It would be my extreme pleasure if someone looks for my case carefully and
attentively.
As I am more than frustrated now.
So here starts my case:-
I had a successfully running prepaid number of Reliance since 2012, but
unfortunately I got a call about a post paid plan and I was interested for
it. So, I accepted converting my pre-paid services to post paid services.
And see what result I got-
>> I was told that it would be converted to postpaid within 3-4 days but it
took 13 days without any reason, still I didn't worry.
>>It got activated on 20/Nov/2014 about 8:34 P.M. and I was barred from
outgoing services on 22/Nov/2014 at 2:37P.M. Although my verification
result was positive.
>> I called sales representative from which I took number, I didn't had any response from him.
>> From 30/Nov/2014 I am barred from every service, incoming, outgoing
both.
>> I am even barred from every customer care service, my call does not
connect to any of the number of customer care of reliance which includes
198, *333, *222, 30333333, even live chat service.
MY MAIN CONCERN IS:
>> I asked the reason why I am banned form out going services the man at
reliance web world replied that my account usage is high due to internet
usage about 900 MB and I need to pay like Rs.9000 and I do not understand how it can be as I use mobile Samsung B229. I was told I have been charged as per roaming charge by a customer service representative.
And during that period I was not in roaming or even a week before.
It is my one only number I am using since 2011 and I have put this number
everywhere so you can understand from which difficulties I am suffering
from like unable to log in to internet banking, unable to Verify TFA
(where one time password generated), my all relatives, etc.
I can not understand how many times I need to report that I did not do any internet activity?
How it is possible to use internet in SAMSUNG B229? And I do not have any other phone other than this.
I was also said that internet was used in roaming, what a joke, my number is of NCR and Noida Sec-60 clearly a part of NCR, isn't it?
I am using the same phone since Feb 2014.
And I was in my office from 21 Nov 2014 from 9:00 pm to 22 Nov 2014 7:00 am and we are not allowed to use our phone even.
It is going extremely, extremely frustrating for me, now I have started receiving calls for paying the bill generated.
I do have all the proofs also that I was in office in between the period I got the report of internet usage, received messages of activation de-activation and all on Samsung B229, I also have a WIFI connection Unlimited 2MBPS which I use to surf internet.
INCONVENIENCE FOR 2 MONTHS WAS NOT ACCEPTED!!!
I WASTED MY MONEY ON VISITING WEB WORLD AGAIN AND AGAIN NO USE!!! ALMOST MORE THAN 10 TIMES.
ONE OF THE RELIANCE REPRESENTATIVE HAS TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET RESOLUTION IN WEB WORLD RAJEEV CHOWK NEW DELHI, SO I VISITED THERE ONLY FOR THIS REASON, BUT THEIR I GOT REPLY THAT THE REQUEST HE GENERATED OF GETTING USAGE DETAILS COULD BE DONE FROM VAISHALI AS WELL. I DONT KNOW IF REPRESENTATIVE DO NOT SUCH A SIMPLE KNOWLEGE HOW THEY ARE HIRED ON GIVING SERVICES? I WAS ASKED TO GO RAJEEV CHOWK FOR NO REASON?
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL AFTER TWO DAYS NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS BUT FOR ME ONLY YOU KNOW.
THIS IS MY ONLY NUMBER I AM OPERATING SINCE 2011. I AM NOT TOUCH WITH ANY ONE ELSE ACCEPT MY PARENTS AND MY BEST BUDDY, SO OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY WISHES THIS TIME TOO.
I have attached various proofs to you as well, I hope it helps you to
clarify.
I have mailed appellate authority on 19 Dec 2014 and got replied on 29 Dec 2014, took 10 days to reply still didn't get the answer to my concern.
THAT IS, WHY I AM BEING CHARGED FOR ANYTHING REGARDING INTERNET IF HAVE NOT DONE AND CAN NOT DO IT EVEN.
