My name is soumya ghosh. I am using reliance 3g for more than 7 to 8 months. I always recharge the 1gb 3g datapack. But for the last 2-3 months i am not getting enough speed like a 3g connection. My internet speed is now near about or less than 2g. I live in baranagar. I have already complained them more than thrice but they are just sitting idle in this matter. If my problem gets resolved i will highly grateful to you....

balance deduction

Dear sir,
My name is aditya prakash dubey live in ghaziabad and my mobile no is [protected], my last recharge was on 16 aug with rs=70 and from that day only deduction process start and today my balance around 58 rupees was deducted. My whole family using your service from past decade and i want to continue the same but this kind of action put bad image of the service.

balance deducted and customer care not picking up

I m using reliance gsm number [protected]. I have recharged my number with rs 80 on 27 aug 17 and my account balance become rs 91.35. But on 29 aug 17, my balance become 0.35 without any reason. illegal deduction of balance

Have recharged with amount 70 on 16th august in my no. [protected] and got 56 rupees as talk time but the reliance had deducted 30 rupees from my main balance in the name of vas this is so horrifying you can't harass any customer like this and this is against the customer policy, i have tried to complain on 198 but the customer executive be-fooled me. I did mobile recharge. they are saying recharge amount not received

Hi, Two days back I did mobile recharge of 299 rupees to my mother reliance number through my airtel payment bank. From my airtel payment bank transaction was successful and amount was deducted. But reliance recharge was not done. I called to reliance customer care so many times, they are saying we didnot received amout. Airtel guys are saying "Amount was transferred successfully " .I sent mail to reliance customer care, they are not responding....

lost sim card

Hi, I lost my Reliance GSM sim on[protected] for which I have launched FIR on same date but I was unable to get my sim card blocked as I didn't have any other reliance mobile or number to contact customer care for the same.

As this was post paid connection and security deposit (250/-) & 344 advanced rental has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back. my 4g data is not working or not surfing

I don't get my money back.

I choose to join ril. Communication on 2/8/17. I paid rs.1100 for 5 months to abjee info solution in ahmedabad. And got 2 connection for rs.2200. 2 days after that i decided not to join, so i asked for refund.
I went to your naroda office for that. About 32k. M away from my house as i was told by abjee that we can not give refund.

I was been told by one of your employees name 'niraj' that abjee will pay money back in...

recharge against special offer

Because of the special offer posted on my reliance number for getting 1gb 3g data/day for 56 days for ₹93 on my number i recharged my reliance number with the offer which had validity for 56 days but the service was terminated on the 5 day. I recharged on 25th august 2017 and the services were stopped on 29th august 2017. This is not expected from reliance. I want an explanation on the above matter. Otherwise i have to complain to consumer...
