Hi there,

This is naresh. I did recharge of 299 to my mother reliance number ([protected]) on 28th august 2017 through my airtel payment bank. Amount was debited from my account but recharge was not done. I contacted reliance customer care so many times, they are saying recharge was not done to the above mobile number. Then i contacted bank people about transaction details. They have given all the details about recharge transaction. With that details i contacted reliance customer care, they are giving very rash and irresponsible answers. Here i am giving my bank transaction details.

I sent so many mails to customer care. They didnt respond to even signle mail. Help me on this. I am really saying customer care people need training on solving customer issues.

    I have not subscribed to the above mentioned game and money is being deducted automatically from my mobile number ([protected]) balance for the last two months, i have tried a number of times to get the subscription cancelled and the deductions stopped by sending sms to the number as mentioned in the renewal sms i. E on 155223, on sms being sent the same gets bounced with instruction invalid request please reply with stop to deactivate. Requested to deactivate the game and stop the deductions the immediately.

      Dear, sir/madem
      My account balance of mobile no. [protected] has been deductate by the company without any reason. My mobile no. [protected] was a ammount of rs.32. 25/08/2017 to 28/08/2017 my phone was swiched of and balance deducted in this time. When i check my balance 29/08/2017 left my balance is rs 1.31. This balance was dedudctated without any reason from my account. Please refund my balance

          My mobile number is [protected] i am using an internet package of six months 1 gb daily and it is valid up to january 2018, today i was using my internet but you have robbed of my talk time balance of rs 142 which is showing nil now, it's unfair, what is the use of having a prepaid package, kindly restore my balance, sir i am out of station now a days and my mobile is on roaming so i am facing problem of incoming calls as my balance is nil now

          reliance gsm mobile is fraud kripya savdhan rahen. mera bhi balance deduction ho gaya withought any resion. customer care koi help nahi kar sakta.reliance gsm ka koi bhi offer recharge na kare to behtar hoga. dhanyawad.

              Hi i have been using reliance number since say it has come into existence. I had been having lot of complaints regarding over billing, miss call to isd were charged unnecessary. Bills do not reach on time no customer care records the complaints n blah blah they were not porting my number to another server since nine months don't know the reason. I'm unsatisfied with your over all services soits they better port or i'll will deactivate my reliance number. They are fooling people old help.

                My name is soumya ghosh. I am using reliance 3g for more than 7 to 8 months. I always recharge the 1gb 3g datapack. But for the last 2-3 months i am not getting enough speed like a 3g connection. My internet speed is now near about or less than 2g. I live in baranagar. I have already complained them more than thrice but they are just sitting idle in this matter. If my problem gets resolved i will highly grateful to you.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am using this number since 2004. My outstanding amount for the month of aug-17 rs.568 and bill due date 02-09-17. I paid my outstanding amount rs.568 + 182= total rs.750/- on[protected] at 15:40. On same day my mobile no [protected] was disconneted and i spoke to customer care they confirmed postpaid to prepaid converted but it not happened. On next day 28.08.17 i went approach sowcarpet reliance showroom and they said this no was convert to data card. Again i went to reliance showroom nugambakkam (Regional office) they said 29.08.17 your issue will resolved, but till now is not happened. For all my personal records i given this number only. Example: bank records, gas connection and etc. Due to this issue i am unable to access anything. So, i request you to kindly give high priority and resolve this issue.

                          Hi i m. Hitesh nimje from nagpur.
                          I had taken landline connection from reliance quoting no [protected]
                          In january. I had asked the store that is the network available thier or not after confirming from them i got the sim and install it in my landline and try to use it so the network is there as i am in city i. E in the reliance store but after coming to home there is no network in landline so i complained this to customer care so they told me they are taking complaint against it and after 72 hr it will be resolved but it is not resolved. The rental is 199 1 month gone no resolution is provided by them. Just saying the network team is working on so i enquired the store they told me that the network is lock in nagpur city area. Code 0712 and your home is in nagpur rural area so it can be on i. E network so requested him to close the no as i can't use the services they confirm me that they will close but after 2 month again bill is generated with late fee so i call customer reviews to close the no but they said i have to pay the bill... Why i will pay the bill if i don't use thier service not even.1 day i used thier service
                          Now the bill is 871 how i can. Pay this.
                          Call i get from reliance mumbai they are saying that if i don't pay the amount they will sent me legal court notice.
                          What can i do???
                          The company is real cheater
                          Please do needful regarding this.

                            Have recharged with amount 70 on 16th august in my no. [protected] and got 56 rupees as talk time but the reliance had deducted 30 rupees from my main balance in the name of vas this is so horrifying you can't harass any customer like this and this is against the customer policy, i have tried to complain on 198 but the customer executive be-fooled me. I hereby inform you to re credit my account balance otherwise i would be bound to take some severe steps. Today also they deduct my money there is no satisfactory response from the other side i am very much harassed and bound to tell it to higher authority and tell everyone regarding it and post complain everywhere.                               I have been using the reliance broadband connection since last 4 years. But the service which reliance is providing is pathetic. My internet connection is not working since last 3 months. I have been raising the complaints and sending mails to reliance customer care but still they haven't provided any kind of resolution to the issue. The height is still they are sending me the bill and daily calling to pay the bills.

                              They are just directly closing the complaints without any confirmation with end user.
                              This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. From last days, i am trying to contact their customer care but after fetching all the info from my side, call is getting disconnected.

                                Sir, i want to terminate my postpaid connection. As i have already mailed but i dont recieve any mails from customer care and modal officers.
                                Please terminate asap and send me fresh bill on my email so that i pay your bill online. I am in koderma jharkhand, here no network, so i am unable to take your call except checking emails.

                                  Today in the morning my balance was nearly 55 rs but suddenly nearly at 11 or 11:30 am i got a small saying that your account balance is less than 15 rs so i tried to call customer care service but i was not able to contact with them with my reliance no and then i tried with other other operator soon i got connected to them but they were not able to provide me any information about deduction and saying me i am transferring your call to higher operator but none of them received the call and wasnot able to contact with the higher operator and i was disconnected from them.                                       Hi, Two days back I did mobile recharge of 299 rupees to my mother reliance number through my airtel payment bank. From my airtel payment bank transaction was successful and amount was deducted. But reliance recharge was not done. I called to reliance customer care so many times, they are saying we didnot received amout. Airtel guys are saying "Amount was transferred successfully " .I sent mail to reliance customer care, they are not responding. I am attaching successful transaction receipt from airtel payment bank.Please suggest me on this to whom to contact on this.

                                        Hi, I lost my Reliance GSM sim on[protected] for which I have launched FIR on same date but I was unable to get my sim card blocked as I didn't have any other reliance mobile or number to contact customer care for the same.
                                        The phone was lost while I was travelling from my home town Shahjahanpur to Kanpur in train and didn't noticed when someone picked my pocket and I lost my phone.

                                        Please block my sim asap before it gets misused.
