My reliance post paid connection number is [protected]. And I am out of India from March 12th 2017. I paid my Outstanding amount of 1532 as April 17 2017. Then I mailed to rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com asking them to cancel my postpaid connection.

In the 1532 amount it self, there was March month rental charge included, but I didn't use any service of reliance after reaching US. Did not even switch...

Rent due by rcom for communication tower located in kekri town, dist - ajmer, rajasthan-305404 for the period from oct'16 till may'17. Despite several followups at rcom's jaipur branch we have not received our rent for due period. Now the officers especially mr. Bhavesh has stopped responding to our plea. I have taken on 29th april 2017 and same day it was started working but after 1 day work and from that day till now i am keep complaining on customer care... Complained almost 5times in 15days... Every time they close complaint without confirmation of customer and when we complaint again and ask for old complaint status then they says it was closed because your problem resolved from our executive... I've changed my plan on 11 April 2017 from freedom 350 to 125 rupee plan. However, I've still received the bill of 558.85 which is incorrect and I'm not going to pay this amount as I was in the impression that my plan has been changed.
I called customer care service and they informed me that this plas was not available for me due to which it was not changed. They've not informed me ab this and this is the reason I've not used the service...

I cancelled the reliance mobile network connection (GSM) in January. I paid a refundable deposit of Rs.300. They told they will send the cheque and refund money by April.
Till date they have not refunded. Whenever I go and ask they say you will get the money soon.
It is almost 5 months and no one is responding on my refund amount.
Reliance is big cheating company. They loot money from people and become rich in India....
