I am using my number [protected] with idea connection from may month and port from reliance to idea took me 3 month

Now after so long suddenly received a legal notice stating an amount of 271 rs balance before this mail no message, call or mail received for intimation of this said amount.

My concern is when my number was port i cleared my bill but how come this said amount raised and without clearing bill number should not to be ported.

Please update what's going on and before sending any notice verify detail via call, msg or mail.

No one can send notice directly with out prior update

    Sir my number [protected]. Yestetday night i check my balance in message of 3600 (For data usage) after i disconnected net. And i shocked my whole balance of 49rs. Gone and only 1 paise remain. I visited customer care office but person told me we have here only last 3 days details and its not showing here. Call to 198, but after calling there several times, the phone disconnected whenever i press key for customer care executive option. Help me out. Before also many times my balance got deducted without doing anything but after complaining they refunded. Now also i want my refund of 49 rs. Cos its wrongly deducted by ur company.

      I submitted my documents (Aadhar card) to one person whom call me from reliance. He gave me offer on new sim card and he told me that i receive my card after some time. But i didn't get sim card until now. Although i received bill from reliance for that card which i never got and used.. What should i do now..

          I rechaged my no with rs. 70 2g data plan that is 1 gb data per day for 365 days on 16 august but on 23 august when i check my data bala for one monthnce i see a another 2g plan of 185 mb data for 5 days and 1 gb 3g data for one month that i didn't activated bcoz my balance is 00rs and i didn't done a recharge bcoz my previous plan is better than this. I don't know how this happen it should be someone others mistake why i suffer from this.
          So my question is this due to this 2g plan my previous 2g plan of rs. 70 is overwrited or not if overwrited then please re-activate my previous plan of rs 70. 1gb per day for one year because this is not my mistake no recharge was done by me

              Dear reliance i had a very serious problem about my network i am not able to use my internet i am not able toake calls. I had recharge account by 99 rupees but i am not able to use my internet because of your network i had humble request please fix my problem within one hour, or i will port my sim card its the second time i am complaining about it so i hope you will fix my problem

                Good morning!! My reliance number is [protected]. On 24th august and 25th august my balance is deducted from my account uselessly. As i have not activated any vas service. Kindly refund my full balance. And whenever i call on 198.. It couldn't connect to the customer service representative. Kindly connect my call to the customer service and refund my balance.

                  I have made recharge 15/08/2017 of rs. 70/- and got 56/- before that my balance was 10/- now cumulatice bal was 66/- though it become 0.02/- on 18.0817 without any usage, then rechrge on 22.08.17 of rs.10 and got 7, again it became 0.15. I called on customer care but its as usual not picking up the call. I visited on its store they were not having any answer. I lodged complain through its reliance insta care vide various complaint number as:[protected] dated 19.08.2017,[protected] dated 21.08.2014,[protected] dated 22.08.2017,[protected] dated 23.08.2017,[protected]dated 24.08.2017. But all were closed by the company with any soultion. Please solve the same by credit back my amount. So that i can use the service. Else to the which extent i have to get it recharge it.

To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)." and rs22 is cut from my account. Plz give my money back. If you don't give my money back i will port my number to another company. So give my money back reliance. I call 198 but customer service is not picking up my phone.

                      On 25 august 2017 they deduct rupees 45 via service known as gamesonsub45 at 6:30am for a service which was not requested by me on mobile number [protected]. They have started it without my request... Customer care is not attending call... Kindly instruct them to refund my money with compunsation... I also tried to attach the sms send by them.                         I have booked phone on 24/08/2017, at 7pm. I got debit message from pragathi krishna gramina bank for rs. 500. But did not get any confirmation message from reliance jio.

                        In process, it showed transaction successful and transaction id is null.

                        So, not sure whether phone booked. If not how to get my money back?

                          Hello, i vishwas pareek using reliance no. [protected]. I have recharged a data pack called data89 which gives 1gb data per day.
                          Reliance has deducted my main balance 4 times. There was no reference that data will not work after 12 am. They have cut all my main balance totalling rs.120 in past couple days.
                          Reliance has a total cheating policy.
                          Anti consumer policy.
                          They dont clarify clearly about the data offer and charge from main balance.

                          I urge reliance to refund rs. 120 to mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible.
                          I have to port to other network becoz other don't cheat by keeping customer in disguise.

                            My reliance number is [protected]. My talk time balance also deducted 3 times for bwoodmaniasub21 subscription where i never subscribe this. So, how u people are cheating with customer.

                            So, revert back my talk time amount. Or else i will contact with higher as authority.

                            Before only they deducted money like this. That time i have not taken any step. But now really i have to do something for this.

                            If this types of things happen again and again i have switch to different network.

                                  Every day after 12 am (Midnight), the daily 1gb per day internet pack (Rs 193) stops to work and full balance reduction for the internet. There were no terms and conditions mentioned in the product note on their website. This happens even when the daily limit of 1 gb is not utilized completely.

                                  I am facing serious problem as twice my balance has been completely cut as they dont intimate that balance is getting deducted. Only when balance is zero, every thing stops.

                                      Under instruction from and on behalf of our client reliance communications ltd having its office at 103/106 naroda industrial estate (Gidc), gate no. 6, nr. Muthiya gam bus station, naroda,

                                      1. You had availed telephone/data card service from my client under caf no[protected].

                                      2. That you failed to adhere the terms and condition of the caf agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time and the same was not paid despite repeated, request, reminder and personal visit made by my client.

                                      3. That was on date an amount of rs. 667 is due and payable by you in the aforesaid caf no to my client. However my client in the interest of good customer relationship intends to explore the possibility of a settlement, through process of conciliation and accordingly intends to refer the dispute to a k shaikh who would act as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

                                      4.in case you are interested in settling the matter, amicably, and out of court, by the process of conciliation, as aforementioned, you are called upon to attend the conciliation camp, being organized at reliance communications ltd, 103/106 naroda industrial estate (Gidc), gate no. 6, nr. Muthiya gam bus station,
                                      Naroda, ahmedabad-382320on 26.08.2017 between 11 a. M. To 6 p. M.in case, however, you fail/avoid to come forward for conciliation, on the said date, the present invitation shall be deemed to have lapsed/rejected and in such event, our client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you to their logical end for the recovery of its dues at your risk, cost and consequence. The present communication may also be treated as a final opportunity from my client, towards the amicable settlement.

                                      5. This is to put to your notice that in event of your rejecting the present invitation i have instructions from my client to initiate further appropriate legal proceeding for the recovery of the amount due from you.

                                      6. This notice is issued to you without prejudice to the right and claims available to my client under the terms & conditions of caf agreement.

                                        I am using my number [protected] with airtel connection and to port from reliance to air took me 2 month and take 150 rs extra with my billing amount so the number could easily port and request will not denai on reason of bill.

                                        Now after so long suddenly recived a legal notice stating an amount of 561 rs balance before this mail no msg, call or mail recived for intimation of this said amount.

                                        My concern is when my number was port i cleared my bill with extra amount but how come this said amount raised.

                                        U people have declined my 2 request for amount of 20 rs pending and that was the reason i finally i need to pay extra amount so u can't decline again

                                        And the legal notice to be send when consumer not ready to clear bill if he or she have used services

                                        When my number running with airtel since very long how can any amount raised after this long duration

                                        Where r the details which is not provided with the so called hal[censored]pdating legal notice

                                        I was panic and called at provided number he was not knowing the detail no idea for what this amount is for and when i asked for detail my call was disconnected from his end

                                        Please update what's going on and before sending any notice verify detail via call, msg or mail.

                                        Noone can send notice directly with out prior update
