Couple of years ago i had bought Reliance Data Card for internet usage ( Reliance number [protected] ). I face slow internet, disconnection and lot of issues for 1+ year. Even after repeated complaints nothing happened and i only got same answer from reliance that our engineers are working and issue will be resolved soon however nothing happened

I am getting frequent messages from above-named person to pay rs. 1649/- as caf charges otherwise to be present at pune lok adalat.

The funny thing is that i don't have any reliance connection whatsoever. Moreover, if there is any such lapse from my side, it is incumbent on the customer care to call / email, and not just keep sending...

My complaint is in regards to the poor connectivity speed of reliance 3g. I have made a recharge of 3g data pack and now i do not get a speed of even 2g network, clearly i have been duped by reliance. Regarding the same i have complained via mail to the "appellate authority" to which they even did not bother to acknowledge it, let alone solving the issue. Calling up their customer care has been proved to be futile as due to some vague reason...

I have disconnected their pathetic broadband connection in june 2016, and despite paying f&f amount they are still sending bill o[censored]nreal amounts.

Above that they start sending threating smses, that i must appear in delhi high court or they will register a criminal case against my fmily.

On the other hand they have pathetic help line (Customer care :[protected] and hopeless local support.

This is in reference to reliance communications complaint status update [id: 1669827]. Its been 15 days and yet no resolution on my security deposit refund for rs.1000 from reliance for my terminated landline number [protected]-mumbai circle in october 2016.
What is so difficult in processing the refund?
I am tired of complaining for the last 10 months now....

Reliance ke gsm network me na to net sahi tarike se chalta hai aur nahi, bina kisi reson ke balance deduction hona band ho raha hai, aur nahi reliance wale apni galti swikar kar balance wapas kar rahe hai, customer care wale bhi balance katne ke 24 ghante bad balance wapas nahi kar pa rahe hai. My mobile no. Is [protected]. On my number a box office service has been activated by the company. It has not been done by me. The company has been deducted about rs.60-70 in 3-4 days. I really disappointed from its services. The company also activated some others services which has not been activated by me. I opted for advance payment plan for my rel postpaid no. 91*48. This plan is for 4 month arp 897 plan. I paid rs. 1058.00 on jul 12, 2017.in aug 2017; i called reliance customer care for the purpose of activating my roaming plan, as it was deactivated from your end and i was facing problem.

I had converted my reliance post paid number to prepaid.
While i had initially took the postpaid connection from reliance, i had paid a security deposit of rs 300, again i had to pay an advance of one month bill which is rs 299, aling with the period i was on the reliance nw, but could never make a call due to no connectivity. My mobile number bill for the month of july 2017 due on 22nd aug was paid on 19th aug 2017 through bill presentment mode. My outgoing calls were barred with an intimation of 1 sms and service stoppage in next 1 hr. Reliance have pathetic network service. I have paid post bills for more than 9 months and now switched to prepaid.
