Reliance Bigtv — Fraud company who took rs3657 by saying false statements for tv for 1 year | |||||
Recently some months ago, Reliance big TV discontinued TEZ channel. On contacting customer care they fooled me for 2 months saying that (1) problem is from your side, here it is coming (2) It will be continued in 2/3 days (3) it is will take about 15 days (4) It will be started by next month. Lastly after numerous attempts they cleared that it has been discontinued and no refund will be there for it. Further One of the most fraud I encountered when I recharged for Rs 3657 on 5-Sept-2015 in which the customer care clearly told that it is for 1 year gold pack. I received a call on 7-Jul-2016 saying that your connection will expiry by today. when I called customer care executives they said I did for 8 months only, which was false. Also due to some error the receipt was generated on 5-Sept-2015 and had emailed several times but there was no reply. So they took advantage of this. They stopped by services on 8-jul-2016. I have already mailed but instead of giving reply they are sending me revised rates. Your revised rates should be relevant to those who recharge after your rules. How come I be applicable in these revised rates? Also mailed by above link.

This is how again they tried to hide charges. The connection got closed on 8-July-2016 at 9.00am so I temporarily recharged for rs130 for 10 days. So now my expiry becomes 17-July-2016. However I received mail on 9-july-2016 stating that 1 month waiver is given and valid for next 23 days. It should be 30+10=40 days but they gave 23 days by false statement that 1 month waiver is given.
