I have purchased cdma phone in december 2014 with one year upfront payment. I stopped using the phone from may 2015 owing to its poor network. I have requested customer care to discontinue the services on november 2015. I have not got any reply from them till date. The connection has not been terminated yet and they are generating bills. As i have not used or using the phone for the billed period, i have refused to pay the amount. I also wrote an email to appellate authority but no reply from that as well. When i call the appellate authority for this issue, they say that mail department is different. While the entire world runs over emails, they do not. When they need to communicate, they can use the email, but cannot reply. Please help me resolve the issue. I wrote to nodal officer too but i am not hopeful at all.
