HI, Ported my Airtel number [protected] to reliance on 14th December 2014. The process got completed on 20th Dec 2014 and phone worked properly fro couple of days. Since 23rd Dec reliance disconnected my numbers despite of provide aadhaar card copy and all documents while porting number. Phone is disconnected since then that too it is office phone wich is hitting badly in official work. Contacted call center but they asked me to touchbase with local reliance shop. For initial 8 days got the answers that it will start in next 2-3 hours and from last 2 days even they are reluctant to pick up my phone calls. Bull service with no responsibility. Local shop is reliance web in dadar (near shivaji park). Person who is handlling issue is pintu and Bunty. Very very bad experience on the initial days. Now just waiting for 6 months to complete so that i can port this number to other operator and get rid out of reliance. Alternate number is [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com)

I request to do Reliance CDMA Postpaid To Reliance CDMA Prepaid with same NAME & ADRESS & passport size photo Dated 13/12/2014 in Reliance Office Vepery Branch & also Submitted My Name /Adress Proof/ ID Proof/ Passport Size photo for the Reliance Prepaid CDMA request in Reliance Office Vepery Branch (Purasawalkkam) Chennai.CAF NO.[protected].And also I cleared my postpaid dues For Rs. 300/-(Rs.168/- old due + Rs. 132/- Excess Amount) Payment Reciept Number – PMT[protected] dated 13/12/2014. And Reliance Office vepery branch they forwarded all my documents to Reliance Communication Dated 16/12/2014.(As per Reliance Office Vepery Branch-Pursawalkkam) My Reliance Postpaid CDMA Connection [protected] Activated to Reliance Prepaid CDMA Dated 15/12/2014.I did Reliance CDMA recharge pack for Rs. 46/- for Rate Cutter & Rs. 50/- For Talktime dated 15/12/2014.And enjoyed prepaid connection for 2 days. Suddenly My Reliance Prepaid CDMA Number [protected] is stop working Incoming & Outgoing Dated 17/12/2014 to 23/12/2014. I continually follow up for this issue with Reliance 198, *333, Live Chat, emails to customercare, emails to TRAI, emails to RCOM Appellate Authority TN.They had not issued any complaint number for my complaint - Reliance Prepaid CDMA Number [protected] is stop working Incoming & Outgoing Dated 17/12/2014 to 24/12/2014. And finally 198 customercare asked me to submit my proof documents again to Reliance Main Office Nungambakkam Chennai Because they had not received my documents from Reliance Office Vepery Branch.(Where I already submitted My all documents dated 13/12/2014 to Reliance Office Vepery Branch (Purasawalkkam) Chennai). I submitted again my All document to Reliance Main Office Nungambakkam Chennai Dated 22/12/2014 CAF No.[protected]. I received email from RCOM Appellate Authority saying that My number Got Activated. As per RCOM Appellate Authority TN email commitment dated 23/12/2014 1) Reliance=[protected]' Re: [protected] was suspended last 7 days without giving any reason by sms/call 2) {DWML14202593} [REPLY1] Re:Re: <.FW.>'Reliance=[protected]' Re: [protected] was suspended last 7 days without giving any reason by sms/call My Number Reliance Prepaid CDMA - [protected] Got Activated again . As per above email reference, They have made a note of thier concern and take this as a feedback to improve RCOM services to meet my expectations. Assuring me of RCOM best services always. Again I enjoyed my prepaid Reliance CDMA connection for 5 days (23/12/2014 to 27/12/2014). Again Suddenly My Reliance Prepaid CDMA Number [protected] is stop working Incoming & Outgoing Dated 28/12/2014 time 12.01 Am onwards. I Again continually follow up for this issue with Reliance 198, *333, Live Chat, emails to customercare, emails to TRAI, emails to RCOM Appellate Authority TN. They had issued complaint number for my complaint - Reliance Prepaid CDMA Number [protected] is stop working Incoming & Outgoing Dated 28/12/2014 onwards. As per complaint Numbers given by Reliance Communication RCOM below... Complaint Number 198 Customercare[protected] Date : 28/12/2014 mornning Complaint Number 198 Customercare - [protected] Date : 29/12/2014 mornning RCOM Appellate Authority TN Complaint Number[protected] Date : 29/12/2014.time 07:23 PM And I received my reply email from Reliance Customer care dated 29/12/2014 at afternoon saying that my number [protected] got Terminated.No Reason they had given. Please let me know where is my mistake, where is customer mistake………. When I submitted my all documents as per your Reliance customercare request 2 times - CAF NO.[protected] dated 13/12/2014 & CAF No.[protected]. Dated 22/12/2014.     My Prepaid Number [protected] Got activated today by 3.21 PM.This is the 3rd time Activated with same number, Same Network, Same Name &amp; Adress .
    On 15/12/2014 my number got activated from postpaid to prepaid, I did Recharge For Rs.46/- Rate Cutter &amp; Rs. 50/- Full Talk Time.Today it shows nill in my balance..

    Last 25 days for my issue Incoming &amp; Outgoing not working to my mobile number [protected],
    I am doing Business as a agent with Industrial Supplier, My Industrial Customers knows my Mobile Number [protected] All over India, Due to this issue My Business got badly affected, My big Orders gone to some other vendors during this period...

    Keep on following up with emails to customercare &amp; RCOM Appellete Authority TN, Talking with Customercare 198, *333, Live Chat with Reliance, Visitting Main Reliance office alternate days continuosly for my issue..(From My Place to Reliance Main Office 20 KM).

    Wasted my Valuable time, Money &amp; Energy, Mentally Disturbed during this issue with continuosly follow up with my issue with Reliance Communications Ltd..

    Please Guide me how to claim for all above mention problems faced by me during this last 25 Days...

    My Reliance Prepaid Number got activated [protected] dated 08/01/2015 03.00 pm. But I did recharge for Rs. 46/- Rate Cutter &amp; Rs. 50/- talktime on dated 15/12/2014.it shows nill balance.Please look on this issue.

    One more Issue with poor service by your customercare Chennai Office (Wrong Commitment)…Refer below topic……
    I went to Reliance Main Office, Nungambakkam Branch Chennai.And met Ms. Banu - (Mobile No-[protected]) customercare executive to cancel my Number [protected].This number given by her 06/01/2015, Saying that I will not get My Number [protected] in Prepaid (Wrong Commitment By Ms. Banu).

    So she forced me, Confused me to take My Number [protected] in Postpaid only.I did that procedure &amp; she gave me one alternate number [protected] and said after 5 days i will get my number in postpaid [protected].
    But actully I need my number in [protected] in prepaid only.
    Once I got activated My prepaid mobile number [protected] on 08/12/2015, I went to Reliance Main Office Nungambakkam Branch Chennai &amp; met Ms. Banu Customercare (Mobile No-[protected]) to cancel the procedure to do postpaid The cancel alternate number [protected].She gave me one service number[protected]Jan-2015 19:05:40 &amp; Said She sent the procedure for cancelling the postpaid procedure &amp; the cancel alternate number [protected].

    On Dated 10/01/2014. Keep on calling Ms. Banu she is not attending my calls(Last 2 days).Then i did Live Chat with reliance morning.&amp; asked about the Service Number[protected].In that I came to know that Ms. Banu Taken Given this service number[protected] for prepaid to postpaid Request.Actually Not for procedure for cancelling the postpaid procedure &amp; the cancel the alternate number [protected].
    Finally In Live Chat They taken the cancel the procedure for postpaid &amp; cancel the Alternate Number [protected] this morning.Service number[protected]

    Request you to don’t do any postpaid procedure for my mobile number [protected].I am happy with Prepaid only.

      Hi I have recharged with 799 unlimited plan and it was due for renewal on 30th Dec, but the co started deducting amount from the main balance and deducted a total of 55 rupees from my account. I called the customer care no 198 and asked them about this deduction but they themselves were not knowing about the plan and said the deduction is justifiable but when i challenged it they agreed for a refund and raised a complaint no but its been five days and there is no refund yet. I have send numerous emails to their president services mail id but not response from them as well. Even they have barred my no from calling customer care no 198. This has been the fifth instance in 2014 where they have charged unnecessarily and reverted back. There should be strict action for these service providers for looting customers. I really feel concerned about the people in villages where they do the same and i am definitely sure they do it. Request you to please raise this as a matter of concern and have the amount refunded ASAP. Regards, Sanket [protected]

      Its been more than 3 days i am sent a message saying that the issue is resolved but there has been no resolution yet, even my no has been barred from calling customer care no 198. I have been trying for the last 15 days but no luck. When i try to reach from a different mobile no i can connect to 198. No balance of 55 ruppes have been credited and the issue is closed. Can you please advise what has been done so far?

        Today I first called on 121 from my reliance GSM SIM 88XXXXXX720, where I got information that my first offer is for Rs. 199/- having full talk time of 199 + 500 MB 3G internet usage + all calls at 40 paise per minute for 28 days. (Checked several times and still its giving same information) Then I recharged my same reliance GSM SIM for Rs. 199/- but got a message mentioned 199 full talk-time and 350 MB 3G data for 28 days only. And also when I checked my data balance, its showing only 348.65 only. This is ultimate fraud service I faced yet from Reliance and I want proper resolution on urgent basis. @Reliance GSM: Kindly serve your customers what u promise otherwise just close your company and stop making us fool.

        This is Reliance, Always customer need to chase them against everyday fraud that reliance making with us.

        Kindly learn from other competitors like Vodafone and improve your services and stop making Customer fool.

          I had recharged for Rs. 210 expecting full talk time and Rs. 0 was credited. After the incident when i lodged a complaint at Reliance Customer Service, they says no scheme exits for Rs. 210 and if so when i asked to refund they says I'll forward to Senior and hang up the phone. Continuesly I called them 5 times and they did the same thing. At first place if there is no scheme why cant they alert that such a value pack recharge doesnot exist. And even if they dont deduct why can't they refund. Reliance is such a fraud company, they almost kill there customers.

          I got a sms from RM-Reliance as follows:-

          Dear Reliance Customer, we are trying to contact you for resolution on your query. Kindly respond to our call from [protected]. Thank you.

          I didn't received any call yet. Therefore, I tried calling on this number, but it seems like this number doesnot exist.

          Kindly give me a number that exists and works.
          Ah!! I got a call from [protected] to know my problem, thanks for the acknowledgement.

          But the most funniest and weirdest thing is according to them, from the amount 210, they have taken 180 for processing fee.
          I don't know what is it and have no idea about the remaining amount. Why in the world there is a processing fee for prepaid users.

          When asked them to explain about the processing fee, they were unable to do the same and says it is been shown in the system.
          And the person calling me stated he can only say what the system is showing and the humans working in the system can't do anything other than the system, proving themselves to be useless.

          In short Rs.210 is a mystery no one could explain what is it or in other words, the organization has eaten up and can't return it.

          Would take care in future about this organization of not being a customer and would also suggest the same to my nearest ones.

          Thank you, and the complaint will still remain open because it is not resolved and yeah it is a mystery. :-)

I have showing the internet data balance.and i do not activated any service. please refund my balance as soon as possible . also when i call 198 customer care no. no one attend the call and call is disconnected automatically, please also solve this problem MY balance is deducted so many times in past but due to this problem i cant complained you .               My No Is [protected]. i have been facing the issue of incorrect bill for past few months . The last month i was charged extra of RS 113 and this month of Rs 528. I havent used any internet or premium services as myphone doesnt support internet . While looking for the resolution of the issue through google search i came to know that other customer also suffered from this issue before and had incorrect bill amount. I am not willing to pay any single amount of money for the services i havent used and i wont pay the amount charged in VAS. VAS services for 51234.

                I am using Reliance Broadband service from last 3 years. My Subscriber ID[protected]. I have done online transaction for my Reliance bill payment on 16th Dec. Amount is deducted from my bank account and submitted to RCL POS agent post that immediately i got time out from RCL website. So i didn't received bill payment transaction ID from RCL. I have transaction ID between my bank and RCL POS which is captured in my bank account statement and same is shared with RCL executives. Every time i open the complaint ticket and RCL customer care close the same without any resolution by saying that they need scan copy of payment proof which i have already provided as email attachment. I want to understand where that amount gone which is deducted from my bank account???? My banker is saying that amount is deposited to RCL POS. RCL is telling lie that they have not received any payment. I don't know on what basis they are saying. Have they checked with their POS agent or billdesk who so ever. I want my money back. RCL has given me one more hit by sending bill for next month with double amount with penalty for the non payment of last month bill due to bill payment issue of last month for which i have mentioned the details above. I don't know why this organization is not willing to keep their customer satisfied and always encouraging their staff to frustrate the customer so that he/she can live RCL services soon. I hope RCL don't want to grow. Please suggest me how i can get this issue resolved. This is severely an mental torture. Regards, Niraj

                Reliance Communications has suspended my broadband services because of non payment of monthly bill which i have paid but Reliance Communications is denying.
                Bill payment problem was at RCL end. They have to provide me proof where the online payment made by me got stuck.
                So how can they suspend my broadband services.
                This is truly gunda raj by them. Problem is at their end they are unable to provide proof of amount paid by me to Reliance communication online.
                They don't want to understand the customer problem and they are not professional.
                So much mental harassment by Reliance communication.

                Online payment issue which i have suffered is due to Reliance Communication. Bill amount deducted from my bank account still Reliance communication disconnect my service. Its their mistake and still they are doing such a cheap activity,

                Every time customer face due to mistake from that service provider, specially Reliance Communications.

                Reliance Communication is not an reliable and trust able service provider.

                Company objective is to make money by customer dissatisfaction.
                With reference to the issue related to the complaint number[protected] i have received refund of Rs 392 from RCL POS which was stuck at RCL POS during online payment transaction on 16th Dec to pay bill of 27th November 2014.

                Yesterday i visited Reliance store as suggested by Reliance customer care and i got this issue resolved there itself.

                Now in my next month bill cycle (27th Dec 2014), previous month payment amount is shown pending along with delay charges of Rs 100.

                Request you to waive off 100 Rs delay charges which is actually not delayed, i have paid bill online on 16th Dec but due to technical issue at Reliance Communication end payment transaction not succeeded.

                Please resend the 27th Dec bill post waive off of 100 Rs delay charges. I will pay the bill immediately.

                And also request you to resume my broadband services which you have suspended 2 days back due to last month bill payment issue because of Reliance Communication Technical error.

                Please open an new complaint number for the waiver of Rs 100.

                    I have placed a request for termination of my account on 4th June 2014. I have a confirmation from you stating there are no dues towards my account on 10th July 2014 same has been from your ID ( Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com) stating there are no dues outstanding and that my termination request will be processed in 7 working days.I have attached a screenshot of the same. Suddenly I get a mail stating I have requested for a change in plan when there absolutely no request that I have made from my side. Please give proof for any such request made by me. All of a sudden I get a legal notice stating outstanding of Rs 1087/- towards my account!! After contacting the Mr Girish Bhuva from the legal firm Shadab Perzade, Mr Bhuva checked on the system and assured that the outstanding will be waived off and asked us to check and confirm in 3 to 4 days. However after speaking to your customer care representative the same is still outstanding. This has been harrowing experience and I expect a resolution on this at the earliest.

I have been charged wrongly since yesterday for every single sec. from above mentioned service number. I did try to call customer care but it is coming busy since yesterday. Finally, I have tried written chat option on your portal, where I have been told by your rep. named Shabnam that there are some black out days where they charge at base rate. I have not been notified about any such change in call value. I was using local call pack of Rs73 validity 180 days, I thought it's been finished or so I have bought another Rs 73 local pack validity 180 days but result was same as I have been charged again at base rate.That means I have paid another Rs73 for nothing just because of lack of communication or misleading intention of Reliance Communications. Customer Rep. Shabnam neither understood whole issue nor tried to help me with any resolution and finally closed her chat room without any reply.I have full chat history as legal proof. Again after 15th November-18th November Reliance Com system upgrade or system breakdown, this was your another jolt without any advance notification. I have been told that company has sent sms reg. Black out info., If that is true why are they hesitating to show sender reports generated at their end.                           I have ported from LOOP to Reliance and had opted for Rs 99 tariff Plan which gave me benefits of 250 mins call, 200 sms and 1 GB of 3G net pack. However I was informed later through a reliance service call that on my number Rs 199 tariff Plan has been activated. I had immediately contacted the customer care to resolve the issue but they were arrogant and were not of any help to me. I also called the Appellate authority of Reliance but after wasting 35-40 mins of my time, they came up with no solution forcing me to accept the 199 plan. They also tried to fool me that the company doesn't offer any such plan and then later made excuses. I was busy during the month and so couldn't register my complaint earlier. I have also received the bill for the month and now even the Bill is shown overstated with some wrong figures which adds up to Rs. 772. Bill Details : Period :[protected] to[protected] Date :27 Dec 2014 Bill No. :[protected] Also I have now. for the sake of it, registered another service request online with Reliance which I highly doubt of being helpful and so I have not waited for any response for the request before registering this complaint. Service Request ID :[protected]. I want my plan to be Rs 99 Plan also the Bill be restated accordingly. I request to please look into the matter and redress my grievance at the earliest.

                            Government should ban on Rowdy Reliance netconnect connection and charging for the bill of the 3 months Barred connection. I got a call at [protected] at 15:10, 15:20, 15:27 spoken by Naveen team leader as he said and kushi the executive who shouted at me of which I have recored the conversation. They actually scolded me and criticized me and started commanding me and told that if you don't pay we will make you pay 30000 in the court. Will any one pay the bill for the connection which is barred from 3 or 4 months. If I ask in Reliance World they told how will you get internet for the barred connection.                               It would be my extreme pleasure if someone looks for my case carefully and attentively. As I am more than frustrated now. So here starts my case:- I had a successfully running prepaid number of Reliance since 2012, but unfortunately I got a call about a post paid plan and I was interested for it. So, I accepted converting my pre-paid services to post paid services. And see what result I got- >> I was told that it would be converted to postpaid within 3-4 days but it took 13 days without any reason, still I didn't worry. >>It got activated on 20/Nov/2014 about 8:34 P.M. and I was barred from outgoing services on 22/Nov/2014 at 2:37P.M. Although my verification result was positive. >> I called sales representative from which I took number, I didn't had any response from him. >> From 30/Nov/2014 I am barred from every service, incoming, outgoing both. >> I am even barred from every customer care service, my call does not connect to any of the number of customer care of reliance which includes 198, *333, *222, 30333333, even live chat service. MY MAIN CONCERN IS: >> I asked the reason why I am banned form out going services the man at reliance web world replied that my account usage is high due to internet usage about 900 MB and I need to pay like Rs.9000 and I do not understand how it can be as I use mobile Samsung B229. I was told I have been charged as per roaming charge by a customer service representative. And during that period I was not in roaming or even a week before. It is my one only number I am using since 2011 and I have put this number everywhere so you can understand from which difficulties I am suffering from like unable to log in to internet banking, unable to Verify TFA (where one time password generated), my all relatives, etc. I can not understand how many times I need to report that I did not do any internet activity? How it is possible to use internet in SAMSUNG B229? And I do not have any other phone other than this. I was also said that internet was used in roaming, what a joke, my number is of NCR and Noida Sec-60 clearly a part of NCR, isn't it? I am using the same phone since Feb 2014. And I was in my office from 21 Nov 2014 from 9:00 pm to 22 Nov 2014 7:00 am and we are not allowed to use our phone even. It is going extremely, extremely frustrating for me, now I have started receiving calls for paying the bill generated. I do have all the proofs also that I was in office in between the period I got the report of internet usage, received messages of activation de-activation and all on Samsung B229, I also have a WIFI connection Unlimited 2MBPS which I use to surf internet. INCONVENIENCE FOR 2 MONTHS WAS NOT ACCEPTED!!! I WASTED MY MONEY ON VISITING WEB WORLD AGAIN AND AGAIN NO USE!!! ALMOST MORE THAN 10 TIMES. ONE OF THE RELIANCE REPRESENTATIVE HAS TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET RESOLUTION IN WEB WORLD RAJEEV CHOWK NEW DELHI, SO I VISITED THERE ONLY FOR THIS REASON, BUT THEIR I GOT REPLY THAT THE REQUEST HE GENERATED OF GETTING USAGE DETAILS COULD BE DONE FROM VAISHALI AS WELL. I DONT KNOW IF REPRESENTATIVE DO NOT SUCH A SIMPLE KNOWLEGE HOW THEY ARE HIRED ON GIVING SERVICES? I WAS ASKED TO GO RAJEEV CHOWK FOR NO REASON? MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL AFTER TWO DAYS NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS BUT FOR ME ONLY YOU KNOW. THIS IS MY ONLY NUMBER I AM OPERATING SINCE 2011. I AM NOT TOUCH WITH ANY ONE ELSE ACCEPT MY PARENTS AND MY BEST BUDDY, SO OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY WISHES THIS TIME TOO.                               Reliance customer care is not doing anything, they are only annoying and irritating me.
                              They are only forcing me to pay the bill payment, not listening to my concern.
                              They are only telling me about the Internet usage done from my no. However, I am asking for the details it is not possible to get Internet access in my mobile or if Internet accessed so from where, which location, which IP address, IMEI number or MEID no., Which mobile and SIM no.?
                              As I was given another SIM card upon which my post paid services need to be activated. However, It was given useless and my post paid services got activated on my previous SIM card only(In which I was using prepaid services).
                              It is not the 1st time I got this trouble I had faced certain problems before too but they were negligible in front of issue arrived this time.

                                    I requested to cancel my subscription, however i was called & informed that i will not be charged for next 3 months & have free usage. The lady who called me said ITS FREE & NO CHARGES @ ALL. I was sent this bill which is showing a charge. WHY'S THAT??I'm not paying anything & please cancel my subscription effective immediately. Hi Aparajita Sahoo, Officer - Customer CareReliance Communications Limited I requested a termination of my services beforehand (which was way ahead of my new billing cycle) & it was suppose to be cancelled, however during the interim this lady from cust service called me with the 3 free months subscription offer & assured me there will be absolutely no charge & if i wish to cancel i can do so post 3 months. Now if your co. has decided to activate the free service after 4/5 days of my billing start date that's definitely not within my control & i wasn't intimated about this @ all or else i wouldn't have agreed to the offer. I provided the reason of cancellation being the new broadband connection (ACT) & i'm very satisfied with their services, i haven't used your (Reliance) net connect for more than a month now & may never use it in future after this experience. Its definitely not about 187 rupees but this is about doing business the ethical way & your cust must be made aware of all policies/mandate info upfront.I would request a waiver of these charges which i believe is incorrectly updated based on what was promised to me & post that's taken care i will let you know about ending my long-term relationship with reliance.                                       Sir, My User id[protected] is not working since 26-sept-2014 as Reliance Broadband/Communication has taken back the internet providing machine/ Junction box/ Router from the building premises. It has been uninstall/removed from your company side as there was some issue with our society (Dwarkesh Apartment, L.T.Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092). I had already paid one year advanced rental and my internet is not working. I request a refund of all the pendinf amount due to received from 26-sept-2014 along with interest charge since they have not given service and also not refunding money till date and using it for there own purpose.                                         Hello, I purchased your combo plan (broadband+land line) of broadband connection on 10th DEC. 2014 of Rs. 749/-pm. Your technical engineers given only broadband connection but not land line connection(land line). I already purchase telephone instrument but give telephone line by your service man because of this i cant get the facility of land line. i also complaint at customer care but they did not give any positive response only given complaint no. your's sales man by which i purchase your service, they also did not give response after taking complete payment. Please take action regarding this complaint, and send service man at my home to installed land line connection with my instrument. Your customer user id[protected] Anil Gupta
