As i have recharge rs, 10 n next day the balance was nil, n today i rechared of 50 n at night its rs 8, why is it haplening there is no loan at all any tune too.. Soo kindly solve this issue or else i have too change the sim card, no choice. Soo i will b glad to solve it as soon as possible honorable request to the reliance company.     I am complaining for my connection not working from more than 1 month they are not resolving it and customer care is worst. Need to wait for 1 or 1.5 hour to get connected. Not replying on emails.
    I am sending emails on [protected]@relianceada.com from last one month, but no one is replying.
    This is not a first time, it is happening from last one year.

      Hi,

      I am currently using a reliance gsm sim and need to port out from reliance. I'm trying to get the upc by sending a sms to 1900. Its been more than a week (Approx 9 days) and i have not received a upc yet. I have tried several times and either there is no reply from reliance or they send a simple message as "service unavailable".
      All other reliance services are working as they do.

      Please help me with this as i urgently need to port out from reliance into another network as i am facing no signal problems at my office location.

        I have geo no - [protected] in my name. By 16 th july 2017 i have purchased on behalf of your announcement and paid 399/- for the same, i have recd a sms on 7th sept that your geo plan expired on 7th sept at 17.04:08 hrs. And advised to recharge.
        I wounder why this sms came to me, where as this plan must in activation til 16 oct. May pl confirm, for further action required to move.

          I made a payment of rs640/- of my mobile no [protected] on assurance of mr rahul from reliance having mobile no [protected] that my late fee will be waived off and my outgoing calling facility will be started but nothing had been done, he also had stop taking my calls.

          I dont want to continue any longer with reliance,
          Please tell me how can i port my number.

            I am an existing customer with prepaid mobile service. My no is [protected]. This number is from reliance communications rajasthan. Since 2-3 days, there is no not work. I tried to lodge complaint through customer care service. But as and when the call is transferred to customer service executive, the call automatically get disconnected. With no other option, i am lodging this complaint with the hope that my problem will be solved immediately.

              My lyf water 10 mobile is not started on dt.[protected], wednesday. It is continually restarted. I saw it in care center on dt.06/09/2017 but they can not repair it. I purchase it in may-2017. Pleas help me. I cant purchase new mobile.
              From june-2017 my mobile is continually not working properly. When i saw it first time at care centre, they repair it but change it's body with someone's old body. That time it is not working properly after repairing also. I repaired my mobile three time from purchase. When they repair my mobile's front camera is not working. Pleas help me.

                I had a reliance internet connection some where april 2009-10. It was a rented house and agreement was over so i had to move to different house.
                That time i have paid my pending bill and call to customer care and they have confirmed me over call that, they registered my request to disconnect.

                I have not taken back my deposit also. After 7-8 years i have not any thing /any track record or evidence to prove. I have totally forgot about the connection.

                Now all of a sudden after 7-8 years i have received an email alert as :

                "today is the last date to withdraw notice hence pay rs 2899 caf [protected] or else be present on 9/9/17 at pune court call irfan [protected] for queries rcom"

                This is totally unacceptable and unethical. If someone did not use service and service provider delayed the dis-connection request, why consumer should pay the bill.

                Please can someone help here.

                  Hello sir,

                  I bought a reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) on 4 sept 2017, monday, and since then my sim is not activated.

                  I am getting reliance's network but when i call 59059 for sim activation, it says "due to emergency condition, this service is not active now".

                  It is the 4th day today (7th sept 2017), but my sim is not yet active.

                  Please do something about this.

                    Hi,
                    This is sonal chatnani, lodging this complaint on behalf of my dad.
                    He lost his mobile phone last week. He has been using this number since more than 20 years form now. When he visited web world (Ulhasnagar), he came to know that this number is not under his name.
                    We don't know how that happened, we don't remember how it got transferred to that xyz person's name. We are pretty sure we gave our documents while buying that number. It is gambling of the customer desk people sitting in store as we all are aware how without any documents people get numbers just by paying an extra money in their pocket.
                    So this is one of the case.

                    But now my dad is using this number since 20+ years, we would like to get that number back.
                    Please look at this asap and let me know how you can proceed.

                    We are pissed off running to your webworlds and the not so helping nature of your staff there.

                      Very very disappointed with your after sales service. Have been trying to reach reliance through calls and emails but just no response. We are a private company based at rasta peth, pune. We have been using reliance broadband since last 1 1/2 years. The service has been so poor that used to disconnect almost 2/3 hours everyday. We being in a business, require a powerful internet. Calling for someone to repair also no response.
                      My reliance landline is also not functioning past 2 months. Also require to connect an internal intercom system in my office.

                        My post paid plan monthly bill is getting wrongly generated for last 3 months.
                        I have tried to escalate through customer support emails and call center numbers but no resolution is provided.

                        I am helpless to understand how will i address this issue and rectify my bills.

                        They are charging advance rentals without my permissions and activated multiple services with not consent.

                        From last 3 days they have de-activated my services an stopped all the incoming/outgoing calls as well.

                        My plan is 599 rental including national roaming, unlimited outgoing & 3 gb, 4g data.

                          What is this nonsense when you all know, in my area internet is not working then how dare you to send the bill. I received a call from you department. They were saying internet is working now. I checked and call back to them. And said, Internet is not working. They said technical person will be visit at your home but from last 3 days no one is came here for check the issue. So I am not liable to pay you any bill. If you and your team is ignoring my mail then it's your problem. These all mails are proof of my complains too you. On which basis I can take legal action if you did not stop to disturb me by sending such bills.

                          RELIANCE BROADBAND DEPARTMENT IS VERY VERY BAD. I AM A OLD CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE BROADBAND BUT I DID NOT FACE A SINGLE MONTH. IN WHICH I DID NOT RAISE THE COMPLAIN RELATED TO SERVICE.

                          IT'S REALLY VERY BAD FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND. YOU CAN CONTINUE SUCH SERVICES GREAT.

                              Please i request to as usually my offers or else refund my money in added main balance.
                              Already i have contact customer care in 198 tollfree and *333 but its does not respond thats why am approach this way.

                                I have lost my mobile and so i am in urgent need of the same no as all my contacts and works are done with that no... But i am geeting no help from the customer care also the service centres at my area are not providing proper details..
                                Ifs been a week and i am not able to get my old no... This is not at all expected from the reliance communications. Although my complaint is small but no help os provided to me by the concerned authorities...

                                  I was charged extra amount in this month bill for my number : [protected] which is not informed to me. Outlets located in tamilnadu coimbatore - puliakulam & in koundampalayam is useless as they dont have any knowledge for extra charges. They simply answered as they charge for new customers so inturn they are charging for the existing customers as well. I have been the customer of reliance network more than 8 years & i cannot accept such reasons. I need the amount to be waived off which they meant as advance amount (Security deposit) & to generate the actual bill which is consumed by self.

                                    Your reliance service is is not beneficial because not proper working internet and not proper working network services you're reliance network not available is many times and your interest speed to slow reliance network is very very poor i have experience reliance communication work to slow your all services i have recharge 3g but you only provide 2g and low quality internet speed very same full ness your service i have decided to remove this sim reliance after expired internet balance very poor services

                                      The customer care number does not get through, after trying for 100 times i got one complain id, and thats all that was done. No action after that. I keep dialing the toll free number only to hear thank you for calling. I need my refund. And this is not a one time thing, this scenario repeats every month. If reliance is asked to dig out my records and check you would find out the same. Very pathetic service. Would not advice anyone to opt for it.

                                        I got a text message from reliance with an offer of 70 gb data per day for 154 rupees for 70 days, however, when i recharge and use data reliance theft my money from main balance and when i make an complaint customer service advisor said we won't refund full balance we will refund partial because data is not active he said data gets active from 12am to 4am in between, no one has said this earlier, i used net at 12 am and i lost my hard earning money, reliance is a cheater and mislead people. And the customer service agent rajesh shah was very rude with me one of the worst customer service i received ever in my life. I want an action against rajesh shah.
