I didn't use any international services and my mobile internet plan is 6GB 4G plan but from your side the commitment is total wrong commitment given by your REL executive Mr. Sohil the mobile no is [protected]. he given me unlimited calling, sms, romining and 6 GB 4 G data when i was requested for MNP. In that i was continue with Reliance family but after lot of complain, the complain get not resolve so i switch another company but the matter is still pending from your side. We received the call from your agency for the payment and they have no seance to talk with customer. They are using unwanted language which is not good for Reliance Communication. They are bullish the name Reliance Communication for collection and full fill the target. The Mobile no. is [protected].

    On around the 3rd of may, 2017 i had received a call from reliance customer service regarding an offer for porting. I asked for details and documents required. On the confirmation of which an executive was arranged to be sent to my official address to get the porting done and collect the required documents. After the completion of a few processes it was brought to my knowledge that my current ID would not work as id proof because i am temporarily not living at the address given in my passport ie. ID Proof. To which, i said i had no other ID proof with my new address as i was on rent and the address mentioned on my id proof is my permanent address and im not living there for personal issues on a temporary basis. The address mentioned in my ID is an ownership flat owned by us. I requested the executive to send my bills and verification at my office address. The executive then asked for proof of official address so i provided the person (as he asked) with the company letter head and stamp. Before going through all this hassle i had mentioned it on and on to the executive that i do not want any complications in process and if there is going to be any problem with current documents, im ok not with porting into reliance. I mentioned it clearly that i, not at all interested nor have the time for so many procedures and that they can keep whatever money they charged me and that this is causing a lot of hassle. To this reply i got a call from A person at the reliance help desk named Abhishek...he went on with the same and i told him the same thing that i do not have time to go through the hassle of getting a rent agreement made with reliance, anything else. i requested that i no longer want to port into reliance, 5-10 minutes post which i got a call from the executive ie. Ms./Mrs. Deepa Malik saying that the documents provided will work fine and that my verification will be done soon along with a welcome now.
    Now, its been 2 days since the outgoing facility on my number is deactivated. I called the executive and explained the problem and all i was asked to do is wait for 3-4 days untill they get back to me (sorry i cant). I then contacted reliance customer care, i must tell you its genuinely the worst customer service staff ive conversed through, they behave as if theyre doin us a favour yet they dont get the work done. Anyways, on contacting customer care all i got was i would have to go to the nearest reliance customer care center with my documents to get it re verified. I did the same...on going to my nearest Reliance Centre i was said i would have to go to the centre i got my sim from and they would have to send a person for re-verification. I called the executive who provided me with the sim and asked for her center details, but she cut the phone and blocked my number. I spoke to her colleague and asked her to get my problem sorted out at the earliest or help me port out, SHE PRECISELY SAID :
    "JAAIYE AAPKO JO KARNA HAI KAR LIJIE"
    Thats how reliance customer service executives are supposed to speak to customers right?? The Executive ie. Deepa Malik, Mobile NO. [protected] has talked in such a manner and has not once but often disconnected the phone to my face when i have asked or complained about some problem.
    Kindly Cater to this problem to the earliest. She even lies a lot. Here are attachments/call recording of all the conversations i have had with your executive from my alternate number.

    Kindly Please find a solution and cater to my problem to the earliest as i will be travelling to Leh Ladakh tomorrow and have to be there for 10 days.

      From RCom continuously I had call for number portability and I accepted for their offer. Their representative came collected the document very late and collected a money 100 ₹ from me. I had sent all relevant documents to them in whatsup too.
      Finally my documents was rejected due to their delay in completing the portability with the time.
      Now no one is responding to my call and my money which I paid has also gone waste.

        And rs.20 has been deduted. I had not requested for any vas and also not replied to any such messages. For this i called cotumer care executive but they don't have any information. This is the third time i am facing this problem. This is not only me many other rcom users are suffering from this issue.

          Internet balance available in my mobile, but deducted my main balance ₹ 78.49. Please refund the balance... My mobile number is [protected]. Also the reliance communication (Gsm) are blocked my mobile number for customer care calling. Then l nothing to call customer care. Few days ago as a same problem with me, then called customer care but didn't respond. After three days when my call connected to customer care, then customer executive says that after three days don't possible for cash refund...

            Hi, my name in Maulin Chavda and ID[protected].
            On 8th of may my broadband stop working and i called to c.care then they said that there is problem in in your area net is not working till 2 or 3 days. I said ok then i called at 11'may again they said wait for 1 day even i ask for technician to visit my home but c.care said that there is problem from our side so we cannot send technician. Then it start working at 14'may evening and ask for weaver then i got text that we CANNOT provided weaver.
            WHY NOT?
            Still even sometime net sometime disconnect and sometime connect.

              I converted my docomo in into reliance postpaid no [protected], after one month o[censored]se the service i face many problems, like - internet speed and bill is too much from my pack, i called many time to customer care but problem is not solved. After that i broken the sim. And bill amount sum of 2067 left on me. Now i got many mails from reliance legal team to pay the bill otherwise they will take action by law. Now what to do

              I faced the same issue and that too was happening for more than a month. Daily there were 2-3 smses and mails for legal notices.

              Finally I wrote to the appellate authority and all possible members from the authority. Also attached all the communication I had been getting as Legal Notices.

              Reliance responded and confirmed that those were done from Reliance only. So, Reliance has give the contacts to those so called collection agencies for collecting the outstanding amount.

              Finally there was settlement done and I received full and final settlement letter.

              It is really sad to say that a company like Reliance is following such practices to shell out money from customers by harassing them and making no difference between good or bad customers.

              I've been using their services since over a decade, and they do not hesitate to treat you like this.

              Would never be using Reliance definitely in future and neither recommended anyone using same

                I am dhruv saini, resident of divya jyoti apartments, rohini, sec-19, new delhi
                Was facing a internet loss problem for the last 10 - 12 days. Theu gave me a number that was [protected] of mr, gulmohan. He told me to wait for 2 more days, i waited and called again and again he gave me a day, this thing continued for 3 times. On 16/5/2017 internet was back but for everybody including my neighbours but not mine i called him and again he said "apki side me problem hai shayad koi islie, kl akr krdenge" i waited but next day when mr. Ranjeet ([protected]) came after pressurising him to come and make things work he and his workmate came and made things work but they made my network open, ie anybody can connect to my network. They told me to give some "kharcha pani' and they will solve everything and when i refused to pay the same because somewhat 6 -8 months back when i bought the router, they demanded 200 bucks to configure the same, which i paid. But again they asked for the money which i refused because the whole problem was created by them only. Mr rakesh ([protected]) refused and said" koi nhi koi nhi koi problem nhi h ekdm sahi h aise hi chala lo and mere pass time bhi nhi h 15 mn lgjate h maine nhi kr rha hun"and left everything.

                On 13 i met with an accident and had stiches on my head i made a call but they said"hum yahan h aap yahan ajao' i went there but only mr ranjeet was conversating with me the other one just left.

                So i want to complaint against them becasue their behaviour and irregularity in their work.

                  My husband mr. Satish vyas sharma has paid his postpaid bill of number [protected] and given request for port out on 4 may he got reference number for port out also. After some day his number got disconnected when i inquired customer care person is saying some other number in which person name is same as my husband name with number [protected] belongs to him and he have to pay the outstanding bill for the same.

                  Now i want to give complaint for the same as customer care is not helping for further complaint.

                  Now i want to see the scan image of both number specially the fraud number [protected] form no[protected].

                  I spoke to customer care person aditya emp code 165962 and floor supervisor vishal patil with call reference no [protected]/[protected] they have not at all given me guidance for further step of taking action against the same.

                  Now i will do the fir, the police need scan copy of both mobile number application scan image to cross verify details

                  After that i will file case against your company for penalty and harassment

                  You can contact my husband on his alternate number [protected].

                  I want resolution of the same by tomorrow eod otherwise police will call your concern person with all legal documents.

                  My family member mobile number [protected] disconnection request has been given on jan 2017 after paying total bill, received call from customer care saying that the same will get disconnected within 15 days. But still the same is continued and bill is getting generated and customer care person forcing us to pay bill which is are not using at all.

                  Kindly check in this matter and take strict action against Reliance communication as they are harassing many users with same issue.

                    From January 2016 not received any rental for DLC installed at My house in banaswadi Bangalore. We are making repeated phone calls but not getting any reponse so far. Now we don't know who to contact regarding this. Furthermore BESCOM want me to cancel the Meter for your connection. Kindly arrange to send my balance rentals at the earliest.                       I send SMS for port and Reliance executive called me saying i will resolve both issue (Network and Cheap plan). they cancel my porting and assign me 299 rs plan. and when i got bill they send with additional 347 rs charge. they did not tallk about any charges even i asked if there is any charge. now they are saying i have to pay this bill. They are not allowing me to port.

                      Its not the First time having issue. They says we are valuable customer but they never treat even as customer

                      I lost my sim card (reliance gsm) with no. [protected]. so kindly block it.

                        My Broadband Id :[protected] & Landline No.[protected] Both are not working since 11/05/2017. Somany complains have been given at Customer care and also talked to seniors. But inspite of my somany requests the landline phone and internet are not started. Complaints have also been given through email but still services are not working. In order to contect customer care around 10-15-20 minutes are there.

                          I am postpaid customer of reliance from last 4 month. But the service is very bad and they broke all their promise and plans. So i decided to port out in another company but they are stating that m new customer who have only one month bills. I have all 4 months bills with all details. And their reliance insta app is also showing all 4 bills. But they are declining my request for port out.
                          This is the worst company i have ever seen. They are no listening to consumer and not file complain against the consumer request.
                          Reliance is fraud better guys dont take to it. I am posting my details of all 4 bills with pic. Just see to it.

                          Still no solution to my complain ...its still showing me one month .i cant do port out...i have been in relaince from last 4 month and it is showing me one month...i posted my bills details for 4 months...but then to they are not doing anything...

                          They said that ir issue is resolved but still m facing same problem...

                            I have suffered lots of problems connecting my number from other service provide like vodafone etc. My number not get connected at first time. Lots of people completing this to me recently i also experienced this problem. I contact with reliance communication center in pune they give me advice to convert sim to 4g but still i am facing same problem. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible a am facing lots of problems.

                              I got many calls from reliance representative that i would get 6GB data and unlimited STD/Local calls for my postpaid plan Rs.299. Based on the Rep confirmation i have switched to Reliance network but after switching they changed my plan it they have given only 2 GB data and my bill also came around 520 for 15 days usage. If i call customer care they are not responding properly. Please guys don't get any new connections from Reliance they simply cheating you. They will never provide you what they have promised.I hope this complaint helpful for someone.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had purchased your wi pod – yi fi dongle on 25.08.2016. I had received the instrument on 22.09.2016. One month back i had noticed some problem in your instrument because net is frequently interrupted during use. I had enquired about the instrument to your dealer in thoppumpady through whom i had booked the instrument on line. I could not know the exact place of your service centre. I had enquired in a shop where i frequently recharges., but nobody could give a correct place. I had tried to contact customer care representative, but failed. Two days back i came to know the place of your service centre, still i could not find the exact place. I went to your web store at thrippunitura and from there i got the exact address of your service centre. I took the dongle there but disappointed. The complaint is bulging of battery. That is a manufacture defect.
                                Then i went to your office at kaloor, to lodge complainnt. There i met a person i think he is your peon or trainee to settle the claim. He could not give a satisfactory reply to me. I requested him to allowe me to meet higher officials, but he declind.
                                Since the dongle is having warranty for one year from the date purchase and the mistake is manufacture defect, you cannot deny my right to get repaired freely as the instrument found defective due to manufacture defect and also during warranty period.
                                I have enquired for a new battery in may shops in ernakulam town for my net use urgently. Original or duplicate battery is not available in ernakulam city.
                                Since you are not seem to settle the matter, i have decided to lodge a complaint in consumer protection court or any other court for justice.
                                Also i want to remind you that i had earlier given a complaint on 18.09.2016 i am enclosing the copy of complaint registered in your company. You have not till now intimate the status of the complaint placed before you.
                                Now my 2 comlaints are before you, if you are not settling the matter satisfactorily, i will be forced to lodge complainnt for cheating a customer and net charges loosing by me due to your negligence. Also you will be responsible for loss of money & expenses.
                                Please consider this letter as my notice to you on above charges and if you are not settling the matter within fifteen days of this issuing notice, i will be moving the matters to the abovr court.

                                I purchased a wipod 4g LTE a couple of months ago.
                                Now I am noticing that the battery is bloated/swollen.

                                      My reliance gsm mobile number [protected] has been subscribed with shotforbiscsub60 service without any information and all my balance of rs. 8.80 has been deducted. I did not subsrcibed the service, it has been subscribed automatically.

                                      And also i would like to complain about your poor customer care service. One of your executive namely ankit recieved my call and ensured me that my balance would be refunded in half an hour, and he asked me to reply with y (Yes) in the feedback message. No complaint was registered and no balance refunded.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue and take strict action against these employees.

                                        A reliance sales executive sold me a plan of rs 299 in february and i purchased this bill for two different numbers. Both were airtel numbers that i got ported to reliance because of this scheme. When i received the first bill for 7-8 days o[censored]sage i thought everything was fine. Then according to their bill cycle i received the first full month bill of more than rs 560 on both the numbers. I called reliance customer care and they told me that i had a plan of rs 499 activated on both the numbers. I was shocked and was told by reliance itself to register a complaint against the reliance salesperson who sold me this plan (Rs 299). I did the same but nothing happened. They told me that from the next month i will be receiving bill according to rs 299 but the current bill can't be changed. At first i refused to pay the excessive bill as i used the service according to the rs 299 plan (3 gb data and unlimited calls) but then reliance discontinued outgoing on both my numbers. Then i finally gave in to the pressure and payed both the bills.
                                        Now the next bill arrived. This time one was of rs 666 and the other was of rs 826. They told me that i had activated some services and half the month was bill according to the rs 499 plan and the other half according to rs 299.
                                        Both the sim cards are used on different mobile devices by different users (Me and my sister). And we are sure that we did not activate any service. Now after wasting a lot of time and energy arguing with these reliance people i am exhausted. They are again saying that from the next month i will receive bills according to rs 299 plan but the current bill can not be changed. Both my sim cards have been suspended now because of not paying these huge bills. Now they keep sending me bills with late fees of rs 100 added to the already false bills.
                                        My sister and i are just college students who cannot afford such bills when we haven't even bought them. We bought rs 299 plans and have already paid a lot of extra money in the first bill. Please help
