My mobile numer [protected] got terminated without information. That too my number was activate and suddenly they cancelled my connection. While discussion with customer care they are asking me to go to near by store.
But my concern is why they cancelled my connection without any information.

I tried contacting reliance store also they are telling as my connection is of other state (Kolkata area number i am having) they...

When i recharged earlier of rs 99 then it gives rs 99 talktime and net 2 gb for 28 days and net was working very fast but now 3-4 days ago when i recharged rs 89 then it gives gb data per ďay till 28 days but net is not working properly even sometimes it didn't work or work very slowly even i can't expect and it didn't connect with pc through wifi also for using net on pc. Tell me how to solve it and plz solve it...

Before 2 days i recharged my reliance no. With rs.89 as data pack for 28 days with 1gb/day. But i'm unable to use it. It is showing 1024 mb in the beginning but internet is not working at all in my phone.
I called on *333 several times but after the automated call, the staffs are disconnecting it. The customer care staffs are completely bogus, each & every time we have to face problems for the reliance...

I collect a duplicate sim from sibsagar reliance retail outlet last two week my reliance duplicate sim not activated fail to get any help from authorized reliance outlets. While trying to purchase the reliance jio phone after giving my credit card details for the payment of 500 rupees.
The screen popped up with transaction failed message but amount has been deducted from my account.

Since i changed my plan to 4mpbs my internet not work more than 10 days and paying full bill every month
Even i changed my plan in middle of the month but i got charged for full month for 4mbps
Please consider me waver this time as it was reject every time even though it not working for more than a month...

The customer care person informed me that the plan involved unlimited free calling. And i then received a message stating that my bill came to rs.2300. On speaking with the customer care they informed me that the plan included.25 p per minute on calls.
The executive while activating the plan expressly said that my calling will be free.
The customer care are not providing with the recorded call nor ready to listen to my grievances....

I am using my number [protected] with idea connection from may month and port from reliance to idea took me 3 month

Now after so long suddenly received a legal notice stating an amount of 271 rs balance before this mail no message, call or mail received for intimation of this said amount.

My concern is when my number was port i cleared my bill but how come this said amount raised and without clearing bill number...

I visited customer care office but person told me we have here only last 3 days details and its not showing here. But i didn't get sim card until now. Although i received bill from reliance for that card which i never got and used.. What should i do now..

So current condition is i continue to get legal threat message, i even talked to person who is sending message, but...

I rechaged my no with rs. 70 2g data plan that is 1 gb data per day for 365 days on 16 august but on 23 august when i check my data bala for one monthnce i see a another 2g plan of 185 mb data for 5 days and 1 gb 3g data for one month that i didn't activated bcoz my balance is 00rs and i didn't done a recharge bcoz my previous plan is better than this. I don't know how this happen it should be someone others mistake why i suffer from this.br...

After complaining here i search new no of customer care then one representative had received my call kirti she said they will refund money but they didn't and also again today they have deducted 7 rs and not refunding me and the new no which i tried again also blocked me i am fed up with customer service they are deducting my balance daily plz do something...

Dear reliance i had a very serious problem about my network i am not able to use my internet i am not able toake calls. I had recharge account by 99 rupees but i am not able to use my internet because of your network i had humble request please fix my problem within one hour, or i will port my sim card its the second time i am complaining about it so i hope you will fix my problem...
