Hi,

I have taken a data card in 2011 and used for years and cancelled the service and paid all the due amount.

Later, incorrectly, i was sent a bill which had no service usage and i explained that i had already cancelled the service.

But i kept getting the reminder to pay the bill. I had already explained many times, i am not liable to pay anything extra.

Today i got an e-notice...

I have already paid the bill sometime ago some 6-7 months back or may be year and i had asked the executive to close my number as i don't need it any more and now after so many months i am receiving legal notice for the same, what kind of fraud is this, are you guys think you are above law and can harass people, i tried to call on the number mentioned in the legal notice, that lady speaks to me rudely, i told her i am not using that number...

Continuously daily facing many problem by reliance gsm. Always main balance deduct without reason, some time no. Barred without my information or complaint. Now again they regular deduct my main balance when i connect mobile data.
I already have net plans. I got special offer message on july 27, 2017
Rs. 93 pack daily 1gb/day data for 56 days....

Hi i have 3 complaints for last two weeks still no solution. Please solve these immediately-

1. I have got message from 52811 that sr no.[protected] has been resolved but still now remains same problem. Please solve it urgently.

2. From last 3 days i got no internet. No internet sign showing. Please solve it urgently. I also call to customer care many times but no one received.

3. I have recharged...

I have a data pack on my reliance gsm sim which provides me with 1 gb data per day for 30 days.in spite of data pack my main account balance is deducted drastically two times. I had also requested by 1925 which prevents company to deduct main balance for data uses which was activated two days ago. Again today whole main account balance deducted. I am feeling cheated. On the one hand they provide pathetic 3g speed in kbps and deduct main account...

I am using reliance netconnect data card no :[protected] on july 29-2017 i went reliance store and applied for cancellation. They have told with in 5 days it will be cancellation will be done. But still my data card not at cancellation done.
I didn't receiving any call from reliance netconnect regarding this but they have generated this month bill also (With out using net)....

I got a lok adalat notice today "ref: - pre-litigation no lk/aug17/mhz 104793 of september 2017". After saying times that i dropped mail to reliance customer care to disconnect internet on 2013 may. After that i went out of country for couple of years. And i don't understand why i got a bill amount 1210/- where as i cleared all amount. Its very strange and i'm getting the notices from you. Can you please clarify...

Every time i calling they are saying your problem resolved you will get refund but didnt get anything. From 12th of august everyday 3 rs deducting from balance. I fedup and irritated with reliance customer care, many times its not connecting some time they put on hold for 20-30 mins....

Actually i have make a call in reliance customer care on 22 august (2017), ask him any internet offer, he told me please reacharge your number of 54 rupees, you will get 1gb/per day for 14 days, but i got total 1gb data for 14days, this is totally wrong, & i want resolution otherwise i will go to trai office for this case, also hear more abusing words from reliance executive,...

Even after several complaints my problem of very poor network has not been solved from 3 months.. Every time i make complaint i am given 48 hours time and then a technical team person calls and say everything is ok network team will call.. Network teak calls and say technical will call.

Lot of call drops are being faced by me from past 3 months specially... I am paying bill for 3g & 4g service but getting 2 g in return.br...

We have made a complain in the month of july 15, 2017 that your net is not working and till todae it not working. We have discontinued using your net work.

You are, therefore, requested that do not bill us. I thing if there is no service, without uses, you should not charg anything.

I, as a customer, am withdrawing from subscrption.

My no is [protected]. I have recharge 349/on 03/08/17 for data. But my data service stop 20/08/17. But my data validity is 30/08/17. I have notice reliance company is clever. Every time they have stop data service before validity get complete. When ever i call customer care there phone get disconnect. They doesn't bother about there customer...
They are cheating with customers......

I have been receiving legal notice for non payment of rs 858/- for my reliance no [protected].

I have stopped this number over more than a year, i had cleared my last dues for the same and have asked the customer care people to cancel my number as i do not intend to continue, but i have been receiving call s continuously for non payment of amount.

Reliance communication is forcefully wanting me to pay the money...

I had recharged my mobile with 45 rupees talktime through amazon pay on 23/aug/2017.. But the recharge was done to data pack... I. E. 125 mb of data pack has been added to my number.. I m not using internet on my current mobile/number ([protected])... The customer care is not listening to my complaint... They are saying we can not do anything about it... And neither r they giving me any complaint number.. Please see to the matter and ask them...
