Dear sir,
I had purchased your wi pod – yi fi dongle on 25.08.2016. I had received the instrument on 22.09.2016. One month back i had noticed some problem in your instrument because net is frequently interrupted during use. I had enquired about the instrument to your dealer in thoppumpady through whom i had booked the instrument on line. I could not know the exact place of your service centre. I had enquired in a shop where i frequently recharges., but nobody could give a correct place. I had tried to contact customer care representative, but failed. Two days back i came to know the place of your service centre, still i could not find the exact place. I went to your web store at thrippunitura and from there i got the exact address of your service centre. I took the dongle there but disappointed. The complaint is bulging of battery. That is a manufacture defect.
Then i went to your office at kaloor, to lodge complainnt. There i met a person i think he is your peon or trainee to settle the claim. He could not give a satisfactory reply to me. I requested him to allowe me to meet higher officials, but he declind.
Since the dongle is having warranty for one year from the date purchase and the mistake is manufacture defect, you cannot deny my right to get repaired freely as the instrument found defective due to manufacture defect and also during warranty period.
I have enquired for a new battery in may shops in ernakulam town for my net use urgently. Original or duplicate battery is not available in ernakulam city.
Since you are not seem to settle the matter, i have decided to lodge a complaint in consumer protection court or any other court for justice.
Also i want to remind you that i had earlier given a complaint on 18.09.2016 i am enclosing the copy of complaint registered in your company. You have not till now intimate the status of the complaint placed before you.
Now my 2 comlaints are before you, if you are not settling the matter satisfactorily, i will be forced to lodge complainnt for cheating a customer and net charges loosing by me due to your negligence. Also you will be responsible for loss of money & expenses.
Please consider this letter as my notice to you on above charges and if you are not settling the matter within fifteen days of this issuing notice, i will be moving the matters to the abovr court.

Finally I wrote to the appellate authority and all possible members from the authority. Also attached all the communication I had been getting as Legal Notices.
Reliance responded and confirmed that those were done from Reliance only. So, Reliance has give the contacts to those so called collection agencies for collecting the outstanding amount.
Finally there was settlement done and I received full and final settlement letter.
It is really sad to say that a company like Reliance is following such practices to shell out money from customers by harassing them and making no difference between good or bad customers.
I've been using their services since over a decade, and they do not hesitate to treat you like this.
Would never be using Reliance definitely in future and neither recommended anyone using same
