I have postpaid connection on reliance and my bill payment due date 28-aug-17 and i had to pay my bill on 22-aug-17 through his website:- http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/home/index.html
There is one offer going on if you pay your bill through paytm, you will get 50% cashback on a movie ticket and get 1 g. B free data. So that, i have click on offer page and it will redirect on this site:-https://recharge.rcom-eshop.com/?utm_source=RCOM&utm_medium=Banner&utm_cam...

And then i have a process for payment and it successfully was done but still, it does not reflect on my insta pay application and customer care executive also call me for payment.

I have booked complain 4 times in customer care but still, my problem is not resolved and my complaint also close without intimate to me.

    Reliance charged me one month advance bill on post paid mob no. [protected]. I have paid bill in advance. Now i have done mnp into vodafone prepaid.

    After adjusting last bill, company need to pay me 140.46 rs back for settlement my account.

    So, continuously sending mail to reliance regarding pay back 140 rs. But they are not responding my mails.

    Attached here last bill for the month of july 2017.

    Worst service by Reliance. No reply no call yet. I wd never evr choose reliance henceforth.

      Like all other customers, even i was asked to upgrade my cdma dongle to 4g and purchased a new dongle within month with assurity that the plan would remain same. It was clearly mentioned in clause no. 4 that no change in your current data plan rentals and benefits. Due to which i upgraded my 4g dongle. Two months later i got a bill of rs. 1606/- i refused to pay the bill, saying it was without my concent and intimation rcom changed my plan to 5gb. Since then i have been harassing with emails and phone calls everyday. Now they sent legal notice on my address to remain present in pune district court. And today i got another threat if i won't be present there, they will file sec 37 and will also update my details in cibil. Rcom violated customers right to siphon the money with erroneous provide of the service. Now few questions - didn't rcom promise with emails that there would not be any changes in data plan rentals and benefits? Who is responsible for all this?

        I was one of the consumer of idea cellular on 2nd august 2017 evening i got a call from one of reliance agent to port the number, i agreed to port. They sent of agent at my room he collected documents and 300/- rupees from me. My number was deactivated from idea cellular but from reliance communication they have not activated my number. Though i received one sms 16/08/2017 from reliance communication that my number has been activated but when i inserted my sim card into my mobile it did not received any signal. Then after i tried to contact the people who had callled me to port my number but they are not even picking up my phone.           I am using reliance broadband since 6 to 7 months and i am paying 1200 rs. Per month but no i am really afraid of reliance staff and realiance service. Every month its working 2 to 3 days and afterwords its disconnected upto 10 to 15 days i calling his staff and they told it will done by few hours but not.

          They people dont know how customer suffers they service with paying much money. We are paying enough money but they are not giving that type of service also there staff no one has responsibilities to resolve this problem.

          So i am write here dont buy any reliance services or products its totally time waste. Also i appeal consumer to resolve this and i am going to disconnect his service in upcoming days.

            Hi,

            Without information monthly rental upgraded, payment taken in advance, while i talked to customer support to closed my no. And adjust the payment. They told payment is not refundable it will be adjusted in my last bill. I went to service center they told first pay this month bill while my advance payment with you guy.

            Let me show my last 6 months bill and payments done.

            18.03.17 - inr 1167.03 paid - 01.04.17
            18.04.17 - inr 458.88 paid - 03.05.17
            18.05.17 - inr 458.73 paid - 02.06.17
            18.06.17 - inr 16.05 paid - 03.07.17
            18.07.17 - inr 1066.77 paid - 02.08.17
            18.08.17 - inr 470.59 paid - 02.09.17

            First, without informing me my monthly rental is upgraded from inr 399 to inr 499 and payment took 2 times - one is current month bill and one is the advance monthly rental.

            When i talked to customer support guys for this issue and ask to resolve this matter they told me your advance payment will be adjusted in last month bill. Then i talked to him please cancel my postpaid plan and keep no working as a prepaid they told request has been taken. From next month you will not review any bill and your payment will be adjusted in august month bill. But in august month i got again bill inr 471 after that i talked to customer care and service center guys they told me first pay bill then they will close my postpaid while i already have inr 513 with you guys. So why i pay inr 471 while i already talked to customer care and get approval you will not receive any bill and after 31st your sim will be work as a prepaid.

            How long.. Today is last day to pay my bill. I talked to service center and customer care support but they are not listing my words.

            Customer care guys told me they can't help to adjust bill. I need to pay full amount first then they will process while I have advance balance with you guys INR 513 and current bill is INR 764.84 date 2nd September so why i need to pay full payment.

            Service center guy told me they can't do anything till the amount is pending. If service center guys will adjust bill then they can take a request to convert SIM as a prepaid.

            Now, you guys can tell me what i need to do where i will go to resolve this issue. I am totally disappointed with you guys.

                Today i recharged with 50rs but after 30 minutes of recharged my main account left 3. Rs and now it's showing zero.

                I got massages that your service activated successfully.
                I call on 155222 for
                Deactivation.
                Even called on 198 to registered complaint against deduction but there is a girl whose said
                Due to technical issues i cannot check it right now. Please you may call after 2 hours.
                At 7.15 pm i call again but it cannot completed to get customer services.
                I did not apply for any services
                How you may charged this.
                How automatically 1 by 1 it's activated and main account become zero.
                This is a really bad sarvice for brand like reliance.
                I don't want your any # service on this number.
                If you can't controlled then shut the reliance communication.

                How it's activated automatically?
                How you charged like this?
                It's not new thing that happened

                Why you can't stop or controlled?
                Whenever customer call on 198 to against this
                Why they always replied
                Due to technical issues i cannot check.

                On the other hand again you deduct 30rs for unknown sarvice from main account.

                  I called on customer care no, and asked about the charges in case sim is lost, to get the same no, and customer care center detail address and contact no in particular location. But he is saying go to customer care center for the charges detail and have no detail of contact no and address of customer care center. And said you are passing time and cut down my phone without completing communication. This is service???

                    Hello my phone number is [protected]. Reliance automatically subscribe me to a vas "you have been successfully subscribed to hdygoastrosub7 service for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4049 to 155223 (Toll free)." and deducted rs7 from my balance. Please give my balance back or otherwise i will port my number to other mobile operator. And your customers care don't picking up my call.

                      I have recharged with the plan of 1 gb data and 30 minutes of calling per day for 28 days. The mobile data mostly does not work. When it works, the speed is even slower than 2g. Also, it automatically gets on roaming even when i'm home, and it mostly stays on that. I feel that using a rim sim card was the biggest mistake of my life, and want my data to work properly or want my money back.

There is additional deduct of balance due to this. I just request kindly stop deduct balance like this & stop services activation without my concern...

                            I activated the plan of rs.1600/- + taxes (4 month advance payment) as the lady from reliance care called and informed about the plan of free outgoing/ incoming on any network local, std as well as on roaming + 20gb / month data free.
                            Initially i was glad and infact was recommending reliance to my friends and families. I took the offer on 2 of my numbers. But, suddenly, i receive a bill in which they asked me to pay for the calls on both the numbers.
                            When i raised the matter with customer care, they informed me that the call charges are 0.25p/ min for all calls and sms with 20gb data. This is unfair from reliance and now they are not even ready to refund back my amount. I hope the issue is resolved amicably at the earliest with reliance waiving off the call charges on both the nos.

                              I m regular client of reliance post paid connection since last four years. Yesterday without any information they have deactivate my out going call since this is my corporate connection no so i m facing the difficulty to run any other application through net.                               Everytime time whenever i am recharging my number then after some time, some pack is automatically getting activated from my account balance..

                                My balance from no [protected] reducted without any reason 2 days ago 130 + balance is reducted without any reason.
                                I call to customer care but the call was not attend by them then i call to apellete authorithy they doing the same and not solve my proble they said try customer care number. The same problem i face 6 days ago when 36 rs reducted from my balance. And many times this balance reduction problem is face by us infact in rajisthan jaipur the customer care service is very poor the call even not connected. Many of my friends have to save the same problem. This problem is same in last 3-4 years.
                                So resolve my problem and provide the detail to me

                                  Dear sir,

                                  My reliance gsm number [protected], circle : mumbai
                                  17th august i recharged with rs 93 on my number, there was a special offer on my number 56 gb for 56 days. After recharging it was working fine. But for 4-5 days, data pack stopped working suddenly and showing my data balance zero.
                                  Even though i tried to contact with customer care but the worst thing is i am not able contact. If it is not solved immediately, i will be force to switch on other network.

                                    Mera mobile number [protected] hai, or mere number pr data pack v dala hua hai, fir v 30 august ki raat me mere mobile ka balance kaat liya. Or jab main complain krne k liye customer care ko call laga raha hu to call bhi nahi lag raha hai, or ye balance deduction ek do baar nahi baar baar hota hai isliye main is number pr balance nahi dalwata hu jab v dalta hu kaat lete hai faltu me.

                                      I made following complaint on 24 aug'17 to reliance customer care through email & tweet but yet not received any reply.

                                      Dear concerned,
                                      Few days back somewhere in may 2017 i got a call from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me about some attractive plan of reliance postpaid mobile connection. After mutual agreement a person came to my office and collected the required document for the connection. The same person handover a sim and charged rs 300 from me.
                                      After this i put the request for port my mobile no. [protected] from bsnl to reliance. I used the provided reliance sim in my 4g handset phone 20th june 2017 but i had not received any network so could not activate my sim. Due to my busy schedule i couldn't take the matter with concerned authority.
                                      During my busy schedule, i lost my reliance sim. On 16 aug 2017, i visited reliance store for the reissue of my lost sim there i got a shocking news that above mentioned my mobile no. [protected] is already activated and the bill of one month is also due. Whereas i had never use the reliance sim and also not made any calls for the activation.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and investigate that how the no. Got activated without any activation call. As the fraud is done by your distributor. I wanted to activate my sim on 28th aug 2017. So you are requested kindly allow the waver of outstanding amount as on date. Also take the strict action against the distributor.

                                        My name is t ramakrishna. My phone number is [protected]. Iam being harrased by your network. Services not requested by me are being activated on my phone. My unsub requests are not being processed tiil my balance is being cut. Your customer care 198 is not transferring my call to a represantive. Other number is charging for my call but cutting a sorry and helpless figure. If this is the way you want runt to run your network better to close it than spoil relaince brand image. People have lot of expectations from ambanis. Please dont spoil their name for some personal intrests.
