[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Still getting billed | |||
Hi, My subscriber number is[protected] and i'm constantly getting bills for the service which I no longer use. Service Request ID[protected]for cancellation of reliance broadband) I have contacted customer support over 10 times already and they always say its some billing issue and it'll be rectified in next cycle. Finally resolved after so many reminders. Its disappointing that we have to follow up with the service provider so many times to fix a simple billing issue. | |||
