This is to inform you that i done get network coverage in my exact location whereas there is full network few steps away from my home. I gave a complain regarding this earlier and my problem was solved for temporary but the problem has stated again. Whenever i try to call customer care executive for giving a complain the call gets disconnected. Please solve the issue as this is creating a lot of inconvenience to me. My earlier complain number was[protected] and my mobile number is [protected].

    I opted for advance payment plan for my rel postpaid no. 91*48. This plan is for 4 month arp 897 plan. I paid rs. 1058.00 on jul 12, 2017.in aug 2017; i called reliance customer care for the purpose of activating my roaming plan, as it was deactivated from your end and i was facing problem.

    In the mean time they have deactivated my old plan and again activated my 897arp plan. Now they are saying i need to pay 1058 again to enjoy the services. Outgoing services are blocked.

    I need clarification and why i need to pay again for which i already paid in july, 2017. So accordingly i need not to pay till nov 2017. How it is possible that i will pay for the same for which i had already paid.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I am a reliance prepaid consumer having mobile number:+91-[protected]. The reason for complaint is unnecessary deduction from my prepaid number in the form of subscription of various services which i have not activated, but by any other reasons it get activated and deducted a lot of amount amounting to rs 150 (Approx). This is a problem which is frequently happening with me for a number of times earlier also, and every time i have to register a complaint for this.
      Some of the subscription are:
      1. Skywaygamewsub
      2. Hdygoddostisub1
      3. Boxoffice
      4. Storesubs
      But now i really need for a strict action to be taken which will stop this unnecessary deduction.

        I had converted my reliance post paid number to prepaid.
        While i had initially took the postpaid connection from reliance, i had paid a security deposit of rs 300, again i had to pay an advance of one month bill which is rs 299, aling with the period i was on the reliance nw, but could never make a call due to no connectivity. I am yet to receive the amount.
        I tried the reliance customer care numbers from reliance as well as the other networks. Could not reach any customer care agent. There is no way that i can communicate with reliance.

        Also the prepaid number, most of the time is not getting the network

        For now my 299+299 rupees is with reliance guys.

        Please help me on this.

          Dear reliance i port my number and also my wife number from airtel to reliance
          I had a call from your reliance customer care number as they said that we have a good plan from reliance 300 rs unlimited call and unlimited internet so i was thinking that reliance is good company and good status so i port my number from airtel to reliance from reliance customer care person he told me that your number after port will be start in 24 hours and very surprise for me my number start after in 5 days and now i am facing a big network problem and first of all my bill coming 600 rupees as they tell me my bill come 300 rs in monthly first laying and after 4.00 pm i call they my network totally bad i can not use my number in this problem what can you help me i waiting your mail or call

            My mobile number bill for the month of july 2017 due on 22nd aug was paid on 19th aug 2017 through bill presentment mode. My outgoing calls were barred with an intimation of 1 sms and service stoppage in next 1 hr. I emailed my proofs of bank payment to [protected]@relianceada.com and called up the 198 / *222 customer service and they provided me a tracking number of[protected]. The timeline provide to me to resolve the issue was 2 days. Today is the 4th day after a submitted my complaint. So far it is not resolved.

            Moreover from saturday 2nd sept onward reliance call centers are down with a message of out of service due to emergency. I emailed to nodal office but no repose yet

            Your call centres are not working for 15 days, your appellate authority call centre is not working as well for 15 days. Email acknowledgement came after 9 days. Hope you know that you are violating TRAI ACT by keeping your customer contact channels shut.

            It is a fake resolution provide... I need to protect my number I paid this company to port my number to Airtel.
            I am still getting incoming calls though my outgoing is barred for 13 days now.
            Your call centres are not working for 10 days, your appellate authority call centre is not working as well for 10 days. Email acknowledgement came after 9 days. Hope you know that you are violating TRAI ACT by keeping your customer contact channels shut.

              Reliance have pathetic network service. I have paid post bills for more than 9 months and now switched to prepaid. I am not happy with network and services so i am trying to port out but reliance is blocking my prepaid number by not sending me unique porting code. My mob is [protected]. Please help me to move out of reliance gsm.

              Reliance gsm is fraud company with fraud reliance store. They have taken rs.150 form me to migrate from pre to post connection. Reliance told me that they will refund that money but they didn't pay me any thing.

              I got a call from Reliance GSM team and they were asking for RS.3000 for prepaid Mobile Number release for Port out request.

              Now this is the limit of fooling customers and taking money. This is never excepted from any company team

                  Myself suresh chand gupta holding reliance mobile no [protected] submit that online payment of rs. 265.00 made on 10/07/17 at 19:48:44 vide receipt no. Amip92964984 and transaction[protected] is still not reflecting till 04/09/17 (2 months have pasted)

                  Voice complaint to customer care on 26/08/17 vide ref[protected] taken by mr. Anil has made outgoing facilities to this mobile being withdrawn. Despite paying on 10/7/17 rs. 265.00 again rs. 266.00 were deposited on 31/07/17 at 18:05:02 vide receipt no. Amip93187116 but bill dated 07/08/17 includes late payment charges of rs.100 & 18% gst thereon which has to be reversed.

                  Please explain this and reason as to why i should stay with your brand???

                      This is saurabh, holder of reliance prepaid gsm sim [protected]. This number m using from last 7-8 years. But from last some months your company is deducting the useless charges from my balance. I complained dozens of times at customer care, with your company's argue that sorry this amount is deducted by mistake fr xyz services. What the hell wrong with your company, why itz doing such cheap deeds. Almost within 2 months my 100 + balance has been deducted. Your customer care told me that i will get refund that balance, but that too didn't get. We have to waste whole day just to call your customer care. Even we are not informed about balance deduction, daily i need to check it. This is really harrasing now. Kindly update me the solution or else i know how to mke your company down.

                        I recharge my number but the benefit not received on 02.09.2017 with rs.20 this time. Thereafter they submit my subscription for boxoffice service for 7days without my request. This is not the single transaction. They did that every time like charging for internet inspite of having web-pack. Another incidence happened with me when they charge me for shemdvnesubs30 on 16.08.2017, after raising complaint the refund is initiated. But it should not happen again and again.

                          Few days back i talked to reliance appelant authority so that they can resolve my customer care blocked issue. I talked to customer care of reliance appelant authority rajasthan and she said she will resolve issue as soon as possible but it doesn't seem that they have resolve my issue. I am blocked from reliance customer care they daily deduct either 7 rs or 14 please do something i am very disturbed reliance is very diappointing

                              Reliance often activate various packs without intimation of the customer. The charges for those packs are being deducted hampering the mobile balance. These type of stupid activities are like theft of mobile balance. This is what they are doing. And more, when i call cust. Care for assistance, it always ends with a voice and text message. "chor hai sale, cust. Ko bataye bina balance may se paisa cut leta hai."

                                I recharged my mobile number with 70rs before 2 days. But i did't call to any number but all money was deducted from my number. After that i m calling to customer care but every time i m getting the same response that "sorry we are unable to connect you with our executive please try again after some time". I have faced same problem 1month before. So it's my humble request to you please return my deducted money as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected].

                                  Sir, I am regular customer of Reliance communication company . I am using reliance GSM sim [protected]. I am facing so many problems by this service provider last year January 2016, at that time I had sufficient balance in my account but stop my outgoing services without any information, when we talked to Helpline no.1909 or 198 they said insufficient balance.
                                  Nowadays, deduct my all balance all the time from 23rd August 2017to till date, & we are trying to port my number with charge Rs 10 & 11 and send to 1900 but it is not sending. I have lodge complaints to appellate authority of reliance but unsatisfactory resolve from reliance

                                    My reliance number [protected] is barred Even after playing the bill please activate my barred no as soon as possible.The bill was 585 and I have paid 700 but still you have barred my number it is very difficult for the communication. This is very difficult for me and please activate it as soon as possible.I had expected a very good experience from reliance but after you have barred my number it is very bad and none of the customer care ones are responding to my problem.I hope it is a very bad response from reliance company or you are responsible for all the things. I thing if you continue this even after paying the bill if I don't pay the bill its my problem but I have paid the bill so it is your problem from reliance company.

                                      What the worst company
                                      I am calling again and again to customer care but they not pick up the phone..
                                      My complaint is my internet is not working properly since last 5 days and i am calling customer support but they not responding.. I also go to the reliance service center near by me but they said network problem h jaldi thik ho jayega.. But till now it is not working and i thing company itself not know what he is saying and doesnot know ki customer ko kese service provide karwani h... Please i request you again plz solve my problem.. And company also not respond my last complaint..

                                        My connection number is [protected] in the month of june wrong bill plan was imposed on me arp 897 because of which the bill i was suppose to pay was of rs 1369 then i called customer care my call log was checked and they suggested me to visit reliance store ad change the plan i did the same but did not got the waiver of[protected] plan rental+125 - tax) instead i got only rs 750 and in the month of june and july rs 200 were charged as late payment charges in the month of july i was also charged rs 280 as data usage charge but while taking the plan i was informed as the data is 4g 6gb and post that unlimited data at 2g speed but the same did not happened and mu consumption was only 2gb it is wrong i was charged by rs 1512 and waiver which i received was rs 1146 so please process further waiver thing happened to me is fraud nor your applet authority works properly i have registered a complaint which took more than a month to get resolved and i was not satisfied with resolution they provided nor your reliance store executives help properly they just say to call customer care
