My name is soumya ghosh. I am using reliance 3g for more than 7 to 8 months. I always recharge the 1gb 3g datapack. But for the last 2-3 months i am not getting enough speed like a 3g connection. My internet speed is now near about or less than 2g. I live in baranagar. I have already complained them more than thrice but they are just sitting idle in this matter. If my problem gets resolved i will highly grateful to you....

I have missed sim card with my samsung galaxy j7 duos 4g phone lost at eechanary to ukkadam bus, coimbatore. Kindly block my sim card i mmediately and which detail please send to our mail id at the earliest.

My name is aditya prakash dubey live in ghaziabad and my mobile no is [protected], my last recharge was on 16 aug with rs=70 and from that day only deduction process start and today my balance around 58 rupees was deducted. My whole family using your service from past decade and i want to continue the same but this kind of action put bad image of the service.

I m using reliance gsm number [protected]. I have recharged my number with rs 80 on 27 aug 17 and my account balance become rs 91.35. But on 29 aug 17, my balance become 0.35 without any reason. In january. I had asked the store that is the network available thier or not after confirming from them i got the sim and install it in my landline and try to use it so the network is there as i am in city i. E in the reliance store but after coming to home there is no network in landline so i complained this to customer care...

Have recharged with amount 70 on 16th august in my no. I have been using the reliance broadband connection since last 4 years. But the service which reliance is providing is pathetic. My internet connection is not working since last 3 months. Hi, Two days back I did mobile recharge of 299 rupees to my mother reliance number through my airtel payment bank. From my airtel payment bank transaction was successful and amount was deducted. But reliance recharge was not done. I called to reliance customer care so many times, they are saying we didnot received amout. Airtel guys are saying "Amount was transferred successfully " .I sent mail to reliance customer care, they are not responding....

Hi, I lost my Reliance GSM sim on[protected] for which I have launched FIR on same date but I was unable to get my sim card blocked as I didn't have any other reliance mobile or number to contact customer care for the same.

It seems that reliance communications limited become nerves and embarrassed when a customer demands his own money claiming as refund. I am getting this convinced as none of my e-mail are replied from the customer care e-mail id : [protected]@relianceada.com. The customer care executives are again and again asking for making a refund request and give alternate contact number...

I have closed my account ([protected]) in july and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (250/-) & 344 advanced rental has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -344 as balance. Please let me know how to get my money back.

As i bought a new sim of reliance 4g lte on 26 august 2017 but my data is not surfing litle bit and i also have 22 gb til 22 sep 2017 i only used data for 1 day after that my data is not surfing. I want my problem to be solve as much as quick.
As i want my problem to be solved in any condition.
Reliance care service is also not processing my commplaint as their service is very bad....

I choose to join ril. Communication on 2/8/17. I paid rs.1100 for 5 months to abjee info solution in ahmedabad. And got 2 connection for rs.2200. 2 days after that i decided not to join, so i asked for refund.
I went to your naroda office for that. About 32k. M away from my house as i was told by abjee that we can not give refund.

I've been using reliance postpaid connection for the last 1yr. The reliance connection is my corporate connection and i've opted for a monthly plan of 199, last month i've received a regular bill sms, in which i've noticed that the monthly rental has showed as 600 and including other charges i've to pay around 1000/-. Because of the special offer posted on my reliance number for getting 1gb 3g data/day for 56 days for ₹93 on my number i recharged my reliance number with the offer which had validity for 56 days but the service was terminated on the 5 day. I recharged on 25th august 2017 and the services were stopped on 29th august 2017. This is not expected from reliance. I want an explanation on the above matter. Otherwise i have to complain to consumer...
