reliange is fooling its customers by not giving any proper notification or information about this problem. I found that this problem is widespread and is not for a single person. I want my connection back or money i paid to be refunded.

                                  We have recharged the reliance digital tv for smart card no. : [protected] in the month of may 2018 for 2 years at rupees "3240" i. E, up to may 2020. We haven't been receiving signal since a month now and it is always showing the error no signal whether or not the weather is clear.
                                  There is no response when we tried to contact the helpline no. [protected]/2
                                  It is therefore requested that the problem may please be sorted out at the earliest.

They said they will do refund as plan is expired.. They had plan to give all channels for 5 years..500 rs was paid as advance... Need refund of it.. But didn't receive it still.. I have the bank transaction to prove that the money was deducted, unfortunately i am unable to provide my booking id as it was on my old mobile handset which is not working now, would appreciate if you could refund the amount which was 499 as there is no chances of getting the connection or else i will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum... I am ready to take a new connection offline, but you will have to refund my rs. 499/- that was paid to you thru eft
