Hi, i have applied on 25 march 2017 for pre to post migration via Rcom website,
paid online Rs300 as security deposit, Got the Order No ORDS58146275, For which i was delivered new sim after 4-5 days by the reliance representative Mr Rama(Cell No [protected]) who also collected my documents and taken the signatures on the CAF, He asked to insert the new sim and to call 59059 for TWP after receiving the conformation sms, But after receiving the sms when i inserted the new sim there is no network, for which i call called and compliant, First they asked to visit nearest reliance store, when i visited the reliance store they say they cannot support as this was done online and we cannot do any thing and asked to take support online, after which i again called the customer service[protected] / 3222222, every time a new executive picks up the call and again i have to explain the same thing, they just keep promising that issue will be resolved in a day or 2, but its already been almost to two months, there is no action from there side and my out going on the previous sim is also barred since i applied for pre to post i am not able to make any calls from that number, Its been a very embarrassing situation, I don't know how such a big company is running when they cant even do they job properly, Is giving problems and making the customers suffer Reliance policy, Are they hiring Dumb Heads who don't know they job, Is there any escalation on this, Sir(Reliance) if you cannot resolve such small issues even after some much time, plz shut the company, plz don't fool people and take away there money.

    I have taken on 29th april 2017 and same day it was started working but after 1 day work and from that day till now i am keep complaining on customer care... Complained almost 5times in 15days... Every time they close complaint without confirmation of customer and when we complaint again and ask for old complaint status then they says it was closed because your problem resolved from our executive... I am not sure what should i do? Taken money also for 2month advance bill.

      I've changed my plan on 11 April 2017 from freedom 350 to 125 rupee plan. However, I've still received the bill of 558.85 which is incorrect and I'm not going to pay this amount as I was in the impression that my plan has been changed.
      I called customer care service and they informed me that this plas was not available for me due to which it was not changed. They've not informed me ab this and this is the reason I've not used the service as per previous plan.
      Please help me.

        I cancelled the reliance mobile network connection (GSM) in January. I paid a refundable deposit of Rs.300. They told they will send the cheque and refund money by April.
        Till date they have not refunded. Whenever I go and ask they say you will get the money soon.
        It is almost 5 months and no one is responding on my refund amount.
        Reliance is big cheating company. They loot money from people and become rich in India.

            I have been using the number [protected] for many years. 2 weeks before the sim is showing no services. I have checked with the showroom here. They have given nee sim, but not working. Then they are telling the sim has been cancelled. I don't know what this process is. No reason for cancellation. I have been using ths sim for many years.

                My mob : [protected].. Am using this number around 6 years ago...
                Depends-bank otp, all incoming & out going call & messages in this number..
                But now its all stopped... Because kerala state - palakkad district - mundur, kongad, kadampazhipuram, thiruvazhiyode, sreekrishnapuramaryambavu, kulakkad, adakaputhur, mangod area are stopped the reliance network

                Malappuram district also...

                    My Reliance number is [protected]. I had recharged with Rs 55 on 19.04.2017. However I received a SMS on 05.05.2017 that I have activated a VAS named dreamygirl and all my balance was deducted. However I strongly deny and refute that I have ever activated any VAS.
                    Hence please immediately refund the Rs 40 which have been deducted from my account. I had called 198 several times, but no action has been taken.

                      I responded one telecaller for reliance sim and the problem started. I wanted one unique number which she wrote to me on sms and I said ok if this number i am getting, I will buy. She sent someone from her department and issued sim card which lateron found with different number. Which I never activated through 59059 but they themselves activated it. When I asked for my choice number, she issued another card and said that old number will be closed and you will get refund. I got new card and activated it. But to my surprise, now company has raised bill for old number and new number also. I have never activated or used old card hence there should not be any bill and Rs.300 paid to company should be credited to my account. While in new number I have not used or called anybody but bill amount is instead of Rs.300 as informed to me at the time of issue, it is above Rs.350.00 which is not acceptable and very wrong method. I raise my complaint and request to credit Rs.300 for my unused, old number sim and raised bill of Rs.300 only for new number. I hope for immediate reply.

                        I m using last 8 years reliance telecom. I faced many difficulties due to low signal strength of reliance in my area.in my residential house there are high difficulties to make a call as well as data connection. Internet speed is very poor.

                                We have a reliance modem device and have been a customer of reliance for the past 4-5 years. For internet purpose was using 2G internet modem, when the change of modem to 4G speed was told to us, we thought o[censored]pgrading it. A new sim was purchased [protected] and also a new modem device was given to us. As the speed was very bad we contacted all the offices of Reliance but nothing happened. Just the plan for the data usage was changed so the bill amount was reduced. We asked them to check the device and it was suggested that we buy a new modem, the purchase of which would be online.
                                When this did not materialize we asked them to close the services. But despite repeatedly telling them, they did not do so and kept on sending us the bill till the month of Feb.2017. the last bill payed by us was of June 2016 of Rs.570.
                                Suddenly we got a call from an advocate in Lucknow asking us to pay the huge amount 2435 Rs, saying that she was calling from the court. BUT NO WRITTEN Communication was done in this regard. This is really strange. We contacted the reliance office where it was told that the amount be wavered and the company would give a call in this regard. This was in March, but no one ever called and neither did we get a mail in this regard. On 13th May again we get a telephonic call saying that we have to deposit the whole amount otherwise a case would be filed in High court, Delhi. Again there is no written communication.
                                This is sheer harassment of the customer, who took your services for 5 years and had plans to upgrade. Due to sheer negligence of the company, the customer is spending so much time in dealing with this issue, with no fault of the customer.
                                Please look into the matter urgently and relieve us from the mental agony and harassment. The amount needs to be wavered and the matter closed at the earliest.

                                Please find attached the screen shot of the phone no as asked by your team on 14th May, 2017, in response to my complaint. There is no written communication regarding any legal notice. Only verbal communication over the phone was done. The person who called us gave me this number of someone R.K Chauhan, [protected].
                                The no in red was the no from where we got the call.
                                Please urgently look into the matter so that we are not further harassed.

                                Today got another message, a snap shot is being uploaded. Why should we pay when we already asked Reliance to terminate the internet services? This is unnecessary burden on the customer.

                                  I have port a vodafone number [protected] to a reliance number. I have submitted my adhar card for an identity proof, i got a call form you for survey at my address but the address your person was telling for survey is totally wrong as my address is given below with all the details. And as of now the number is also not working, i have send you my aadhar card in attachment which i have submitted for purchasing the card. Kindly keep the right information in your records and please allowed my number to continue by today. I have tried your customer care number[protected] but its regularly busy and disconnect my call for many times. Please help me asap and let me know my card is working properly.
                                  Also after a very long time and my regular follow up a person named upender (+91 [protected]) come at the right address he take all the papers and take some photographs of the visit place and said the number will be continue in 2 days, after that i have called him a lot of time he didn’t receive my call and number was still at non working. Please help asap.

                                    I have request to port my number [protected] under my name Sanjib Sharma on dated 2nd april'17 with portung id and aadhar details, but till date it didn't happen. On 23rd april'17 I got a sms stating "we are still working on ST no. UCS[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority".
                                    I tried to contact customer care services and reliance store but both went in vein. Currently I am not even able to recharge my number as the apps are showing service provider as "N/A". This is really a harassment for me as this number is my primary number. Hope to get a quick resolution.

                                        On 12th april 2017 at 00:15:58, i did online payment of my post paid mobile subscriber no [protected], relationship no[protected]
                                        I got online receipt as well, receipt no amip91567377 and transaction reference number :[protected], payment amount was rs. 556.0
                                        Complaint is that the payment was not reflected in reliance billing system and it was showing outstanding payment. So, i had to later do the payment again. But this amount got deducted from my credit card.
