My number is [protected] once i stopped my data service through stop to 1925 and activate again through start to 1925 but after that my internet not connecting, i tried all things to contact you like calling cc (Area code problem), your instant live chat which always show live chat facility is available during 09:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs! Wth!!! I am in roaming bihar, i am on ₹70 plan 1 gb/day in 2g and already wasted 3 gb because i can't connect internet, please help me and resolve the problem asap.

    Hi... I am using last two years ur reliance sim.. But nowadays ur taking money from my account.. Without any information i am facing lot of problems bcs of this matter.. I didnot activate any subscription or vas in my mobile.. Plz kindly take action for my problem.. This my cell number is [protected].. And try refund my credit back to my account for future use..

      The above mentioned cell number has been disconnected since last 2 month and not body from reliance office to care to resolved my problem.
      The only thing they have mentioned that the said no is disconnected due to non payment of bill but not ready to deduct amount charge me under head of advance payment of bill.
      Without my knowledge they changed my rental plan from rs. 149 to rs. 699 and now ask me to pay excess amount of bill for which i denied and the result of this they disconnect my number.
      Regarding the same i have filed complaint before appellate authority but they are also not in a mood to resolved my problem.

        I was using a reliance number for few years. I placed my request to have the number terminated first in jul'16. That was not taken care of by reliance communication. Later i received a call from reliance communication for payment reminder. I took that opportunity to make sure that my number gets terminated and asked them to give me in writing that if i clear my dues, they will terminate the number. Mr. Nitin soni from reliance collection department sent me the mail.in his mail, he clearly mentioned that this is full and final settlement an number will be terminated post payment. Taking cognizance
        Of the same, i made the payment and shared the payment acknowledgement receipt with them, asking to terminate the number now. (Attached are the mail copies of both). However, i kept receiving the payment reminder with increased amount every month. Which clearly indicates that the number was not terminated by reliance communication. Because of which, i kept sending reminders to mr. Nitin soni to resolve the issue.
        Now, i am being contacted by legal team of reliance communications and being threatened to be dragged to court under sections of ipc, for non-payment of bills.

          This is to inform you that we have bought a new number of reliance whose number [protected] whose full n final payment was done on 04-mar-2017. Whose full n final payment mail is also with us. After we have purchase new number of reliance no.[protected] but after 3 month reliance has disconnected our number without any information we have paid all the outstanding amount of both the number but reliance communication has stooped the services without any information. Kindly look into this matter as i was told by reliance that you to make the previous bill payment but we have paid all the dues and i have the full and final payment mail from reliance.

            This reliance mobile is always deducting my balance it always add vas service without any permission and daily deduct 1-2 rs but today they have deducted 7 rs. Reliance has almost deducted 30 rs till now and when i want to complain with customer service representative they doesn't respond and now they have blocked either reliance resolve this problem or i port my no.

              Following is the concern which i want to bring to your notice.

              Bill generated in the month of june was paid through paytm of amount rs. 233, and i received the confirmation of payment deduction from my acount as it was paid through debit card. How ever due to network error in reliance, payment not received by you. For which in the month of july delay fine amount been added in bill. While i spoke to the customer care executive and conveyed the issue. He conform me to waive of the fine amount. After which i paid the rest amout bill generated. But bill i received in the month of aug, i found that double fine amount been reflected in bill.

              Request you to pls look into the matter and help resolve.

                This is to inform you that i am with reliance communication since last 10 years having phone no. [protected]. So i am an esteemed customer of reliance. However, i need to inform you that mobile network is very poor in worli areas since last three months where my office is, so it is difficult to use the phone in the absence of proper network. 198 and *333 phone number of customer care is not working since it is not receiving complains at present and live chat is unavailable. If my complain is not resolved within 48 hours, i am forced to change my service provider.

                  Hi,

                  I have taken a data card in 2011 and used for years and cancelled the service and paid all the due amount.

                  Later, incorrectly, i was sent a bill which had no service usage and i explained that i had already cancelled the service.

                  But i kept getting the reminder to pay the bill. I had already explained many times, i am not liable to pay anything extra.

                  Today i got an e-notice lok adalat to appear before a court which is impossible for me as i am not in pune. Can someone look at this and resolve once and for all.

                    I have already paid the bill sometime ago some 6-7 months back or may be year and i had asked the executive to close my number as i don't need it any more and now after so many months i am receiving legal notice for the same, what kind of fraud is this, are you guys think you are above law and can harass people, i tried to call on the number mentioned in the legal notice, that lady speaks to me rudely, i told her i am not using that number from the past a year or so, she says yelling then how the bill is generated, this question should be asked by me.

                    Sort this issue asap and close my number asap, i m not gng to bow down to your extortion of bill payment.

                      My reliance gsm no. [protected].
                      Continuously daily facing many problem by reliance gsm. Always main balance deduct without reason, some time no. Barred without my information or complaint. Now again they regular deduct my main balance when i connect mobile data.
                      I already have net plans. I got special offer message on july 27, 2017
                      Rs. 93 pack daily 1gb/day data for 56 days. I have a message received by reliance.
                      I recharge it on 27 july, 2017. Regular they deduct my balance last 2-3 days.
                      But now they deduct my main balance for the avg of net surfing.
                      That was too disappointing.
                      Whenever trying to call customer care 198 / [protected] never connect to executive. So where i can register my complaint.
                      For call not connected to customer care, continuously i rise complaint but this matter are also not resolved.

                        Hi i have 3 complaints for last two weeks still no solution. Please solve these immediately-

                        1. I have got message from 52811 that sr no.[protected] has been resolved but still now remains same problem. Please solve it urgently.

                        2. From last 3 days i got no internet. No internet sign showing. Please solve it urgently. I also call to customer care many times but no one received.

                        3. I have recharged rs. 147 on 12.08.2017 but everyday after 12pm i got no data balance for 3hours/4hours. I have logged call many times regarding these & maill customer care many times but it in vain. Please immediately solve the problem.

                          I have a data pack on my reliance gsm sim which provides me with 1 gb data per day for 30 days.in spite of data pack my main account balance is deducted drastically two times. I had also requested by 1925 which prevents company to deduct main balance for data uses which was activated two days ago. Again today whole main account balance deducted. I am feeling cheated. On the one hand they provide pathetic 3g speed in kbps and deduct main account balance now and then. And they never take call on customer care wastes so much time on ivrs.

                            I am using reliance netconnect data card no :[protected] on july 29-2017 i went reliance store and applied for cancellation. They have told with in 5 days it will be cancellation will be done. But still my data card not at cancellation done.
                            I didn't receiving any call from reliance netconnect regarding this but they have generated this month bill also (With out using net).

                            i have received the call from reliance (advocate) regarding bill payment .they told they will send the notice to me regarding the bill payment .but still i have not received call from customer care regarding this problem .

                            again i have received bill of last month with out using net .my customer service no is debarred.

                              I got a lok adalat notice today "ref: - pre-litigation no lk/aug17/mhz 104793 of september 2017". After saying times that i dropped mail to reliance customer care to disconnect internet on 2013 may. After that i went out of country for couple of years. And i don't understand why i got a bill amount 1210/- where as i cleared all amount. Its very strange and i'm getting the notices from you. Can you please clarify the issue?

                              Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the applicant reliance communication ltd, pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of rs 1210/- has arranged an pre-litigation lokadalat on saturday dated 09/09/2017 at 11.00 am to 3 pm.                               While calling the number, its unreachable. I don't know which of your department is handling it but the response is worst

                                  I have a postpaid number ([protected]), before long time, but i decided to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.
                                  That's why i visited 4 times to hill cart road reliance store. But they didn't guide, even they told me to come after some days. But it's not possible to go again and again for convert. At last i decided, when they took my documents for convert then only i will be paid due bills and i also discussed all details with sunita chauhan.
                                  Today she call my father and asked him to inform me that if i didn't pay the bill then she will come with police and her throwing was very bad.

                                  I want to know is this my fault?
                                  Your officers didn't give proper service, is this my fault?

                                  And sunita can call my father but why she miss behave with my father. She can take my number from my father.

                                  Please check my old statements. I really upset with your service. Actually i think it's my fault that from 5 years am using reliance.

My balance is deducting everyday in spite of calling and complaining several times to customer care. Every time i calling they are saying your problem resolved you will get refund but didnt get anything. From 12th of august everyday 3 rs deducting from balance. I fedup and irritated with reliance customer care, many times its not connecting some time they put on hold for 20-30 mins. I want my all balance from 12th august.

                                      I am also facing the same problem. I request Reliance to please do a honest business. don't deduct balance without customer's consent and knowledge. I am frustrated with checking balance frequently, noting down the balance, when I come to know that some balance is deducted without my knowledge, No SMS received from Reliance that so and so service is activated and so and so amount is deducted etc, when I contacted customer care by going with N of options and waiting for customer care executive for 20-30 mins and they just say in very simple way that some XYZ service is activated and we will deactivate the service now and no balance will be deducted in future. I think it is common for them now a days.

                                        Hi reliance,

                                        I bought reliance modem in 2014 and used for 2 months (It has 2months offer), after that i have contacted reliance customer support team and told them to de activate my plan belongs to [protected] number. Reliance agreed and confirmed they will disconnect the service.

                                        From last week onwards i am receiving sms alerts like "demand notice has been generated against non payment of rs. 1586.17 of your reliance number [protected]. Please make immediate payment to avoid legal action.

                                        I am not using modem from last 3 years. Please contact me on [protected].
