Reliance 4g network stopped 4 weeks ago..
My mob : [protected].. Am using this number around 6 years ago...
Depends-bank otp, all incoming & out going call & messages in this number..
But now its all stopped... Because kerala state - palakkad district - mundur, kongad, kadampazhipuram, thiruvazhiyode, sreekrishnapuramaryambavu, kulakkad, adakaputhur, mangod area are stopped the reliance network

My land-line nbr [protected] with customer relations nbr[protected].

The device is not working properly and my repeated complaints are in vain. I have requested for replacement with new device and they categorically denied.

The sincerity in following up in Bill payment has not shown resolving customer complaints.
I am going to cancel my connection and never experienced such a bad service in my life time.br...

My Reliance number is [protected]. I had recharged with Rs 55 on 19.04.2017. However I received a SMS on 05.05.2017 that I have activated a VAS named dreamygirl and all my balance was deducted. However I strongly deny and refute that I have ever activated any VAS.
Hence please immediately refund the Rs 40 which have been deducted from my account. I had called 198 several times, but no action has been taken.

I have request to port my number [protected] under my name Sanjib Sharma on dated 2nd april'17 with portung id and aadhar details, but till date it didn't happen. On 23rd april'17 I got a sms stating "we are still working on ST no. UCS[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority".

I have bought two reliance sim in my name.

I have noticed multiple times that from both the number there is deduction of Rs.1/2/3/4 for no reason. Whenever I call customer care they give some excuse like “server is down, we don’t have data, there is no deduction and you are making false claim”. And I think more than Rs.1000 has been deducted in last 4-5 months with no reason.
