Dear sir,

I have purchased your prepaid sim card mobile number [protected] few days before, and recharged it with amount rs 60.0, after recharging all amount deducted by you for some value added service charge without my consent. It is totally wrong and unethical. I am not able to reach you by customer care number so when i visit your office person on duty say that you are complaining after 24 hours so deducted amount will not refunded.
It is purely cheating with customer. I will rethink abount to continue with your services.

    I have recharged amt 94rs for net balance but I have to use one day only for next day I didn't get internet connection. After that am using Internet u have to charge my main balance more then nine rupees... And today also am recharge 20 it will be also u have to charge for internet using... And am kindly request u do provide my main balance and internet connection also... My internet one month policy for 94 RS I got oneday per one gp.. but I have to use only one day.. so balance 27 days u have access my internet connectivity.and my mobile number [protected]

      We are using the reliance broadband service for some time now, but the internet has stopped working for last 2 days.
      This is a pathetic situation where are internet service has stopped without mentioning any prior reason.
      We tried contacting customer care but all this in vain.
      Kindly work out this issue and provide a proper response as to how this happened and what shall be done.

        Sir still my earlier complaint dated 28 aug 2017still pending and now again rs 10 deducted from my account (Phone). Still my my money not refunded. Now i have only one choice to port out. Pls give me proses how to port out thank you ambani ko bhi lag gai hai.
        In this 15 days company simply activating any scheme and deducting money from my mobile balance. Upto now in this 15 days i lost approx rs 50/-if this process continues how much customer this company have.? Without any headache company collection goes in million of rs. Trai also to note daily deductions going on. Pls take action against defaulter company.

        Since 26 aug 17 my valuable money deduction was going on. Up to now i have made four complaint but still no action from your side. On 08 aug again amount deducted rs 06 total goes tors 60/-. After repeatedly complaint again today i have lost my money rs 19/-to bhikari ambani. Up to now from 26 aug 17 total amount deducted from mobile bal is rs 80/-. You bloody stop this nonsense. Trai to note, this rel company deducting money from everyone and everyday.

        Sir what nonsense going on since 26 aug. On sep 10 & sep11 again my money deducted. I am unable to understand what you want from me. And sep 11 twice money deducted. I fedup with your company and i don't be with you. And i going to lodge complaint to trai. Sir deduction of money unnecessary from my mobile account, simply activating any scheme and deducting money. Due this i have faced this problem earlier also, since one year i am not keeping the money in my account but some reason i have charged my account money deduction started. I will all indian colleagues that don't use reliance communication.

            I got recharge of 89 rupees providing 1gb per day 3gb data for 28 days but i speed of data is 10kbps i. E. 2g. I checked 3g data balance which is showing 0mb for fair usage & 1gb 3g data. What are they doing.

              After lodging a complaint a call is came in the name of reliance communications he is asking debit card detail along with cvv no. And password. It is really how is possible to give cvv no?
              He is asking for taking payment of rs. 10/- and i am ready to pay amount via online or in outlets but he is not agree. It is not possible to give cvv no. Or password or otp.

                After a call one message appeared special offer for you that if you recharge with rs. 60 you will get rs. 70. I recharged but could get only rs. 47.8 only. The company is making/giving fraud messages. This is the way the company is cheating its customer.

                When i contacted customer care, i have been connected to the bpo. But after some time recorded voice come that it could not be connected. Despite contacting i have been charged rs. 1/-
                It is a pitiable state of affair. The company should rectify it.

                  My prepaid reliance no. Is [protected]. Last month, there was a special offer for me, i. E. On 70/- rupees recharge, u get 56/- rupees talk time and 1 year daily 1gb, 2g internet data.
                  I got it activated on 16th august'2017. I got the benefits too, but i am very displeased with the internet speed and it's daily renewal longest time.
                  I can understand it's 2g, still it's worse than other 2g networks i have been using.
                  Secondly, every midnight, when it's daily validity gets expired, it takes 3-4 hours to get renewed, and sometimes even more than this.
                  Through the day, one keeps busy, and it's only at night, that you get time to use internet, but to my disappointment, it takes never ending time to get reactivated.
                  And by the time of it's renewal, it's already wee hours of the day.
                  It's been close to month, yet this issue not been resolved, instead it's getting worse with more long hours to keep waiting ' for the internet to work again. Last night, it got activated at 5 o'clock in the morning.
                  What's the use of such offers if it doesn't serve the purpose.
                  Reliance telecom does give great offers, but they are beyond practicality.
                  I am truly pissed about it.
                  Kindly provide a solution to this issue. Otherwise it's better to pay little more for other networks, and enjoy hassle free offers on uninterrupted internet usage.

                  My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. I got an offer of 20 paise all calls per minute for 90 days on rs 8/- recharge. I got my no. Recharged with this offer on 31 march"2017.
                  These messages were sent from reliance..
                  1) recharge rs8 successful. All local n std mobile n landline calls at 20p min credited into your account for 8 days.
                  2) congratulations, now you can make all calls at 20p min at any network for 90 days on successful recharge of rs.8 rcom.
                  3) congratulation! 8stv has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you. Reliance
                  This offer worked successfully for the first 8 days, but after that period, the calls are charged at 1rupee and 20 paise/minute.
                  This was a special offer on my number, and despite receiving the confirmation message from reliance for activating this offer for 90 days at low tariff, how can i be charged higher for my calls???
                  It's absolutely nonsense. Every 15 days, there's one or another issue arising, say it be slow network and long hours for daily renewal of internet data, and now false promised offers.
                  Need a resolution over it.
                  Don't have ample time to keep writing to you guys.
                  Improve your services.
                  Soon extend the promised 90 days validity for all calls at 20 paisa/min on my no.
                  Truly a disappointment.

                  Till now, no resolution been provided for my complaint of 8/- rupees call rate pack.
                  Today too, when I made a call, I was charged 1rupee 20 paise/ min.
                  RELIANCE is a fraudulent company. Firstly they give Special offers, and when u get it recharged, they discontinue the offers after a while.
                  SHAME ON YOU...WHAT A CHEAP WAY TO MAKE FAST MONEY.
                  I need a quick positive response.
                  Can't loose my hard earned money on higher call charges, irrespective of getting the call pack recharged.

                      Hi,

                      I'm seriously disappointed that my outgoing is barred twice once in apr'17 and once in aug'17 due to non payment wherein i made the payment within due date.

                      I have called up the contact centre and registered the complaints as well. However, the team seems to have no sense on customer's complaint. This is really harassment. If the payment is not credited to reliance, it should have credited back to my savings account which isn't the case.

                      Kindly look into the issue on priority and:

                      1. Kindly waive off inr 100 and st for non payment in subsequent bills for these two months
                      2. Credit back the debited amount back to my account.

                            My plan is 299 incl tax 353rs.
                            On the month of july i have received
                            705.64 rs. Reliance executive called me and informed that they added 1 month extra rental and also changed my plan (Benefits 6gb 4g data +unlimited local and national calls). But didint agreed with that and raised a complaint against it and i paid full amount of my bill. After that plan has been reversed as my before plan. But the issue is they still not adjusted extra paid amount on this bill. Reliance executive committed me to that they will adjust on august bill. Last 7 days i was trying to contact customer care but there is an error something due emergency cant connect to cc. I has also visited to reliance store but they also helpless. I was already raised a complain through mobile app but still no response. It is very irritating service by reliance. Cheat and fraud. I was trying to leave this network since last 1 month but they have rejected every time my port out request by showing outstanding. I was already paid extra 1 month rental after that they rejected my port out request. Due to this is my important no i ma not bale to take a new connection. Please help me on this.

                                I have 1gb data per day scheme and yet my main balance gets cut even though i have't used 100mb of the data out of 1 gb. I get a message stating "dear customer, you have already used data service for 10mb on your main balance." and then when i checked my data balance it says "dear customer, no data balances in your account". After an hour or so i checked and saw that i gave data balance left and my main balance got for no reason. This is the second time this is happening to me.

                                  Hi, today i did mobile recharge of 149rs. To my reliance number through my hdfc mobile app. From my hdfc mobile app payment transaction was successful and amount was deducted. Reliance recharge also done but i get 850mb data only. Rs.149 is a unlimited voice pack plan but i get 850mb data only it's not fair. I called to reliance customer care so many times, they are not properly responding. I sent mail to reliance customer care, they are not responding. I am attaching successful transaction number from hdfc phone banking. Please tell me on this how can i get back my money or how can i get unlimited plan for that reacharge of rs.149.

                                    I want to port my number to some other company but rcom is not generating the upc code. Every time when i send the message the reply comes "your request could not be processed please try after some time" and they deduct rs 1 for every message.

                                    I am really harrased. Upc code is my right and why they are not giving it to me.

                                    Please resolve the matter as soon as possible and do necessary action to generate my upc code

                                      We have received bill for august month in which its showing amount due rs.3415/-, whereas after payment on 10/07/2017 for rs.1073/- we haven't received any bill at all.

                                      Today when we have visited your reliance office in mathikere, they have given print of the bill for the month of july, in which its showing monthly rental of rs.1368.60/- whereas our monthly rent is rs.349/- and even the bill which we have received for the month of august its monthly rental is showing
                                      Rs.999/-. Neither we have changed any monthly rental then without our intimation how can you change the monthly rental.

                                      We request you to kindly reply back over the phone number [protected]. Even we are trying to call customer care from past 3 days but the customer care is saying that its service is not available for the time being.

                                      Hoping you will reply back to all our doubts before the bill due date.

                                        Everyday there is a deduction of 3-4 rupees from my account without any reason. It happened with my last recharge and it's continuing. My no.[protected]. So within 30 days my balance is becoming zero even if i don't make any calls. I don't have any vas nor am i using any data. Could you please stop this from happening ever again.
