Really frustrated with the kind of service and unlawful actions. I have ordered the big tv in april-2018 however money taken by ambani group still it has not delivered. Mr. Anil ambani do you think you can survive without proper service and i want to know does he also become a bankrupt like the so called people in india. Just understand the customer frustration level. Just cheap....

I tried calling customer care of so called independent tv (Reliance big tv) [[protected]/[protected]]but unable to contact them, also i send the mail but did not received any mails from their side.

Many of channels also has been closed and service provider has already taken 1 year of advance money, no response on customer care & email as well.

I have pre-booked for reliance digital tv connection in feb 2018 and i have received the connection after 8 months. At the time of booking, the commitment is giving all hd channels over a period of 1 year. But they are stopping to provide many channels in the name of trai mandate, whereas the mandate supports the user and clearly stated that long term pack shall be continued to commit duration and committed channels without any price rise....

Sir you tell in the channels screen for your system updating for 7 days but u cut my channels your customer care number always busy please issue my channel till giving your time one year. So i did not call u. Please subscribe my zee family pack, star pack, sony pack, cartoon hd pack, news 18 pack also in minimum collection value. I don't want to see south pack. Please don't give me any south pack....

Earlier i was using videocon tv after that you came with your product in which i have to pay rs.2250 for freedom 1999 pack. Only because of this i have chosen your product. But this was my biggest mistake because you guys are continuously cheating me. First, you have disabled all hd channels, then you guys are continuously disabling different...

I have purchased reliance independent tv set top box. But after purchased i have so much complaint due to poor quality of picture & set top box. Mostly channels are not working & shown error 200. There is lots of channel has been blocked by the company which was already in his package at the time of booking. As company has cheated to the customers to get advance installation & uncompleted packages. There is so much important entertainment...

I am having bigtv connection and have taken one year subscription. For last 4 months they are not provide any service except sab tv. The company has been now taken over by independent tv, i have requested 3 times to them also to restore the broadcasting services but they are also not paying any interest to it.

I have reliance big TV connection from more than a year, but it is very frequent that signal lost and such error keep coming
We have package till 2023.
I am highly disappointed by reliance big TV services.
It is just horrible.
The frequent error is 400 signal lost. Though the weather is clear.
This issue is now occurring for last 3 days
We are paying and not getting any good service...

I am having two independent connection but channels are not coming from last one week i have contacted customer care many times but till date not got any resolution and channels are not coming. I have pre booked for new connection on 20th march 2018 and paid rs.499 + 499 = 998/-.
As per website within 30 to 45 days it will be installed.
But no installation and no further communication.
When i call customer care for refund they took all require bank details but not refund been processed yet.
I am fed up with your customer care team, need to fix this issue and want refund of my complete amount.

Guys don't take independent tv, they are totally faking every one, & don't trust this dth operator,,,
Taken a new connection by paying 3000rs all channels for 1year,, without any interept as there plan itself,, for first 3 months they have given all channels,,
Now they says as per trai rules we can't able to give all channels u must sellct only one language that much only... Can provide...

I have taken freedom 1999 plan and switched from airtel to independent tv. All of sudden channels not working from april 1 st and there is no communication sent to me and didn't seek my approvals to change the plan.
