Sir,

It seems that reliance communications limited become nerves and embarrassed when a customer demands his own money claiming as refund. I am getting this convinced as none of my e-mail are replied from the customer care e-mail id : [protected]@relianceada.com. The customer care executives are again and again asking for making a refund request and give alternate contact number despite the fact i continue to provide alternate contact numbers and repeated requests.

When ask refund of my own money, the company behaves as if i am an employee of that company wherein the fact is that i was a customer, a best customer who made payments well in time during the tenure of 4 years when i kept the broadband service despite they extended poor service when attending service complaints.

Whenever i demand my money back i continue to receive the reply that they have taken up with their concerned team. I have nothing to do their team.

I want my money back, once again i provide below the request for refund:

My reliance broadband connection escalated on[protected]. It was promised by you that as per your company policy refund the payment within 45-60 days from the date of escalation (I. E. From[protected]

45 days completed on 1-8-2017
60 days completed on[protected]
Overdue days as on[protected] days

I am making requests to refund my payment right from 17th august, 2017.

I want my refund without any delay, written on[protected]

Sir, The Company has not taken any steps to resolve my complaint till date i.e. till 18th Sept. 2017. The Company e-mailed me from the following e-mail IDS: 1) [email protected] 2) [email protected] 3) [email protected] 4) Nobody has called me but have customer care number 180030007777 but nobody is attending this phone It appears the company vanished from the market and not staff or office exists. I am at the verge of the pre-payment paid by me Rs.3162/- but later cancelled the broadband service number 317545721520 with effect from 19-06-2017. If Reliance Communications Limited exists in the market they should have refunded my money latest by 17-08-2017 as per TRAI rules within 60 days any refund should be remitted to the customer. I have terminated my service and as per data service confirmation the broadband service escalated on 19th june, 2017. As per e-mail confirmation and customer care call conversation with reliance customer care and reliance broadband refund policy it was confirmed that refund will receive by me by dd at my billing address within 45-60 days from the date of escalation. I have made may requests by e-mails, phone calls and reminders right from 1st august, 2017 but the refund has not received by me. 45 days completed on 1st august, 2017 and 60 days completed on 17th august, 2017. When i write to reliance appellent authority they says to write to e-mail id [protected]@relianceada.com. When written to [protected]@relianceada.com they give no reply. When asked to customer care executive[protected] the says to write e-mail. From every corder i receive hopless answers and my money of rs.3162/- after deducting data usage charges has not come till date. It seems that the company is in an embarrassing situation when asked refund of my own money. They continue to reply unprofessionally. They do not reply properly when i will get my own money. Moreover, the customer care executive confirmed that the company do not pay any overdue interest. I have provided my mobile number and alternate number also. Please advise me when i will get my refund.

It was confirmed by your customer care team that the refund dd will be received by me within 45-60 days from the date of escalation. As on date[protected], the 45 -60 days completed as under:

45 days completed on 1st august, 2017
60 days completed on 17th august, 2017
Overdue for payment from[protected] to as on date 16 days but i did not receive the refund dd.

It appears that the company is embarrassing when the customer his own money back.
Not only that, i have talked over phone with atleast 20 of your past customers whose contact number gathered from internet at large in various part of the countries and learnt that reliance communications ltd did not repay refund for the last long 5 years in some cases.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. If you do not attend my case properly and do not pay back my money, it is my discretion to write to the trai, finance ministry, company affairs ministry to redress my grievance of poor attention from reliance communications ltd who is not paying back the money and rotating with vague replies to their customers.

If you have already sent the refund by dd or made by on line payment, please ignore this message and share the payment details by e-mail urgently.

I have no interest in talking with your customer service team. If your service team is affectionate for your keep them with you. Straight away send my DD of Rs.3162/-without dilly-dallying. I have no interest to talk with any of your Executives or do not want to see beauty of your officers. I am concerned with only my money of Rs.3162/- which I need to bring milk and feed to my child. Sir,
My complaint has not been properly replied or resolved till date i.e. till 19th September, 2017. Please request the Company to remit my eligible refund amount along with over due interest @24% per annum today itself.
This situation is pathetic. Their customer care e-mail ID [protected]@relianceada.com and customer care number[protected] not responding.

Where is the refund DD? Please send the excess payment paid by me on account of terminated broadband service ID :[protected].

Thanks to your kind message. How many times you will repeat he same comments in your reply. Once, twice, thrice, the same reply is continue to receiving for the last 15 days but the issue has not been resolved or I received the refund DD.

Stop replying copy type message. Tell me the date when I will receive my money back as refund. Your replies are silly since you do not have the burden of paying overdue interest as per the talk I had with the customer care executive on 29th August, 2017 on phone number[protected].

Reliance Broadband not working for past 15 days irrespective of various complaints to customer care. Take action.

    I have closed my account ([protected]) in july and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (250/-) & 344 advanced rental has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -344 as balance. Please let me know how to get my money back.

      As i bought a new sim of reliance 4g lte on 26 august 2017 but my data is not surfing litle bit and i also have 22 gb til 22 sep 2017 i only used data for 1 day after that my data is not surfing. I want my problem to be solve as much as quick.
      As i want my problem to be solved in any condition.
      Reliance care service is also not processing my commplaint as their service is very bad.
      Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      In the name of Value added service they keep on deducting Rs.30 and the customer care is also not reachable as it getting disconnected. when we call from other network it is getting connected and the executive is telling that we should call within 4 hours or it wont be refunded.

        I choose to join ril. Communication on 2/8/17. I paid rs.1100 for 5 months to abjee info solution in ahmedabad. And got 2 connection for rs.2200. 2 days after that i decided not to join, so i asked for refund.
        I went to your naroda office for that. About 32k. M away from my house as i was told by abjee that we can not give refund.

        I was been told by one of your employees name 'niraj' that abjee will pay money back in 2days. Since than i have been following up with both.
        Abjee paid me rs.1500 via paytm a week ago. After that they don't respond.
        Whenever i contact niraj, i get same answer that i will follow up and let you know.
        I never get call back from them.
        Yesterday i mentioned them, i will complain about you both but still they don't bother to respond.
        It seems that i gave money to a fraud company.
        Reliance is highly reputed company and this sort of practice is really not acceptable.

        I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          I've been using reliance postpaid connection for the last 1yr. The reliance connection is my corporate connection and i've opted for a monthly plan of 199, last month i've received a regular bill sms, in which i've noticed that the monthly rental has showed as 600 and including other charges i've to pay around 1000/-. I've called the customer care they said that my plan changed and that have send sms to me about the change, i've not received any sms from reliance regarding the same, they're also not sure about it. Then the customer care executive told me to pay the amount that i used to pay and i've paid as he instructed. I also asked him to change my bill plan to previous plan. Later another person has called me and said that bill plan is not available and they have changed the bill plan for my goodness as my call charges was high so in order to reduce that they have changed it without my consent. When i asked about the complaint i have raised, she told me that my compliant has registered. I asked for the reference number which she fails to give. Now another person called me and said that my plan has got changed because of trai rules. Trai has instructed reliance to change the bill plan of every customers. He also said that this is an adjustment to fool trai that the additional amount is advance rental which will be refunded back to me in my next bill. I asked him to call me when the next bill generates with the discount shows clearly in my bill. Then he said that is not possible i need to pay now to avail the discount or else they will disconnect my service.

              Because of the special offer posted on my reliance number for getting 1gb 3g data/day for 56 days for ₹93 on my number i recharged my reliance number with the offer which had validity for 56 days but the service was terminated on the 5 day. I recharged on 25th august 2017 and the services were stopped on 29th august 2017. This is not expected from reliance. I want an explanation on the above matter. Otherwise i have to complain to consumer forum.

                Its really frustrating to get this kind of service after using the connection for more than 6 years. I am a postpaid customer. I was on a freedom 350 plan for which i was billed around 420 per month including taxes. I changed over my plan to 149 basic rental plan and everything was going fine. It lasted only for 2-3 months. Suddenly on 17 of august 2017 i received a text that "we have received your service request it will be completed in 24 hrs". I havent made any requests whatsoever from my end and suddenly my plan got changed to jalsa 199 plan without my. Knowlegde without proper validation and authorisation of the account holder. So i called up the customer services and i spoke to one of the managers and asked to change my plan back to 149 basic rental plan. He said as he is not getting that available now he. Will raise a service request and it will be done in the nect 24 hrs. I received a text on my mobile
                Dear customer, we are still working on sr no.[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority - reliance
                I thought everything is sorted now and i was also ready to pay for the period i was moved to jalsa199 plan on a broken rental basis as well.

                And here i am getting a bill of
                ₹426
                And my plan has not been changed back to basic 149 plan.
                I have also been charged advance rental charges on the bill as well.

                I have attached the screenshots of few of my bills for the last few months as well and the current one as well.

                I tried calling the customer care and they hung up the call on me.

                This is really disgusting and appauling service after being a customer for more than 6 years.
                I am going to quit reliance if this is not sorted. I want this bill to be ammended or waived off right away. And my number changed from post paid to prepaid right away.

                  Just now check my balance and 49rs deducted was shown now in account. And after 5 minutes i again check balance and now 43 rs.. What is reliance problem? I have data sir. Disgusting service. Now my balance is 24rs. Deducted automatically. Dont know after submitting request, what will be actually balance, i thought it will be zero again. Refund whole balance [protected]. Again refund my 49rs. Back and y reliance have problem

                    Unwanted vas are subscribed and amount is deducted for my reliance gsm number.
                    I unsubscribed the service by replying to the message i received regarding subscription.
                    Later i was subscribed to other vas and the amount is again deducted.
                    I called to customer care, the response was not helpful. For both instances they replied back saying its from your end bla bla... Its not just a couple of times i faced this issue. There were such instances in past as well.

                      We have a Landline connection Number[protected], it is closed since one month. we regularly calling in the toll free number provided by reliance but the call continously come in waiting. it is very disturbing as we r running a business here. A lot of work is distrubed due to this.
                      we face this issues frequently and we wan a permanent solution to this.

                        Im using ur network for past 3 months. One of my mobile no got bill due as per monthly basis. I paid my bill on date[protected]. Its been almost 15 days the bill is not updated. I filed a complaint on r care for 4 times (For past one week). Spoke with senior officials also[protected]. All of them assured it will be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing works. Whats fascinating is now im blocked even for filing a complaint. My mobile no is unable to place a cal even in ur r care which is usually used for filing complaints. We r people who depends on our mobiles for business. I dont know whether to follow my customers or ur customer care. Im done with filing complaints. I choose reliance cause of its awesome packages. So if it continues my only choice is to switch my network to other provider. Kindly update.

                            Couple of month before, i had recharge with rs 750 for 6 month internet 3g plan. Sometime it is working and sometime stop working. Currently i am using 2 sim one is jio and 2nd is reliance. Reliance internet is not working at all so i have to use always jio. It is really wastage of money.

                            Kindly solve the issue asap.

                              जिसकी Invoice Number JK[protected], Transaction No.[protected] payment date and time 14/08/2017 16:34:12 को सही दिखाया गया है परंतु वह मेरे मोबाईल पर रीचार्ज नही हुआ है ओर अभी तक मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस भी नही किया गया है मेरे पैसे वापस करने का आपसे अनुग्र किया जा रहा है

                                Dear sir,

                                Being a reliance shareholder & regular customer i have porting my cell from idea to rcom. But with regret to state that within three months time i suffered a lot of defeciencies from your services as : connectivity zero, wify poor, voice problem, frequent disconet the call & so many others problems.

                                Two months have been passed for my porting request to rcom to idea. Reason not knowning & surprisingly note that after so long long time & constant frequent requests, my nos has been still not porting out from rcom, though no any others dues remain unpaid. Not fair enough too not honouring our valid porting request.

                                I now request you kindly to have any serious action. Otherwise it leads me to have support of customer grievences cell and laso the losses of not getting connectivity even in my house & outside too.

                                My last request to porting out my nos to idea.

                                Awaiting your earliest reponce in the matter.

                                  Received sms on my cell [protected] stating "you have been successfully subscribed to bwoodmaniasub21 service for 7 days." to which i had never subscribed. Immediately unsubscribed for the same and later again got the same sms. This is the second time its happening now my talk time balance is rs.0 (Zero).
                                  Reliance is using unethical ways to extract money from its subscribers.
                                  Feels its better to switch over to some other network as reliance is interested only in looting people and not in providing services.

                                      I have charged rs 30 on Aug 10, 2017 for renewing a subscription. And today Aug 23, 2017 they have another rs 30, saying that I have subscribed another service. But I haven't subscribed for any service. Kindly check and refund my money. Please provide proper justification for amount deduction.

                                        Hi,

                                        My connection details:

                                        Reliance communication user id number [protected]

                                        Issued in the name of rajeev sharma

                                        3 years ago when i installed reliance's broadband internet connection on my father's name i paid 1800 upfront which they said would be refunded when i terminate my services.

                                        After nearly a year, i paid my last bill and immediately filed a termination request at reliance customer care because my pc has stopped working and also my board exams were coming up so i decided to get my internet terminated.

                                        After 3 or 4 days delay they contacted me asking for my reason and suggested to get a 100 rupee plan so i would not have to pay 1800 again to renew my services, i declined.

                                        Then they said that my new bill is generated (Full 750rs which was a month's charge) which i would have to pay before i could get my deposit money. I told them to take it from my deposit money and refund me the rest. They declined, so i decided not to bother with them anymore.

                                        After 2-3 months their technicians came and took the modem.

                                        Now after 2 years my father gets a call on 26/8/2017 from their legal advisor pooja mathur who called from delhi to tell him to pay rupees 1485 for the service of 60 days, even though they disconnect internet services just after 15 days of non payment of last generated bill.

                                        My father tried to explain to her that we did not used any services but she refused to listen and started threatening him with legal action. She was also very rude to him.

                                        In whole 2 years we did not get any notices of payment of bill until 26/8/2017 and they only gave us 2 days for the payment.

                                        I called her yesterday and asked for the details of for which month were they charging me for, she had no details about that.

                                        I asked her "ma'am i should have been notified a month before filing for any legal notice" and her reply was, "kya kar loge! (What will you do!)" i also told her that i had filed for termination request after paying my last bill, she refused to listen and kept telling me to pay the bill on that same day or face legal actions.

                                        It sounded very much like she was trying to extort money from me. She also said, "saste mein nipat jaoge, nahi toh 7000 ya 8000 lag jayenge layer's fees mein." in a very threatening way and of which i also have a phone recording of.

                                        There should be proof in reliance's record of:

                                        1.) date of my filed termination request

                                        2.) and that no data was used in those 60 days

                                        I hope someone would help and i request anyone from correction department in reliance to correct my billing.
