I dont know What resolution you have provided.
Your Person called me on 25.01.2015 and I provided details of my complaint. He informed me that he would register a complaint and do the needful within 3 days.
New Complaint Number :[protected].01.2015 @5.21 PM). On 26.01.2015 @5.51 PM I received a message that "Your SR No :[protected] has been processed. Thankyou for being with Reliance"
After that NO MESSAGE - NO ACTION. But in the site, you have posted as if the complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. Is this what you call the resolution? Dont you feel that this is so STUPID / NONSENSE/ RIDICULOUS? What people will think of you after reading my message. It seems the great RELIANCE also started taking money from customer account like few telecom operators do. When I opted for MNP from videocon 2 years ago, I chose RELIANCE because that no big complaint / no billing problem. Now you also became part of the cheating, silly activities like few operators doing.
What you mean by Satisfaction? You have not done anything as Promised. Still you are trying to Cheat the customer / media as if you have done something with the complaint.
Dont try to cheat. This is my Second time I have posted the complaint. I may be forced to post about this in all social medias which may damage your name further. Donot force me to do this.
For your mistake, you have to recredit my Rs. 122/- to me which is going to be used by me only. Then why this much cheats / wrong messages.
I once again tell you I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE DONE - IN FACT, YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR MY COMPLAINT. Besides posting this in all possible social medias, I may drag you to the Consumer court, if my complaint is not resolved.
