    . Recently after conversion from postpaid to prepaid in reliance gsm i tried to do mnp. But later on come to know that i need to stay 90days in reliance prepaid. Reliance gsm has blocked all my services. I put a request to enable it through reliance gsm centre. But no use till now it has not been activated. Need to know why all my services has been deactivated.

      My post paid no.in reliance is [protected] and i want to port out and switch to airtel as per trai rules. Last month even after clearing all the dues on 14th august 2017 my number was not ported in contravention of trai rules. Even this month i cleared all dues by the 2nd of september 2017 and generated porting code yet rcom is purposefully not porting out my number. I am left with no other option but to complain and take legal recourse.

        Good evening!! My reliance number is [protected]. On 6th of september, my balance is deducted from my account uselessly. As i have not activated any vas service. But i received message regarding vas service like... You have been subscribed to skywaygame and bwoodmania service for seven days. But i have not activated any vas service. Kindly deactivate my service and refund my full balance. And whenever i call on 198.. It couldn't connect to the customer service representative. Kindly connect my call to the customer service and refund my balance otherwise i will port my no in other network.

            My reliance gsm - prepaid number is m-[protected]. I use its from 5-6 years.in the month august 2017, deducted rs. 200/-+ rupees from prepaid balance for various reasons and try to contact customer care but not connected to executive.

              I have requested to deactivate my reliance mobile number in may-2017. Customer care officers didn't take any action to deactivate my number. I have paid my bills twice after requesting for deactivation. Still reliance is generating the bill and asking me to pay the same. Today reliance customer care officer threatened me for dare consequences if i will not pay the bill by today itself. Request to take necessary action to resolve this issue. This is really frustrating.

                            Upc id223586, number to port [protected] from idea to reliance communication.

                            I was one of the consumer of idea cellular, on 2nd august 2017 evening i got a call from one of reliance agent (Reliance communications partner channel, voice bpo, a-17 ground floor, 60 foota road pul pehladpur, new delhi, tel-[protected], [protected] mr. Ranak) to port the number, i agreed to port. They sent one agent at my house, he collected documents and 300/- rupees from me and gave me a sim card of reliance (Sim card number is[protected]. I received one sms on 16/08/2017 from reliance communication that my number has been activated but when i inserted my sim card into my mobile it did not received any signal. I visited one of the reliance shop at karampura, near milan cinema hall, delhi-110015, i paid 100/- rupees and got i new sim card[protected]) and also gave my aadhar card copy and a photo, but still no result.

                            My number ([protected]) was deactivated from idea cellular but from reliance communication they have not activated my number. Though. Then after i tried to contact the people who had callled me to port my number but they are not even picking up my phone.

                            I am mentioning the mobile number who have called me..[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                            Meanwhile i got some call from one of the above number and came to know that the sim card number or photo is mismatching, i don't know the exact reason why my sim is not working, but i am suffering a lot for trusting tele-callers. I have tried to communicate with almost all of these above number but they are not either receiving my call or not cooperating with me to resolve this issue. I want resolution please help me.

                            It is very painful for me that after sending several email I did not get any response from your side, as it is very serious matter but there is no one to admit my concern, some people are doing wrong business under the flagship of Reliance Communication. They calling customer as a representative of Reliance and collecting their document as well as money and I don't know but may be they are missing using our documents which is illegal and security threat for any one.

                                    However since 2nd august we are not receiving any internet connection.

                                    Your sales manager i. E anand soni is not accepting our calls even after calling him hundred of times.

                                    We believed in reliance communication brand name and your employee also showed his company card.

                                    But we didn't know that your employee is duping us in the name of your company.

                                    We are very frustrated and have totally lost faith in your brand name.

                                    We are looking for some resolution from your end otherwise we have to go to consumer court.

                                      My name is aditya prakash dubey i am one of your consumer, this is my second complaint against the balance deduction, my balance amount approx 58 rupee deducted this i specified earlier, my whole family is using your service from the last decade and i also want to continue the same through out the upcoming decade but these kind of action might changes my mind which i don't want to, this is my heartiest request to please see to my problem and try to resolve it as soon as possible i am graceful of you.

                                        The signal does not come inside our house. We have to go in our balcony to talk.
                                        In the home, phone lies like dead. No messages, no phones come on it. This is from last 5-6 months. I do not have any client number. I request you to insert a tower near my society in suvidha kunj or send any one to check the phones. We are facing a lot of difficulty. Please look after this matter.
