I m from dibrugarh Assam. From the last 5 days I m experiencing very slow network can't browse any website. Only whatsapp is working that too very slow I mean very slow can't send or receive even a image. No action is being regarding this issue. My recharge plan is getting waste. Plz look into the matter. All Reliance Sims of dibrugarh is facing this problem in dibrugarh....
