Hello On 4 jan 2015 i recharged my sim with rs 177 in which i got 2gb 3g data for 30 days Everything was going fine until 12 jan 2015 when i recharged my sim with rs 74 in which i got Local R2R 25p min, Local Oth 25p/min(Val- 90 days)+500MB GPRS for 30 days..from here my problem get started From that very day my 3g speed has decreased to 2g and i am trying to get in touch with reliance customer support person from last 13 days but calls are automatically gets disconnect from reliance end... I did not hope this kind of poor support from reliance ...Look this matter fast as possible..my no [protected]

Still facing the poor 3g speed in all area .used other sim of reliance in the same phone the speed is very good but when i use my sim it gives poor speed .its been 16 days until my first complaint reliance need to be shamed on yourself.NEVER USE RELIANCE .

    Reliance PRO3 No signal. Only one day worked. I have complaint so many times but no use from both service provider where i bought this data card and Reliance customer care center. Service Request ID[protected],[protected] Help me. i fed up with this. Thanks Ganesh

      My connection number [protected] my bill amount is 897.76 when i paid for the first time my account got debited and the message from the reliance communications said the payment was unsuccessful so again i paid the amount of 897.76 now twice my account is debited and my account has not been credited back again..please help me out i want my money back soon..

        Hi, I have taken the broadband connection of Reliance on 26th Dec. Till 14th Jan it worked fine, but after that it suddenly got disconnected. I lodged a complaint at their call center on 14th Jan itself. Today it is 24th Jan and still I am getting no connectivity of reliance broadband. I tried multiple times calling their customer care and everytime I got the reply that you will receive a call from our technical team regarding the issue. Till this date, I just received one call from technical team and unfortunately I couldn't receive that call since I was driving. But after that I received no call from their technical team. I tried calling that number also but it could not be reached. I also asked the customer to get a call back from their technical team but their customer care was rude and said that : "You received call but you didn't pick up, it is not our fault". I was flabbergasted by their reply. Anyway, after so much hassling with them I decided to discontinue the service from Reliance since I am getting no Internet anyway. For that also, I lodged a complaint that I want to discontinue the service. But they said they have taken the complaint and will give again a call to confirm. What the hell is with their customer care. I have no clue. I waited for their call for 48 hours but they didn't call, and the next day when I called them again asking about the status of my "discontinuation" request, they replied that they have closed that request. I asked them how can they close the request of discontinuation? They replied that they will again lodge a request and my connection will be terminated within 48 hours after getting a confirmation from me. Till now I haven't received any call from them. Now the status is : I AM STILL GETTING NO CONNETIVITY FROM RELIANCE AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO TERMINATE MY CONNECTION. This is plain customer harassment, mental torture from RELIANCE BROADBAND.           I raised request for termination of reliance net connect plus No [protected] in the month of October but there is no response from them..I paid all the bill but they are keep on generating bills..recently I.e on January 6th of January I got a msg stating that I need to pay bill i was shocked with that message to confirm them once agan I dailed customer care that executive took two complaints for waiveoff and termination those complaint no are[protected],[protected]. till now there is no response from them today when I spoke t their executive I came to know that they closed my complaint s with out asking me wh I started questioning customer care executive disconnected call initially she kept my call o hold fr 38 minutes bt dey are nt giving proper information...money is vry valuable wit out internet how can I pay bill please do need ful

              I am a new user of reliance broadband and have been using it for the last 2 months. My details for the broadband connection are;
              Name: Apoorva Gaurav

              Connection: Reliance Wireline with 1 mbps speed

              With in these 2 months of time, I have lodged number of complaints around 20-25, may be more. I have always been given assurance of permanent resolution of the problem by technical team with in 24 hours and the most surprising thing is, I have never received a single visit from their technical team. This month only I lodged telephonic complaints for almost 4 times and 3 email complaints to broadband as well as appellate authority.

              All my complaints from this moths were merged into last month's complaint, because that was in progress and I am damn sure that it would still be in process. I am eagerly waiting for their 24 hours to complete and get my problems resolved. Now coming on to my problems, all of them are given below;

              1. Everyday, I get my internet disconnected for some stupid reasons like;
              - Connectivity error
              - Server unresponsive
              - Proxy connection problem
              - Network Connection error
              - Remote server is not responding etc.
              These problems come into play almost everyday or atleast once in 2 days on average, but still nothing has been done and I still face this problem. No technical person is doing it, and I am pretty sure that this can not be the issue from server, as the server doesn't work that bad on everyday basis.

              2. Speed of the connection varies from 100 kbps to maximum of 750-760 kbps and my connection says that I am assigned for 1mbps. Connection ha never ever crossed 800 kbps and normally I receive 400-550 kbps on an average. I have lodged complaint for this also and getting only assurance nothing in practice.

              3. I am being charged fully. I have taken postpaid connection and the month goes from 11 of every month to 10th of next month. Please note that I have already received my hard copy of bill today from 11.01.2015 to 10.02.2015. Advance bill (how amazing) irrespective of the problems I am facing. Doesn't matter if the problem is resolved or not, bill will be generated in advance and ever payment due date for the bill completing it's month on 10.02.2015, is 29.01.2015. Isn't it interesting ?
              Also, I have been charged 1300 in advance prior to the connection and only 1200 bucks were adjusted in my bill. Don't know where have my 100 bucks gone?

              I am tired of complaining customer care for my issues and have written to complaint department twice and to appellate authority as well, but my efforts gone in vain.

              I am now writing you to get some justice on it and hope that your intervention into this matter would sure come up with some effective results otherwise I would have to call off the connection.

              Look forward to get some response from reliance with your additional efforts.

              PS: SPEEDTEST SNAPSHOTS ARE FROM OFFICIAL RELIANCE SITE, TAKEN AT DIFFERENT TIME OF DAY.

                Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have been using my mobile no. [protected] for almost 6-7 years and did not face any problem. However for the last five six months, I am unable to connect to customer care on any number either it's 198 or 333. Every time I call, I am told that the called is being transferred and an automated voice starts advertising. Just after the ad finishes, I receive a thank you message from the automated voice and the call gets disconnected. It's happening to me on both the number, provided above.

                I have recharged my mobile with STV109 to get 350 minutes and it's not been even 15 days and now I am being charged with normal tariff. I have done this recharge again today and am unable to check my remaining minutes and have no one to get assistance from. I don't know how am I being charged.

                Kindly look into the matter and activate my customer care service so that I could connect to customer care executives and get information for anything.

                        Sir I am using Reliance Mobile number [protected] since 2 years. On 28.12.2014, I sent message in USSD for activating 3G-7 DAYS-150 MB pack for Rs.45/-. I received a message as "We received your request. Data pack will be enabled shortly". My balance got reduced from Rs.170 to Rs.124 but did not get any more message. I started using the Data upto 12 MB. On 30.12.2014, Net not connected and I called Reliance Cust care - They told NO BALANCE in your A/c and so internet not connected. I lodged a complaint[protected] on same day by calling 198. I got message that balance deducted due to Data usage. From 30.12.2014, till now I could not call 198- whenever i call 198, IVR says "Our Executive will call you shortly" and call was cut immediatly- Noone called me even after 6 days. I sent mail to customer care and asked for why they did not activate Rs.45 - DATA PACK No Answer for that. They sent mails stating that the issue is resolved. No reason provided. All their mails (3) were in one line stating that THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I dont know what resolved without doing anything. Meanwhile on 02.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to UMESH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . Again on 03.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to ASHISH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . NOONE CALLED ME SO FAR BUT SMS RECEIVED AS SOMEBODY TALKED TO ME. I could not call 198 from my Mobile as It is Blocked. I demand recredit of my Amount of Rs.122/- but No answer No action. Clear Looting from Reliance. I have not heard of such Ridiculous act from any operator that, without talking to customer, they update their records as talked to customer and issue resolved. It Seems Reliance Staff is/are Afraid of talking to me AS THEY KNOW WELL THAT IT IS RELIANCE FAULT FOR NOT ENABLING THE DATA PACK DESPITE MY REDUCED BALANCE. Very WORST / POOR / RIDICULOUS / STUPID SERVICE FROM RELIANCE. Other Operators like AIRTEL, VODAFONE ... never stops the customer calling - Reliance block my number to stop calling to 198 for NO REASON - Just for Rs.122. WHETHER RELIANCE HAS BEEN RUNNING OUT OF MONEY SO THAT THEY ARE LOOTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS? Please do the needful immediatly. Else I will move my number, thru MNP, to another Telecom operator alongwith 2 more numbers of my family members using Reliance. FOR MY EARLIER COMPLAINT IN THE SAME FORUM, I RECEIVED CALL FROM[protected] ON 10.01.2015 AND TOLD TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE SHORTLY. AFTER THAT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.                         Your Person called me on 25.01.2015 and I provided details of my complaint. He informed me that he would register a complaint and do the needful within 3 days.
                        New Complaint Number :[protected].01.2015 @5.21 PM). On 26.01.2015 @5.51 PM I received a message that "Your SR No :[protected] has been processed. Thankyou for being with Reliance"

                        After that NO MESSAGE - NO ACTION. But in the site, you have posted as if the complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. Is this what you call the resolution? Dont you feel that this is so STUPID / NONSENSE/ RIDICULOUS? What people will think of you after reading my message. It seems the great RELIANCE also started taking money from customer account like few telecom operators do. When I opted for MNP from videocon 2 years ago, I chose RELIANCE because that no big complaint / no billing problem. Now you also became part of the cheating, silly activities like few operators doing.

                        What you mean by Satisfaction? You have not done anything as Promised. Still you are trying to Cheat the customer / media as if you have done something with the complaint.

                        Dont try to cheat. This is my Second time I have posted the complaint. I may be forced to post about this in all social medias which may damage your name further. Donot force me to do this.
                        For your mistake, you have to recredit my Rs. 122/- to me which is going to be used by me only. Then why this much cheats / wrong messages.

                        I once again tell you I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE DONE - IN FACT, YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR MY COMPLAINT. Besides posting this in all possible social medias, I may drag you to the Consumer court, if my complaint is not resolved.

                        Again the same cheating. Case is not resolved and still pending. How can you say that its resolved to my satisfaction? Your associate told that my case will be resolved in 3 days. Nothing happened. But you posted as if its resolved. Why you try to cheat again and again?

                        Try to resolve the issue or i will take it again.

                        I feel there is serious problem with your company. Lot of complaints nowadays - not resolving. Do you feel money only matters and not customer?

                        I once again tell you I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE DONE - IN FACT, YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR MY COMPLAINT. Besides posting this in all possible social medias, I may drag you to the Consumer court, if my complaint is not resolved.

                          Mobile Number:[protected] I got 1GB 3G data with sim card (FRC-199). Further i recharged with Rs.177 as i got message from *129# which said 2GB 3G data+unlimited facebook, whatsapp...etc. (Refer attachment) But after recharging i got only 1GB.When i contacted customer care, they said it would be credited in 24 hrs.After 24hrs again i contacted customer care and they said its just a random offer.You may or may not get the offer.Then why was the cheating message from *129#????????? Further i recharged with Rs.246 as it said it will provide 2GB 3G data.But after recharge it deactivated the 1GB data by RC-177. This is daylight robbery and straight cheating over hoax promises.                                 Hello sir, I am a user of Reliance GSM service and using reliance GSM no. [protected]. On my number without informing me, I have many Charge making services are activated automatically which cost me around 30 Rs per month. I had complained many time to deactivated these services but still they are not deactivating my charge making unwanted services. Once I had complained this then anyone (customer care) give me some number (198) to dial to deactivate any service, but without deactivated the current service, it activated 1-more extra charge making service and they are not able to refund what so ever they have charged for. I have requested several times to deactivate the caller tune service.however they are still charging monthly rent as 30 Rs. per month on dated 20th of every month and recently they have deducted rental charge on 20th Jan 2015. When this service is deactivated 2 months ago then how come they are still charging and not able to refund. Now, I am complaining to you.                                     my postpaid number is[protected].I have activated monthly rental plan for 149.Detail of this plan is also availble on internet as well as brochure at reliance store.but. I got something else.In this plan I own 300 local minutes per month as per written and told by reliance store and website.But my arrived bill shows "there is no any free 300 minutes plan for you. In spite of this I got only 50 rs discount on bill and none of minutes are free."I used around 400 minutes in a month. So, due to this mistake I got bill for 400 minutes and deducted 50 rs as discount inspite of free 300 minutes . I complaint via call as well as reliance customer care store in Surat. I was neglected being told we don't know much about this plan.None of them helped me.Now, I am frustated being cheated in this case.I want to sue one customer care excutive who suspended my compaint and said it is ressolved, your charges were correctly applied.hope to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I was using a data card with no [protected] taken in 2013. Have asked for a disconnection in early 2014 as I was not using the same. Still there are bills being raised and there is a continuous follow up asking for payments. I have fully paid till the time I asked for a disconnection. In Aug 2014 there was call from a lady claiming to be advocate from Delhi High Court saying that there is a warrant being taken for my arrest and i will have to attend court there. After I called in the customer care there was a respite from the harassment for a month, and later it again started. Today again there was a call from one secretary of an advocate of Delhi High Court. He was talking in a high pitch with high tone using very abusive and demeaning language. Even after I listened to him for more than a minute he was not ready to hear what i had to say, all he was bothered was to threaten and intimidate me. Calling from[protected] and [protected]. Fail to understand why i am being harassed like this even after paying what was lawfully due from me. And how are these people blatantly misusing the Honourable High Court for thugging gullible public.

                                      Harassment by Reliance Communications has reached new heights. Pursuant to a complaint placed here there was a call from Reliance Communications on 23rd January 2015 around 11:30 a.m. and the officer had promised me that there would be no further claims raised on my account and it is fully closed.

                                      Today I receive a conciliation notice on my email from an advocate stating that I have misrepresented facts and trying to defraud Reliance Communications. Also mentioned in there was that criminal and civil proceedings would be initiated against me.

                                      This thing is exerting a lot of pressure on me and causing mental disturbance.
                                      I now really feel repentant that I ever chose to utilize the services of Reliance Communications and contemplating legal action to protect myself from the harassment I am being subjected to.

I am having 3 reliance sims [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Today for [protected] I have paid Rs.125 to avail the rate cutter. But it is seen that usual charges only charged and the rate cutter is not applied. So I have again contacted[protected]. They have simply replied that the rate cutter is in force and informed to contact 198. The attempts made were not fruitful. Pl. inform me what is the problem with you in allowing the rate cutter to me. If the rate cutter is not activated still, if there is any problem in activating the rate cutter the amount of Rs.125/- may be credited to my mobile number [protected] The lady staff attended thro'198 first accepted that the Ph.No.[protected] is your office phone number. after explaining the dispute the same staff denied that they have not made any call to my mobile [protected] regarding the rate cutter. Pl. inform me who has contacted me([protected]) on 17.1.2015 from Ph..[protected] @3.22pm.

                                        Sorry, not yet resolved. Your staff discussed with me on 22.1.2015 thro' phone no.[protected] at 1.38pm. I've informed him to intimate the name of the person and designation spoke with me on 17.1.2015 at 3.22pm from phone no.[protected], who has created all these problems to file a case before the consumer forum OR to credit the amount of Rs.125/- paid as rate cutter to my mobile no.[protected]. Your staff finally informed me that he will discuss the request with his higher authorities and inform me the result of action. His reply is still awaited. But all of a sudden you are mailing me that "your staff resolved it to my satisfaction". Pl. note that the matter is not resolved and pending with you still. Pl. avoid giving wrong conclusion to close the file in favour of you.
