Reliance is not giving the right service to the customers. The 3g data is enabled by default and If I raise a request to disable the data packet, the customer service is not doing that and the message I got is they cannot do it. What is the use of customer service Is that because they cannot swindle money from innocent customers ? The customer service member was not able to communicate to the customer properly in English. Why is there an option to choose the language in that case? I am totally unsatisfied with the reliance communication. This is completly ridiculous

    Sir, I have recharged my GSM no. with 2G data pack of Rs 73 on January 4, 2015 for 28 days duration.Before 2 days, my data balance was approximately 143 MB and since I didn't use it except fb and whats app. Now when I checked my data balance today, it showed NO DATA BALANCE in my account and also my Rs 341 were reduced to Rs 19 in just one day. Moreover, reliance customer care have smartly blocked my no. so that I can not contact them. They are CHEATING very smartly and why the hell we have to face the circumstances. I want my money back but the customer care have blocked my no. Please help me out of this situation. I am frustrated from the SHAMEFUL acts of Reliance.

        I have wrong charged for Internet usage between the dates 11th to 13th Jan 2015 since my data plan was activated. Total deduction from my main account balance is 236/- Reliance company refunded only 70/-. I'm chasing for remaining 166/- with customer care no.198, but they blocked me twice in 3 days. Still I have not received my balanced refund. Please help me.

          I am rajdeep sen .I took a postpaid connection with Relationship No[protected] and Mobile No.-[protected].I have used for 1 year + and when I wanted to disconnect they turned me down saying that net connection not available or forms not available in two different store. One store shifted. All together I went to three different store. Later I sent mail for cancellation and paid all my due bills and same was acknowledge on phone via customer support supervisor and assured me that the case was closed but after 7 months they came back with lawyer notice saying a bill due and connection not closed. My concern is that when I have not used the service why shall I pay the bill ? Isn't it forcefully collecting the bill. Who will keep a backup of all mails for years? Please help.

            Hi My name is shivam dixit and I am student of Engineering college here in bhopal. I took internet connection 3 months back and paid the money is advance because there was free connection when pay 3 month adance. I am struggling from first day and internet is not at all working properly. sometimes it work for 2-3 hours and then wont work for week or something. I raise complain multiple times and they told it will be resolved, i tried calling atleast 30 times and same response.
            please help me sirr, I am student and its hard for me to pat that much money .. also my study is getting disturbed because of that.
            I am taking some online courses for that i need internet but because of this i am not able to attend the online classes.

Instead of deducting my data balance Reliance has deducted my talktime balance. I have more than Rs 220 in my account.                   My reliance prepaid number [protected] has been temporarily suspended by Reliance Communication without any intimation. Further, customer care at 198 sometimes says to recharge account and sometimes says that there is some document issue and to submit documents at their customer care outlet . However, designated customer care @delhi(karol bagh, paschim puri) are not accepting any document and are saying that all the documents have already been provided by you and there is no need of any further documents.                     I am Vipul Soanki. I am customer of realiance broadband My broadband id is[protected]. From Saturday (10 Jan 15) I am unable to connect with Reliance Broadband login page, without login page costomer cant connecte internet. This same problem in facing almost every second weekends. I am facing this problem since 6 days when ever i call customer care[protected] they just give fake consolation 24 Hrs tosolve the problem.still I am internetless from 10 Jan 15. recently they they have sent me bill on perfact billing cycle time, but no service they are providing ihave talk to almost 4 guys in the call center. they all replies give us 24 hrs this time your problem get solve. everytime they put me on hold. if i ask the name of superviser, they replies they didnt know. I pay every bill on time but still they are not providing me good facility. Please do needful. or u can give me number of any higher authority in reliance broadband service.                     Please consumers forum people do something. This relianve guys are not trustburthy. They again made promivmive tto solve my problem by 19 Jan 15. Still i m internetless.

                    Again, Fake promises by Reliance Broadband. I have recieved mails as well as calls from reliance broadband that my problem will be resolved by 19 Jan 2015 but still I am internetless its 11th day. I have recieved emails of which I have uploaded screenshots below of Mr. Sirajuddin Ansari and Mr. Amol Dubal and also recieved call from Someone name Pooja. that your problem will be resolved. anyway I am finding anyother strong link to show my my problem and reliance broadband's pathetic service

                    Hello Consumer Help Desk,

                    I would like to inform you again that on 16th Jan, 2015 I have lodge a complain against Reliance Broadband Services through your website. My connection is not working since 10th Jan, 2015. I have make so many complaints in[protected] and make many emails to reliance help desk but they underestimated. They not giving me any kind of complain solution.They just making fake promises from call center and emails; I have received emails from Mr. Sirajuddin Ansari and Mr. Amol Dubal and Pooja that my problem will be solved by 19th of Jan, 2015, but it is still same. I am internet less from 10 days.I have already lodge complain on your website against reliance broadband but I am unable to do any comments in that complain. I think reliance make certain changes so that I am unable to do comments. Anyway I have all the shreenshots and all the recording of telephonic conversation and emails between me and reliance. I am ready to give it in righting in consumers forum.What I have from reliance broadband broadband is new Bill for next 3 month of which due date is near. After few days they will start telling me that pay your bill than we will start services. How ridiculous is that! Please help me in that this reliance people is not providing any service they just want customer to pay bill without any services.                       Hi Sir/Madam, I had a reliance datacard for which i raised a request for disconnection on the 15th of Aug 2014. I got a call from Reliance to pay the bill amount of Rs.2038 even though i didnot use the datacard, but when i tried to make the payment, i got an error message saying "The number is invalid ". Now, after 5 months, i got a call from a legal office, saying Reliance people have filed a case on the unpaid bill amount. When i tried to contact the customer care number, the agent told me that the number is deactivated and hence he is unable to provide any assistance to me. Without my fault ie., i tried paying the bill amount inspite of not using it atall, but since it was deactivated, it didnot allow me to make the payment. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please note i did contact the local agent and he told me that the system at your end was not updated and the data card was terminated recently at your end. But what have i got to do with the reliance system not being updated, why when i have not used the datacard have i to pay the sum. Quick respone is appreciated.                       As per the instructions of the Reliance customer care I have made a payment of 642/-
                      Please note that earlier this afternoon i was notified that out of the 2392/-
                      amount642/- was the rental for the month usage and
                      1750/- was the inappropriate amount being charged.
                      The amount of 1750/- is to be waived off as per the discussion.

                        I have been trying to port my Reliance mobile number [protected] for the past two months, but Reliance is regularly rejecting my request with foul reasons for the past four times. They are lagging the time with one way or the other till my post paid bill becomes outstanding and rejecting the same again with the same reason. Even the Nodal officer is giving different versions of the issue when I approached them with the same question. I never confirmed that I would be staying with Reliance, but they are rejecting saying that I have confirmed to stay with Reliance. When I ask for the proof, they fail to substantiate the same.                         Even the Nodal office team at Hyderabad is not providing any proper solution. I have been trying to reach them for the past one week, but they are acting like a Customer Care. This is quite disappointing. Every time they ask me to wait for 48 hours when ever I produce my issue with them. The Floor leader named Mr. Lakshmikanth has promised and confirmed me that my issue will be resolved by Monday I.e. 19.Jan.2015 and also confirmed that he would call me on my mobile to provide the status. This didn't happen. Today again I called to the Nodal office team, a lady named Suganya has picked up my call and told me that Lakshmikanth is not available. When enquired with her on the status of my MNP issue, she is asking me at wait for (one more) 48 hours. I didn't understand why is it taking so much of time to check my records and ensure that my request flow smoothly???

                            I recharged for 199 for 199 TT, 350 MBs & 40 p/mins std/local call, but I didn't get 40p/min benefit rather I got charged at 2p/min for every call.After many complaints, I still not get any corrections. Such company should be blacklisted for cheating.

                              Reliance is providing an excellent service for their customers in supporting their issues. I have been facing an issue from last 3 days, since the day 1 i am trying to contact them for a resolution. Saying it will take 48 hrs to resolve this problem, and i have waited for 2 days complete 48 hrs, and now they were still it will take another 24 hrs to resolve, this is a very good thing to hear from customer service executives.                                   There a a sufficient on my above mobile No [protected] GSM on my last call on 13th Jan but on my net call on 14th Jan a message of non having insufficient amount I cant talk
                                  I made several Complaint at no 198 and *333 find no response due to net work problem. I also made e mail but find no answer Kindly restore my balance

                                    I was facing some problem with respect to the Reliance 2G network, which I got it checked from the reliance technical cell. They suggested me to get a duplicate SIM card. So, I went to the nearest Reliance distribution outlet in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh where I was told that the duplicate SIM card will be charged Rs.100 instead of Rs.25 and when I asked about the receipt, it was also denied.                                       sir, with most humbly and respectfully, this is adarsh kumar from Aurangabad (824101), Bihar. I am using Reliance GSM sim card, my no is [protected], my balance of rupees 5 and 30 paisa is deducted fraudly without any valid reason on 6th of Jan. 2015.When I contacted customer care on 198 they Noted my complain and have given Complain no - [protected]. When I contacted later they told me that your problem will be resolved in next 24 hours but my balance is not refunded till today and after that I cannot make a contact with customer care and even they have not reverted with proper solution.My major concern with them is that i cannot make a contact with them. So, please resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                        I (Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] fed up with cancellation request follow ups and refundable amount around Rs 1900/-. Also I told the customer care like i shifted the flat on 5th Dec, 2014 and am not going to use the same Internet please cancel and process my refund amount ASAP. Reliance is totally failed to cancel my Broadband service and payback my refundable amount. i don't understand why am getting multiple reminders for my payments for Jan 2015.                                         I don't understand why 2nd bill get generated and how many days will take to terminate the service.

                                        Also i paid around Rs 1900/- refundable amount. please let me know when reliance is going to terminate and process my refundable amount.

                                        Still i didn't get any call for above request, and no resolution after consumer complaint also :(

                                        Every time i'm hearing the same like below...
                                        "The request for service cancellation has already been registered Service Request Id[protected], and one of our executives will contact you at the earliest. We have taken up your issue and same will be resolved at the earliest."

                                        More than 10 service request id's generated for my service cancellation and nothing was resolved yet.

                                        Other side am getting mails from reliance legal team to pay bills, as per them My service will be active till the date of cancellation and monthly rental will be applicable till the date of service cancellation.

                                        I don't understand why I need to pay for your fault. (Without cancelling my service since 8th dec, 2014)..

                                        i have paid the bill ...still they sent me an email..reliance launching new innovation everyday..however not updating their current system. Was sad to use reliance services, , hence dropped off.
                                        Same problem. In spite of closing da account n paying all bills still they send notice.bills cleared in 2013.after 3 years they wake and send letters.am still getting notices and email .have sent all paid receipts.
                                        Have already sent attached paid receipts to legal dept.am still getting mail.have cleared all in 2013.account closed
                                        Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.and put an end to those mails when my account is already closed in 2013 with all bills paid the copies of which I have sent to legal dept
