This is to your kind information that we have Complained so many times for our broad band Connection No[protected] Mr. AKHILESH CHANDRA AGARWAL). The Reliance Broadband engineers came and tried fixing the issue but after they went, further problem started or the problem persists.
This is also to inform you that we are paying for no use of the connection for period of last 6 month or even more.
In our area (Amrapali market, B block, IndiraNagar, Lucknow, U.P )There are many customer of Reliance broadband . Name & Connection user ID No. are follows.

3- Mr . Shravan Rajpoot[protected]
4- Mr . Manjeet kumar[protected], etc
They are also facing such type of problem last 6 month or even more We want to focus you, such type of problem create by your field staff, they can't pay electricity charges to D P (members) last one year, they said company have fund problems . so you all are go to for another company connection, but we are using your broad band last 3 year with satisfactory manner .
In this regard, we are submitting this serious matter for your kind attention .
You are there fore requested to please take necessary action and solve to help us, get proper service of the same.
