Your executive provide below plan at the time of sim sale.

Unlimited calling & unlimited 4g data if i have paid advance rent for 5 month (200 x 5 = 1000 rs) & i have paid the same but in very first month massage received from reliance for bill generated for 142 rs.

I received call from [protected] this no. For force fully used this card & pay pending amount my simple question is i am pay 1000 in advance for unlimited calling & internet than why i am paying any amount.

Disconnect my card & confirm the same

    I recharged Rs. 80(for full talk-time) on 26th August and Rs. 93(for 1GB /day 3G data) on 27th August. At present I have Rs.0.036.I have proof of message.

    I don't know how this happened.

      I have tried more than 5 times to port my post paid number [protected] from reliance communications to jio. However it is being rejected everytime for frivolus reasons.
      The 1st time it was rejected on the grounds on outstanding due despite paying rs. 150 more than the bill amount.
      The 2nd time it was rejected as there was an active value added service. Please note there was no such service on my number.
      The 3rd time it was rejected because the call centre executive updated the status as i was happy & wanted to continue. On the contrary it was always mentioned that i wanted to opt out.
      The 4th time it was rejected & neither the call centre nor the gallery knew the reason.
      The 5th time it was rejected & they had not updated any reason on their system. They said the request was never presented which is a blatant lie.
      Please advise how i can sue them for not allowing me to port out.

        I had gone to your reliance office to change my postpaid plan to prepaid. They have said to me to pay all the outstanding but now they are saying that it is not possible to change your number in prepaid plan. They have advised me to port my number to other networks. If you cannot change my plan into prepaid please pay back all my payments i have done for this and close my number for always.

          6 years back 1st marketing team of them sold me broadband with false speed commitment. On 3 rd, i called customer care and asked them to discontinue. They assured me that billing shall not be generated and someone shall collect device. But after one month i got rs. 1904/- bill. When i asked them, that how this bill is generated they said you used device so have to pay bill. Now i am getting continues sms, from irfan:[protected] (Caf-[protected]) for legal action...

          This is harashment and cheating (As not provided speed, but asking for bill).

            Your all numbers are fake your customer executive never talks to anyone I have tried thousand times but I am not able to talk anyone your computer automatically cuts my calls such a waste customer care.

              I would like to inform you that i have used reliance number and got the bill approx 900. Even though the plan was 499 unlimited. And i had informed to customer care that i want to disconnect the connection. But i am getting bill regularly with the additional amount even i am not using that number. Now i got the bill 1504 rupees. But i am not able to pay this amount. Now please tell me asap what i can do so that this case would be resolved.

                Couple of years ago i had bought Reliance Data Card for internet usage ( Reliance number [protected] ). I face slow internet, disconnection and lot of issues for 1+ year. Even after repeated complaints nothing happened and i only got same answer from reliance that our engineers are working and issue will be resolved soon however nothing happened

                I then came to a solution where I asked reliance to resolve my complain and then I will pay your bill. I got lot of threatening calls from reliance recovery to pay bills otherwise they will beat me up but I stood firm and never paid. Today I received sms from reliance asking to pay pending bill of Rs 2291 ( CAF[protected] or I am supposed to be present at SHAHI BAGH Court on 9th Sep, 2017, Call A.K.SHAIKH [protected]

                I am not going to pay neither going to this court. This is absolutely nonsense from RCOM.

                I had even sent emails to president of services for RCOM but never heard back ( resident.[protected]@relianceada.com )

                I m using Reliance gsm from 3 year Till now. My number is [protected]. I received port code and applied for Jio connection. Next day, I got sms from jio that "mismatch in UPC code".I trying to get new UPC code but i m not receiving port code sms form reliance. I sms PORT [protected] to 1900 several times, still not received reply.
                Again, balance deduction of 54 rs
                Jab Maine customer care toll free number pe call kiya toh laga hi nahi air isse pehle bhi balance deduction ho chuka hai.

                    Re: message from one irfan of reliance com. To pay caf charge of rs.1649/-.

                    I am getting frequent messages from above-named person to pay rs. 1649/- as caf charges otherwise to be present at pune lok adalat.

                    The funny thing is that i don't have any reliance connection whatsoever. Moreover, if there is any such lapse from my side, it is incumbent on the customer care to call / email, and not just keep sending such funny messages.

                    It just goes to show that the name of a reputed company like reliance is being used for malpractices. If this is the plight of one of india's biggest companies, i wonder what must be the case with the rest.

                    I think it is high-time that the reliance customer care did something about it and ensurensure that this harassment of its prospective customers stops at once.

                    Kindly take stringent action against the culprits at the earliest.

                      My complaint is in regards to the poor connectivity speed of reliance 3g. I have made a recharge of 3g data pack and now i do not get a speed of even 2g network, clearly i have been duped by reliance. Regarding the same i have complained via mail to the "appellate authority" to which they even did not bother to acknowledge it, let alone solving the issue. Calling up their customer care has been proved to be futile as due to some vague reason the contact centre of reliance complaint helpdesk does not get connected to.

                      It is very unfortunate to inform you that reliance broadband service are now providing worst service to their postpaid customers. I had a broadband connection (reliance broadband id :[protected] under plan Thunder 1099 having unlimited 4 Mbps speed. I feel very shame to inform you that the connection was showing 4 Mbps (mostly gives speed like 1 Mbps) but most of the time it take long buffer time to open a YouTube video, Facebook pages even it takes long time to load gmail pages. Often it was seen to take long time to open reliance payment gateway. I contacted customer care for resolving the issue and the problem was solved temporarily but the issue repeatedly occurred after few days (2 days) interval. Customer like me have not sufficient time to resolve this type issues over phone regular basis on two days interval. Apart from this I was paying 1295 per month (which is much greater from other provider like Wishnet) and was getting this type of poor service. Then I tried to change my plan to reduce my monthly charges from a month earlier over phone to customer care as well as via repeated mail (on August 09, August 19, August 21 ;see the attached file ) but it was not changed rather the connection was temporarily suspended due to non payment. Ironically they said that "We regret the inconvenience and delay in response" and was sending mail to pay bills without solving my issue. I have not make payment for this month to protest against this type of negligence towards valued customers who pays monthly bills but still does not get proper services. Now-a-days we have lots of options to get uninterrupted high-speed broadband internet then why go for this worst services like reliance? I am sending this alarming mail to you so that you should be alert about this type of negligence to customers problems rather reliance will loose many valued customers in near future. We pay fine when payment delayed but who will pay fine for delaying proper services to customers?
                      Therefore, I request you to investigate this issue whether I was given proper speed, I payed for during last six month or not. I request you to give me justice into the said matter that I payed a lot but did not get proper services during couple of months. I also request you to take initiative to improve the uninterrupted broadband services. Hope I will get my proper reply soon.

                        I have disconnected their pathetic broadband connection in june 2016, and despite paying f&f amount they are still sending bill o[censored]nreal amounts.

                        Above that they start sending threating smses, that i must appear in delhi high court or they will register a criminal case against my fmily.

                        On the other hand they have pathetic help line (Customer care :[protected] and hopeless local support.

                        When ever i call their local office for clarification either they dont pick up or talk like a sadak chhap goon that i must pay whatever is the bill.

                        I sent them numerous mails ([protected]@relianceada.com) but did not get any responce till date.

                        I am now planning to register a police complain against them.
                        If some one already took action against them then please let me kno.

                        Please dont subscribe to any services of Reliance Communications, it such a pathetic service provider that it beyond explanations.

                        Modus operandi is simple, first of all lure the customer and once customer subscribe for any service then lay a trap for them.

                        If you want to disconnect their service then, dang... all your requests, mails, calls fall on deaf ears.

                        You call on english support helpline and they will connect you to some chhattigarhi madam, she dont understand english and you dont understand chhattisgari.

                              Reliance ke gsm network me na to net sahi tarike se chalta hai aur nahi, bina kisi reson ke balance deduction hona band ho raha hai, aur nahi reliance wale apni galti swikar kar balance wapas kar rahe hai, customer care wale bhi balance katne ke 24 ghante bad balance wapas nahi kar pa rahe hai. System itna loos hai ki 72 hr ke bad ke detail unke system me nahi hota. Reliance is very very fraud service provide in this time.

                                But but
                                On the other hand again you deduct 30rs for unknown sarvice from main account at same date and time.
                                Main account left only 9rs.

Aur mere no. Se 1yrs se company me call nahi ja rha hai rha hai mai jb bhi call krta hu company me dusre no. Se to hamesha feedback note krte hai aur khte hai aakpa 24 hrs me company me call lagne lagega lekin 1yrs se aaj tk reliance company ka 24hrs complete nahi hua hai aur hoga bhi nahi maine port ke liye message kiya to company ke taraf se koi response nahi aaya lagatar 4 message krne ke baad 1 return response aaya.

The company has been deducted about rs.60-70 in 3-4 days. I really disappointed from its services. The company also activated some others services which has not been activated by me. I regret to you that please refund my balance and unsubscribe all the services from my number...

                                      I have been using [protected] (Vodofone after airtell) since last 10 years and i have never used reliance number. But recently (About 3-4 months) messages and calls from reliance such as [protected] come to my vodofone number stating that overdues of rs. 516 is pending on the account of no.[protected]. I have never used this number, moreover i am residing ganesapuram, bhel kailasapuram trichy 620014 last 13 years. Though i have constantly refusing reliance claim and explained my residence, the reliance staff has not stopped calling me which irritates and mentally distorts me while on my job.
                                      My request is to verify residence of [protected] as well as my residence from where the number [protected] was purchased and arrange to stop calling me further otherwise i have no option other than to complaint at tiruverumbur police station or cyber crime trichy, contonement.

                                        Sir my phone no. Is [protected] and currently i'm facing a problem o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction without any notice or without the activation of any vas packs. It is reducing rs.3 everyday from my reliance account since i recharged last time, i did'nt complained that time hoping it will stop on its own. But now i am facing the same problem. I recharged on sep 2 it decuced rs.3 on 3 sep and today also.
                                        I don't want any refund, all i want is just a permanent solution from this nuisance. And i don't want any such thing tomorrow onwards.

                                        First they will no refund your deducted amount...If somehow u get the deducted amount then they will deduct the amount after few days. RCOM is a big time cheater... I am also been looted by RCOM. Same issue here.

                                        Also keep posted on social media...but one thing is sure that RCOM will always do unfair trade practice because no stringent law in India :-(
                                        I have recharged my number of Rs. 70 on 15th of August 2017 in which RCOM has offered to its customers 1GB 2G Data per days for 365 days. And I don’t have any VAS Pack activated in my number ([protected])

                                        · By this scheme they have cheated their customers like me. Since 15th of August 2017 my account is continuously deducted by RCOM.

                                        · I have lodge number of complaints by contacted them on their Customer Care Helpline Number which is paid. By this RCOM has earned a lot of money from their customers.

                                        · If there is some technical issue from their end then they should rectify it but they have intentionally deducted some amount without informing to their customers.

                                        It looks like a big fraud from the RCOM. First they are not ready to hear the customers’ issue. If they listen then they adopted some methods to refuse that the issue is from their end.

                                        · Customer has to call on their so called helpline number for which customer has to pay his/her hard earned money.

                                        · If somehow they convinced to lodge a complaint then again after few days they deduct the money without informing the customer.

                                        · By this way, customers have no other option to follow the same process as they have adopted this malpractice.

                                        Please probe it thoroughly as I am pretty sure by this unfair trade practice they have earned handsome illegal amount in their accounts.
