Hi its abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have logged a complain on[protected] having reference no.[protected] still no solution provided. Is it expected?? I got a a message that it has been solved. Without customer concern how they can claim that it has been solved??. My problem is that i got no upc code after sending sms (Port mob) to 1900. Instantly i got message from 1901 saying "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the facility". I have rs. 48.49 in my accout. As per reliance executive it was happening for "signature message" enabled but i have checked, there is no signature message enable in my sms setting.

Please give proper solution by today so that i can get upc code. I have to do these (Port) urgently because for 12 th august, 2017 i am facing data & internet issue. Instead of constant mails & complaint booking i got no solution till date. So please send upc code in my sms urgently. Please dont dissapoint me these time.

    Hello reliance my phone number is [protected]. From last few days you subscribe me to vas automatically and deducted my balance. Today this message come to me "you have been successfully subscribed to hdygoddostisub1 service for 1 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4025 to 155223 (Toll free)." and rs 1 is deducted from my balance. Please give my balance back. And your customers care don't picking up my call. Please tell them to pick my call.

    I have reliance prepaid number [protected] as per news on 15thh August17 like recharge 70 and get unlimited 2G data for one year but from yesterday my balance is deducting automatically.

      [protected] is my reliance broadband id. I got the connection disconnected 4 months ago. I got a mail that my billing will be stopped. This happened. But after that they are not collecting instrument and settling the final bill. Now, not sure how long do i have to wait and hold on to the instruments. Even after multiple requests and mails, i just get assurances and no action.

          I was using a data card of reliance then i got a call from your executive one day they told me that my 3g plan is converting into 4g. I asked about the price they said it'll be same as before so i said ok. Then after one month i got an email that i've to pay 15000 rupees. I got scared & shocked then i contacted your customer care service they said it's by mistake you now have to pay 2600 rupees whereas my former actual price was around 650 rupees. First of all your executive lied to me then now you guys are harassing me to pay it otherwise you'll take legal action against me. You people are fraud.

                I have recharge my number [protected] with rs. 89/- on 24/08/2017. Though i have been informed as the data89 has been successfully activated in return sms. I was able to connect my phone on the same day too for few hours. But after that unfortunately till now i am unable to connect any internet facility.
                I tried to call to 198 to lodge a complain or to get any suggestions from them, but i did not get any call to them.

                  Recharge not done properly
                  Yesterday, i got a offer of 152 rupees shows in ur #129* service no.in which company gave the benift of reliance to reliance unlimited call + 500 local min on other network + 3gb data but after the recharge of 152 i dont get the benifit,
                  When i call to customer care executive they said me that the benefit u will provided 26/8/2017 morning 12 noon of recharge.
                  But i dont rec the benefit. Till today morning after checking the phone that i ll rec benifit or not.. Then i make another call to your customer care executive he said that i have no such type of benifit or offer in my no. But yesterday you executive said that the offer benefit will provided u after 4 hours of recharge but i dont get the benefit.
                  Please provide me that offer benefit.

                      Hi team,
                      I was a user of reliance broadband connection no.[protected] registered no. [protected]. I have terminated my connection in the month of march. But till now i haven't any refund yet, the issue have been escalated but no proper response i got.
                      Kindly, look into the issue.
                      It's been more than 5 months and i haven't received my cheque yet for the refund.
                      When i ll receive my money that's the question???
                      Do you want to gave my money back or not...
                      This is going from last 7-8 months...

                          Reliance communications have changed my monthly plan for my number [protected] without notice and increased the monthly tariff by two times in the name of "upgradation". I have asked them to roll back to my earlier plan as the usage is low. They have not done the same. I registered this complaint to the customer care and the representative told me to pay as per the last monthly pan which i did. Thee is no revised bill / mail or sms from them on this. Instead they disconnected my outgoing line. And have literally tortured me for payment not heeding to my request.

                          I would like to get out of reliance for this reason. I have opted for port but they are not responding with code.
                          Very poor response and also they intimidate indirectly.

                          I am unable to migrate to other service provider as they have barred my number which is linked to my mother's bank / aadhar etc. I request to settle this issue. I am getting payment outstanding reminder.

                          I request the persons concerned take up the issue on priority and settle the issue or i will have to approach consumer court for the mental agony i am going through.

                              reliance store. With out any vas services rs 1 balance deducted daily basis

                              from my reliance no = [protected] every time ur appellate authourity

                              officer promise me no balnce deducted next time but balance deduct daily

                              pls refund my amount and stop balance deduction daily. Pls solve the problem

I have asked them to change the plan which they have not done and i told them that need to send a mail or revised bill as per the previous plan but they did not do it and disconnected my line.                                         I have applied for migration from post paid to prepaid service. My no [protected] is suspended without any communication.
                                        Its affects me a lot.
                                        This is my main no which is i am using since 5 to 6 years.
                                        Reliance outlet also troubled me a lot for this service (Migration).
                                        Infact i am unable to receive massages also.

                                        Please do the needful.

                                        Res.sir, i recharge my reliance sim on 16 th August 2017 by 70 ₹ I haven't registered any scheme then also amount deducted ...I called 7 times on 198 no.but no response..I humbly request you to please give my amount back.. Thanks
