reliance - harassment sms for paying bill for unused service.

I had a reliance internet connection some where april 2009-10. It was a rented house and agreement was over so i had to move to different house.
That time i have paid my pending bill and call to customer care and they have confirmed me over call that, they registered my request to disconnect.

I have not taken back my deposit also. After 7-8 years i have not any thing /any track record or evidence to prove. I have totally...

sim not activated

Hello sir,

I bought a reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) on 4 sept 2017, monday, and since then my sim is not activated.

I am getting reliance's network but when i call 59059 for sim activation, it says "due to emergency condition, this service is not active now".

It is the 4th day today (7th sept 2017), but my sim is not yet active.

Please do something about this.

can't get contact number back after losing mobile phone

Hi,
This is sonal chatnani, lodging this complaint on behalf of my dad.
He lost his mobile phone last week. He has been using this number since more than 20 years form now. When he visited web world (Ulhasnagar), he came to know that this number is not under his name.
We don't know how that happened, we don't remember how it got transferred to that xyz person's name. We are pretty sure we gave our documents while buying...

Very very disappointed with your after sales service. Have been trying to reach reliance through calls and emails but just no response. We are a private company based at rasta peth, pune. We have been using reliance broadband since last 1 1/2 years. The service has been so poor that used to disconnect almost 2/3 hours everyday. We being in a business, require a powerful internet. Internet is not working from last 3 months. I submitted lot of complains and email but no one is taking it seriously. And now you are saying, please pay bill for continue your suspended services. How dare you say?

Stop these nonsense, ok. Firstly correct your system. And provide the services. We are not liable and will not pay a single coin.

My mobile no.[protected], i have special recharged 32rs in 4th september 2017. But my call cost also per minute 1.20ps.
Please i request to as usually my offers or else refund my money in added main balance.
Already i have contact customer care in 198 tollfree and *333 but its does not respond thats why am approach this way.

I was charged extra amount in this month bill for my number : [protected] which is not informed to me. Outlets located in tamilnadu coimbatore - puliakulam & in koundampalayam is useless as they dont have any knowledge for extra charges. They simply answered as they charge for new customers so inturn they are charging for the existing customers as well. I have been the customer of reliance network more than 8 years & i cannot accept such reasons....

Your reliance service is is not beneficial because not proper working internet and not proper working network services you're reliance network not available is many times and your interest speed to slow reliance network is very very poor i have experience reliance communication work to slow your all services i have recharge 3g but you only provide 2g and low quality internet speed very same full ness your service i have decided to remove...

The customer care number does not get through, after trying for 100 times i got one complain id, and thats all that was done. No action after that. I keep dialing the toll free number only to hear thank you for calling. I need my refund. And this is not a one time thing, this scenario repeats every month. If reliance is asked to dig out my records and check you would find out the same. Very pathetic service. Would not advice anyone to opt...

I got a text message from reliance with an offer of 70 gb data per day for 154 rupees for 70 days, however, when i recharge and use data reliance theft my money from main balance and when i make an complaint customer service advisor said we won't refund full balance we will refund partial because data is not active he said data gets active from 12am to 4am in between, no one has said this earlier, i used net at 12 am and i lost my hard earning...

. Recently after conversion from postpaid to prepaid in reliance gsm i tried to do mnp. But later on come to know that i need to stay 90days in reliance prepaid. Reliance gsm has blocked all my services. I put a request to enable it through reliance gsm centre. But no use till now it has not been activated. Need to know why all my services has been deactivated....

denying porting out to other operator

My post paid no.in reliance is [protected] and i want to port out and switch to airtel as per trai rules. Last month even after clearing all the dues on 14th august 2017 my number was not ported in contravention of trai rules. Even this month i cleared all dues by the 2nd of september 2017 and generated porting code yet rcom is purposefully not porting out my number. I am left with no other option but to complain and take legal recourse....

My reliance gsm - prepaid number is m-[protected]. I use its from 5-6 years.in the month august 2017, deducted rs. 200/-+ rupees from prepaid balance for various reasons and try to contact customer care but not connected to executive.

And its not recoverd, i want now portibality to idea and not happy with reliance

I have requested to deactivate my reliance mobile number in may-2017. Customer care officers didn't take any action to deactivate my number. I have paid my bills twice after requesting for deactivation. Still reliance is generating the bill and asking me to pay the same. Today reliance customer care officer threatened me for dare consequences if i will not pay the bill by today itself. Request to take necessary action to resolve this issue....
