After a call one message appeared special offer for you that if you recharge with rs. 60 you will get rs. 70. I recharged but could get only rs. 47.8 only. The company is making/giving fraud messages. This is the way the company is cheating its customer.

When i contacted customer care, i have been connected to the bpo. But after some time recorded voice come that it could not be connected. Despite contacting i have been charged...

My prepaid reliance no. Is [protected]. Last month, there was a special offer for me, i. E. On 70/- rupees recharge, u get 56/- rupees talk time and 1 year daily 1gb, 2g internet data.
I got it activated on 16th august'2017. I got the benefits too, but i am very displeased with the internet speed and it's daily renewal longest time.
I can understand it's 2g, still it's worse than other 2g networks i have been using.

I'm seriously disappointed that my outgoing is barred twice once in apr'17 and once in aug'17 due to non payment wherein i made the payment within due date.

I have called up the contact centre and registered the complaints as well. However, the team seems to have no sense on customer's complaint. This is really harassment. If the payment is not credited to reliance, it should have credited back to my savings...

I live in kolkata circle. Reliance smart deducted my balance when i recharge my number and the number is [protected]. They automatically subscribe any value added services like anchalvideo wsub, hdygo astro sub7 etc. This happened every day when i recharge and i am unable to do any emergency call. So sir i request you to do something against this rude corruption.

I have 1gb data per day scheme and yet my main balance gets cut even though i have't used 100mb of the data out of 1 gb. Hi, today i did mobile recharge of 149rs. To my reliance number through my hdfc mobile app. From my hdfc mobile app payment transaction was successful and amount was deducted. I want to port my number to some other company but rcom is not generating the upc code. Every time when i send the message the reply comes "your request could not be processed please try after some time" and they deduct rs 1 for every message.

I am really harrased. Upc code is my right and why they are not giving it to me.

We have received bill for august month in which its showing amount due rs.3415/-, whereas after payment on 10/07/2017 for rs.1073/- we haven't received any bill at all.

Today when we have visited your reliance office in mathikere, they have given print of the bill for the month of july, in which its showing monthly rental of rs.1368.60/- whereas our monthly rent is rs.349/-...

I am complaining for my connection not working from more than 1 month they are not resolving it and customer care is worst. Need to wait for 1 or 1.5 hour to get connected. Not replying on emails.

I am currently using a reliance gsm sim and need to port out from reliance. I'm trying to get the upc by sending a sms to 1900. Its been more than a week (Approx 9 days) and i have not received a upc yet. I have tried several times and either there is no reply from reliance or they send a simple message as "service unavailable".
All other reliance services are working as they do.

I have geo no - [protected] in my name. By 16 th july 2017 i have purchased on behalf of your announcement and paid 399/- for the same, i have recd a sms on 7th sept that your geo plan expired on 7th sept at 17.04:08 hrs. And advised to recharge.
