I Sahil Aggarwal, a prepaid mobile customer with Mobile No. [protected] made 2 online transactions on 16.05.2017 of Rs. 198 on RCOM website with Receipt No. AMIR92122125 & AMIR92122326 respectively, Authorization Code. IHMP[protected] & IHMP[protected] respectively.

The receipt shows that transaction was sucessful and the and the amount was deducted from my bank account both the times, however the recharge did not happen.

I have a 3g dongle of reliance and it is not workingin 3g network and ihaving so much problem because i am paying for 3g !!!
I was cotumer of relince postpaid number when i want switchoff this than i go to relince store for priciger for this than they said dont pay bill and switch off tha number the conection will aoutomatic will cut.now company give me notice .in all of this there is not my folt.
My number has been blocked, whenever the customer calls me in service, my call is disconnected and my customer service is not able to talk please solve this problem imigiately

    I got abusive calls telling they will deliver documents from rcil in courier asking to confirm my address and phone number. I have stopped using the reliance dongle since 4 years. I have used the free amount of data. And never used it again. But these people are harrasing from [protected] calling my mothers phone number [protected]. I didn't expect this kind of thing from a reputed company like reliance

      I want to port out from reliance 4g sim, due to very bad network and service,

      Also 4 time i port out docs submitted but every time reliance is rejected my request, and i pay bill from last to month but not use any services, and i am irritated with his service.

      Also its cheating with me, i pay bill more than it, but he not port out my number,
      So, i request to give me justice as soon as possible.

        I am using the reliance sim sunce last 2 years but 3 months back i have done a recharge of dropping call rate from then there is no neteork in my flat. Plz help us i am trying to contact on customer helplime but not get any response. Now from last 1.5 month i am suffering with so much problems my native place is gwalior so lot of my phones still not came this causes severe problems plz rectified it on priority

          I am not happy with the network provided by reliance, i also complained about it but it came to no result. Unfortunately i have forwarded by reluance nos to my corporate colleagues. As i have bought new phn i wanted to upgrafe it to nano sim, i also have airtel which is my primary sim
          I was surprised to know that charges for ugrading to nano 4 g us rs 130 and tat us four hours
          This is disguised yrr, airtel took half an hour to upgrade with no fee...

          Reliance has no network but ppl are looted with these upgrading charges, very sad
          I have decided to close or port this to airtel as soon as this is done

            During last 4 days my balance has been wrongly deducted without making any calls. Further there was connectivity problem but balance has been deducted without using any services. My Balance was more than Rs20/- on 14-5-17. On 15-5-17, I got recharged my account with Rs30/-. I have not made any call during last 02 days. Some calls were made but calls disconnected many times due to connectivity problem. It is requested that deductions made on 15-5-17 may kindly be credited into my account as I have not utilized any service.

              Sir, I had recharged on 14th may 2017 as I got SMS From relience that It is special offer for me R2R UL + 500 local std mins +3gb 3g data buh sir I'm not getting my 500 mins. Your customer care is sayng that offer was for RC 152 But I have Proof that was for 151 on that particular date when I recharged And I Will screen shot you that sms also

                I was facing net connectivity issue from 24/04/2017 and registered a complaint number[protected] on 25/04/2017 (Automatically resolved as per records of customer care without my confirmation). Since then i registered 3 more complaints.in my second complaint number[protected]., i requested senior executive (Floor manager) that without my confirmation dont close the complaint and she assured me that they wont close complaint without my confirmation (Time for resolving complaint=24hours) but after multiple calls to customer care told me to be patient and wait for sometime., so i waited but on 01/05/2017 when i called customer care they told me that complaint has been already resolved and has been closed., point to be noted that - i did'nt received any phone call or nobody visited my house i. E where the connectivity issue lies (As i requested for a technician at my housee for continuous failure).

                Since den um facing connectivity issue and customer care closed all my three complaints without my confirmation. While my 3rd complaint number i. E[protected] i requested a senior executive that dont close my complaint without my confirmation (Interaction i. D [protected]). But since then customer care blocked my number and i was not been able to contact custome care number as whenever i used to call customer care @ [protected] then after following the procedure i press 3 (Dial subscriber i. D to know the complaint status my call automatically got disconnecting without transferring my call to customer care)

                Meanwhile i was getting calls from represolution deptt., a person named nikhil was taking followup from me regarding the connectivity issue and told me that its a commercial probelm and will my probelm will get fixed soon. And told me that my ist complaint number i. E[protected] is still in process.. I received last call from him on 11/05/2017 at 11 am (Interaction i. D [protected]) he also assured me that i will get waiver from my billing amount since the connectivity issue ist started till the issue will get resolved. But today i. E on 15/05/2017 i received a e-mail dat my connection have been terminated. I called customer care by dialing[protected] and after opting for "apply for new connection" my call got transfered to the customer care (Point to note that my call was getting automatically disconnected when i was opting for "know ur complaint status" and customer care informed me that a representative o[censored]r deptt called me on 11/05/2017 @ 10:20 am and i confirmed for the termination whereas i did'nt got a call from any o[censored]r representative and i never gave confirmation for termination. I got a call from represolution deptt @ 11 am on 11/05/2017 (Interation i. D [protected]) and u can listen to this conversation and u'll find out that i did'nt asked to terminate my connection) if i didnt asked for termination of service @ 11 am and requested to resolve my issue asap., then how can i confirm for termination of service @ 10:20 am.??

                U can listen to any of my complaints from 25/04/2017 to 15/05/2017 (Hope u have records of all of my conversations) u'll find out that i almost called for 60-70 times on customer care and just got replies of., complaints number or that complaint has been resolved.

                I mailed @ [protected]@relianceada.com multiple times and against my 30-40 mails i only got bunch of replies (Never solved my queries)

                All my complaints got resolved and closed as per customer care deptt without my confirmation.,

                My services got terminated without my confirmation plus customer care always claimed that they send mesg on registered number+a e-mail whenever a complaint got closed and resolved., whereas i never got a email nor a sms regarding any of my complaints that all of them have been resolved and closed. Whenever i asked for the timings of those sms and details of e-mails they have refused to provide me the same. I even asked for the interaction i. D for the confirmed termination call-but they even failed to provide me the same (I never received any call., and i never confirmed for termination)

                U can check all of my allegations and queries from my various calls to customer care.

                Writing further

                1. I have not given confirmation for the network disconection whereas customer care is saying that i hv confirmed for my disconnection on 11/05/2017 at 10:20 am. Whereas i never received any call from any of your deptt for confirmation for the disconnection and i hv never confirmed for termination of connection. Since my ist complaint number i. E[protected]to my last complaint[protected] i just asked for resolution of my connectivity issue. I received one confirmation call @ end of last month for termination but i hv denied for the confirmation., and instead asked for resolution of my connectivity issue.

                2. I called customer care and a customer care representative behaved very badly-interaction i. D [protected] when i did, nt get any kind of satisfactory reply i requested her to transfer my call to senior executive. She transfered it to floor manager (Claimed) mrs sushma interaction i. D-[protected] after 1 hour of conversation., i requested her to transfer call to the senior but she continuously kept on saying that senior will also give me the same information and when i insisted her to transfer the call to her senior she cut the call from her end without giving me satisfactory replies and transferring call to the senior.

                I asked her to give me the details for ur (Claimed) representative confirmation call on 11/05/2017 for disconnection but she refused to give me the details of the call.., i was asking her to give me the details dat she was claiming dat i received a call from ur representatives whereas i never received any of such call for disconnection.
                I request u too give me the details of the call dat i given for the disconnection-i want interaction i. D of the call in which i confirmed for disconnection.

                3. I called senior desk @ 5:20 pm @ 5 pm interaction i, d [protected] to compalint about the customer care misbehaviuo and he told me to complaint on customer care only - how can i complaint against the same deptt in the same department..???

                4. I hv been in continuous interaction with one o[censored]r representative nikhil (Represolution deptt) and he always assured me that my connectivity probelm will get resolved soon., he claimed that it is a commercial issue and in one of his call he assured me that i will get the waiver of my bills from the date i was facing the connectivity issue i. E 24/05/2017 (Interaction i. D [protected]) (Interaction i. D [protected]).
                Upto dated 11/05/2017 i was getting follow up calls from represolution deptt that my connectivity issue will get solved soon but on 15/05/2017 i got a mail stating that my services hv been terminated (Without my termination confirmation)

                5. Seeing all the haraassment i faced i am not paying any of my unbilled amout.

                Frauds by reliance

                1. Took 1501 rs+ist month bill of rs 800 @ time of installation stating that its refundable @ time of termination but when i enquired bout termination refund they [protected]@relianceada.com replied me that its was already adjusted with ist bill payment.

                2. Customer care misbehaved continuously giving false & unrealiable information from time to time., closing complaints without my satisfaction and confirmation.

                3. Termination without my confirmation., and stating that i confirmed for termination whereas i never received any call from any o[censored]r deptt asking for termination of my services.

                I never gave confirmation for the disconnection but if even u'll disconnect my connection then i am not going to pay any of my bills... I hv been already haraassed from ur multiple departments and um not going to call any o[censored]r depatment for bill waiver and all (As represolution deptt assured me that i can apply for bill waiver from the date of connectivity issue i. E 25/04/2017 once my connectivity issue will get resolved., my connectivity issue never been resolved) as no department is listening to me and i also never received timely and satisfactory replies from [protected]@relianceada.com.

                U PEOPLE ARE AGAIN DOING THE SAME THING., CLOSING MY COMPLAINTS WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME., NO DEPARTMENT OR REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE ABOVE WRITTEN ISSUES., U AGAIN DOING THE SAME THING - REACHING AT A CONCLUSION WITHOUT EVEN ASKING UR CUSTOMER.                 i just received a call from represolution team on 16/05/2017 @ 2:50 pm interaction i.d [protected] and after showing my dissatisfaction ur representative just told me that i'll record ur feedback but nothing can be done now plus she just contacted me to give me confirmation that my net connection has been disconnected(which i already knew)

                i wonder who ur "customer service" team contacted - i[censored] have contacted me than tell me the details that "when u hv contacted me"

                the same thing is happening with me from sooo many days., i dont know who ur customer care team contacts., i dont even receive any mails or ph calls from any of the ur departments.

                i already complained about this in my above written complaint., nobody contacted., mail or mesgd me regarding my issues.

                  Myself Rohit and no is [protected], I applied for port on Nov 2016 from Aircel to reliance, than executive tell it will adjust on account but after a long period when I went to reliance care to change postpaid too prepaid connection, the concern person said security amt not deposited, executive fraud to you by taken security money. I m shocked that type of fraud done by reliance person and that type of security give by reliance to his customer

                    I have not even subscribed to any offers, i am just using my sim for just calling, then why this problem cutting my balance each time when i recharge, y about 30 rs per month. Wtf...!. Once i got a message to unsubscribe your your shemvdevotional service, that's when i noticed i am losing my money without my awareness. This i messaged as per told in the message to unsubscribe and even after today also i got the same shameless service from your side, my balance reduced about 30 rs from the actual. Why... Why this to me. I swear, not yet activated any of your this shemvdevotional service. Then why this. Please do the needy. Otherwise i quit.

                      Hi Sir,

                      My reliance post paid connection number is [protected]. And I am out of India from March 12th 2017. I paid my Outstanding amount of 1532 as April 17 2017. Then I mailed to rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com asking them to cancel my postpaid connection.

                      In the 1532 amount it self, there was March month rental charge included, but I didn't use any service of reliance after reaching US. Did not even switch on the SIM card. but still paid it and mailed customer care to cancel my connection. But am still getting bills saying that I have to pay this month Rental also.
                      Please help me in cancelling this connection. I don't want to pay when haven't availed any of their services for 3 months.

                          Hello my name is jayesh nair. I want to submit a complaint regarding reliance communications,
                          I had reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) which is registered on my mother's name. (Jasuben nair)
                          The sim is inactive since last 3 months. As the phone was lost along with the sim. And since then the number is inactive. Because we tried calling the number several times and it shows no network. So how can you people charge bill on this number. As it is inactive. And not in use. Also i submitted all the necessary document to your so called reliance store for terminating the service of my number. And still today you are sending email regarding the bill payment. Are you people crazy. Cant you see on your network that this number is totally inactive. Ofcourse you can see. So please look into your systems and see if the number is active or not. And how can you people prepare bill. When the number is inactive. Isn't this called loot.
                          Please check your system. And don't threaten innocent people by saying that a legal notice will be sent and you have to pay your bills. Well yes i will pay the bill but show me from if my number was active and working all these days. If it was active i will pay bills. It is not active since it was stolen it was lost in a train. So please check all your systems. And contact me [protected]
                          And yes i will not pay the bills generated. And yes i have already paid my last bill. Which i used.

                          last month I posted a complaint regarding the phone bills for my numbers [protected] and [protected]
                          as discussed last month about the the bills of these numbers which I have not even used and still I received bills on this numbers. as I said these both numbers have been damaged and I am not using these numbers since last 3 months and still you people as sending bills after bills. and last month I cleared all the bills that you people said me to pay for terminating these two numbers. after paying for those bills last month your executives assured me that my numbers will be terminated as they are notified in the system regarding the termination. I even received a call from you executive regarding the complaint last month and even that person said that the numbers will be terminated.
                          but now after a month you have again sent me email showing bills on both numbers for this past one month.. how stupid and irresponsible and such a big cheating is this. when I paid and cleared all my due amount last month for terminating the numbers and you people said that the numbers will be terminated, and then this happens.. what is all this. such big company and still doing this kind of cheating. I am not going to pay a single penny now. this is so stupid when the sim card have been damaged, how can you people still generate bills? when the person is not using the network. you people just generate the bills because that person once registered in your so called reliance connection. cant you people see if the sim is active or not.. three months before both the sims where damaged accidently and you reliance people are generating bills on these number, wow I mean such big cheat this is. i want an answer, why have i received bills on both numbers after a month of terminating the numbers. and now please don't say you have not received any complaint regarding terminating the numbers and i have to pay the given bills. i will not pay the amount you have generated as usage charges. please check your system, update your system, if not throw all your system.

                              I am a consumer with you since last 7 years, and instead of improving you
                              customer service you have made it worse. Its really very painful for a
                              customer if his phone gets barred without any reason. I am talking of no
                              reason, because I have not been told the reason, instead your executive
                              tried making conversation round and round.
                              My last date to pay the bill is 16-May-2017, whereas today WE ALL ARE
                              SITTING AT 15-May-17, how can you people stop my services, that includes
                              incoming. Should we say WOW to this kind of attitude.
                              NOW, you get the services restored and I need a valid reason, WHY MY
                              SERVICES WERE BARRED.
                              Hope you have the answer, could be possible your executive might NOT have.

                                Hi,

                                I am a postpaid user of reliance and writing my concern due to very un-ethical behaviour and misguidance from reliance.

                                Sir/Mam - I want my no [protected] to be ported to Airtel for that I made a request on 24th Apr 2017. After making the request I made the advance payment of a week to reliance since porting activity may take 7 days however the request got rejected saying overdue.

                                Second time I called up the customer care no and checked how much payment that I need to make so that this time my port request does not get cancelled the executive (Lady) told that your 45 Rs is already with Reliance as advance so you just need to make 93 Rs of payment (I am having 399/- of monthly plan) more so that your request should not get cancelled. I did that and then been to Airtel office to raise the port request again. This time also my request got rejected. I checked with Airtel and they said that as per reliance my user id is not matching with port id which was surprising to me. Reliance customer care executive said that it was again due to overdue amount - when I told him that your executive only told me to make the advance payment and it would not get rejected then why it got rejected even after making the advance payment then they do not have any answers other than this that they cannot see their system with the information updated.

                                Today when I call up the customer care they said they do not have any information available for the request made on 5th May 2017. I had to call up the nodal office and from there Pallavi Kamkar (Maharashtra) picked up the call and assured me that this time my request will not get rejected and I already have advance deposit with reliance.

                                My concern that reliance is playing with me every time and not giving me a solution to and allowing me to Port my no to Airtel.

                                Please help. awaiting your response.

                                  I have been complained many times on your provided toll free number but there is no response from your side. I am facing regarding internet problem since 08 days (8.5.2017) but still today it is not resolved.

                                  As per the consumer act, service provider (Any type of service) is liable to provide/ fulfill service to the consumer timely, regularly within promised days and service provider is bound to fulfill the commitment within the promised time. Rather then in this case this guideline is not followed from your side.

                                      I had cancelled this connection for number [protected] back in November 2016 and the SR no. for this was[protected]. I was again and again getting the bill for this. They filed a fake case against me and forced me to pay the bill amount which i was not supposed to pay. I have sent mail to them cancelling the account but no reply from them. I was not supposed to pay this amount as after November i did not use this number and definitely not after December. But i was getting bills till April 2017. I was told that this connection is closed by their retention team once and again and again I was getting bills. I have got over 60 calls about the bill payment and each time i was told to forward a mail which had the proof for closing the connection. Please understand my plight and solve this problem.

                                        I have already paid my last bill amount via net banking but reliance customer executive call me too much time and told me that i should have to pay amount again otherwise they are discontinue the my service and as per their word they had disconnected my connection without any information.So please look into this and do the needful.
