Hi i have cancelled Reliance postpaid connection in the month of January. My number is [protected]. Reliance told I will get my deposit within 90 days through cheque. Even till date, I did not receive my deposit of Rs.300. Whenever I ask, Reliance says they do not know why I have not received..
I am going to file a case in consumer court on this. I will also file an FIR in the nearest police station on Reliance infocom.
This is how Reliance is cheating all the customers and looting money. Anil Ambani became richest person by earning money from people illiegally and looting the customer.
Soon Reliance will get a consumer court notice and I will get a big amount of compensation for waiting so long and visiting the Reliance store many times.

    This is also to inform you that we are paying for no use of the connection for period of last 6 month or even more.

    In our area (Amrapali market, B block, IndiraNagar, Lucknow, U.P )There are many customer of Reliance broadband . Name & Connection user ID No. are follows.

      Please terminate my internet connection

      I had book a new reliance broadband connection on[protected] sale person name harsh. And he cheat me, he don't tell me that reliance broadband does not work on wifi connection. This information given by wasim the technical person and wasim also tell me reliance does not support d-link modem
      All this information does not given by harsh the sales person to me

      But its ok i manage it. Problem is not that
      My problem is that in my area awadhpuri bhopal there is always a server problem, no proper speed, no internet connection i have do unlimited complaint regarding this since starting and customer care[protected] have list of excuse. I call to reliance secretariat office ([protected]) and no strict action is taken they always tell its your last complain i give u permanent resolution. I also call to harsh the sale person and ask them why he not disclose all the problem before installation and he gave me replay jada dikkat ho rahi hai to net katwa lo

      And finally i decide to terminate is connection and go for airtel far better company. No advanced charge, no installation charged

      On 11/5/2017 i call to customer care for termination my internet complain id is[protected]. The billing period is 20 to 20 of next month i do so many call to customer care between 11/5 to 20/5/2017 but always waiting call. On 16/5/2017 i ask customer care i have not receive any call from higher authority for confirmation

      Till 20/5/2017 my connection is not terminate and i not receive any call from higher authority. I call to reliance secretariat office and they informed me that higher authority make a call to me on 12/5/2017 they tell me that i gave the information that i am satisfied with the service and do not want to terminate internet. Call is done by shiv tiwari. All false information i do not receives any call till date

        Bill payment has given but still outgoing service is not start and out of state this reliance sim is not working, many time i have complain about this problem but i am not getting the proper solution. I am mailing again and again but in your side no response my mail.

          I have recharged my Reliance mobile prepaid account with Rs 200 recently and also got data pack for 28 days. but within 15 days they deducted all my data and also started deducting internet charges from my prepaid balance even though I had used very minimum data. This has been happening since last few months.

          This is terrible service and I would like register an official complaint.

            Today dtd:[protected] I called to a reliance cell.no:[protected] from my reliance cell.no:[protected] at 18:04 & had discussion of two minutes only.Before calling I have main balance of Rs.206.83/- and after 2 minutes of discussion the amount deducted from main balance is Rs.200/ the same snap shot is attached with this complaint.which has made me surprise and even an international call will not charge 200/ for only two minutes this nothing just Looooooooooooting of a customer which is not fare & it is injustice.               We connected reliance family through mnp with 2 post paid connections. Our numbers are [protected] and [protected]. We had been offered jalsa plan with unlimited calling in india, free roaming incoming and 3gb 2g/3g/4g data @ rental of rs. 299 per month. We recently have been informed that the plan is plan with unlimited calling in india, free roaming incoming and "1gb" 2g/3g/4g data when we charged bill of rs. 700 plus in [protected]. When we called customer care number 198 on 18th may, 2017 to complain for the same the customer care officer hold our phone to transfer to senior but no one picked the same till we disconnect the same for appx 20-25 min. It was really surprising. Today i. E.[protected] when we called again the customer care office excused for system issue and not able to collect our information and requested to call back after 2 hours. It is really pathetic service given by the reliance communication. It is forcing us to porting us to other service provider.

                I am using reliance since last more than 10 years just see my CAF information for details and my last 3-4 years records for billing receintly i have received call from your customer care for changing plan therefore on 18/04/207 i have immediate given instruction for chaning the plan but unable to accept request for closing Rs.199 plan thereafter the said customer care operater instructed me to call customer care for request for closing Rs.199 plan but on that day your customer care was not picking my call therefore on next day once again i tried for the call on that day i have made request for closing my Rs.199 plan on that day only the said customer care inform me that they shall sent Rs.199 bill in next month bill therefore i have inform him that as your company offering me same facility for same scheme and for the same they are charging Rs. 482 how they can charge me for same facilty double time. but the customer care unable to forward my request to senior official they simply instructed to compliant written on email given.
                i am genuine customer do not want to go into litiation the question of Rs. 199 is not huge amount for your big company but your customer blundly deny my oral request for the said therefore once again it is my humble request is please look into present my compliant on urgent basis otherwise i have no option to initate legal action against your company for such small amount as you have sent me today bill and its due date is 02.06.2017 please reply on urgent basis and waiting for favourable reply.
                I hope you will decide my complainant on priority basis.

                    My name is Neeraj Sharma and now my current cellular idea, my old cellular was reliance, recently i have changed my operator, actually some time before i have generated porting request after that reliance gave me better offer so i have generated request in reliance kindly cancel my port request and they assured me, they have cancelled port request, but after some time an idea member done fraud with me, and he deposited my outstanding amount on reliance by his fake cheque, because of that my cellular has changed and after some time that cheque was bounced, and reliance has charged me instrument bounce charges.
                    now my concern is that i want to do full & final settlement amount in reliance except bounce charges.
                    but i have not idea where i have to contact for this settlement and reliance store have also deny for settlement according to them i have to pay full payment, but i think reliance should not accept third party cheque for payment else talk to confirm related cell for phone, but that don't happened with me.

                        We have had dispute with no [protected] (Data card) due to 3g-4g migration, dongle payment, poor service, no service etc., we have complained this to rcom many time, but nobody listens. Now they have suspended all corporation mobile numbers which are linked to same account - without any prior notice. So rude behviour of appellate authority officers, i will post this every where, will close all my reliance connections immediately, strongly recommending friends not to suffer with this kind of worst service. I tried more then 10 times but from last 45 days every time my request is rejected they said your one bill is pending with old network

                              I have post paid reliance no[protected] since 2004. I am unable to connect to bsnl landline numbers at bangalore. Whenever i dial, i receive a message of 'this route is busy. Call later'. I am facing this problem for the last one week. Appreciate if you could resolve this. I am able to call other service providers landline numbers, but not bsnl landline numbers at bangalore. However, bsnl number with std codes are working. Only at bangalore based bsnl landline numbers i am unable to access.

                                    On daily basis some amount rs.10, 15, 20 and/or many more is regularly debited from balance from my prepaid mobile a/c having no.[protected]. Sometimes, suddenly it becomes 0 balance and it causes problem from me in conversation if needed in night on any emergency. It is the regular practice of the company to deduct the amount and i have been harassed. So many complaints on their customer care has been made but nothing happened. It has not a mental pressure to me but also financial loss as well. More than 1000/- has been debited from my account since last 6 months it may be more as proper amount can not calculated in a slot.

                                      I was billed Rs 2377 while availing pack of 999 unlimited plan.They started my number for only 5 days.As earlier the dongle was with service centre and when i got dongle they launch reliance jio new dongle and switch off my number and earlier they billed me Rs 20000 and now they are asking Rs 896 and Rs 2377. They are giving us threat that they will go to court . I am getting sms and mails with lawyers, etc to pay this amount .The retailer himself has got a bill of Rs 20000.
