Dear Sir,

I tried everything what in my hand but relience people are not going to help me as they have my 3 month advance no i tried to call customer care many time below are the reference no

So basically that people can not solve my problem and all your customer executive is lair they mention in system that problem solve its actually not I am from IT field I am a engineer now relience IT department I don't know how reliance hire that type of person who don't have a single knowledge about this thing all the time just check speed yes sir it's ok ! My foot that is ridicules I ask them to meet customer why they are not doing that i am facing this problem since last 1 month no one is going to solve.

      = i don't know where to put this issue, so i am putting here =

      I am reliance customer from maharashtra since 1 year. Their service and support are good. Only worst thing is that they are treating customers from maharashtra as insignificant.
      Here is how:
      In may 2015, data for ul plans prepaid was rs 999 = 25 gb
      In sep 2015, data reduced for ul plans prepaid to rs 999 = 20 gb
      In jan 2016, data again reduced for ul plans prepaid to rs. 999 = 15 gb
      Now in april 2016, data again reduced to rs. 999 = 6.5 gb.

      While for other states, it is still 24 gb or 20 gb. What sins are done by people in maharashtra that they are treated as wasteful?
      Also, your speed is good does not mean you are king of internet.

        Sir this Is to inform you that my reliance mobile number [protected] has been suspended from few days which has been portability from tatadocomo to reliance forcibly by some reliance sales executives as my mobile number is now suspended without any reason and not getting activate I even requested in many reliance stores and begged them a lot and not even less to catch their legs but they were not giving any certain information regarding my number sir as my mobile number is been used by me from past 8-10 years and it had been with my relatives friends etc even my mobile number is also related to bank accounts sir hence this my 3rd request as I am having many problems realted to that number so I request u to kindly get activate my number and take necessary action my alternate mobile number is [protected] and [protected] so plaza get it activate

        Till now my complaint is not solved and reliance does it took any action I once again request to activate my number immediately so as I have some personal urgent requirement plzz take necessary action I store is giving proper response and they were simply misguiding me and they were telling that God knows we can't help this is the network wat the reliance is

Sohan / miss sapna –[protected] for new offer 1300 with 50% discount so i agree for regally reliance customer with promise your executive and case logged but plan activate without 50% discount and my due bill rs.1488 with tax . So please activate my plan 1300 with 50% discount i have never expected this treatment from such a reputed group like reliance communication to harass its customer by these unethical practices. I would like your kind concern in this matter.

            Dear Reliance Customer Care,

            I Nikunj Domadia using reliance mo. no. [protected], previously it was prepaid that I converted to postpaid plan.
            Reliance store executive told me that for me Reliance Jalsa 197 is the best plan in which I will get following benefits

            1.) Reliance to Reliance Mobile Unlimited Free (which can be used in Local, STD and Roaming also)
            2.) Reliance to Any Landline i.e. BSNL, RELIANCE, AIRTEL, TATA etc.. Unlimited Free (which can be used in Local, STD and Roaming also)
            3.) Reliance to Other Mobile 300 Minutes Free (which can be used in Local, STD and Roaming also)
            4.) Reliance to Any Mobile 200 SMS Messages (which can be used in Local, STD and Roaming also)
            5.) 2G Internet Unlimited Free without any speed limitations (which can be used in Local and Roaming also)

            After using 300 free minutes other mobile call charges would be 0.25 per minute for Local and STD mobile calls.

            I convinced by store executive and I opted for this plan, but after few days I have come to know that my postpaid plan is not this plan which commitment given by Reliance. So I talked to store executive and inquired about this, store executive told me that he is taking necessary actions and definitely I will get the plan which commitment is given to me.

            He taken the necessary actions to change the plan and I have come to know that my plan name is change to Jalsa Plan, so I get relaxed that now I will get the above mentioned all benefits.

            But when I received bill I found that I am not getting above mentioned benefits. In bill my all calls are deducted from my free minutes benefit. Also I checked from 198 where I found that above mentioned all benefits are not activated on my mo. no., only local reliance local calling is presently free and all other calls are chargeable and deducting from my 300 free minutes.

            So kindly update all the plan benefits to my mo. no. [protected] immediately and inform me.

            Also emailed this matter to [protected]@relianceada.com, but still waiting for Reliance reply.

            Note: Complaint No. is.[protected]Today I got the complaint No. but from past few days I got only false information and commitments from Reliance.)

            Once again requesting Reliance to update all the plan benefits to my mo. no. [protected] immediately and inform me.

              I subscribed for reliance post paid Jalsa998 plan with 50%discount of mob no-[protected] [Please find the enclosure for your reference]. The terms and conditions of plan was, unlimited calling to any number i.e. R-R/R-Other along with unlimited 2G data. The plan is applicable when I was in roaming also.
              Recently, i.e. on 30/03/2016, I have received a message from Reliance Communication that “I am over using my number and I am using it for commercial purpose. So, my calling services will be barred and forcing me to change my plan”.
              I would like to make it clear that, this is my personal number and I am using it for my personal use only. I declare that I have not used for any commercial purpose. I have never expected this treatment from such a reputed group like reliance communication to harass its customer by these unethical practices.
              I would like your kind concern in this matter.
              I request you please do the needful and win back trust within your customers. Else, I will request all my mates to withdraw their Reliance Network SIM and switch to other network with work ethics and customer eccentricity.

                This complaint is regarding an email received from "collectionsBLR.[protected]@relianceada.com". I have kept getting mails and a few calls now. Till date whenever I have received a call from Reliance I have repeatedly informed about the miscommunication that happened at the time of collecting my data card, which was, I was informed that it was a pre-paid card and I have got a post-paid one. Ignoring that fact about the miscommunication, I faced problems with slow speed unlike the speed they had promised me. I hardly used the data card and I feel I have been overcharged. I even tried calling the customer care and they have not responded well. When they called me regarding the payment I explained the issue and the customer service personnel hung up. This I found ridiculous. Later I received a mail from the above mentioned mail ID stating a threat that this matter will be taken to court and to which I responded via mail. There was no response from their end for this communication as well. There was one incident when I received a call, the person on the other end said he is from the court and I had to present myself, to which I responded explaining my problem. His reaction was "Pay or people will come drag you to the court wherever you are". I am tired of this kind of response.
                I have also explained to them, in spite of their fault of communication, that I would like to have a detailed bill as I was being heavily charged for a connection that I did not even use much. This is my Relationship No:[protected] and RIM No: [protected].
                I want an end to this issue.

                  For last 7 days my reliance post paid number [protected] was blocked for SMS. I called customer care, they said that i need to register with TRAI as a telemarketer. Actually I did not do any kind of marketing and all the messages i sent to my friends and relatives only.Without any notification or alert how my number has been blocked. How to unblock?

                    i have been terminated my connection in the month of dec 2015 and i have a requested to cancel the plan. i had issues with connectivity with my data card and reliance team was supposed to resolve this issue, they never came back and subsiquently i had to cancel my connection. they never did that and now the bill is got generated for 2 months.
                    i have not used this datacard since nov 2015.
                    now people are calling me harassing me to pay the bill or else legal action will be taken against me.
                    i would seek your help in this matter

                        I had recharge with rupees 150 today and when I checked my balance in the evening I was shoked to see that me balance is rs20 now when I called customer care they told that 60 rupeea fof onescheme which is activated on my no is refundable but the other 60 qre not but I want my money back because neither I applied for any service nor I was informed pf any balance cut from the service provider I want my rest of rupees 60 back in my account as soon as possible

                          Mob no. [protected] was recharged of Rs. 1050 and got 1150 as per top up benefit, suddenly a total of Rs. 80 has been deduct from the balance amount on the name of VAS- surpriselly it was neigher requested nor already running. on cantact of customer care a amount of Rs. 30 was refunded but again it has been cut from 17 mar 16 to 23 Mar 16 on this head- which is totally illegal and unwanted. i have spoken so many time to cust care of no use. kindly refund the amount immediately and make sure that such cutting should not be done in future on this mobile no.

                            My reliance gsm number is [protected]. My number incoming call facility stopped from 2 days. Whenever someone tried, it is informed that the number you have dialled is switched off where i can call anyone from my number normally and there is no issue on outgoing call. I have checked my sim in other phone, but there is a same issue. Incoming calls are still stopped. We have tried to contact customer care but the efforts gone in vain.

                              I have purchased cdma phone in december 2014 with one year upfront payment. I stopped using the phone from may 2015 owing to its poor network. I have requested customer care to discontinue the services on november 2015. I have not got any reply from them till date. The connection has not been terminated yet and they are generating bills. As i have not used or using the phone for the billed period, i have refused to pay the amount. I also wrote an email to appellate authority but no reply from that as well. When i call the appellate authority for this issue, they say that mail department is different. While the entire world runs over emails, they do not. When they need to communicate, they can use the email, but cannot reply. Please help me resolve the issue. I wrote to nodal officer too but i am not hopeful at all.

                              Hi,
                              I had received a call from Hardeep (from Mumbai office) and she told me that termination request for the number has been taken. I shall wait for 15 days for the confirmation of the termination. Once termination is confirmed, I shall wait for an update regarding the waive off the bills that you have generated for non-usage of services.
                              Why collection team started calling me again for bill payment? Please convey the collection team the message that the connection is under dispute and it is in the process of termination. I should not get any calls from them
                              Reliance communications, can you please stop calling 3-4 times a day for bill payment? I said already that I have asked for disconnection earlier and you have continued. I will not pay. It is very clear and I have communication proof. So stop bothering.
                              Received a call from Reliance now informing me that the number has been successfully terminated and they are going to write to the concerned department regarding waive off of the amount of bill that is generated. Hope that get over soon.
                              Reliance communication - You speak with me regarding settlement of pending bill payment but why this is not communicated to your collection department? Why are you sending e-mails saying that you will take legal action? I have every proof, which speaks on my behalf. Kindly waive off the pending bill amount as I will not pay anything because I have not used your services for the billed period and I have already asked for disconnection well in advance.I want immediate action to resolve this issue.

                                I am using reliance GSM postpaid service from more than last 6 months.
                                They are sending me unwanted messages that i am using my phone balance more than my credit limit, as my billing cycle is 28th of every month but this time they sent it on 29th, as my credit limit is 1700 monthly, how they can exceed my bill to Rs.3146, i think this is total illogical thing, and on 24th i got a message that my usage is high and pay 1701 to avoid any interruptions, and on 29th they are sending me a bill of Rs, 3146.
                                and they guys suspended my outgoing calls for a day, and it affect me mentally and financially.
                                I need new bill with the correct amount

                                  R/sir, my name is jasvinder singh and i am from vpo sanwat tehsil nilokheri distt karnal haryana and my mobile number is [protected] and i have purchased it form sellers since 3 month and it was working correctly from these days but 3 day ago it stop working suddenly even it my cellphone is not able to detect my reliance gsm sim so i am facing lot of problems because i was not able to use my data pack and others services which was activated on my number so i am requesting to you kindly help me

                                    This is in the reference to the mobile service I am using from Reliance.

                                    I ported my number [protected] from Airtel to Reliance as I was told that I will be getting unlimited calls and unlimited 2G service. I got the number activated in the month of Feb'16. However, 2G internet service never worked. I called customer care more than 10 times, however, they were not able to resolve the issue.
                                    Later I was informed via customer care that 2G will not work. I asked them to activate 3G service. They said you can not activate 3G service in this plan. Therefore, they asked me to change the plan to avail 3G service. They changed my plan to monthly rental 400 on 23rd of Mar'16.
                                    However, 3G service did not work. I called customer care for activating the service for me. every one in customer care was taking the complain, however, non of them were able to resolve the issue. below are the complain numbers.

                                    I have still not been able to get the service working for me. No one is able to resolve the issue. and I am being charged for the service which I am not using. I even can't change service provider because I have not completed 3 months with Reliance.

                                    Kindly suggest what I am suppose to do now.

                                    Kindly go through to the comments and check the history. My service has never worked for me and I requested customer services to suspend my number as I as not getting anything. none of the service is working on my number. And now Reliance billing team is keep on calling me to pay the Bill. Kindly look into it. You people did not provide and solution to me and marked the complaint as closed. This is so ridicules.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I called customer services today again and spoke to Venkat Rao from customer services. I have never had this kind of experience before. He was so rude and was even bothered to listen to me. He does not know how to talk to the customer who is facing problem since months. I asked him to transfer the call any of the Supervisor on the floor so that my issues can be addressed. He was not even ready to transfer the call. He put me on hold for more than 5 times in a call each hold was for 5 to 6 minutes.
                                    Finally he transferred the call to Supervisor Srinivas. I spoke to him he also did the same thing. call went up to 60 minutes 50 minutes I was on hold. He assured me that the service will be activated in next 24 hrs.
                                    But I am listening the same statement from everyone at reliance since 23rd of Mar'16.
                                    I don't think this will work ever.

                                    I would never ever recommend any one to have reliance services.

                                    Customer service is so horrible and intolerable.
                                    No one has contacted me yet.

                                    This is totally incorrect. They called me but then they did not do anything. They were trying to transfer my call to the concern department. However, all the people were busy therefore they could not transfer the call.

                                    This is what is happening at Reliance. No one is ready to help they just pass the buck on some other.

                                    Without giving any resolution they are saying the issue has been addressed.

                                    IT has been almost two month now I am being charged for the service I am not using. Never Expected this kind of response fro Such a Brand Name Reliance.
                                    I would request you to please change my number to prepaid as I cant loos this number.

                                    Reliance has already cheated me to the core.
                                    Hi Team,

                                    The service on my Reliance number did not work at all. I called customer services to suspend the services so that the bill should not be generated. However, at their end they did not suspend the services. Though, they has barred all the services on this number.

                                    Now they are keep on calling me for the bill payment for the service which never worked for me.

                                    Kindly take necessary actions.
