To whomsoever it may concern,

I have received an sms from rm-reliance to pay rs 1215 caf[protected].

The sms says that after repeated follow-up, i have failed to pay rs 1225 and they would be filing case at pune lokadalat court. The point to note is that i have never availed any of the services from reliance. Just received this sms two days ago and again today.

The number provided to call back is [protected] (Irfan), which is not reachable.

Please take necessary action on this.

My no is [protected] and I have recharged with net pack of 93 which has 2 months validity for Internet on 12 Aug 2017 but the internet not connecting and whenever and when connects my 40 rs mobile balance deducted. Worst service and these guys want to loot only.
Respected Sir/Ma'm,
Yesterday I recharge Rs. 20 and get Rs. 14 balance after some time Yesterday and today amount has been deducted from my number - [protected].
I didn't use internet/calls/ msg.

Now its showing Rs 8.970 in my account.

Please refund my money back.

    I am totally depressed for your side because you are generating wrong bill every month and am talking to your executive he is not provide me full information i request you to please cross check my bill other wise will complain in consumer court this is my final decision because out of mind these bills and am talking to your executive over the phone when discussion and commitment to me from your side after bill my side pay the bill then next month commitment is not complete why please all my calls recording be carefully listen what i am saying and what r u saying.
    This month bill charge mobile no ([protected]) 925rs/- when you executive commit before few days sir your 200 rs/- is less then i check my unbilled amount 15rs/- after bill generate this month you are added 200rs/- where is commit.
    And am paying my bill time to time so why are u added late fee.
    Please check this.
    Am waiting for your revert.

    Why r u barred my call. Im 2days ago my pakage activate.. So why my call barred... My bill submitted date is 2sep..so plz my outgoing call can be activated..
    From last 20 days, I am unable to use internet connection properly because of network problem in sector 6/b, Bokaro, pin no 827006 and my no is [protected]
    My mobile no. is [protected], I want to port my no. but not able to send message to 1900 as 'PORT [protected]'...as the message showing sending failed. My balance also available in my number. In general messages are going in other operators also. Kindly resolve the issue.

      I'm mahendra i opted for reliance porting. I paid 1000rs and my number is not ported and reliance executives are not receiving my call.

      I been already 20days.

      I tried to call them several times response is very bad and again my bill cycle is getting nearer for current network.

      I mailed to care but no reply. I would like to give complaint on this issue.

        Hi i am prashant i was having my landline connection and that number was given to all of my clients that phone after sometime it was not working and i showed that instrument to reliance gallery many times but it was not being repared till 4 months and they were demanding for the rent of monthly bill without using it and for that reason i have faced so much loss because of their carelessness and the shocking thing was foe this reason they have disconnected even my mobile number and i payed the landline bill but still they have not activated my mobile number.

          I am receiving incorrect court notices for non-payment of my bills. I went to ranchi from hyderabad (My parent's place) during my maternity leave and took an internet dongle from a nearby reliance communication center in radium road, near hotel maharaja with following details: a/c no[protected], mobile no-[protected] and took a rs 499 worth plan. I never received any copy of electronic receipt inspite of providing valid email address but as the place was nearby, i managed to visit the place personally and pay the bills which i did for 3 months.in the month of september when my mother visited the shop to pay the bill, the amount was pretty higher than usual. I was charged rs 1000 for the same plan. When she asked the person there (Unfortunately i do not have a name), he confirmed that it was a manual error where they mistakenly renewed my plan with a different one and confirmed that the bill would be adjusted next month. My mother asked him to do the same and also requested him to terminate the connection after that as i would be returning back to hyderabad in november. The person verbally agreed to that and mentioned that he cannot provide us a confirmation due to some technical glitch. Currently my parents are staying with me in hyderabad and when one of my relative went to my parent's address in ranchi on 8/27, he found few court notices with the guard asking me to be personally present in lok adalat on 8/26/2017 to settle this issue regarding bill payment of rs 2050.

          My concerns/thoughts here:
          - why i never received a copy of those bills on my emails earlier?
          -why i never received a copy of e-notices?
          -why court notices were delivered to an empty house?
          -why they did not wait for any acknowledgment from recipient's end before summoning a settlement in lok adalat.

From 2 days i am trying to block through customer care executive but they asked me to call after an hour because server was busy. This balance was dedudctated without any reason from my account . Now on 27/08/2017 i recived a call from a number for activation of a service. I have been told to press a button for my confirmation, I did not press any key but the service was activated automatically and my balance reached at rs. 0.I have been cotinue trying to call on customer care no. *333 and 198 but my call is not connecting to the officers .So i am requesting you to please tell me that why has my balance been deducted .

                  Sir, there's always unnecessary deductions over my number and i even don't receive a message for it. I am just irritated with reliance services. Customer care is not reachable. I want all the refunds to be done today itself as there is a huge deduction yesterday and today. Please look into the matter otherwise i just have to change my sim.

                      I am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "this service is temporarily unavailable” message as a reply from 1901. I had never received the code. I made a complaint many time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. But they didn't solve my problem. When ever i had call to reliance customer care they just pickup the call and place call on hold they doesn't give any response and disconnect the call. I literally frustrated with these. So please solve my problem and give me my upc code message.

                          i had mad complain to local reliance office ..they placed my complain ..then a call comes with "+912230326300" these number on my mobile they ask for ploblem, i said my upc problem that i unable to receive my upc code and message comes from you that "This service is temporarily unavailable" they said we will solve the problem but they can't solve my problem.so i request that please provide me upc code to my number 7303723222 .

                              I have recharged with amount 70 on 16th august in my no. [protected] and got 56 rupees as talk time but the reliance had deducted 30 rupees from my main balance in the name of vas this is so horrifying you can't harass any customer like this and this is against the customer policy, i have tried to complain on 198 but the customer executive be-fooled me. I hereby inform you to re credit my account balance otherwise i would be bound to take some severe steps.

                              Currently customre care has approached me and saying they will recredit the balance in my bank account, but why so if they deducted from my main balance then why will they credit on my bank account if any onw don't want to give account or if he don't have any account then what will he do? Totally unsatisfied with the customer response he talk with so rude mannner, and he had forced me to do complaint wherever i can because he said he will call again so i am bound to complaint to higher authority till my problem will not be resolved.

                                    Sir i m pushkar lal trivedi. Yesterday night i lost my phone having a reliance cdma sim in it. I tried alot to contact customer care but there was no response at all. So please i request you to block my reliance cdma sim whose number is [protected]. Please do as soon as possible so that no one can misuse it. And please do inform me on my alternate number which is [protected].

                                      I would like to deactivate. I paid my last bill and asked for the same but this has not been done. I would not be liable to pay my next bill, and hence would like to clear my existing dues before deactivating.
                                      The reason for deactivation is temporary as i am going out of station for some time.
                                      I had already told the customer executive last time when he asked for payment, that deactivate the account after payment but that has not been done
