This is my 3rd complaint submitted. I cannot watching anything due the signal problem!! Decoder has signal problem. I need you to recover this your problems! I have paid before due date (Every month)

I don't have any problem with you, but why yours always make the problem???

I am the customer of independent tv. I can not watch many of the channel like star plus, star gold, movies ok, action movies, all sports channel, children cartoon channels, discovery & animal planet, entertainment channel, movie channel has blocked by independent tv. What should i do i am helpless neither i have choose another service provider nor watching my favourite channel. As my home my childrens are in holiday due to exam they can't watching their favourite channel. What is my fault to pay 100% advance money to relinace dth independent tv. I have paid 100% advance to watch all of entertainment, movie, sports, cartoon etc. Channel incl. Hd but dth service provider did't provide service for these channel. Many of the news channel are also stopped by dth provider. We tries to contact with independent tv customer care, their contact number is not working, nodal officer contact number has barred & not in service, any dth service provider contact number is working. As this is totally fraud & cheated to the customers. Company neither return their money nor gives dth service to the customers. So ministry of broadcasting & telecommunications has to be action against independent tv dth for their false commitment & fake dth service to the customers. After taking 100% advance from customers company is to given service to the customers. Challen error 200, 400 & message for technical reason. Why problems has not resolved from 3 months. We are not watching favourite channel & hd channel from january-2019. Why company taken advance money for these channel if service not given by him.

Reliance independent tv dth is a totally false company. It has been big fraud gamming with customers due to taking 100% advance money from customers for channels & now not given the dth services to the customer as he has advertise at the time of booking.

I bought this tv by paying cash 1 lakh last week and asked them to deliver it after 5pm as we are only available at home after 5pm. But the delivary was arranged at 11am the following day inspite of insisting our problem. At least 10 phone calls requesting the showroom to send it at least today (Sunday), they said 5pm, but so many requests had to be made from our side after paying money and chasing the showroom people.
This callous attitute from relaince anna nagar show room in 3rd avenue does not warrant our future relations with relaince digital. May be we will stop purchasing in future if you do not take action on the show room people.
They are only to sell the product but not to follow and help.

Last 40 day before purchase a independent dish but last 30 day your dish is not working..I bave already complain rajistered complaint no..is 2658972 but comapny has not work on my complaint.

Complain from 30 day before rajistered but no any person for Solution in this company...any toll free no..does not work always saying line is busy from 30 days...I this company is proud no response from company to till today ya local service centers..

At the time of booking and installation independent tv claimed to provide dth service for one year all channels free of cost is they have taken the money for one year in advance for set top box and channel fees.
After 4~5 months they stopped all hd channels and now they are stopping the other aid channels like star network.

This is a cheating behaviour of the company, neither they respond to mail or call to customer care.

They are showing messages like technical error or channel not subscribed.

I tried to contact customer care number i could not speak and the same staff behaviour is very ride they are disconnected call beetween shorting out issue. My start chennels not working after installation a 2 month and the same some sports chennels also unavailable. But whome should i contact... I tried to call and also mail to customer care support and comparing offixer but could not gate any response... Very perhetic service and staff behaviour

I beg to say that independent tv has removed many channels while we have bought this connection in october 2018. Some channels are not shown that is removed that chanels show technical problem. Their customer not picked phone this type of service very harassing after paying whole amount in advance. Kindly resolve this problem asap.

I have taken 1 year subscription of indepedent tv. As they committed to provide many tv channels with some hd channels, but from last many days i am not able to watch any of hd channels, star channels, english channels and many others.

As company has committed to provide those channels by paying in advance for 1 year they must provide those channels to the subscriber.

Please register my complaint for refund my money back or providing all channels as per initial.

I purchase indipendent dth cash by inr 2700/ at 12.04.2019. Only 2 days my active channel work and after two days some channel stop only some technical fault in server so. Many time complaint but not any solution provided. I lost my cash after purchase this indipendent dth. Please any action this company and provide solution or refund my cash.

I have purchased reliance independent tv set top box. But after purchased i have so much complaint due to poor quality of picture & set top box. Mostly channels are not working & shown error 200. There is lots of channel has been blocked by the company which was already in his package at the time of booking. As company has cheated to the customers to get advance installation & uncompleted packages. There is so much important entertainment channel has been blocked by independent tv. I have purchased this for entertainment purpose but it's give me so much trouble & mentaly harshment. This company is not reliable & cheated to customers.
I so much request to return my money back & i don't want to take more mental problem to used this dth but they has not refund my money back. Please help

Repeated complain 3 times no response contact number blocked by company

There is no response from the company they neither give dth service nor refund my money. There any contact number is not working independent tv has totally fraud company and making fool to customers

Pls reconnect the english movies, infotainment, sports, entertainment and cartoon channels at the earliest.. If not done by this weekend i will take legal action.. Call me on [protected].. This mobile number is registered with you.

I have worte to their email id & nodal officer mail id proivded on their website.. But no one responding.
Funny thing their nodal officer provided mobile no dont have incoming facility...

The star channels like star plus, star sports etc. Are not being forecasted from one week. We are finding a very huge problem. Kindly resolve it very quickly. From last one week, the star channels aren’t forecasted showing some errors. Also the customer care no. Is busy from 2 to 3 days. We are totally dissatisfied from this independent tv service.

For the last one week we are not getting the star channels... No response when i try to contact their customer care. So i contacted star officials and they said that, due to nonpayment of their dues they have shut down the channels from independent tv (Previously reliance tv)... As a customer, after all we all the amounts we are denying the right to get these channel even after the so called new trai orders... What can you people do for us??

I booked for reliance big tv with id 14530768 in mar 2018 and tv dish was installed in dec 2018. I was entitled to view all channels and some hd channels. Since last many days many of channels are not coming on my tv. No sports channel is coming, many movie channels are not coming, many cartoon channels are not coming. I have been trying to contact on toll free number also, but no body picks the phone. Please arrange that all channels are received at my set top box.

I have pre-booked for reliance digital tv connection in March 2018 and I have received the connection in Nov 2018. At the time of booking, they committed
that they will all channels including HD channels for one year But they are not giving many channels in the name of TRAI.First, they have unsubscribed all HD channels, then they are continuously unsubscribing different channels.

From last two days no channel is coming and their customer care no. always busy from last 2 days. I mailed also but no response, very disappointing service. No response...

I have taken independent TV connection last year November with an assurance of all channels free up to 1 year now most of the Telugu channels were taken off. I spoke to customer care almost 4 times every time they were telling within 24 hours they are going activate Telugu channels still it didn't happen. It's frustrating for me, atleast give me reason why the channels were taken off.
