I DIDN"T GOT ANY MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE OR VODAFONE FOR THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS RS.15.ONLY .RELIANCE DISCONNECT MY NUMBER FOR THE DUE AMOUNT WITH OUT ANY NOTICE .KNOW I HAD PAY THE DUE AMOUNT RS.15 BY CHEQUE NO.408323 FROM MY BANK {ICICI}.WHICH HAD BEEN CLEAR FORM MY BANK, STILL TODAY MY MOBILE IS DISCONNECT I HAVE WASTE MY TIME GOING TO RELIANCE& VODAFONE STORE DAILY THEY ARE MISGUIDEING ME SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN MY NUMBER WILL BE RESTART .

      Hello my User ID[protected] Wasim Inamdar My Internet is not working since 17th December and I heard MNC Corporation pull all the cable from Kondhwa Pune not sure about that after waiting till 30th i ask for deactivate my connection as this is not working and my billing cycle start from 19th December so i ask them i dont have pay anything bcoz its not working and i have been follow from that till today and every time they say my request is closed for termination and i have pay the bill and getting call from there Reliance office asking me to pay the bill. What i pay if i didnt use anything . the Internet service is still not working in Pune Kondhwa . i have email my complaint no for deactivation and today i come to know like all this year they say my request is closed due some technical issue. please can some one help ?? my new complaint no[protected] again they will ask me to pay the bill which i am not suppose to . please ask my connection to be terminate and should NOT charge me anything as i always pay on time and in advance.       i got person who collect the modem and other stuff but i got sms not Pay Pending reliance bill to avoid legal action. what kind of legal action ?? I don't understand why they are stopping to asking me for bill i clearly mention i am not suppose to pay the bill becuase my connection is not working before my billing cycle start. and monthly rental was 785 but i changed to quartile plan but before it start from 19 of December Broadband connection stop working from 17th December i would never ask for termination if Reliance problem solved in 10 to 15 days but In Pune it still not working. could you please Seriously look in this issue ?? and stop Bothering me for BILL?? i always paid my bills before the dates now i have listen this all crap ???? PLEASE STOP ASKING ME THE BILL .I WILL NOT PAY IF I DIDNT USE IT.

        My reliance broadband connection (unlimited plan) is not working since last six days. I'm not getting any signal. I have registered a complaint to their customer care on 2.01.2015. My Complaint ID is[protected] but customer care closed it without solution and re-open the same with Complaint ID[protected] I have remind them more then 10 times but no satisfactory reply and complaint not solve. Kindly look into this on priority and fix the issue with compensation (lost days + compensation for harassment). Y.K. User ID[protected]

          talktime balance reduced to zero suddenly

          Dear Sir, my delhi reliance no-[protected] 2-3 days back i had a balance of more than 110 rs but then all of a sudden, balance reduced to 0.rs pls note that i browse internet through this number but for that i have separate 2g data plan. i mailed the problem to customer care yet no reply after two days. reliance webchat is also not working Pls refund the amount for this undue deductions and resolve my matter as soon as possible. regards anup...

[protected] – JAYESH NAGAR Dear Sir/Madam, I had it infected very badly services by Reliance communication of Appellate. Very lousy customer service the way they talk & to their bad networks. The worst part of it all, they do not treat the good and honest way. In addition they are blame to us and do not clear & resolve complaints as priority base. I was complaining to the network to the so many months they did not a listen. Whenever i call his computer service then tells me to wait and I wait 30 minutes and then a line not only keeps you. Even not any productive mail response from their side. I would like only to just give me (waive off) to the productive charges and maintain & give perfect network in future. Please help me!                 On August 2014 I paid full amount and gave request number [protected] in Kormangala reliance store and my reliance postpaid Data card (MDN : [protected] ) was blocked and terminated the connection from August2014. But there are so many computer systems and problems within Reliance departments. I received calls in Sep, Oct, Nov to visit the reliancestore and close the reliance connection. I went to the store once in each month (SEP, OCT, NOV) and got confirmed that connection is already closed. On 6-Jan-15 I received the call from[protected], caller Priyanka said that she is from CIBIL ( Central govt credit score department) and going to file case against me as I didnt paid reliance bill and they will block my cell phone, driving license and keep on torturing me to pay the bill. She started using bad words as well which I recorded. Am not using the data card device from August and it is not working as well. I wont pay the bill since I filled the form and connection is terminated. Reliance should have good computer system such that they should not charge peoples who terminated the connection and device not in use. Am ready to file three complaints in consumer court to get compensation of 1 lakh rupees and above for all the tortures over phone and wrong guidance to go to store every time. Reliance should not go against consumer laws and cheat loyal customers to pay bills of Rs2000/- even after cancellation. Should not tie-up with Guntas and Cheat's to make fake calls in name of Indian govt and mislead. With all the evidances of Reliance request number/paper & bill paid receipts, the video and audio conversation that I had in reliance stores starting from August. And the recorded Payment division torture phone calls anytime I can go to court with my advocate otherwise they should waive-off and shouldnot make further trouble to me.

                Hi,
                I missed one call from a mumbai number ( might be reliance) on a sunday afternoon 11-jan-15. Please call me back on the same number.

                There is a biggest problem in reliance billing system, Connection is Terminated but bill amount is getting generated every month. Why to pay bills for the period when the card was inactive. Check my history, for the past 2 years every month I paid the bill. Waive off the billed amount of Rs2000 which was reliance computer problem.

                  Dear sir, I, Abhinav Srivastava, user of reliance postpaid number[protected]. Sir my last bill is 219.83rs and my last date for paying bill is 12 nov 2014 which i paid on same date by 200rs amount .sir my problem is i did call to customer care so many times for updation my bill but they only give me a request number and always said your request is under processing but did not update . On 20th nov i register my complain but till date 28 nov 2014 they did not update my bill . I have a receipt of my paid bill .

                      I buy new CDMA hone modal no is HC-c380 and i have done recharge with 303, As per FRC plan i am not getting able to use this plan and i tried to call customer care many times but no any taking the call, . if no one taking a call so why you people provide the customer care facility and plan also and no any response give by reliance after case a complaints in your portal so please take it on priority other wish i will charge RTI on you company, .. so i want back my all the money with my balance also.. AS per FRC plan R2R is free STD and Local both but i am not able to use this service after taking this plan.

                        This is to bring to your notice that my reliance prepaid number is [protected]. I had recharged my prepaid account on December 30, 2014 at 9.20 p.m. with MBBP 199_3G_FTT wherein I got a message saying that my Recharge of Rs. 199 successful.Enjoy Full talktime Rs 199, 500MB 3G data and all Local/STD calls 40p/min for 4 weeks. Its been just one week and my call usage till now is 124 mins i.e Rs. 60 and my data usage is 62.37 MB. However, yesterday when I tried to make a call it says recharge your prepaid account.

                          Sir I am using Reliance Mobile number since 2 years. On 28.12.2014, I sent message in USSD for activating 3G-7 DAYS-150 MB pack for Rs.45/-. I received a message as "We received your request. Data pack will be enabled shortly". My balance got reduced from Rs.170 to Rs.124 but did not get any more message. I started using the Data upto 12 MB. On 30.12.2014, Net not connected and I called Reliance Cust care - They told NO BALANCE in your A/c and so internet not connected. I lodged a complaint[protected] on same day by calling 198. I got message that balance deducted due to Data usage. From 30.12.2014, till now I could not call 198- whenever i call 198, IVR says "Our Executive will call you shortly" and call was cut immediatly- Noone called me even after 6 days. I sent mail to customer care and asked for why they did not activate Rs.45 - DATA PACK No Answer for that. They sent mails stating that the issue is resolved. No reason provided. All their mails (3) were in one line stating that THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I dont know what resolved without doing anything. Meanwhile on 02.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to UMESH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . Again on 03.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to ASHISH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . NOONE CALLED ME SO FAR BUT SMS RECEIVED AS SOMEBODY TALKED TO ME. I could not call 198 from my Mobile as It is Blocked. I demand recredit of my Amount of Rs.122/- but No answer No action. Clear Looting from Reliance. I have not heard of such Ridiculous act from any operator that, without talking to customer, they update their records as talked to customer and issue resolved. It Seems Reliance Staff is/are Afraid of talking to me AS THEY KNOW WELL THAT IT IS RELIANCE FAULT FOR NOT ENABLING THE DATA PACK DESPITE MY REDUCED BALANCE. Very WORST / POOR / RIDICULOUS / STUPID SERVICE FROM RELIANCE. Other Operators like AIRTEL, VODAFONE ... never stops the customer calling - Reliance block my number to stop calling to 198 for NO REASON - Just for Rs.122. WHETHER RELIANCE HAS BEEN RUNNING OUT OF MONEY SO THAT THEY ARE LOOTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS? Please do the needful immediatly. Else I will move my number, thru MNP, to another Telecom operator alongwith 2 more numbers of my family members using Reliance. Yours faithfully Nachiappan

                            Last month I took this no. of reliance. -[protected].. After activating it on the 10th of December, on 25th December, they messaged me that my caf documents have not been verified….but I had already given them to the retailer, ad it was also received by the company, because the no. had been activated 15 days back…I called the customer care also and he said that there was no problem with my verification, the message would have been sent by mistake by the company… But to my surprise, they discontinued my services within a few days….although it being the company’s illogical and careless fault, I have resubmitted my voter id and photograph to the retailer….even the retailer was annoyed by this service of reliance …he ringed up the local reliance authority, but they were too busy to attend the call…kindly resume my services immediately, or I will have to contact further higher authorities and consumer court..i am facing problems due to this sudden irrelevant discontinuation of services.. My alternate no.-[protected] for any queries.

                            1stly, a wrong irrelevant deactivation, 2ndly they wrongly claim of having resolved the issue, 3rdly no response on being pointed out at their consistent mistakes

                              i received a msg near about 3 clock sim card registration failed and the no is switch off plz see the problem and solve the problem asap otherwise i will taking a legal action on the behalf of your compant this is my personal no resolve my problem asap

                                  Today[protected] from morning I am unable to make any outgoing calls and unable to receive incoming calls. Even not in 198 or *333. So I contacted customer care from other phone. The person from other side is telling that he doesn't know all this he can only give details about MNP. I never saw such a worst service. I am using reliance past 4 years.Faced this problem many times and called customer care and immediately they tried to resolved it. What is going on here? How you are hiring people? Is there a proper training to handle this? If my service is not resumed I will definitely go to other service provider and leave reliance.

                                  Though the tower is full the outgoing call is automatically gets dropped and while incoming it is always saying switch off. It is network isuue. Resolved that ASAP.

                                    I have been using Reliance post paid connection for the past 10 years and currently I am living in Pragathi Nagara, Chikka Togur Gate, Near Hosa Road, Hosur Road, Electronic City, Bangalore - 560100. For the past 4 days the signal strength is very weak and not stable at all. I couldn't hear almost any call i receive. And most of the people complaint that they couldn't reach me as the signal bar just vanishes most of the time. This is really a big concern for me now. Kindly check what is the issue. The issue is really frustrating. it was recurring issue and it was not the first time. Issue earlier happened in March 2014 and later rectified. Please look into this and rectify the issue.
